A simple request for a Chegg study subscription cancellation, turned into the representative canceling my eBook instead, during my midterm week when I needed it the most. My issue escalated and was met with nothing but apologies from each supervisor. They informed me of Chegg's policy, which states that if an eBook is deactivated, the only way to regain access is by the student repurchasing it. It did not matter that it was not my fault, it didn't matter that it was their representative that made the mistake. The burden of fixing it fell on me, the college student with an income that is sporadic and unreliable at best.
Upon filing a complaint with the BBB and garnering a response from the Chegg team, they reiterated their policy, admitting that there was no “workaround” for allowing access to eBooks without them being repurchased, regardless of the reason for the deactivation. College students are not aware of this lack of protection until it is too late. There was no accountability for their actions and the actions of those they hire to represent them. After I declined to accept their initial response on the BBB website, their second response was even more disheartening. The Chegg team resorted to mentioning the fact that I was able to repurchase the eBook a day after the deactivation.
I spent more than 24 hours finding a way to repurchase what their representative canceled by mistake. By their team alluding to the fact that the access was restored after a day, instead of focusing on the lack of policy and protection for the digital format of textbooks on their website, it became clear that it was nothing more than an attempt to distract from what their representative did and how ill-equipped the company’s policy truly is. This level of deflection from a company whose motto is to provide convenience for college students, shows just how manipulative they are towards their biggest consumers. Based upon their failing reviews all over the internet, it is clear that they have become more of an inconvenience to college students than anything else.

I sponsored a student for a book, he attempted to cancel in November and though the cancelation was successful. In December, I got charged to my account and I thought it came because he cancelled at mid period of the billing, but oh surprise, they billed me last night and my account overdraft. The student ended his semester in December first week and did not attend since until this week; we know there were holidays and school break, so he did not use the book. I called and the operator and supervisor said they have a "police" do not refund books, so I am giving away my money and the overdraft to them and they refused to credit my bank account.

If I want to unsubscribe, I can't either because I can't log into my account and I can't manage my subscription, so they would be forever charging me. The only solution to stop this is to cancel the card so that they can no longer rip me off for a product that I have not been able to use even once. A scam and a disgrace this way of acting.

Overpriced monthly charges. Study packs are slapped together messes of missing chapters and content at sometimes of ridiculous amateur submissions if at all. The book that I purchased had no updates to its newly released content (which means that you have to rely on PDF files your instructor may or may not have for those newest edition chapters that were supposedly available and benefit of this "service"). Fonts and highlight code font (for programming) is almost unreadable and when you try to maximize the screen or even try to adjust the viewing pane, everything goes out of kilter and is almost impossible to read and leaves you with no option but to reload.
No right click option to copy content and simply paste into a project or text editor so you can actually read it or just save some time when you have an instructor that can type 4,000 wpm while you are squinting trying to keep up with said instructor. The fact that you cannot copy and paste the code into an editor or wysiwyg is absolutely ridiculous considering at least with the book I had, it came with source code that was downloaded from the author's actual website. No advance warning to when they are going to charge your account and the price went up seemingly each time they charged my card. Even when I thought (because the actual class I took was complete and the expire date was set for that date) they kept charging anyway.
Lord forbid a user that pays almost $40.00 a month for a subscription would be able to download your book, save your book or even copy content from your book. After all, the cost of the actual hardcover book (which I own) cost LESS than this scam subscription service of craptastic expenditures to your bank account. Lack of user control to remove your payment methods and personal account without having to search the help section and then select "cancel account" displays the intent of causing users such as myself, to assume that the expiration date I chose for my semester term was met would automatically cancel and then ask for my input or at least give me advanced warning of when they were going to charge my card.
You jump through hoops to actually remove your personal account and payment methods. You first have to go to the help section and type in "cancel account" and then, the cancel account link displays. Then, to ensure these scam artists no longer have your card on file anymore, you have to jump through even more hoops which leads you to have to search for "remove personal data" which then gives you the link to do so. Well, at least you think so. It then has you enter in your email to which they send you a form to fill out, then verify your email to verify you want to cancel your account. All basically hidden areas from the user which is a great method to continue charging a user if they 1) do not cancel their subscription; 2) does not delete their user data; 3) system WILL charge you even if your supposed expiration date has been met.
The fact that author did not make his book available to Amazon Kindle was even more sketchy because let's be honest. If you really want a student textbook to translate well for general use, and ownership being the key element here, Kindle would be the ultimate route to go but alas no. This poor excuse for a ** sore cash cow milks the poor student out of their small bank accounts which also keeps financial aid out of the possibility to be used in most electronic book store options most colleges offer. Simply stay away from Chegg. Period.

