Bought a headlight for a car and it was shipped through FedEx. They claimed delivered on their online website and they didn't let me to open a case. Shipper said it is insured, however FedEx failed to do what they were supposed to do. I am sharing their worst service with the public. The FedEx wouldn't stop from continuing this dirty service and the public doesn't have more options to choose. Sorry at the last moment isn't bringing back our money... FedEx, worst, worst, worst ever.

I shipped a package through FedEx. It was a laptop. The laptop was packed in its factory box with foam holders, then packed in a larger box with surrounded with bubble pack. It was taped three across, and three strips wide, around the full circumference of the box. Somehow FedEx managed to destroy the box so it was undeliverable, then told me they destroy boxes like that rather than return them to the shipper. Absolutely unacceptable.

First off let me state that I work for a company that does business with FedEx every single day. I have boxes shipped and picked up from my store each day without fail. At times I have personal items delivered to my place of employment to avoid worrying about it sitting on my porch at home all day. I recently order such an item to have delivered to the store. I still had not received it late into the afternoon so I checked the tracking number and it showed that the item had been delivered and signed for by someone at the store. I had no one in the store by the last name that showed on the receipt. I called FedEx and dealt with their terrible voice automated system. Finally when I reached someone I was told that they had no idea where my package was and that they would have to get back to me. Still being at work I can't drop everything to answer the call.

I missed the call which of course comes from an unavailable number that I was not able to call back. I called customer service once again. Was told that I would have to wait for another call. Finally after another missed call and another call into customer service I was finally able to speak to someone. When speaking with the lady at the station she stated that she found my package and it was at another store that I could go to ON MY OWN and pick it up. Otherwise she would arrange for pick up on the next day. I paid for two day shipping on my item which meant I should have had it two days before it was sent to the wrong address and now I have to wait another day. I expressed my concerns and the lady laughed at me! Never before have I ever been treated so awfully. I will never do business with them again.

The fabric was shipped in two different packages. One package contained 7.5 yards of fabric and the other one contained 20.5 yards. Both packages were shipped at the same time. The 7.5 yards made it to destination and the 20.5 yards never did. The tracking number says that it is in Memphis TN, and there is no delivery date available. I have called customer service multiple times and filed a claim. For the last three weeks I have been put on hold for hours, transferred to multiple people (all EXTREMELY unhelpful) and I have been told that they would call me back. NOBODY calls back!!!

You have to call them over and over to get a hold of someone. They all say that they are sorry and that they are doing what they can to find it. I seriously doubt it! This is not a small package, it cannot just be lost. I think FedEx has the worst customer service ever! They do not care about the customer! They take your money and if the package is lost... you better get used to the idea. We have an interior design business and this package was fabric for drapes. We will have one very unhappy customer thanks to FedEx. Very very angry and disappointed!

Never ever use FedEx! They're a bunch of scammers! I sent a pair of shoes to the Philippines which FedEx told me would cost $178 just for the shipping but the taxes are not known yet. Then the FedEx person from the customs in the Philippines emailed me that it was gonna be 159$ for the tax. He said it would go on my FedEx account. So I saw the $337 dollars on my account which just showed up as express. Then 2 weeks later after I've paid them the 337 dollars another 158 dollars showed up on my account that I needed to pay saying it was the customs tax!! Wow they were pretty smart to not have broken down what you already paid and didn't give you receipts. I'm pretty sure they did it so you won't have no evidence that you paid them already! Scammers! I'm never ever gonna use FedEx again. After all the package was received by my recipient a month late and so what's the point??? They just wanna steal money from you!

It said my package was in Perrysburg Ohio two days ago, that is about a 2 hour trip from where I live, and yet still nothing. As of today at 2pm, it's in Michigan.

I waited tomorrow for them to possibly call me but instead called them again. They said it would come by Saturday instead of Tuesday. They also clearly didn't care about what I had to say. Customer care is poor and so is their delivery dates. I've had this happen before. I guess I won't be able to race this weekend.

Trying to ship my suitcase and ascertain info on cost. Nice website with smiles and pledges, but not user friendly. Found a suitcase box after an hour or so on the site. Filled out a form to get a quote and used dimensions, weight, value and amount of insurance. Zone 2 to Zone 2 by Ground. Quote was $27 for shipping. Needed to confirm that I had handled this correctly so called customer service at Corporate. They said that I would pay $33. Fine. Said there are, indeed, suitcase boxes at 2 location of the 3 in Durham, NC. and they are $9.99. I could see that my suitcase would be perfect in that box with no packing. Maybe buy some tape.

I decided to follow up with the two stores by phone and learned that there was no such box that they knew of. They would have to custom make the box at $30. One store is a packing plus so they should have all the latest packing info. Stuck! Now paying $60 total instead of $43. So daughter in law heads to store prepared to pay $60. I get a phone call that the shipping quote has gone up due to the packing custom packing. The packing charge stayed the same at $30. So now I'm quoted $80. This is Ground shipping at 40#'s.

Ended up sending it with no packing but with insurance. Contents has some medical equipment inside. Bought bubble wrap and wrapped it carefully. This information Merry go Round cost me the entire day, my daughter in law's time as well. The website, the information provided on every level was inaccurate. Should be easy to get a reasonable estimate on sending a package.

My fiance and I order products online at least four times a month. We have packages delivered by UPS, FedEx, and USPS. UPS does, what I call, the knock, drop, and walk when they deliver. They knock once on the door, drop the package, and walk away without checking to see if anyone is home. We had a driver tell us that is not how it is supposed to be done but at least we are made aware that there is something on our porch. We were waiting on a TV to be delivered because the first time it was damaged during transit. I opened the door to walk our dog and found a giant package leaning against our door frame. We never heard a knock and our dog didn't bark which he always does. I specifically put a sign on my front door that says if we are not home please leave all packages in the office. I wrote this because I have had packages stolen off my porch before.

This is an expensive TV and I am shocked they didn't require a signature or that they didn't bother knocking. This is not the first time this has happened and I am sure it won't be the last. After checking the FedEx policy for delivery, the drivers aren't responsible for anything. I have had stuff say it was delivered and I know for a fact it wasn't. When expecting a package I make sure I am home and that I look out into the parking lot frequently. I do this because we have had so many problems. I wish we were able to choose which company delivered our packages because I would make sure not to select FedEx. I am fed up with their lack of consideration when handling other people's items.

I ordered a product through Amazon in which FedEx was the shipper. I get a confirmation that my package was delivered, but I did not see my package anywhere in sight not even a delivery tag on my mail box. I then called Fedex to find out what happened to my package and find out that they delivered my package to a different address. So I figured ok they made a mistake but then the customer rep then proceed to tell me that if I want my package that I have to go and pick it up myself to the wrong address even though they made the mistake. This pissed me off. I told him this package is heavy and I will not do it. He then told me "ok the package will be delivered the next day at 10:00 am".

