Right in the middle of making one of the biggest deals with Preserve Gold I ever made I was shut out of my account where I stored my gold. They tried for a week to fix it with no success and a lady from preserve called me and ask me what was going on. I told her and she told me let her try and she email my equity and I do not know what she told them but next morning they call me and told me to try logging in to my account to see if it was working and sure enough it work fine. Talking with our agent Caleb at first was a little confusing and when he reexplain the process it became clear for us. We explained that we are looking for a long-term commitment for and hedge against inflation for our money. I thought at first that their fees 29% were high but when explained that there no other fees as long as we have their coins were relief. Then I found out that I could have negotiated the fee price down and sold them to anyone without fees. Next time we know. Overall, a good experience.
