My customer service experience was awful. When I stated I wanted to think about my options and didn’t have a specific reason. They acted like I was dumb. I’m allowed to think on and I’m allowed to say no. I don’t appreciate the way they treated me. His response to me saying no was “Based on our conversation yesterday I knew you were going to pass. I got you a lower payment and a much shorter timeframe which is what you said you needed so I’m unsure of your logic behind that decision. Feel free to reach out if you change your mind. Everyone I have spoken to has been very pleasant and explain the process well. The only problem I have had is the emails and phone calls do not have the company name upfront. So I have not answered calls because I get about 30 telemarketers a day and if no name of the company I don't answer the phone. Also, emails get deleted because they have representatives name in front, not the company name.

Plus, the fact that she has an MBA indicates the high level of quality that ADR has available to achieve anyone's credit card, Student Loan, etc. problems.

I just want to say that my Representative was quick, and very explanatory to all my questions and needs. She answered all my questions to where I could understand. She was kind and very courteous. I received all my information. I was told how to keep in touch and how long my process would take and how much my monthly fee would be and how to handle my creditors.

Agent did excellent job with explanations of entire process. I would recommend her to my friends. She is an asset to your company because of her personality with someone who is not familiar with computers, she reviewed each account for accuracy before leaving that page.

I was completely unfamiliar and then somewhat skeptical of this process. Reuben explained it thoroughly to my complete satisfaction. He answered all of my questions, and very important to me, he did not pressure me in any way. Also extremely important to me, is that I have every confidence that he will be available to help me and address any and all concerns that occur. What an experience, if you have all of your information at hand. I needed help paying off 2 credit cards with too much interest due to disabilities and retirement for myself and husband. I would never do business with this company. The first person I spoke with was nice but then he said that they didn't deal with the state of Tennessee and had to transfer me to someone else. When I was transferred the person I spoke with was very rude. Told me that he was going to pull my credit, didn't ask. Then when I asked why he needed to pull my credit he said, "If you need to look into consolidation then that means that your credit is already bad so it doesn't matter." Very rude. I gave him my information, he then went on and said that I didn't qualify and that I just needed to work harder and pay my bills on time. Which I have. The only reason I'm looking for something like this is because I don't want to fall behind on my bills. He was very rude and I don't recommend them to ANYONE.

I worked with Regan. She was excellent to talk to. She explained everything so I was able to understand your system. Regan is a valuable asset to your company. She made me feel very comfortable and not afraid of this new area of business. I look forward to my dollars coming down. Thank you again.

Yesterday I spoke with a senior consultant regarding a debt consolidation program. He went through every aspect of my responsibilities and the advantages of registering into this program. My first concern was that I could get a debt paid off in a few days. He reassured me that this was feasible. My credit rating was rather poor, and he reassured me that this program would improve my rating in a few months. He did a very good selling job, but neglected to mention some very vital information. I did not discover this until the next day (today). Century contacted me and filled in the areas that ADR forgot to mention. Firstly, my debts were not to be paid until they reached and last stages of collections.

I was very skeptical to call at first. It's very hard to make decisions when you are overwhelmed. I believe this was the best decision to make. My experience was so pleasant.