So I waited and still no show, I called again and a different customer rep told me it will be by 12:00 pm, again no show or call. What a piece of crap company FEDEX is. I then cancelled my order with Amazon explaining what just took place. I told Amazon from this day forward I will not purchase anything as long as Fedex is the shipper. I had enough with Fedex. I hope this company goes bankrupt.

Because of the incompetence of FedEx I have been living a nightmare for the past month and it seems to keep getting worse. After investigating the whereabouts of my package for the past few weeks, and with much effort on my part, the situation was escalated to FedEx's executive offices, my package was not found. It is I am at loss of two months work, costing 4,500.00 dollars, and sales of upwards of over 10,000.00.

The package has been missing ever since one FedEx's employees caused my package to be untraceable. What is the point of shipping with FedEx if the package is not traceable? How this can happen is outrageous; the gross incompetence of FedEx agent(s) is disturbing and upsetting. I cannot understand why my package was relabeled and not cross referenced with the old tracking number, which was registered into their system! Why didn't their agent do his job properly? Doesn't FedEx train their employees? FedEx telling me that the package could "show up, an honest person returning it to FedEx, after receiving it mistakenly" does not reassure me, nor does it demonstrate confidence in FedEx's services.

Although FedEx has admitted fault, the mistake of not cross referencing the new label to the old label (as they should have), is not excusable, and "sorry" is not good enough; this does not fix the problem caused by the incompetence of FedEx. This mistake has ruined my vacation (a rare occurrence), caused GREAT distress - making me on the verge of tears from anger, and may complicate future plans.

This mistake due to the lack of proper training of FedEx employees will have great consequences and could potentially compromise the medical treatment I am embarking on; stress is a poison and FedEx has caused me undue, restless stress for the past month and the upcoming several weeks. The package lost by FedEx contained an order that took eight weeks to make. I scheduled my medical treatment for after my orders were complete and finished. Because of FedEx's mistake I will have to remake the order for the next few weeks, which may compromise my medical treatment - this is a problem!

Hope ** of the claims department has offered me her executive offer of $1,000.00 for reimbursement for FedEx's admitted fault in the loss of my package. This compensation is insulting and unfair. Why should I have to shoulder the responsibility of remaking the order and paying for the cost of a 10,000.00 mistake made by FedEx? According to Ms. **, this is what she claims is fair! $4500,00 is just the cost of making the order, the out of pocket value to date is 10,000.00; FedEx offering me 1000.00 is outrageous! This was FedEx's admitted mistake. Why should I have to shoulder the entire responsibility of replacing the goods? FedEx has poorly and neglectfully, created a new label, and not crossed referenced the new label to the old label and it's old tracking number, therefore making the package untraceable.

This mistake is FedEx's fault and the poor training done by FedEx. Why should I suffer a loss of over 10,000.00, redo two months work by having to remake the order, and compromise my well planned IVF treatment, which was scheduled months in advance? I do not think I should have to suffer FedEx's mistake alone. Why is FedEx admitting to poor service and "hoping to regain my confidence" but do not wanting to reimburse me for their loss, which would be the fair and honorable thing to do?

FedEx has owned up to their mistake by a meager apology and 1,000.00; I would like full reimbursement for good lost and loss of sales to date. Why should I have to pay for the replacement of goods caused by FedEx's mistake; FedEx admitting fault does nothing for me when I have to redo two months work, suffer a loss of over 10,000.00, and compromise my well planned IVF treatment, which was scheduled months in advance! I do not think I should have to suffer FedEx's mistake, which they have admitted to...

All this could have been avoided, if FedEx's agent was properly trained; I cannot understand why the label I created, that was logged into FedEx's system was not cross referenced to the new label created by FedEx. This error has and will have a tremendous consequence on my life for the next couple of months. This "mistake" made by FedEx must be properly dealt with. I deserve reimbursement for all the loss, grief and unrest FedEx has caused. If this matter is not dealt with fairly. I deserve a fair reimbursement for all the loss, headache, stress and unrest FedEx has caused me. I am a small business owner and have dealt with lost packages before, but never in the past 20 years have I dealt with such improper training.

My first experience with FedEx was about three months ago. A package was mailed from a company. I tracked it daily. To my knowledge, there was never an attempt at delivery. There was always someone home, and the 2 supers also sign. (Note: My UPS packages ALWAYS arrived before delivery date or on delivery date.) FedEx said they attempted delivery twice, even though they left no attempted delivery slip. I worked with the shipper and FedEx for three days. They only lied and aggravated me. I eventually picked it up at their facility.

I am now waiting since Monday for a FedEx delivery, which has been sitting in my location since Monday. This package was mailed as a replacement for a package which FedEx claimed to have attempted to deliver once, and promptly shipped it back to its origins. (There was always someone here, plus two supers. Also, they posted no slip to support their allegation.)

Four different people from the shipping company have been working with FedEx on my behalf, since yesterday; who were all told that I would receive the package yesterday. Since Tuesday, FedEx has not updated their tracking, but even this morning FedEx told shipper that I would have package by midday, and that they would update tracking page, which they have not done. It's after 1:00 p.m. and I am still waiting. The people who are answering the phone are uncaring, unhelpful, inefficient, unreliable, and what appalls me, VERY DISHONEST. What can be done about this company? Please, someone, protect the consumer.

I checked to see the status of my order and it said, "delivered to your front door on July, 10th at 11:07 am." Well there is no package at my door! So I call my neighbors and no package at their doors! Finally I call FedEx, and they "investigate" and find that the driver could not find my home, so took my package 3 houses down from me to whom we do not get along with! Needless to say, he may as well burned the package! Well I talked with FedEx and the company I ordered from and everyone was so nice to help and actually got another package shipped to me overnight.

So as soon as I get my tracking number I called FedEx to give the driver my number to call when he was close and the lady I talked to was so rude and interrupted me. Finally she asked for directions, so I asked which way he was coming from, and her response was, "No Idea." I tried telling her directions, and I hear her sigh, so I said "never mind, you better just hope my package comes today!" I took a small package to our local FedEx location to have delivered to Chicago on the morning of 7/14/15. It had to be there before noon. I chose the Priority Overnight option. The tracking site told me that the package was on a truck in Indianapolis at 7:14 am and there were no updates. A phone call to customer service told me that due to a "violent thunderstorm" the plane couldn't land in Indianapolis. My package won't be delivered until 7/15/15. There's no refund due to the weather delay. This is at least the third time that this has happened to me within the last 12 months. In the winter, snow is a constant problem for FedEx and in the other seasons it's always terrible weather that seems to strike FedEx.