If you get the subscription you will want to pull your hair out by trying to cancel. As a student, I used it for answers on homework and how they got that answer. Which in that aspect was good. That is until I wanted to cancel because I was done with the semester. I looked on website and app. Nothing. I actually lost my card at one point so I canceled the card. And I'm not kidding when I say they still continuously tried to charge the card. Every. Day. for a half a year.
They would not stop trying to charge the card to the point my bank called me to say they suspect my canceled card was stolen and someone was trying to use it. Nope! That's just Chegg desperately trying to leach money out of my account again. It was nothing like I ever experienced before. Usually when your card is declined for other websites they just stop giving you that service and move on. But chegg? They will not stop till they get your money with no way to cancel your subscription without calling them directly.

It’s clear, from other people on here, that they are having the same problem as me, but here’s my story. I have used Chegg for a while. For the most part, they were fine. They were good for studying and providing solutions to problems that I could go back and review to see what I got right or what I missed on homework problems. It was good feedback, and helped me immensely.
But something changed this year (2021 specifically). They changed how they recorded devices, is my best guess, and now, instead of just recording the two devices you’re allowed to have associated with your account, they now record your IP address. Which means, if you work or study from more than one place, your account is going to get suspended. Why did they do something so asinine? Who knows. Some idiot over there thought this was a good idea. So, okay, the first couple of times this happens, I go to tech support to figure out what’s going on. They give me some troubleshooting tips, but the problem keeps happening. So I go back, explain the problem again, and they give me the same tips. I explain to them that they don’t work, and they have no answer, they can’t unlock my account, and they can’t refund my money because my account is locked, because they locked it! This went on for THREE WEEKS!
Nobody seems to know what is going on at Chegg, and it appears you can only use their website at one location, so don’t plan on moving around if you’re a working student, like I am, and don’t expect a refund. They just steal your money, lock your account, and tell you there’s nothing they can do for you. Absolute TRASH! DO NOT USE CHEGG! Their website is broken, and they will not fix it, and instead blame the problems on you.

So, I am a college student and I have been using Chegg for a while now. Although it does have its perks, it also has its problems. I pay almost $15/month to utilize their services, which means I should be able to do with my account as I please. I have an iPad, MacBook, and an iPhone; all of which I use for both school and personal use. On my iPad and iPhone I use both the Chegg study app and Chegg.com to do my work. As of recently and times in the past, they have started to both suspend my account and require me to change my password because I either use Chegg on too many devices or they accuse me of sharing my account.
Within the past year I have had to change my password over 5 times due to them believing I was sharing my account. I have had to change password because I alternated between devices too many times and I honestly think it is getting ridiculous. I am not going to lie, I enjoy using Chegg, but I don't enjoy being told how I can access a service that I pay for. If it was a free subscription, I would not care, but since money is being taking out of account to utilize these services, I should be able to do as I please. Why does it matter how many devices I have? If they can track how many times I have switched back and forth between devices, they should be able to tell that all these devices are registered to me, and me only. If I didn't use Chegg so much, I would definitely cancel my subscription and not look back, but I am honestly so frustrated with their policies and rules that I decided that it was important to write the review.

