Recent billpay improvements have been a total cluster. I have been banking with them for 25 years. It's about to change. Their new bill pay no longer does electronically transfers on billpay. All is done by the broken USPS mail service. They write checks that will take 10 days to get the vendor paid. What a mess. They say I'll have to call in to transfer to my wife who also has an in bank acct. Last month it was so easy. Now it's a pile of....

I bank with them. Horrible experience. 4 times my card was declined I had to call and explain each time that it’s declining even though money is in the bank. If I transfer funds from like Venmo or Apple Pay, it doesn’t go through after a certain time. So it waits to show the next day.

I mistakenly sent a large payment to them electronically intended for another credit card company. They are now telling me it will take 45 days for them to return my money on a zero balance account. Totally, unacceptable.

Frustrated with the new update on bill pay. My husband and I have 3 businesses and we pay several employees thru bill pay. With the new update they wiped out all our information to be able to pay employees. For tax purposes, we can no longer look at the history of our payments to employees. We have invested a lot of capital into this bank with money markets and cds and several checking accounts. We are going to look into other banks sadly.

I have been a loyal customer for 7 years. But lately, over the last 5 years I’ve been noticing constant fraudulent charges. And over the last week, my DEBIT card account has been double even triple charged for things I already paid for. I called customer service four times in the last 48 hours. They said they can’t dispute a charge if it’s still pending, and to wait until the charge is fully processed. If it did it would go back into my account. The first time I tried this it went back in, then it kept charging. Just this afternoon customer service told me to wait again. I kept telling them my problem was just that; when I waited for the charges to fully process they leave the account again as another charge. So I closed my account and will no longer be using FNBO, sad to leave after 7 years of loyalty and decent experiences.

What a terrible bank. Granted I rarely use the card, maybe 5-6 times a year. However, every time I pay chunks on it they lower my credit limit and then it "appears" maxed out again. We have no lates on any cards and none are maxed out, except this one whenever they reduce the credit line. Which they did again and now we barely have $50 available even though we haven't used it in 3 months and paid over 1k in these 3 months. We don't have much of a balance left and are definitely canceling this card and never will do business with them again. We have 2 cards, 1 has a zero balance that will also get canceled. Don't care about the credit hit, they're also giving credit hits every time they lower the credit line by making the card over 80% limit causing it to look maxed out.

Disappointed with the online banking experience. I have had an account for several years but did not use it. I am older so I do qualify for free banking. So far in the past 2 weeks, I've experienced numerous delays in alerting me to my bank deposits. I get the alerts approximately 6 hours after the deposit. I also do not like the fact they don't post my direct deposit from my paycheck until about 6-7 AM. I have the expectation it should be available for me right after midnight. That's 2 strikes.

Lastly, I requested a new debit card. This was 2 weeks ago. No card. I just went through this a month ago when my Grandson requested a new debit card. He called after waiting 3 weeks, and they said they didn't have the correct address. I personally don't believe that. I checked our profiles and also we get our statements at the correct address. I'm pretty sure this is their routine to not send it and make you call to request it again. If this is for security purposes, it's a poor choice to make a customer call, and then they simply say the wrong address was on file. Yes, this could be a coincidence, but my gut tells me differently. I decided I will not call about this. I've made the decision to just stay with Centris FCU. I have never experienced any of these issues with Centris. I get free banking with them as well. I'm so glad I kept my account with Centris. I really had higher expectations from a bank like First National.

This bank is crooked! I had been a credit card holder for over 30 years with a perfect record as a loyal customer. Then they decided I “could be a foreign fraudster” and a pathetic unprofessional pinhead in their customer service department closed my account with no just cause or any definite reason. 30 years of loyalty wasted on a sketchy crooked bank.

I have made 5 payments using my mobile app on the evening of the 17th of June and on the 18th of June. My first payment was made on the evening of the 17th of June to payoff my FNBO credit card via the FNBO mobile app. All payments were retrieved from my checking account except FNBO by 22 June. I truly believe they delay payments to get that interest on the unpaid balance. I will not use this card again unless an emergency occurs.