Why is my package going to Indianapolis? Aren't there enough packages going to Chicago so that deliveries are sent directly to Chicago? Time for FedEx to stop being cheap. Their delivery prices aren't inexpensive, in fact their prices have risen considerably and their service has drastically declined. I guess I have to trust the post office or deliver packages myself. You can't count on FedEx. My business depends on prompt delivery. I can't tell clients that they have to be patient with FedEx and expect problems.

My father recently lost internet, so he couldn't order anything online. He needed to buy some replacement shaving foil heads and asked me to do it for him. The ordering process wasn't a problem. The shipment was the very next day. The problem was FedEx. The Tuesday or Wednesday after the 4th of July the package was supposed to be delivered. I got a call from the delivery guy saying he could find the mailbox, but couldn't find the house. That part was certainly understandable as my dad's house isn't all that big and there's trees obstructing the view from the road. Also the house is across the street from the mailbox. (That isn't too unusual in Michigan.) He said he could leave it with a neighbor or at the end of the driveway. I said no to both options as I wasn't too sure about how my dad would feel about it. I told him he could leave it at the porch. Now this is where we started having issues.

The driver said his truck couldn't fit under the overhang from the trees. (My dad lets the trees grow pretty wild.) I told the driver he could just get out of the truck and walk up the driveway. It's not that long of a walk and once you get to the end you can see the house right there. Well, this driver is either really scared of nature or is just plain lazy as the package wasn't delivered that day; he said "Well let's just see what happens" when I told him where he could leave the package. I called my dad later that day, relayed what happened, and asked he'd prefer; he said leave it on the porch or at the end of the driveway.

A day or so later I get a call from the delivery guy about the package again. I told him what my dad told me. He could leave it at the end of the driveway or at the house; either was fine with my dad. Again, we have this same issue as mentioned above. I gave him explicit directions again; his response hadn't changed. I call my father later that day to see if he got it. He still hadn't gotten it. He checked the mailbox, the driveway, and the porch; nothing there. He lets me call the folks from FedEx to see what the heck is going on. The guy on the phone (different person from the driver) says the driver was having issues. He presented me with two options: Pick it up from a facility or wait for it to be delivered again the following Monday. By this point I'm fed up with the delivery guy so I say we'll pick it up the next day, Saturday. He gives us the address. I call Dad back and tell him the address and whatnot; he's cool for picking it up the next day.

The next day arrives and he and I hang out for a few hours before going to the place. After a couple of hours of technical difficulties and issues with construction on the roads, we pull out his GPS and make our way there. We get down the road, which looks fairly empty. The street was littered with mostly empty warehouses. The GPS tells us that we are passing it up several times as we go back and forth. Finally we make a turn into what looks like an empty lot; the GPS responds that we've arrived. However, we didn't see a FedEx place. What we pulled into was an abandoned power station and warehouse!!! There aren't enough words in the English language to describe how angry we were. The closest would be livid.

As we pull out my dad says call them and have them change the address to mine because at least the driver can't say he can't find the place. (They've delivered to my place once before.) The representative on the phone tells us the only person with the power to do that is the party that originally shipped the package. Makes sense, but doesn't ease our frustration one bit. As we're driving around trying to get to the highway we find the place where we were told that the package would be at. We try to get in only told be told that they were closed. On a Saturday at 2:30 in the afternoon.

At this point we're both fed up with this mediocre business. Dad says either have them send it back to the shipper and ask for a refund or try to get them to ship it to my place. Next time I order from someone, if the send it via FedEx, don't bother with them. And there's one thing I forgot to mention: On the tracking site the driver marks that the package has been delivered. FedEx is a joke. Their drivers are either incompetent or lazy. They lie to you left and right about where the package is and addresses. I am so done with this company. I am not ordering anything that uses FedEx and I suggest you folks not use them either.

My package was to be delivered on Wednesday. For some reason, the delivery driver decided not to attempt to make the scheduled delivery. I called Canton, OH Fedex office to find out why it was not delivered. He had absolutely no idea, did not offer to try to find out for me. So I guess whenever the driver decides he wants to make a scheduled delivery, he'll decide if he wants to or not or just take the package back to Canton warehouse.

I called a second time and talked to another person, he was no better than the first. He didn't know how to check on my package. He finally just said a truck driver had it and I would have it by 8 pm. I told him by Fedex web site it was sitting in a warehouse not on a delivery truck. He told me I couldn't go by what the internet site said. By 8 pm, no package. I called again. This time, got a person I could hardly understand. She was stupid and reading lies from her paper that FedEx gives to employees.

So when will I receive my package? Who knows, but the last girl told me if I wanted my package, I could drive to Canton and pick it up myself. I have no idea if it will be delivered or not. This is not the first time I have had delivery problems with FedEx. I will never make a purchase again if they use Fedex. I will only use UPS. They are dependable!!

I had a neighbor checking to see if the FedEx man dropped anything off (the truck never even stopped)! I called FedEx who told me there would be a two hour wait which would put me past next day delivery of a new package, so I decided to wait on hold for 43 minutes to speak to a supervisor. Not a surprise... For the 3rd time they delivered my package to another house!!! I don't have a difficult address, I really don't understand what happens to be the problem! Unless the FedEx guy wants to prance around in my things from Victoria Secrets, which I'm starting to think is a serious possibility at this point! Find my package or refund the fees and price of the product!!!

Delivery attempt #1 I was home on lunch break. Delivery attempt #2 I was home on lunch break. In both cases the driver stated he tried doorbell but I don't believe he did because the doorbell is very loud and I was home. I called customer service 4:30 on the second day (driver had allegedly tried pick up at 3:45)... And was told driver would deliver package by 6:30. I stated I had to be somewhere and it had to be by 6:30. At 6:40 I called customer service and was told he was running late and would call me. At 7:30 I still had no package and had canceled my night plans since I was waiting. I called customer service and was told the driver was done for the night. The representative Deb ** was incredibly unhelpful so I requested I speak with her supervisor - after much back and forth she agreed to have him call me that night.... He, Mike **, Saco station senior manager, never called.

The next morning he called and said he had opened the package and was returning it to the sender because it contained alcohol. I don't know why he opened it because he had no reason to. He also stated he had not called the night before because he had the wrong number (which I had confirmed 3 times with Deb). I asked to speak with his supervisor and he refused to give me that individual's information, stating I should call the 1-800 number. On top of all this back and forth there were at least 4 calls into the 1-800 number where I was either hung up on or bounced around for 20 min. Comically awful customer service. Please investigate.