Worst of all, I called on the 10th and the lady directed me to do few things to correct the problem, I did all I was directed and did not work nor I received the phone call I was to get from the expert in the system.
On the 19th called again and I was told almost the very same stuff, nothing has happen yet. I ordered my books early this year, and although my old debit was on file on my account, I entered my new one before confirming my order. A week and a half past, and I still hadn't received my order. At the time, I assumed shipping was going to be slow because of Covid, but then days began to past and I still haven't received an order, and the tracking was not updated. Although they refunded my shipping, I still needed my books.
I went back and checked my order, just to realize that the order was put under my OLD debit card. My order was still awaiting shipment. I understand this could've been more of my mistake, however I know I gave them my new debit card, so it's annoying how they were using my old card on the order, which obviously wouldn't work. And then they neglected to tell me earlier that there was a payment problem.
I wish that that was my last complaint with them. But, after canceling my order, I went back and reordered my books, making sure they were put on my new card. About a week after I finally got my books, they sent them AGAIN and have changed me twice for the books. Extremely frustrating and annoying, especially since I pay for my books and school by myself.
Lastly, I found out yesterday that they want to charge me for a communications book I returned in MARCH. I have already emailed customer service and told them I returned the book, so hopefully that problem will be taken care of. I feel like chegg has gotten worse this school year. Customer service is awful, and takes forever to get through to get help. First, I rented a used textbook for $50 that came horribly damaged, with the pages not even attached to the binding, and some pages completely loose. If I’m paying $50 for a book, it better be in good condition. I was told I would be sent a new book. That order was canceled, and I am now stuck with probably one of the most beat-up books I've ever seen. I sent an email asking if they would be getting any more copies in and never received a response.
Then, less than a week later, I got an email about a book I had rented last semester that needed to be returned. The book had already been returned three weeks prior, and I had received an email acknowledging that they knew so. I sat in a queue for over an hour waiting for someone to talk to. When I explained my situation, I was told (word-for-word), “It looks like your books have been delivered to our warehouse on 8/24/2020 and I have taken care of that for you. You’ll notice in your account that it states “reported missing”. Don’t worry about that status, you’re all set!”
I was not “all set”. This morning I received yet another email, this time telling me that my book still hasn’t been returned and that if it isn’t returned by four days from now, I’m going to be charged $166. I called Chegg customer support, and luckily this time, I did not have to wait. I told them about the email I had received this morning and about the previous conversation with customer support from just a few days ago. They pretty much repeated to me the same thing that the other person said. I said, “This is the same thing I was told last time. How do I know I’m not going to be charged?” “Well, if you are charged, we can easily refund it.” Not good enough. They then went on to say, “It’s probably a glitch in the system.” Awfully expensive glitch! And a glitch that I was told had already been taken care of at that!
I’m already expecting to be charged the $166. I have no faith that anyone from Chegg is actually going to try to solve this “glitch”. I will call, get the money refunded, and then I will take my business elsewhere in the future. I am not a hard person to please, but never in my life have I ever had service this terrible. Amazon will be receiving my business from now on.

First of all, I will state that I only uses the solution department for Chegg and I only ask question about calculus class. So, my experiences may differ from everyone else who also uses the solution part for chegg. Ok so let's get this straight, I can say that 80% of the solution that chegg provides about a hard calculus question is partially wrong. The good thing is, the answer is usually already provides a good first step about the question you asked.
But after that, the final answer is somehow become wrong. Which could happen because most of the people that answer your question either just changed some of the number or even add a random number in between the steps to make the question faster and easier to finish, which obviously resulting in a wrong answer. In the end, DON'T rely to much with chegg solution for calculus if you didn't understand anything about the material of the question you asked. As you may not notice that the answer is actually wrong, or you will end up with a bad grade just like me.

I graduated in 2014. I just discovered I have been paying for EasyBib (a paid citation service) since July 2018, to the tune of $9.95 a month. It's now July 2020. Neither of the two reps I spoke with were willing to give me the contact information listed on "my" account, its a secret. This is fraud, I never signed up for this service. MS Word does it for free, why would I pay Chegg?
Chegg offered a credit for one month. 24 months at $9.95. I get that it's my fault for not catching it sooner, but one month? I asked how many citations were saved/used, he said none. How much activity was noted on the account overall? "Ohh no, that's a secret." I guess if your company is criminal at heart, this would be a pretty good scam. Keep credit cards that had been used once or twice over the last 10 years then open a fake account and use the info from the card to pay.
Chegg stated the subscription had been cancelled as of today. No cancellation number so I guess that remains to be seen. I mean, how can I cancel a paid subscription when I could not verify any of the account information? Side Note: In 2016 Chegg stock was around $8.00 a share, today, July 2020 $73.42. Since Covid is taking over how a student will attend school, I can see that stock climbing. Only problem is the center of this stock is rotten, wormy and foul. B E W A R E O F C H E G G.

