It is ridiculous already how most time it be always one line...1 teller working...I spoke no answer. I'm not here to be your new girlfriend..I demand respect. Have great customer service. You having a bad day stay home...I was there this particular day to put cash on my debit card..Mind you first time using. Just came in the mail...She was so nasty rolling her eyes. What card you have. I told her in the beginning the Ace debit card...I put my PIN number in for the card I am taking the money off. I put the wrong PIN number. I'm human. She nasty. Didn't have no patient with a aggressive voice wrong PIN. She must be having a bad day I get it.

I was in need of a check to be cashed and my bank wanted a 7 day hold which was not possible for me at this particular time. So, I went to ACE CASH EXPRESS at 12803 Nacogdoches Rd here in San Antonio Texas. The young man that helped me **, was very helpful. As for me being a Senior Citizen and not being very savvy if he had not been so kind to explain everything to me and help with the issue I most likely would not have completed the transaction and the issue that i was trying to take care would have been a larger problem for me. If you're looking for a scam, then you've found it. At first, when I was told I could receive between $2,000 and $8,000 unsecured, I was overjoyed. However, I couldn't understand how, seeing as my credit score was undoubtedly poor. I had spoken to the gentleman named Dominic, and not only was he rude when I couldn't hear him on the other line, but he was also very pushy. He kept telling me to read the contract thoroughly. Now, I'm not saying that a company shouldn't be honest with their customers about their contract, but the fact that he was so insistent about it concerned me.

Went to apply for an emergency cash loan at a local Ace Cash Express. I Googled the place beforehand and saw a bunch of stellar reviews, so I assumed they’re a great, legitimate service. I did the application as normal, and assumed I’d get approved since I have in the past (plus my credit score is better now). In fact, whatever they were gonna offer me, I was going to legit tell them I only need $235 (very specific, because of the tight bind I’m in). I was authorizing forms via the keypad they have up front, and before the application was done, the gentleman helping me slid me a Google review card and said something along the lines of “And while we wait for this application to process, if you could scan this and leave me a Google review right now.”

On July12 2024 I applied for a loan from Ace Cash Express in Congers New York for 5 thousand dollars..Signed contract and never received nothing! They requested insurance money for loan and I sent.. Next they asked for connecticut finance fee.. I realized it was a scam but I'm out of 300 dollars.. Guy's name is domonic.. Never deal with or trust ace express in congers new york.

I have done business with Ace Cash Express for a very long time. I kept the past Pay Day loans documents on file. During the time I had loans with this company, I paid on time until the very last one was paid late due to Bank of America closing my account because of unusual circumstances. When the bank closed my account, I did not have access to my funds to pay Ace Cash Express on a timely basis. However, I know my obligations with Ace Cash Express and kept in touch explaining the issues about my funds.

They approve you and somewhere in the contract you sign, they want money upfront to get the loan. Very shady business tactics. If I had the money, why would I need a loan from them. And then of course, if you cancel the loan, they want more money from you.

Get in and out with her always. No waiting long. She is friendly. Other places I've been cashiers look like they're mad at the world. In Ace cash I never seen a angry face cashier. I been using them for years now.

I have dealt with Ace for a long time and never had an issue until recently. I have had several loans and paid them back with no problem. When I took my loans my paydays are on Wednesday but for convenience they have allowed me to come in by that Friday to pay this has been the way I've done it for a year now. This last loan I went and paid on Thursday a day earlier I was thinking, the next week I get a letter saying I was put in collections. :(

I borrowed 200.00 and have now paid them 459.00. They just keep taking money out of my account. When is the loan paid for and over. I will never do business with them ever again. What a horrible company. How much money would they keep taking had I not called my bank to stop payment.

They advertise title loans for a company out of California called Wilshire Consumer Credit/Westlake Financial who then uses a bank in Utah to provide loans well above the interest rate allowed in the state of Florida using Florida’s own title documents. This is a “rent a bank” scheme and I wouldn’t get involved if I were you. They have absolutely taken everything from me. The bank doesn’t ever call regarding the loan. They have 3rd parties on behalf of Wilshire to constantly harass you with phone calls. This is a predatory loan and they need to be shut down. All the companies involved in this little scheme they play. I will not pay a single dime to any of them.

I went in to pay rent $545. I had $800 with me. Somehow I gave $700. I got back $53, I go back in to find out they don't have my money. Of course they said I went somewhere else. WRONG. At no time did anyone say, "Hey we reviewed our cameras." Only thing I was told was I was getting no refund. Moral of this mistake if you pay rent here and have any problems good luck. Police will pass the buck and say it's civil and scandalous business will not help you.

If you apply for an online loan, they are going to deposit a amount in your account, then ask you to withdraw it. And send it back to them. Trust me, when you pull the money out keep it, you will not get the loan.

I also received an Ace card to get my direct deposit for my new job and Sheliah informed me you get paid a few days earlier. I will be returning to that same store for that excellent service!!!

