The rollover process was straightforward and the team walked me through everything...without having to chase anyone down. On top of that, my account has stayed solid even during a down crypto market. I'm very satisfied with everything thus far. Cannot wait for the next big run, it's going to be a fun ride!

I gave BlockTrust a try by opening an account on October 2025 with $20k. As of today, May 2026, I now have $11,500. I've lost almost 50% of my funds. I never saw gains above my initial funding rise more than $500 and it plunged after that. Now to withdraw what remains of my money, I risk paying taxes after funding this account with after-tax money I withdrew from my 401k. I didn't think it was a scam but it sure feels like it now.

RUN...RUN... RUN AWAY from these guys!!! BlockTrustIRA is the absolute worst thing I've done financially. They have lost in just the beginning of this year since JAN 2026, $94,494.75! That's -37.28% of my initial IRA investment. This year alone so far. Less than 5 months time. They need to be investigated by the SEC. No one can be this incompetent. They brag in their sales pitch that their proprietary AI software monitors everything and you don't have to worry and can sleep well at night knowing they've got your back on market downturns. I'M NOT SLEEPING BlockTrust!!!

I believe that BlockTrust IRA is a scam. They tell you that they use a highly sophisticated method to make a trade in either direction and make you money. I started with an IRA rollover with $100,000 in December 2025; they started trading in early January 2026, and my account is now down to $57,000. What I have seen are transactions for the routine trade of about $700 at month. The performance of their trades is very different from what they advertise on social media.

I’ve lost about 30% of my investment in about six months so what can I say?