The neighbor is 1/2 a mile away, and we have never even met. FedEx told me that they are allowed to leave it with a neighbor if they choose to. Are you kidding me?! I never did receive my phone. I have no phone number for the people who signed for. They didn't call me or do FE's job and deliver it to me. Today I find out that this driver is claiming that he attempted to redeliver and that I refused it. WTF?!

I ordered something from Target over a week ago. Just watching the "track package" is a joke. So far my package had been shipped to 3 different FedEx places in California. It's been about 8 days and it has yet to make it out of California. My favorite FedEx experience is when they told me a package was delivered to my house (their proof was the driver marked it was delivered in their system). I work from home and my office literally faces the driveway. Had FedEx been here, I would have seen the truck. I called customer again and the guy had me looking all over the place for it. Even the garbage can. He said they have had multiple drivers put packages in garbage cans. How ridiculous is that?!?! Why would a package delivery company deliver it to a garbage can!?!? Ended up finding my package, it was delivered to a neighbor's house and they were kind enough to finish FedEx job for them and deliver it to me.

I needed a shipment picked up from a disabled relative. I contacted a supervisor to help since I was having problems figuring out how to have a label pre-printed & brought to the house for pick up. It was CRITICAL that this shipment arrive on the 6th. I set up an account, requested text & email alerts. Was told I needed to wait to get a tracking # -- they would email it to me. Lies. I stayed home, no package. Value is over $5,000 & my account info was internally deleted. No tracking #. Called, keep calling, no help. Asked for a supervisor when Anthony was no help. David tried but was awful. Turns out he lied. Antony lied. He wasn't a supervisor, just seemed to tried to antagonize me. When I did get a supervisor, Jesus, he did nothing. Defended the other liars, provided no help, antagonized me at every turn. $5,000 loss of heirloom & FedEx deletes all account & shipping info.

No recourse -- insurance info deleted, and they keep me online & just won't stop harassing me. All I asked for was the # of someone who could help. 25 min later, I get it -- 2 min after they close. El Salvador center should be shut down, or hire competent people. I am done with FedEx. Used their services for years, but I've never been this upset, felt this violated -- If someone treated me this way in person, I would have called the police. Shame on FedEx for caring so little about the people who entrust their most valuable possessions to them. I took a day off work to be here for delivery, paid $98 for 2nd day air & insurance -- plus my hurt feelings, my outrage, my anger? $5000 won't begin to address what they have done. Seems like they enjoyed getting me upset -- felt it was their objective, honestly wondering if the El Salvador call center uses prison labor, or if El Salvador is actually a real center -- another lie they just made up.

No employee ID #'s, no reference info for calls -- zero help for customers, no recourse & I still cannot get the tracking info. What do you do when these horrible uncaring lying people go into your online account & delete your info? Loss that resulted & anger they have induced is beyond words (I rarely get angry. Been years since I've raised my voice & they turned me inside out till I was screaming -- unforgivable what they have done). Using terrible people like the ones who answer the calls -- reason I will not trust or use FedEx again. An apology or a simple bit of kindness would have gone a long way -- instead of Jesus constantly repeating the same thing, that I must be wrong, I am wrong, I wanted delivery for a later date -- who does that to a customer? Never mind the other details... I am Done.

On 7/1/2015, I sent a very important, time sensitive package of docs through FedEx to be overnighted priority 10:30 delivery. It was not delivered. I called tracking services at FedEx and the lady said it was stuck in Tennessee due to weather and wouldn't be delivered until Monday at the earliest. (The tracking shows it was delivered to Memphis, TN at 12:49 pm 7/2/2015. FYI: that's 2 hours AFTER promised delivery time of 10:30 7/2/2015 to Newport Beach, CA. So, on 7/2/2015) I scramble, driving an hour back to my office to get a second set of docs signed and to send the second set of docs overnight to be delivered at 8:30 am 7/3/2015.

I told the clerk at the FedEx store about the experience with the first package and I stressed to the clerk that it is imperative that the docs get there at 8:30 as the office closes at 10:30 due to 4th of July holiday. She guarantees it will be delivered at 8:30 a.m. which, FYI, is the earliest FedEx option... 8:30 a.m. is their earliest option... not 7:30 a.m. The clerk tells me that it will cost $72.13. I then told the clerk that I shouldn't have to pay for 2nd package and should be refunded on the first package and that that is the least they should do for me. She told me to wait and she would get someone that could help with that as she didn't have the authority to do refunds.

The second clerk comes over to assist and only says that they are just a store front and do not do refunds and that I would have to call corporate. I asked her who to contact and how to go about it. Her only response was that the only thing she could do is leave a note for her manager. I repeat my question as to how to go about contacting the right department and what steps do I need to take. She again responded the exact same response of only being able to leave a note for her manager. So, I pay the $72:13. The next day, 7/3/2015, my contact at the delivery point office calls me and says when he got there at 7:45 (early, as they open at 8:00) there was a note on the door that said tried to deliver at 7:30 a.m. and no one was there to accept so will be back to deliver on Monday.

So I frustratingly wonder, who delivers to an office as early as 7:30 a.m.??? Does FedEx really not care to the point that they will try to deliver to a place of business at unreasonably early hours (for a business location) just to say they tried, but oh well, no one was there so not their problem? I called FedEx and was transferred once again to customer service who then transferred me to specialty customer services. On my call to FedEx specialty customer service at 10:14 a.m. 7/3/2015 I talked to Brittney, who also confirmed that she thought that 7:30 was unreasonable for a business delivery. I was also told by Brittney that the first package, that was sent 7/1/2015 with the guaranteed delivery time of 7/2/2915 at 10:30 a.m., would be delivered by 10:30 today, 7/3/2015 and that weather had delayed it. At 10:30 a.m. 7/3/2015, it was still not delivered.

Also, according to tracking notes it wasn't even delivered to the Memphis, TN location until 12:49 7/2/2015... 2 hours after guaranteed delivery time for delivery to Newport Beach CA. If it isn't even delivered to Memphis TN until after the promised delivery time, how does it get stuck there due to weather when it hadn't even arrived there yet? Then Brittney tells me the second package that I requested to be delivered at 8:30 a.m., had been flagged to be delivered before 8:00 a.m. And that she didn't know why they would have flagged it like that.

I told her that wasn't even an option offered. I was told I could pay more for early 8:30 delivery (cost was $72.13) or pay for 10:30 delivery(cost: $43.00). Those were my two options. I chose 8:30 a.m, at the higher cost so I could rely on package getting there at least before 10:30 a.m. As by this time I have little faith and feel like it's just going to be by chance that it's even delivered on Friday. Also, Brittney says the first package is in Costa Mesa and will be guaranteed delivery by 10:30 a.m. today, 7/3/2015. It wasn't. So, I check tracking again and it just says "delivery exception," I don't know what that means. I talked to Brittney about refunding me on both of these packages as FEDEX guaranteed and did not fulfill their guarantee. She says she cannot do anything about it and that I will have to call back 7-10 days after packages have been delivered to request a refund.