Yes I’m so thankful for your employee Jennifer at the west 10th street Ace Cash Indianapolis Indiana. She’s so sweet and helpful and always a happy go lucky person. I hardly ever see her in a bad mood or rude to anyone and I see a lot of people being rude to her because she can’t do what they want and I see she tries to help them.

I worked with William **. He told me my credit wasn't satisfactory, so the company put in several deposits, the last amounting to $1,250. I was told to go to the store and get gift cards reflecting said amount, and send to them. It would boost my credit score. I did this three times! What a fool I am. I gave him all my information thinking the company and its rep were trusted because they have been in business so long. They took all my money in my checking and savings account, while William kept telling me to wait 30 min., wait 45 min., wait, wait. I will never, ever do business with this company! Now I am in the negative in both accounts.

Like to give thanks to Ms. ** for her professionalism, know her job responsibilities and getting you out in a timely manner is very important key. Not to mention her greeting and smiles of genuine care for her customers not just about get business for that location. I went to Ace check cashing to cash a money order, that other places kept denying. The representative, Sheria, went above and beyond to verify my money order was valid. She had to contact several people and wait about an hour, but she was able to verify and cashes my money order. This is excellent customer service and she deserves a bonus or a promotion! I have been a Ace Elite as well as NetSpend card holding for over 10 years. I recently noticed a transaction that was not authorized for $1300. I filed a dispute. I reached out to the merchant and was told I could get a full refund due to me not having an account with the company Credit Acceptance. It was for a car loan although they didn't provide me with the account information. I own my car. I was not about to be paying someone else car note. It is a pandemic out here. People are already suffering and struggling.

I applied for an online loan. Received an email from Ace Cash Express. Was asked to call to confirm. The man insisted over and over again that I get more than what I wanted and then tried to get me to pay them $198 before I was able to receive my loan. No. Don't ever do this. You never pay for a loan ahead of time.

This is my first time ever applying for a loan and I must admit it will be my last. The whole experience was a complete headache! Right now with everything going on I couldn’t believe that at a time like this while We are going through a pandemic that they would take out every last cent from my account. Filled out an online application I wanted to cancel. They tell me that can't find the account despite the fact I give them my information when I call. Yet the account is there online when I log into it. They are fraudulent as hell and don't trust anything they say. Will be putting fraud alerts on my accounts.

Decided to open an Ace checking account when the Ace employee suggested I do so to avoid paying high fees to cash my monthly and biweekly payroll checks. She said if I had direct deposit I would not be charged anything to withdraw the money, at most 3 dollars. I withdrew 1500.00 yesterday to pay my rent and other bills and was charged 25.00 and some cents. This was at an Ace location on Lafayette and San Bernardo in Laredo, TX. On top of this I am charged a 5 monthly fee for having the account, even though I have direct deposit for two separate incomes. To make matters worse, the overdraft fee of 15 dollars has increased to 20. There are also long lines at the local Ace locations.

I applied for the installment loan and was pre approved. Sent in information as requested and each time they came up with an excuse it was wrong and would make me reapply. Each time I reapplied the amount would go downs by $100. I even had to mark all my information so they could see it before sending it in because they have no idea what they are looking for. There finally wasn’t nothing they could pick at on my info so they just said they didn’t receive even though I have email proof. The employees have no idea what they are doing and give automated responses. The last time I received calls but left no messages and when I called back the employee had the same damn auto response and stated he showed no calls. Horrible place that has no idea what they are doing.

Awful. Never use this company. Went to the one on Gravois Road. The girl Anna was so unprofessional. Tried to cash a check. She took forever then tried to charge me 250.00. I said never mind. Went to Check N Go. They cashed it for 90.00 and was very nice. I do not like dishonest people. Please Do Not Use Ace. MARIE

I have gotten loans from here a couple times. However, I went through some financial hardship. Instead of being given the option to make lower payments for a payday loan. They sent my case to court! I received no mail or phone call until I got the call from the county court! They actually will take you to court for a $200 dollar loan!! Instead of allowing you to make payment arrangements they called me one time and within five minutes they called the people that I had listed on my application. They did that instead of allowing me time to call them back! I do not recommend doing any type of loans with them. Choose another place! There are plenty other loan places offer want to help you pay off your loan without going this far!

I will never use this company again. I was afraid to try them to begin with and I should have listened to my instinct. I borrowed $500 and ended up paying $971 in 3 payments. Yet I was told a different amount. When I tried calling for customer service they kindly told me they could not see "in store" loan information. Had I made the 12 payments as I had initially signed for I was going to end up paying $1760. Yet in 3 I paid $971. Makes NO sense & I HIGHLY recommend that no one use this company.

They'll run your credit without permission. They'll call your bank and ask about your latest transactions all to lend you a few hundred. Don't use it. Use lendup.com or cashnet.com instead, they don't run credit.
