About 8 months ago I opened my first credit card with Capital One and used it mostly for gas. I was always on time with payments and started with a score around 660. Then I made a dumb decision. I got a Best Buy card for something I could have just saved for. I was paying it down (from $1,000 to about $200 in a few months), but I missed a payment because the process was confusing. That late payment dropped my score by about 45 points. The next month I paid on time, but didn’t realize it would take 2–3 business days to post, so it counted as another late payment. My score crashed to 141 points. I went from around 660 down to 485, and even after trying to rebuild I was only sitting at 503.

At 21 years old I felt completely hopeless, embarrassed, stressed, and like I’d ruined any chance of getting a house, car, apartment, or loan anytime soon. Then someone on Reddit recommended Pinnacle Credit Specialist. I reached out to them, and within a few weeks they completely turned things around. They raised my scores to: Experian: 800 TransUnion: 807 Equifax: 805 and deleted all the negative items from my credit reports. Thanks to their work, I went from feeling like my financial life was over to actually becoming a car owner. If you’re young and feeling stuck after some late payments or credit mistakes, I can’t recommend Pinnacle Credit Specialist enough. They gave me my future back.

I was in a really rough spot with my credit. My scores were Experian 596, TransUnion 580, and Equifax 545. I had four collection accounts (ranging from $105 to $635), two Capital One cards that were charged off with balances of $475 and $505, and a recent repossession with a $15,500 balance after auction. On top of that, I had just gotten approved for a Truist cash-secured credit card with a $500 limit. I knew I needed serious help if I ever wanted to qualify for better credit products.

Someone on Reddit recommended Pinnacle Credit Specialist. I reached out to them a few weeks ago, and the difference has been night and day. They worked on my report and managed to get all of the negative items deleted. My scores are now:

    Experian: 811
    TransUnion: 809

    Equifax: 801

I’m honestly still in disbelief at how clean my reports are and how quickly everything turned around. If you’re stuck with collections, charge-offs, or a repo and feel like your credit is beyond help, I highly recommend giving Pinnacle Credit Specialist a chance. They delivered exactly what they said they would.

As stated in the title, my credit score jumped from 635 to 847 this month. I was impressed and proud of PINNACLE CREDIT SPECIALIST. I was originally going to log into the Kuwaiti credit score app at the end of August, but I was bored and had nothing to do. When I saw the jump, I was like I didn't even get my monthly pay yet. This is the Kuwaiti system, run by CINET.

If this was my score in the US, how would things be for me? I am currently working on my second loan, took my first one back in December 2022, closed it September 2023 very early. Second loan was taken out in November 2024, going to pay it off gradually because I plan on taking a third one afterwards. All thanks to Pinnacle Credit Specialist.

PINNACLE CREDIT SPECIALIST was a great guy to work with. He was knowledgeable, straightforward, and trustworthy. He also kept us updated and informed all the time and was very responsive whenever a question came up. Pinnacle Credit Specialist was easy to work with, very friendly and has a passion for taking care of his customers. What impressed me most of all though was how he went the extra mile for us when it came to making sure we get a good loan with low interest rate since it was so complicated and there were so many variables involved. He came up with a creative solution each time to overcome the different roadblocks that kept coming up, and we continue to appreciate all his efforts and experience. I highly recommend Pinnacle Credit Specialist. Thanks Kathleen for promoting Pinnacle Credit Specialist hard work.

After reading through your review, I felt guilty because I have been working with him for a while now yet couldn’t share my testimony to others who may need his help; like you said, I think other people deserve to know about this great guy. He helped to wipe away all medical charges including bankruptcy and student loan amounting to over $50k he also helped my cousin with his criminal records and bankruptcy, bank loans and credit score. I recommend him to everyone.

