My experience so far has been very good with Noble Gold. I rolled over some funds into a SEP IRA account as well as opening a traditional IRA account as well. The process was straightforward and has been easy. The staff responds quickly to questions and concerns. The price offered to me on Silver was satisfactory as well. I will definitely be recommending Noble Gold to my friends.

I opened a gold and silver IRA with Noble Gold this week. All my questions and concerns were addressed to my satisfaction by Ben of the IRA team. The application process went smoothly. I'm looking forward to my first visit to the Texas vault in Dallas where my assets will be housed in a segregated account. If anyone is considering a gold IRA, I recommend you give Noble Gold serious consideration.

The customer service was not what I expected. I had high hopes that this company would be top notch, but to no avail. I emailed and called multiple times, but received no replies. Since the service was very poor, I’m now closing my account and will not recommend Noble Gold to others.

They have great service; shipping was very timely; Very professional and all my questions were satisfactorily addressed; their mark up on metals may not be the lowest I have seen but they make up for it with their service. I would recommend them to anyone with that price caveat.

They were so friendly and comfortable to work with and allowed me to ask questions and shared their experience, but certainly I made all decisions and they were careful not to influence my decisions. They are busy getting trades in and so it was good I had a number to call with a very acceptable range of business hours to communicate and leave messages. I called to confirm the wire transfer was successful and to get assurance of the entry price, but they made me feel comfortable that trade would be made and a return call would happen later, but I have yet to receive a confirmation call and will wait for the confirmatory email. I have not received my order number or confirmation, but I was assured of the entry prices which was the main thing I needed and was nervous about. I have not received the product yet so can't comment on that part of the process.

Successfully enrolled in a new IRA despite my first rollover check getting lost in the mail. Jeff from Noble Gold followed up with the initial request and provided recommendations and a quick and easy experience with enrollment after the replacement rollover check was received.

Worked with Yale to get initial investment info. I ended up opening an account. Took about 5 business days. Had my 457 tax deferred account rolled over within 4 business days after getting the account set up. Received a call from Yale the day after my 457 funds hit the account. I made my transaction the 28th of February 2020 after the market had lost some ground. Timing was good to make the purchase saved on the purchase so should recover at a better profit.