I would have to wait 48 hours to see if they were going to unsuspend my account. When I asked to speak to someone who could unlock my account, I was told that there was no one. Chegg is itself a cheating website. They have all the useful textbook solutions but of course, other than the textbook solutions, every other question that we post related to college comes under cheating because it is the college's property. And they claim that they can give any personal information which is against a person's privacy. I got the monthly subscription service for my son who is in college and he can barely use it because it is constantly suspended for "suspicious activity". So it ends up being $14.95/mo for nothing. My advice...Don't waste your money unless you only have one device and are planning to use it in the same location all the time. My son goes back and forth between his college dorm and home and like most college students has multiple devices (2-laptops, iPad, iPhone), and our home computer. Especially now with the COVID-19 pandemic and classes are all online he has been coming home more.
I tried explaining this to the representative and they wouldn't do anything. They refused to reactivate the account (despite the fact I am PAYING for the service) and they wouldn't cancel it over the phone or refund me my monthly subscription fee. What am I paying for if my son can't even use the account when he needs it. Their policy is absurd. He is not "sharing" his account but to think someone will only use one device in the same location all the time is unreasonable. My advice...Don't bother getting the subscription...You'll never have access to use it.

Cancelling it this past time was a PAIN, and I think they purposefully do this. I'm a college student, I can only afford to use it a few times, and it is ridiculous that: 1.) you can't cancel in the app or on mobile at all, but they don't directly tell you this or offer any instructions to let you know you can't.
2.) Once you get to a desktop, they give you false instructions on how to cancel. They say, "go to account, and under subscriptions it will say cancel subscription". Well, last time this was the case, but not this time. No, the only button there is "manage your subscriptions in iTunes". So I had to download iTunes and figure out where to find my subscriptions. A representative told me that I won't get any!
So I was happy. But just last month after my semester, I was charged for $19.50 so I called customer representative and they informed me that if you don't return the book, company charges you extended price almost every week for $19.50 after the semester so you have to return the book and the book originally cost $131.50 so if you want to keep the book, you have to pay $131.50 but I said I already have paid $78 so can I pay the difference, they said no! So they screwed up me very bad! I wish I could have rented a book at my college campus. I sold my textbooks to the company in an attempt to make some money as a broke college student. After a few weeks I got the email saying they received my textbooks and they "sent out my check." A month or two later, I contacted them saying I never got it, so they re-sent it. Again, two months later I never got it. So they re-send it a second time. Another month later (today), I call them EXTREMELY frustrated, and they tell me that the check has been cashed and signed for. They told me to file a police report, and they can't pay me unless I do that because someone cashed the check. Not me, or my parents have seen one or cashed one from them. But I still can't get my money. Police probably won't take the case because I have no proof on my end.
In order to get them to even tell me to file a report, I had to call TWICE because the first rep I talked to told me "we can't do anything because it says it was signed and cashed out." NEVER again will I ever do business with them. I want all my money, including for the textbooks I rented from them, and I want the textbooks that I "sold" (I just gave them away at this point).

Linked account with Facebook. It asks me to verify it's me by entering my password before a tutoring session, and every password I enter is wrong. I'm assuming it would be my facebook password considering I just linked accounts and it never asked for me to create one. On top of that their phone lines go down too early, I'm at class and or work all day. The only time I could ever fix this would be at night. Rip my first and last payment of 15 dollars I got like one answer out of.

I have been attempting to order an e-textbook rental from this company to no avail. Their website is having issues on their end so I called their customer service line. The rep who answered my call could not get my email correct. I had to repeat it multiple times and spell it for them 2-3 times as well before they finally got it correct. Then they said they couldn't find any orders. Which was completely dumb because I had already stated that I was having problems placing my order. This reps only advice was to try again tomorrow and see if their site works then or to find my textbook elsewhere. None of this was any kind of useful. I then asked about taking a customer service survey about my experience since it's been so terrible. He says that only people who have placed an order can get the link to take the survey. This whole thing has been unacceptable. Honestly, based on this experience I don't know why anyone would use this company.

I have rented a couple of textbooks from Chegg. They have always come when expected in great condition. I recently ordered a rental. I was charged shipping, though the order was over the minimum amount so shipping should have been free. Since I was in a rush, I just paid the shipping cost. Then, a couple days later I got an email from Chegg that they were reimbursing me for the shipping cost! Chegg reached out to me completely on their own- I hadn't called, emailed, or anything. I was so impressed with their customer service!! I highly recommend using Chegg!