I was in the low 500s (about 537-541 depending on the bureau) and trying to figure out the best path forward. A few years ago my life completely changed. My dad was diagnosed with cancer, I went through a separation from my wife, had to sell my house, and became the primary caregiver for my children. During that time I fell behind on several accounts and my credit took a huge hit. Had so many negative items include collections, utility bills from a hardship period, and a vehicle repossession that involved my ex. I need to get my credit back on track because I now have stable employment, I’m working hard to get my finances back on track, and my long-term goal is to buy a home again someday.

I started working on disputing inaccurate information but couldn't get any collection removed from my credit report. My friend told me about PINNACLE CREDIT SPECIALIST and their wonders, I immediately researched them and found so many good recommendations about them on Quora that made me contact them immediately and explained to the customer care representative about my predicaments. He promised me of their expertise in handling all credit score issues. He demanded some of my information which I gave him. After 5 days he got my credit fixed by increasing my credit scores to 801 Experian, 809 Equifax and 815 TransUnion. He also removed all negative items including collections and utility bills. You can contact Pinnacle Credit Specialist for any kind of credit repair, Chex system and DUI fix.

Hello! I'm about 30k in debt at 21. I know it sounds horrible but I have been really trying to get out of debt. I had about 12k in CC debt from when I left a DV situation and had to quit my job/move due to injuries and harmful situations. I have to move around a lot to protect my own safety from this situation. I also had 11k on a private student loan that costs me 300 a month. I have another 11k from a lease I could not break. I pay close to 1500 for my rent and 300 for my loan added onto my monthly minimums for my CCs. I know it probably sounds dramatic but I felt like my life was over. I was scared I might get sued from my previous leasing office even though I've explained my situation. I have a full time job within my area but have to also pay gas, utilities, and other bills. I couldn't keep up to manage my debt alone with my own necessities.

I felt extremely hopeless, until a friend asked me to contact Safeport Credit Specialist and I contacted them immediately. Safeport Credit Specialist is very good at negotiating credit card debts and other obligations, often settling for much less than I owed (40-60 cents on the dollar). They also worked on fixing my credit report at the same time, which I now have excellent credit scores across the three credit bureaus. If you're having a similar issue, I'll advise you to reach out to them today. You don't have to handle this alone.

I'm a master's degree student with no current income. I messed up my credit score by not paying the credit card for about 5 months, although they are currently only showing two missed payments. I have been paying the card promptly since November so I've had about seven payments. According to my credit score, it's low because I don't have many credit cards. I've been wanting to improve my credit rating as once I do get my degree I'm going to buy a car and probably rent an apartment with my boyfriend. I wanted to call the credit card company and ask them to remove any negative comments on my card.

I was advised to contact PINNACLE CREDIT SPECIALIST, to my greatest surprise Pinnacle Credit Specialist is actually what I needed. They cleaned up my late payments/missed marks, goodwill adjustments. They also helped me remove those negative comments on my card faster than doing it myself, which increased my credit scores to 800+ putting me in a much stronger position for the car and apartment. I sincerely recommend PINNACLE CREDIT SPECIALIST to anyone who has a similar situation like mine.

First off, thanks to everyone that replied to me a little over a month ago. I have run all my credit reports and now have better scores after I contacted PINNACLE CREDIT SPECIALIST as advised in the comment section. I had 4 federal student loans services by Edfinancial. I was dealing with health issues, was ignorant about how repayment worked, and I fell behind starting around December 2024. Part of the problem was that notices were going to an email address I never checked, so I did not realize how bad things had gotten until later. By May 2025, I realized I needed to start paying and I began making payments. which I paid for up to a year. My credit score still dropped to 430.

When I first started paying again, it jumped to around 500 pretty quickly, but remained stagnant. As of this year 2026 this whole thing brought depression to my life, that led me to seeking for advice here, which in the comment some said I should pull my report from annual credit report and rebuilding from their but that didn't help a bit and so many also advised me to contact Pinnacle Credit Specialist but to be honest I do see all this as scam but this is the only option that worked for me so fast than I expected. Now in April 2026, sitting in 800+ across the three credit bureaus, my student loan delinquency history has been deleted but I don't know how they did it and they don't want to share with me how they did it. They said that's their little secret. This is something goodwill letters couldn't do for me. All thanks to Pinnacle Credit Specialist for making me happy this 2026.