She also said that the first package will not be refunded cuz it was due to weather and that the second package may refund but she couldn't be sure. That is when I asked for her name for reference verification of conversation. She gave me her first name but wouldn't give her last name or any type of agent number to verify that I talked to her. And she said she had no way of making any notes in system. And she wouldn't give me a direct phone number to the correct department for when I call back but that she hopes I have a wonderful weekend!!! So, I will have to go through the "being transferred" process again. I have to start all over with all the explaining and pleading my case 7-10 days from whenever they deliver my packages. And now I know that their promises are only at their own convenience no matter how much they charge for those deliveries.

Meanwhile, the deal is dead in the water anyway, unless when and if docs do arrive the accepting location decides to honor the docs. I stressed and stressed the importance of time sensitive docs when I stood at the customer counter paying for priority delivery. I received promises of guaranteed on time delivery. What I ended up with was a total of $115.12 for guaranteed priority deliveries, frustration, stress and more stress and no reconciliation. Unfortunately I will never trust FedEx with any of my packages in the future. I have always used them for my business. They have been my go to service. I refuse to ever use them again. That is sad that they have left such a negative impression on me. I always thought that if I ever did have a problem with FedEx that they would be happy to make it right and do everything possible to make it right. They haven't even given me any inclination of their concern. That's cold.

Later that day I got an email saying I had to pick it up. After going through the torturous ordeal of setting up an account on their VERY unhelpful site, I notified them that I was going out of town for 6 days and could not pick it up. I requested delivery to my home. No response. When I got back in town I decided to just drive out to the facility and pick it up.

I did, and learned they had sent it back to the U.K. The clerk gave me a tracking number and provided no other assistance (not even the number to call), just said I had to call FedEx with the number. The number, of course, was an automated voice that was about as helpful as the desk clerk. All of this hassle just because FedEx is a very non-consumer oriented business that could care less about actually providing customer service. I never had this problem with UPS.

So I checked the status and it said it was delivered that day at 4:36 on my front door? I called fedex to file a claim. They told me they would contact the driver and get back to me the next day. The next day the fedex delivery driver shows up and claims he left it on my front door at the time in question and knocked on the door.

There were two people home and a third arrived 30 minutes later. We never heard the door, and our dog barks like crazy whenever he even sees a mail truck. We live in a residential development and have never had something stolen from our property. Hell our driveway is even pretty long and there were people, home and cars parked out front. Apparently the package was stolen in a 30 minute window with all that. Any ways I called fedex back and they told me I would have to call the company I bought the product from. The customer service in USA kept telling me to contact customer service in India & vice versa. No sense of responsibility, rather trying to throw the problem at whoever catches & apparently there is no one.

I would recommend using any other service available for courier or shipments, even if they are not as fast as FedEx. That they are very good at, even passing away complaints as fast as possible! One good thing I came across was the Indian customs department unlike general perception of the department being corrupt. FedEx separated the two boxes somewhere and that produced a MESS at Italian customs, which FedEx did NOTHING to fix. I paid custom duties on the total declared worth of the two packages for EACH of the packages as it was delivered. Because of FedEx's mistake, I ended up paying MORE in delivery costs than the total worth of the gifts. I got a letter from them today in which it shows that the declared value of one of the packages was $50 and my payment for delivery was €74,54 or $84.03, which I paid for that box and AGAIN for the second box. Was supposed to get my company laptop delivered yesterday morning by 10:30. I waited and waited and waited... And at 10:30 I opened the door and there was a door tag saying he'd been and left! Now, I was home and my JRT was in the house with me and I can assure you that if that doorbell had rung, we would have known... ** goes CRAZY when the doorbell rings. I checked, and yes, it's working. So, I go online and they say it will be re-delivered TODAY before 10:30. Again, we wait. Nothing.

I have an 11 am appointment (that was a 10am appointment that I changed) so I leave a sweet note including the words "please" and "thanks" saying I had to leave but could he please re-deliver between 1 and 2:30 since I have a 3pm appointment. I come home and there's another door tag telling me to pick it up at FedEx after 5 pm. The time on the door tag: 12:43. He could have waited 15 minutes, or run a few other deliveries and come back, but he didn't. And now they're telling me the only option I have is to pick it up - or be home ALL DAY MONDAY for delivery! Totally unacceptable.

This delivery has been a nightmare. I called 6/9 to get the package delivered to the FedEx location near my office. ** got that arranged for me. On Wednesday 6/10 I called again since I was getting updates that it was again going to my house address. I called and spoke with someone who said he saw the notes but apparently it didn't make it into the appropriate part of the status. He said it would go to 1625 W. Mockingbird Lane Dallas TX. I went by that location on Thursday after 3pm. They said they had no record of it and it didn't appear that it was going to their location. I called again and spoke with the Customer Advocate Team. She indicated that the package was put on the truck in Hutchins at 6:12 am and at 6:26 am I called to get it re-routed. That call never happened.

She then said she would call the station to get it put on the truck for Friday delivery. She spoke with ** at the Hutchins location. She said that ** would call me back later to confirm this. No call. Then this morning I called the Customer Advocate Team again and spoke with ** (rep id: **). He said that it was still at the station in Hutchins and if he told them to redeliver to 1625 West Mockingbird I wouldn’t get the package until Monday. I told him to just tell Hutchins to hold the package and I would drive there to get it. He said he would call me TODAY (06/12/2015) to confirm this. FedEx tracking shows package has delivered with signature. However I am still trying to find package. I was home all day with my front door wide open. Why would someone accept and sign for delivery addressed to a stranger and to an address that is not yours. My heart is telling me that the employees cannot be trusted and that these are internal scams. How can I be compensated for an item that I will not be able to replace? The value of an item is not solely the price it was purchased for. It should be the cost to repurchase.

I am still waiting on FedEx approximately 7 hrs after notifying them to make communications with their driver to get his story on my package. Clearly this delay indicates that FedEx do not care about my issue. The outcome might have been more favorable had they reach him/her immediately so that they can immediately retrace their step. I am so angry and disappointed. I have received regular shipments from UPS and have never had a package misrouted or loss...

