He is incredibly knowledgeable and thorough. He answered all of our questions more than satisfactorily and assisted us in transferring our traditional IRA to a different (Equity Trust) IRA housed in precious metals and directed us to the oldest and most reputable depository in Delaware. We find James and Preserve Gold to be most trustworthy and highly recommend them.

This review was delayed by awaiting the delivery of the goods agreed to. Took 3-4 weeks, within Preserve Gold's estimations. I spoke with two individuals in the closing of this matter: Carson ** and Shelly **. Mr. ** was the fellow who reached out to me, and was generally knowledgeable about the markets, and insisted in investment generally, and as a general goodwill measure, he provided recommendations to secondary market places where investment in smaller denominations could be made. Ms. ** was persuasive in the selection of a specifics metal strategy, and easy going when the process hit snags due to state specific taxes. They are a fair company who has kept their word so far.

Aaron and Alana were very knowledgeable and helpful walking me step by step through the process of transferring and opening my new precious metals IRA. I would recommend them to anyone considering opening a precious metals IRA.

Right in the middle of making one of the biggest deals with Preserve Gold I ever made I was shut out of my account where I stored my gold. They tried for a week to fix it with no success and a lady from preserve called me and ask me what was going on. I told her and she told me let her try and she email my equity and I do not know what she told them but next morning they call me and told me to try logging in to my account to see if it was working and sure enough it work fine.