Like many, I was struggling with a low credit score and unsure of how to effectively address the complex issues on my report. My search for solutions led me to an online discussion forum where I encountered numerous positive reviews about Pinnacle Credit Specialist and their ability to resolve credit related challenges. Initially, I was skeptical. However, after reviewing the testimonials, I decided to contact them via email. My credit situation was quite poor, with scores of 469 (TransUnion), 481 (Equifax), and 513 (Experian).

Furthermore, my profile was negatively impacted by credit card debt, a student loan, and tax liens. I specifically inquired if they could address my profile across all three credit bureaus. Their team responded immediately and confirmed their capability to assist. They provided a clear explanation of the process and requested certain personal information necessary to review my credit profile and develop a strategy. I provided the required details, and they proceeded with the work. The results were remarkable. Pinnacle Credit Specialist successfully increased my FICO score to an excellent score of 802 [Experian], 809 [Equifax] and 812 [TransUnion].

Furthermore, they were able to have the eviction, credit card debt, student loan, and tax liens removed from my credit report. This comprehensive improvement has had a significant positive impact on my financial standing. I am extremely grateful for their professional and effective service. My husband and I are self-employed architects; we made most of our income from buying, renovating and selling houses in Virginia. In 2022 we had our first child. Lost income from clients who could no longer pay, plummeting real-estate values and a non-existent job market for architects left us with virtually no income for four years. We used our credit cards and savings, my 401k, sold our home at a huge loss, all with the idea that the market had to pick up soon and we would then be able to pay off our debts without filing for bankruptcy. We were terrified of bankruptcy because we depended on being able to get a mortgage to finance home purchases and renovations, our main source of income.

In retrospect not filing was a mistake, the market never recovered in time for us and we accumulated a massive amount of credit card debt which we could not pay, somewhere around $50-60,000. Much of this has been charged off or we negotiated settlements; however we have two judgements, Amex for $1136 and Chase for $8566, which I tried to settle, and a Citibank account that was bought by Asset Acceptance, original balance of $16,166 now pumped up to $26,340. I read about Pinnacle Credit Specialist on Quora and I didn’t hesitate to contact him, to my greatest surprise, all the debts were cleared completely including the charge offs and credit card debts. More so our credit score has increased to 809 and 801 respectively.

I’m the guy who posted “Help please” here about 2 weeks ago with a 483 score and two charged-off credit cards totaling $2,500. I was in a rough spot financially for over a year, couldn’t pay, and both accounts got charged off. My score was bad and I couldn’t get approved for anything. I was planning to save up and pay the $2,500 in full within 3 months, but everyone kept saying even paying them wouldn’t remove the charge-offs and my score would stay low forever. Someone in the comments told me to contact Five Star Credit Specialist before I paid a single penny. I thought it sounded too good to be true (especially after reading “charge-offs almost never get removed”), but I had nothing to fear about. I emailed them. They got back to me the same day, explained everything clearly, and started working immediately.