1st experience and it will be the last one with this company. Placed an online order for a textbook I should have received already. When I spoke with them they told me there's no record showing it was shipped because it was being shipped from a 3rd party and I should receive it today. Then I get an email saying they do not know when I will be receiving it. I DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY AND YOU SHOULD NOT EITHER! THEY ARE SHADY AND THEY ARE LIARS!

I requested a refund and was refunded the 1.44 and sent an email that the 14.95 was refunded when it wasn't. I have wasted my time having to file complaints with PayPal. Chegg has no managers and they repeatedly put you through to the same belligerent group of people who waste your time. They cannot explain why they charged the 1.44 and didn't refund the 14.95. This could be my fault doing business again with Chegg but never again am I going to them. I would rent the books out and loved how the prices were low but when it came down to returning the books to Chegg. Somehow at UPS they always ended up missing and Chegg never received the items. This is my second year happening and I’m tired of having to explain myself to the customer service on my items didn’t make it to Chegg factory. Chegg is saying I have a overdue in three books which I clearly remember going in to UPS customer service giving it to UPS employee my books in a Chegg box with the tracking receipt.
Then a couple weeks pass by and Chegg tells me I haven’t sent them in. I called Chegg customer service and they told me to take it up with UPS and it just becomes a circle loop of contacting customer service telling them repeatedly my problem. Point is the books are lost in a warehouse somewhere and I am not paying for them because UPS and Chegg don’t know how to pass books to each other.

As with many other complaints here, I used the online subscription once and they continued to dip into my account for several months without any notice. Understandably, I'm supposed to cancel the subscription but if they have enough information to dip into your bank account regularly how come they can't do the ethical thing and notify you via the e-mail address and phone number every time they do so on a monthly basis? All the other companies that I pay for services online send me a notification that my bill has been deducted and paid for on a monthly basis. Clearly, they are playing a numbers game and just hoping they can quietly continue to take money from your account without you noticing. In my opinion, this is exactly the type of problem with online payments and this is clearly unethical.

I had an acct with Chegg since fall. I tried to cancel then pause my subscription at the end of April because school was out. I thought the charges stopped but apparently they were still charging me and it's now July 1st and they just took a payment in 6/29. So I tried to just type in a homework problem to see if I at least had the service and I don't. So they’re taking free money. When I log on my acct it says there is no card on file but yet I am still being charged. I just cancelled my card because others are experiencing the same and some even charged years later. It's not worth purchasing.

I bought a book from my school library, it was a psychology book that I spent over a 100 dollars on. I wanted to sell it to Chegg which they were going to buy from me for 20.00 dollars, my school would have probably paid me more but I didn't want to wait for next year until they have the event. So I sent them the book, they send me back saying that the book is unauthorized copy and that they won't send me the money or my money back. I understand if they don't want to send the money but I don't understand why they won't send me the book back.. I don't understand why I have to lose my money when I can send it back to my school. I should get my money back and they can contact the school or stop the circulation somehow but for me to lose my money and my book, it is just isn't fair. I felt that they stole the money from me especially that my school would have bought it back from me.

On website and shipping slip, stated it would come with online access code (VISTAS 5E SE+SSPLUS VTXT), but no code upon receiving the book, so it made the rental useless. Called the customer service. I was told online access code was not guarantee regardless what description on its website and shipping slip, really misleading, almost like scam. Return the book right way. Hopefully we can get full refund. Never deal with Chegg.com again. Absolutely not recommended.

