At the time we invested with Goldco, the stock market was doing poorly. I pulled some money out of my 401(k) and put it into precious metal, and it has since paid off nicely. I've had very good experience with Goldco. They’ve been very good with us. They helped us out as much as we needed. So, I've got high praise for them.

I had no physical gold and silver and I wanted to diversify and sell some. Goldco was one of the top, highly recommended companies, and I decided to go with them. So far, I've seen that they are. Everything went well with the purchase process. It was smooth. I worked with different people and they were all very accommodating. They did a nice job. People considering Goldco should give them a call. Talk to Mike or Fred or any of the guys. They're great and will help you figure out if it's right for you. If it is, they'll help you get the purchase done. If not, you looked into it. One thing that I had not gotten a clear picture of was when Goldco said I was purchasing at a higher price than the melt price. So, once I understood the difference between that, then it was a little clearer. But Goldco should talk about that upfront.

One of my two daughters has been with Goldco for two years. She was telling me that they've done really great in the gold and silver market. I just came off a sale of my house and I wanted to put my money some place that would do some good and make a difference in some people's lives. I tried Goldco and the process was easy. Matter of fact, they were great compared to my State Farm office where I was having a hard time with them even doing anything. The money is taken from State Farm ‘cause I had all my investments through them. It almost seemed like State Farm didn't wanna give up the money. They were really hemming and hawing about doing it, so took a long time.

I had been thinking and praying about investing in gold for a while. I remembered how my mom used to keep silver coins when I was little, and after hearing that the prices were going up, I thought maybe I should do it and that it would pay off in the future. The process with Goldco was simple. The rep took the time to explain things to make it easy for me to understand since I'm not up to speed on that type of stuff. He told me from the get-go about the investment amount and said he would check to see if he could get me the bonus they were offering for investing. He said he would call me back that day with an answer, and he did.

I was retiring and was going to continue investing, and I decided to invest in gold and an IRA. At first, I was skeptical because I didn't know if I was really talking to somebody for real. I waited a long time because I didn't know what to do, but the reps walked me through it all. They were very good.

This was my first time investing in precious metals and my dealing with the Goldco personnel went just fine. All my questions were answered to my satisfaction.

I was extremely pleased with the service I received from Goldco. My first purchase included walking me through the purchase and delivery service provided. This was my first valuable coin purchase and I was very pleased with all the information I was provided. After my second purchase, I spent time in a rehab facility for damage to my knee from a fall. I was very appreciative that Goldco would hold my purchase for me until I was discharged and returned home. I received my purchase within 5 to 7 days after my release. Any future valuable coin purchase I make will be with Goldco. Goldco is a great Company!

From my first to my most recent interaction with Goldco, they’ve been exceptionally responsive, available when I’ve had questions and, whenever I’ve made a decision that involves interacting with another investment company, they have facilitated everything. Quickly. Goldco also is very accommodating when it comes to allocation of monies and offering variety of available metals to purchase. My decisions are mine and mine alone, although if I think of any historical data I may want to consider, they provide it. Overall, I feel like Goldco truly values its customers who understand the value of having precious metals among your investments or assets. I rarely advocate for any business, but I make an exception for Goldco. I mean, they always seem like they drop everything whenever I reach out.

My wife and I have been very pleased with the knowledge, service and availability with David Brein and the rest of the team at Goldco. I rest more comfortably with a portion of our investments in precious metals and study the environment we are in, but David helps in filling in the questions we still have. Goldco has options for types of coins, metals and storage.

Dave has always been prompt to return my calls. Is professional and helpful.

I was indirectly connected with Josh Leslie. He was at the beginning of our conversation, schooled as a man why understand the commu man’s questions. I picked up on it slowly into the conversation. Well educated and able to make me feel comfortable with my transaction. As I ask questions he continued to back off not to alarm me in a possible trans action, I get it but well done and extremely professional. Moving forward he way my trust. Generally, loved the process with Goldco. I had a ton of questions and they were very helpful through the process. They helped me through moving money from an old 401k and then eventually to my custodian and waited patiently while that process took longer than planned. My only issue with them was lack of transparency on their "deals". They mentioned 5-10% back in silver for precious metals investments. I eventually found out that the silver coming back was limited print coins when I wanted just bullion bars. Fine.

Buying precious metals is a good investment. We were investing with another gold company, and my husband heard about Goldco. We weren't thrilled with the other companies, so we tried Goldco, and our first experience with them was excellent. Our second experience was not as great, but it was still good. We weren't really pleased with the first company. It was difficult to get ahold of people, and we kept getting put in with different people. With Goldco, we liked it because we had one gentleman who was helping us. Then he retired, and the next guy wasn't quite as helpful. Other than that, the different team members at Goldco have been okay.