Within 6 days they: Permanently removed both charge-offs from all three bureaus, deleted all related late payments and derogatory marks and raised my score from 483 to 800+ across the board (currently sitting at 811 Equifax, 805 TransUnion, 818 Experian) I still paid off the original $2,500 (now showing as $0 balance and deleted), but the charge-offs are completely gone like they never existed. I’ve already been approved for two new unsecured cards with decent limits to keep building positive history. If you have charge-offs and feel completely stuck, please don’t wait 7 years and don’t just “pay and pray.” Reach out to Five Star Credit Specialist. They are legit, fast, professional, and actually deliver. The guy with the 483 score and $2,500 in charge-offs now has 800+ credit score. I owe them everything. Title: Beware of Pinnacle Credit Specialist - A True Scam Artist. I wish I could give this review zero stars because my experience with Pinnacle Credit Specialist was nothing short of a nightmare. I was desperate to improve my credit score and came across his so-called “services.” At first, he presented himself with a charming and reassuring demeanor, claiming he could fix my credit efficiently. However, what started as a simple consultation quickly escalated into a never-ending series of requests for more money. He quoted an initial price that seemed reasonable but then kept coming up with excuse after excuse, each time demanding additional payments for “urgent” services I never saw materialize. It was as if I was caught in a loop, and every time I turned around, he had yet another reason for why he “needed” more money.

To make matters worse, I poured my personal information into his hands, trusting what I thought was a legitimate service, only to feel dirty and vulnerable afterward. It’s terrifying to imagine how he could misuse the very sensitive information I provided. If you come across Pinnacle Credit Specialist, beware! Any positive reviews you may find seem suspiciously orchestrated—from phony testimonials to fake impressions created to lure in more klientów. I sincerely urge anyone reading this to avoid his "services" at all costs. I only wish I had done my research before getting involved with this scammer.

We need to work together to stop this kind of manipulation. Scam artists like him shouldn’t be allowed to prey on people in vulnerable situations. This is the type of fraud that needs to be addressed, it seems that all collection companies have no regulations. They can manipulate data, they do not validate debt (which is a Fair Credit Reporting Act requirement), and still report it on the credit reporting bureaus (TU,EX,EQ), yet no one does nothing about them. As long as the credit bureaus get their monthly fee from collection companies they will report it with actually validating. GOVT /CA needs to step in and regulate all parties involved, if they cannot validate debt it should not be reported. Why are you not stepping in to correct the corrupt world of collection agencies.

This group will be one of those ABC news Investigations or Dateline about the strip mall locations and dirty management ruining lives. Someone please help stop this company.

This NASTY group has been calling us, here in New Mexico, for at least 13 years and requesting information as to how to locate my husband's son, refusing to tell for what other than "it concerns a legal affair." We are retired seniors, and he has not been welcome under our roof for years (approximately 2001), nor has he been in touch with us. What he has or hasn't done is none of our affair.

The final straw came today, when they called me and I told them I was going to file a police report if they didn't stop harassing us, as my husband was ill and it was disturbing him. (We are both in our 80's, which they seemed to be aware of...?) THEN they somehow located MY son (who has never met or heard of my stepson) using his work cell phone. He told them I was his mom, but that he had never heard of my husband's son, whereupon the woman said "You are obviously lying" and hung up on him. I am really angry, but according to the police they cannot take a report. "Creditors" whoever they are have rights. Where are ours?

I was just yelled at by a woman supposedly named "Mrs. **". What an original alias ha! I have excellent credit and was shocked when I explained that this is my first time in collections and can I reduce or waive my late fee. This made her claws come out and she yelled "That's never gonna happen!" This lady is going to come back as a suppository in her next life!

This Credit reporting agency needs a full investigation. I find them on my report, from VERIZON, which was paid and yrs later. Here we go again with the same nonsense. How are they allowed to decrease someone's credit on something that was taken care of yrs ago and you're expected to keep a receipt for over 5 yrs. This is criminal and should not be allow.

Both my Dad and I have same names with suffix III and IV (of course IV is me) however, I am at the time the account was opened age 10 for a Citibank credit card and a Verizon account. So now I am of age to build up my credit and I see Pinnacle has me in collections for $3,695 which they say is under my dead dad's social security number and WILL NOT HELP ME REMOVE IT FROM MY TRW REPORT... ANYONE HERE HAVE A LAWYER OR KNOW OF ONE THAT can help me sue their ** off for fraud... They said "it's not your son's social it's your dead husband's." All fine and good. Now remove it.