I had mixed results doing searches for information on homework assignments. Apparently, any person can submit their homework to Chegg for free points -- HOWEVER, IT DOESN'T MEAN THAT ANY OF THEIR SUBMISSIONS ARE CORRECT! No checks the submitted homework for accuracy! I'm really struggling with my Managerial Accounting and Financial Corporate Accounting classes -- so, I haven't canceled Chegg yet. I requested a tutor help and the first tutor (who was excellent) charged me $15.00 which was immediately deducted from my checking account.
THEN, I tried again the next week for tutoring help (for written lesson to be submitted back to me -- NOT online, LIVE help). Chegg, then, immediately charged my checking account $90.00. Now, I've been getting random deductions from my banking account every 5-7 days. So, when I no longer need any thing at all from Chegg, I will eventually do what I did with a very similar, nasty over-billing fraud site you may have hear of: COURSE HERO! When Course Hero gave me the run around and refused to cancel my account or fraudulent billing to my bank account, here's what I did and got IMMEDIATE RESULTS!
HERE IS WHAT EVERYONE WHO IS BEING FRAUDULENTLY BILLED SHOULD DO:
1) Look up the corporate address and contact info. for Chegg.com and write it down -- you will need it. I believe it is in Santa Clara, CA.
2) Go the the California Better Business Bureau (located in San Francisco) and click on submit a formal complaint. Fill out all of the necessary info. (be as descriptive and detailed as possible). Click File the Complaint. By the way, I live in Massachusetts, but you have to contact the BBB site where the company headquarters is located for legal reasons. Not, the state that you live in.
3) BBB will email you back assigning your complaint an ID number. Now, except for a few exceptions, the BBB will contact the company you just complained about and show them your official complaint submitted to them. The BBB will act on your behalf -- you don't have to do a thing!! The BBB will either ask them to choose a mediation approach. They have to make it in writing to the BBB who will then forward it to you to either accept, or decline if it doesn't satisfy you.
What happened to me is that Course Hero got so freaked out by me officially complaining to the California BBB they immediately chose mediation and wrote that they would reverse all charges immediately! It only took a few days! Then, Course Hero emailed me back to assure me all charges would be reversed. I again, told them in my response that if I didn't see the reversed charges in 3 days, I will contact the BBB again. WORKED LIKE A CHARM!!!

On their website they said you can subscribe and cancel, get a refund. So I did, it cost $16.28. After 30 min I didn't find material I needed so I canceled. It happened April 21 and now May 26, I still not receive the refund. It's only 16.28 but it's fraud. I'm very upset about this. Now as I am writing the review, I came back and read their disclaimer: it states that "Cancellations take effect at the next billing period. Subscription fees are not refundable and unused subscription benefits expire and do not roll over to subsequent months.”

First I was like man.... How am I going to afford to get through this round of nursing school because my books are like $2000 and I'm getting real tired of eating ramen noodles. So I was like I'm gonna shop around and see what kind of deals I can cut. I wanted to make sure my next source was reliable because the last website I used only costed me $5 to rent a book but it was pretty sketchy because they sent me a link to download this book in my email and it came from an old nursing home in Hawaii. It was really weird, anyway... I found Chegg and I was like this could be nice, so I went ahead and ordered what I needed.
The book got to me in 1 day AND it came with a Redbull! I mean if I drank a red bull, I would be an example patient that they talk about in this psych book I rented because I can't handle caffeine very well, but I was like this is so awesome! Long story short, I let my 6 year old brother have the red bull and I got to buy myself some nice sushi for dinner instead of ramen noodles with all the money I saved by using Chegg.

I went to UPS and they packaged my items to send out, but they mixed up the packages. Wanted return books because I’m in college and along with sneakers I was trying to sell. I told UPS lady and she said she’d retape for me. Both were stated as delivered but when I tried to get my shoes back from Chegg, they claimed they never got the package. So basically I wasted multiple months talking to customer service which were always young workers who seemed to never allow me to talk to a supervisor or manager. They would have me repeat the horrible experience I went through every time I called and basically told me the same thing every time. I would tell them the color, the box, every single thing about my item and still wouldn’t take any action upon it. Repeatedly stated that they couldn’t do anything about it & they would tell me they started an investigation but never would contact me.
The longer I waited and thought they were actually trying to retrieve my shoes, They never reached out to me. Very frustrating trying to get MY SHOES back that I SHIPPED. If it’s someone’s belongings, I hope they would ship them back. Even the workers said they get phones, keys, electronics, almost anything and claim they always get them back to the customer. So why not my shoes? Now I’m not saying they were thiefs, but it’s a little ridiculous how I had a confirmation that my shipment was sent and left at the Chegg warehouse but they would tell me it wasn’t there. You see what that looks like? A bit fishy to me.
And after all this nonsense & miscommunication & lack of customer service. I never got my shoes back, no cash value honored, even though I told them how much they were. I got the books back from the other company and still returned it. So why couldn’t they go through the trouble for me? As I’ve stated, I’m a college student, don’t rely on this company for your textbooks. There’s other ways to access what you need in college. Save the time and hassle, trust me you’ll thank me.
