The COVID pandemic, (which severely compromised my business) along with family illness and loved ones passing in both my and my wife’s families, caused us to get behind in paying our IRS taxes. I could not be happier with the service. Provide what is needed in a timely manner and they will take care of the rest. My tax issue was huge. I paid the flat max fee that was beyond reasonable and they were able to work directly with the IRS and were able to have my penalties and interest removed. Roughly 200k. If it is possible they will do it. They really do care about their clients.