Don't ever do business with this company!!! Warning these people aren't bankers they are scammers. They charged me double my balance like always. I was only 21 at the time didn't know anything about credit or building or getting approved. At the time I didn't have a job that paid me over the table. These people "somehow" said I made a certain amount and approved the documentation of fake things from a dealership that is now shut down. Now they are trying to tell me I still owe 8 grand still for a car they took. If I car has taken a charge off that means the remainder of the balance of what the car was left after they took it from me is what the total should be. I paid for a year straight for an old car that wasn't even worth more than 6 grand. I paid 2 grand down and paid nearly 10 including my trade in.

These people are scam arrest. They ** you over and act like nothing happened. People like this group will get ** over so badly with karma... The worst people ever. Do not ever ever do business here. They even were laughing and hanging up on me when I was asking for help. They took my car because I was a month behind. Nobody here has to believe me but when someone sees this they will know to turn away from this place. Never ever use this company as a partner for your dealership. A dealership pretty much probably shut down because of this company. They are bored and need penny not even nickels and dimes.

I would like to give no stars, but unfortunately I have to pick one star. I paid my car note today and an hour later they charge me the same amount. My bank overdraft because Pinnacle Bank decided that they will charge my account again for a second payment that was unauthorized. I had to make various calls to my bank, which unfortunately couldn't do anything, but put a dispute in. I called Pinnacle bank various times to try to get the matter resolved and they were unable to stop the payment to go through because they couldn't see it in their system until the next day. Unfortunately, they couldn't credit my account. Now I am over drafted, no money... It such an inconvenient when you try to make a payment, which was my first payment, and this happens. If I didn't have a auto loan with them, I will never use them again. The next payment, if I get credited will be in the mail form of money order. So unhappy right now.

Pinnacle Credit Services of MN is in violation of the Federal Court per my Chapter 7 bankruptcy. They were notified properly per the court and listed on my bankruptcy. My credit report was wiped clean from all listed debt. Now that I'm feeling better, I have been trying to improve my credit score. Out of nowhere "Pinnacle" decides to simply pick up where they left off on an old Verizon bill and re-enter it onto my credit report. I am going to rain a legal hell storm on this company that they won't believe. Including a lawsuit for many thousand dollars for illegally crushing my credit score which will have a negative impact for me for many years.

Company won't even put their full name on their spam mail because they don't want someone to look them up before they call. Become extremely rude once they find out you aren't interested in their debt consolidation scam. I asked how they received my information and they hung up on me three times before I got someone that would answer. Seem like a legit company to you? Stay away from them and don't bother calling.

They have recently started calling almost daily about a bill I thought was already taken care of a year ago. I've been over this with them over and over. And now they are calling my fiance's cell phone (how they got that number, I don't know!) asking where I am. He wouldn't explain what he was calling for at first or who he was representing, just kept asking for the last four digits of my SSN and I finally got it out of him what it was for. There's screaming in the background because there's some sort of "Friday" party going on, as the rep put it. I tell him there's nothing I can do now, as I don't have the money right now and won't for a while. Again, I thought this was taken care of A YEAR AGO. I explain the situation, how I was not the one responsible for running the bill up, and I barely get to explain as he tells me that he will report it as fraud then and have the police come and talk to me and I'll have to make a report. Very unprofessional demeanor.

I made payment arrangements for a bill I owed. Talk to a real nice guy name Max who set up the payment plan for me. When it was time for me to load the money on my prepaid debit card, I loaded more money than the payment plan to pay off another bill. They proceeded to take more money than I authorized. When I called to see what happened I was met with rude, ignorant behavior from a supervisor. She then proceeded to threaten me and told me to be prepared?! I am taking this as a serious threat and intend on filing a police report. Never have I dealt with people were supposed to be in customer service that are so rude and awful to customers. Then they proceeded to ignore all my phone calls. To whatever companies decide to use Pinnacle Asset Recovery this reflects badly on your business.