On the top of that, they are not informing me that your package is in Delhi and the status is transit - they are just saying that it's getting delayed due to some problem (God knows what problem). Then after several calls, when I strictly demanded an answer from them for the delay, then they said that - "Sir, we need form no. 39 to deliver your package in Uttar Pradesh, and only the receiver of the package can fill that form and attach it to the e-mail and send it to us and that too the form should be approved from the SALES TAX OFFICE OF VARANASI."

Now, my question is if this was the condition, then why didn't the courier company informed me about this procedure beforehand & if my father has to take so much of pain to receive the courier, then what kind of courier service are you providing? Unfortunately, their customer service has decided that for some reason a practical joke is in order, and my 'requested delivery' date is showing up as 3/7/1912. I just wish I could tell companies that ship to me not to use FedEx. I have had the worst time with FedEx and this last time just makes no sense at all. None. My package has been sitting at the leasing office for two days and I didn't know it. I checked my Fedex account and it stated it left a door tag. I don't understand why they had to lie. There was no door tag left, I was home most of the day. It really is a small thing to lie about. The bad thing to me is there is no corporate office to complain to.

There was an incident about 6 weeks ago that really, really bothered me. I called to set up a pickup from my job for a taxpayer. The Fedex showed up at my home! Why? I don't know. I called, spoke with the rep, gave her the pickup address and she sent them to my home. Calling the 800 number to complain is frustrating and the promise someone will call you back but they haven't. I think that was very dangerous to sent someone to my home which means you are not paying attention to what you are doing. And not being able to report it just puts us at more danger with them. It may be small to some but at any given time my children could be at home. I just wish people would stop using FEDEX. Please.

Fedex...where if you make a mistake, you don't have to fix it. I paid express shipping to have an item arrive yesterday. The tracking said that it was delivered, but the package was not at my address. (A very simple street address) It took me having 3 phone conversations for someone to find out that the driver delivered to the wrong address. Well, I needed the package at my work last night. The representative told me he was going to talk with a manager and call me back. 2 hours later at 8 PM, I called back and another representative put me on hold for 5 minutes and I had to hang up because I was working.

It's now the next day and at 11:10 AM I had to call again to find out what they were doing about my package that I paid to have delivered the previous day. Yet another representative told me the driver was going to pick up the package from the wrong address and deliver it today. Which does me no good because I needed it last night and Fedex has now ruined my plans and caused me incredible aggravation and inconvenience with no attempt to fix their mistake. It is 12:20 PM and I am still waiting for someone to call and tell me an ETA for my package today. And if I wait 3-4 days after I finally do receive my package, I can spend more time and aggravation submitting a request for them to consider reimbursing me. Terrible, horrible business. No integrity.

According to online tracking the package was on the truck for delivery this morning at 7:35 a.m. I cleared my entire day to wait for the signed confirmation delivery I've been waiting on. I opened my front door (glass storm door closed) so that I can see out and be prepared for the delivery. I waited all day and checked the online tracking periodically throughout the day. As it got later and later I checked online at 6pm and it said in transit still on truck. So I continued to wait.

Rechecked online tracking at 6:42 and it read customer unavailable. What?!? No way!! No driver ever came to my home or to my front door! Yet they recorded they did. Not even a note left at my front door! I called customer service immediately and they were of no help. All I could do was hope the driver would actually come and deliver the next day. My complaint to FedEx fell on deaf, incompetent ears. It turned into my word against this LIAR that FedEx employs. Why would ANY company with fleet vehicles not have a way of GPS tracking? UPS does. But then again, UPS respects its customers enough to install GPS and not force a he said she said situation. The customer is always right. From now on, ALL of my packages will be shipped through UPS. He waits on the side of the road, no doubt sending me an email that my package couldn't be delivered, but I couldn't catch up before he drove out of sight. I get home, read the email and immediately call FedEx to tell them the moron never came down my street. I was there, my spouse was in the house waiting, the driver never came. To what house did he go that he claimed no one was home? What if someone had been home? Would he let anyone sign a name and take my package?

So they promised to redeliver on Saturday by noon. I'm standing outside talking to my neighbor, no FedEx truck. I check my email, again, the driver claimed no one was home. I was standing right outside my front door! I called them again. They claimed they were going to stop the driver and send him back. They asked me specific direction to my house. They claimed he would be here by 3:00. It is now 5:00. I just got off the phone with them again. They claim they are sending a driver back out with my package. We'll see. I would encourage everyone to use UPS or DHL or anyone but FedEx.

Received an email from the seller a few hours later stating that FedEx said they've tried three times to deliver the package but couldn't reach me and no one was available at the complex and I needed to call FedEx before my package was returned to the seller. Spent an extra $5 to set up a delivery for next day between 5 and 8 pm. Sat downstairs waiting, saw 5 FedEx vehicles go by during the 5 o'clock hour, not one stopped.

Three minutes before 8, as I'm holding the door open for someone, I hear a lady upstairs say my name and that she has a package for me. No labeled FedEx truck in the parking lot. I got upstairs to find a lady in civilian clothes, no delivery person uniform, dropping off my package. Why come in stealth mode? Especially when I saw vehicles in the area at 5? Also after talking to one of the apartment caretakers, they left notices, at a door on the other side of my building, instead of going to the office since most apartments offer package receiving AT THE OFFICE. Thankfully I finally have my order. If I ever have a choice, I will never willingly use FedEx.

I've called FedEx at least a dozen times and am shocked at their total lack of ability to turn this package around and return to sender, even after it got to my sorting center here in town and was on the truck for delivery.

They stopped the Wednesday delivery by contacting the driver and noted the package was refused and order cancelled. Thursday I rechecked my app and there was no activity. Fri. I figured the package was headed back to sender, oh no not even close, it's back on the truck scheduled for delivery AGAIN.

So I call again and after they contacted the driver, they said it's been cancelled and will be sent back to sender. 5 minutes late here comes the FedEx truck and I run out and say don't even take it off the truck, this package has been refused and needs to go back to the sender, and the driver looks 'Duhh' and says, "uh ok".

Then soon as I get back into my house and check the FedEx app--this little moron marks package as delivered, then he puts in an exception and says redelivered to correct address--wtf. On the phone for the umpteenth time, to make sure some other schmuck doesn't have possession of my prepaid item. I'm pissed now. FedEx you suck, and you still never changed the notation showing delivered when it was refused a second time. Now if the package never makes it back to sender, I'm on the hook for the cost. Never again will I attempt to do this or use FedEx if I have a choice, and I just remembered the family order of new cell phones that disappeared from the boxes you idiots handled a few years ago. Shocking with all the technology you use to track and route packages that this turned into such a mess.

I had scheduled pick up for FedEx over the phone on May 12 before 7pm because my package must be delivered by 12 noon on May 14, no one showed up. Next day I called them again and they rescheduled pick up on May 13th for the package to be delivered on May 14. No one showed up. Same day I call them 2 times to make sure someone will be there to pick up before the business is closed. They said, "No worries. It will be picked up and delivered on time." I called them after our business closed and the guy on the phone said it was picked up 6:30 pm. Surprise... I told him I have the package right here in my hand. What he picked up and from where?

And then he put me on hold and came back on phone saying they can be there before 8 pm if I want to wait outside or he can reschedule pick up for 14 May (the day packet was suppose to be delivered). I said I want to complain because if someone pays your company extra money to have their package delivered on or before specific time, they have a reason for it. Ha said manager is not in the office and will be calling me on 14th May. Now that made me take off from work and deliver my packet personally since it is very important for it to be there before noon. I will never use their service anymore. I am always big fan of USPS. Unfortunately the other party only recommend FEDEX.. Use FedEx only if you have extra time to make few phone calls and go through stress till it is delivered.. Bye bye FedEx.

They actually want me to pay extra for that, when I know for a fact they didn't try to deliver. I think they should've at least allowed me to send it to my work since they didn't get it here in the time I needed it done, do itty doesn't get returned.

First it was, they corrected it and it would be here tomorrow. Didn't show. Called again and was told, "The driver refused to take the package because he KNEW it was a bad address." Then got promised I would get a call that day to set up a delivery time. No Call. Today talked to two different people and finally got told to "contact the shipper" and immediately got hung up on.

Even though I have received packages through FedEx numerous times, even though they had the same issue, I feel they are holding my package hostage. We've had this same problem over the past 8 years because the post office requires us to use Ave. instead of St. while we actually live on St. Ave. does not come up in a GPS. But UPS has NEVER missed a delivery here once, even if either is used. I feel like FedEx is encouraging their employees to not think or act for themselves. They're encouraging laziness. Their customer service sucks. They will outright lie to you.

I follow ALL packages that have tracking so I know when to expect them. I've been home all day long and kept track of my package that FedEx was suppose to deliver today. I checked early this morning and it said the package was on FedEx vehicle to be delivered. Well, I waited. Usually they have 2 delivery times for my house. Either 9:30 am or around 5 pm. Well no package arrived at either time or any other time from FedEx. I checked the tracking again only to see a red flag stating "Customer not available or business closed" and they claim they left a door tag and even had a number.

Well, they didn't do that either as they never came to my house! So I got back on the FedEx site and was ready to contact them, then the chat popped up. So I reported the driver that way. The lady I chatted with apologized and stated that was wrong and FedEx won't tolerate behavior like that. She wrote up a report and sent me a case number. Something will be done and the drivers will learn they won't get away with this.

I got an email that my printer was delivered and had been left at my door but it wasn't, the time of delivery would have been when I was walking up the stairs, so I couldn't have missed the delivery. I called Customer Care to tell them that my package was delivered to the wrong building and the first thing that they said was did you call the shipper, I said "no you lost it". After screaming they sent me to the trace department and the first thing that they asked was "did you call the shipper?"

Needless to say, that was my first experience - I felt that the only way that I was to get anywhere was to yell at those incompetent people. Finally they said that the delivery man would retrace his steps and find my package within 48 hours, the delivery guy never did look for my package because the guy who received my package turned it into the office 3 days after receiving it and said FedEx never came to his apartment. FedEx refused to take responsibility for losing my printer and in fact they called me 5 days later to ask me if I found my package.

I paid someone to stay at my home to sign for the package. They did not come - they tell me tomorrow the next day. They can only tell me again before 6:00 pm. I known the first day is my fault. I can't change the package to another address. I can't even have someone to pick up the package at their hub if I give the name of the person who will pick it up. They changed the zip code that's why it was not delivered.

I will never use FedEx again. I will pay more money for better service through UPS. If l order something and they use FedEx I will request UPS or the postal service and pay the difference. And if that company only uses FedEx I will not buy from that company. With all the technology today FedEx cannot tell you when they have package to be delivered. UPS can tell you within two hours if a package will be delivered at the address. Y'all deliver a package whenever y'all feel like getting into you.

I have tried to cancel my order from the company I ordered from but they were already closed. As soon as they open I'm going to cancel my order and they lost a 700 dollar sale from poor delivery service and tomorrow I will order the same item from another company and I'll spend over $300 more for the same products to get better service.

(I also ordered another package from another store that shipped UPS the same day). Both orders with UPS will be here tomorrow (4 business days from placing my order), whereas the FedEx order won't be here until Monday, which is only 6 business days. This may not seem a huge deal to some, but one of the items was for a birthday party this weekend, and now won't be here. EVERY order that has ever been shipped FedEx of mine has taken almost twice as long as anything I have shipped UPS. I just wish I had the option while shopping online to choose the shipping company.

In addition, the tracking information is TERRIBLE. Since I had 4 orders to track with two different companies, I was able to really compare service. FedEx took two full days just to "create a shipping label", while my UPS order created the label and went halfway across the country. My FedEx orders are still states away, while my UPS was basically overnighted, despite the fact that I did not pay for expedited shipping. I have never had a positive experience with FedEx, only the minimum of what is expected of them.

After numerous calls, they still say it is going to be delivered today but it still shows that it is sitting at the facility and not out for delivery. Every package that I get delivered from them always shows it being on the truck for delivery by 7:30 am.

FedEx is consistently slow and you get a run around when you call them. I even offered to go to the destination facility to just pick it up myself, but they said that I wouldn't be able to pick it up until tomorrow. If I needed the damn thing tomorrow then I would not be wanting to pick it up today. It was supposed to be delivered yesterday but apparently a driver decided that they needed to take the long way around since it took them 26 hours to drive to a facility that is only an hour and fifteen minutes away. No one has an answer for why it took so long to get from one to the other. Have had several times they claim that they couldn't find my address even though they have been here dozens of times to deliver packages and had to wait an extra day to get my package. Even after giving thorough directions, the driver still had to call to find my address. So if you want it slow and days after it was supposed to be there then go FedEx.

Had a last minute package that needed to arrive the next day. Scheduled a pick-up for FedEx standard overnight (to arrive by 8PM the next day). Tried tracking package all day to no avail - no updates, no delivery. Called FedEx today, furious that the item still hadn't arrived for what would qualify as two-day shipping. Was fed generic excuses and apologies and told my package would arrive before 8PM TODAY.

Well, I needed the package for a business event happening at noon today, so it won't help at all unless it arrived before then. Tried changing delivery address hoping that package could go straight to event and was told there would be a fee for changing address (a fee for YOUR MISTAKE?!) and then was told that with change of addresses, the package wouldn't arrive until the next business day. So either way, there is no way to get this package to the event on time. You would think FedEx would have made this a priority delivery given that it was their fault. They blamed it on road closures... hmmm... funny that everyone in that office complex could get to and from work with no issues, but you couldn't get package there by 8PM and still not there today!

Also, this isn't the first time that this has happened with FedEx. Had same issue a few weeks ago with nothing rectified. Oh and the best part? If I don't want to be refunded for the overnight shipping (since we didn't receive the package overnight), then I have to go through a lengthy claims process that will just take more time out of my day to deal with this unsympathetic goons.

I brought my documents to the Madison Alabama FedEx location on Tuesday April 21 for PRIORITY International delivery. I filled out the form with the recipient address and phone number and gave it to the customer service person. I paid the $47 for shipping the document. I thought it was strange that she did not enter the information into the computer while I was there but as that is NOT my expertise I did not question. She gave me my receipt and copy of my shipping document - no computer copy just my handwritten copy. This was at 12:10 pm on April 21.

At 00:53 on 4/22, the package showed up in Memphis. At 03:56 it departed Memphis on its way to Miami. At 06:39 it arrived in Miami...where it SAT until Thursday. We called FedEx on Thursday afternoon 4/23 and we were told that the package was in Cancun (the destination) even though that is not what showed on the tracking information that we had, and there was a problem with the address. We again gave the person the delivery address AND phone number of the recipient (which was also on the shipping label). They said it would be delivered that day. Yeah right!!!

We called again on Thursday evening 4/22 at 10:30 pm...because NOW the tracking information showed the envelope (yes, it was just an envelope with legal documents...not a true package) was now in Merida Mexico...4 hours the opposite direction of Cancun. The person showed no record of it ever being in Cancun, although that is what we were told verbally over the phone, and they did not know why there was a customs clearance delay but they would get back to us. This gentleman's name was **.

No-one ever called....we called AGAIN several times on Friday 4/24 (as the package was supposed to be there on Wednesday according to the customer service rep at the Madison Alabama office. We were told that they would call us back, that they had sent emails to the Merida location and were waiting to hear back from them. They then quoted us a phone number that we never heard of as a contact number. This was NOT our phone number off by a digit...it was a phone number not even CLOSE to our phone number. We gave them the correct phone number advising them that the number they had did not belong to us or anyone affiliated with this shipment.

We placed one final call at 4:29 pm on Friday 4/24 and the rep again told us that they did not know what the problem was or why it was having a clearance delay and they would call us back. They AGAIN quoted to us the same erroneous phone number they did before. Again, we corrected them. No one called...and we contacted them AGAIN this morning 4/25 at 11:27 a.m. We were told to fax our shipping copy and receipt to ** at (and she gave us her fax number) and she said she would step the investigation up and now get her supervisor involved and the supervisor involved in Merida as well since they were not responding to their messages.

I HAVE the phone numbers of FedEx in Merida and if I was fluent in Spanish I would call them myself...** once again PROMISED that we would hear back from her today as she would take care of this herself. She said there were 20 pages of notes in our file (I am sure there were since we have called repeatedly). Meanwhile, these legal documents have NOT been received by our attorney and we can NOT proceed with a real estate transaction. TIME WAS OF THE ESSENCE...and when time is of the essence FedEx says to use their international priority shipping.. What a joke...

To be continued...and we will be requesting a refund of course, never to use FedEx again. I wonder if DHL is any better. We will share this horror story with ANYONE who thinks about using FedEx...

Fair enough, except when I call they read back my exact address. The same address they delivered to yesterday. Not an apartment, not a controlled access community, not an issue with a street name. Now they will attempt a Saturday delivery but no guarantee. This is exactly what happened the first time I had an issue. Different home at the time, same false claim by FedEx Ground. Also a bulky package later delivered with no change to address information despite claim that the address was bad.

My company paid for express shipping because the package was needed for a business trip and FedEx still managed to not deliver it on time. They said they would deliver it Wednesday and there was a sticker on my door saying they tried, but couldn't leave it due to it requiring a signature. They claimed they would deliver it again on Thursday and Friday and they didn't. I ended up calling them three times to talk with them and try to get this straightened out, but all they ever said was "It will be delivered tomorrow" or "It got routed to local store X and you need to pick it up there". They were no help actually getting the package to me on time for my business trip. I will never use FedEx again.

I had a package shipped to me via FedEx. Delivery was supposed to be 4 days ago. Package has been sitting at their facility in Hagerstown, MD for 8 days. I called FedEx, gave them a FedEX tracking number and they claimed zero responsibility for the package. Try to claim it was a package shipped through USPS. They tried to claim that they never touched the package and that it goes from post office to post office and they only ship it from post office to post office. Okay, why does it have a FedEx tracking number? Why is the package currently sitting in a FedEx facility? The shipper didn't drop the package off at a post office. The shipper didn't hand their money over to a postal employee. Trying to pass the buck off to someone else is unacceptable behavior.

We have two doors to our house. Number One is covered with a porch roof, and has some steps up. It is on the side of the house and on the driveway. Number Two faces the street, has a small stoop with junk on it, has no porch or roof over it and is NOT on the driveway. We never use Two, it enters the house in a room we do not use. On Two's door, we have posted a clear black on white sign in 3" high letters that reads "Leave No Packages... Not The Front Door". One is about twenty feet around the corner from Two. For the past five of six days, Two was blocked by a tarp covered in dirt from construction work.

Today, I was out working in my yard (see above) when I saw an object on the stoop of Two. I found two packages, and a FedEx "door tag" stuck on the door, above the sign! I took the packages in and noted the date on the tag was 13 April, 3 days ago! I called up FedEx (phone # on tag) and told the clerk the above. He apologized and said the driver would be tracked down and "counseled". I went back outside, and then found another tag in the bushes by Two, dated 10 April, 6 days ago! I knew rain was predicted soon, and went inside and called FedEx again, told the same story to another clerk who took down my phone number and said a supervisor would call when they had talked to the driver. Implication: driver can't read English OR is too lazy to walk around to the "used" door OR driver is too blind or frazzled to SEE a plain, legible sign...

Since packages were addressed to wife, I waited for her to arrive and told her the story. She was (almost) livid, the first package was an autographed art print from a museum. It was damp inside, the print was not in good condition. The second package was a souvenir umbrella, not a concern. She called FedEx and complained. We were told we have no claim, that the museum must take back the item and THEY must make the claim against FedEx for damage. We must send/hand-deliver the item BACK to the museum? We will be telling the Brandywine Valley Museum to NEVER use FedEx for their deliveries.

I didn't see how that was possible but thought perhaps they just didn't post the correct tracking info. Well, at 8 a.m., the status changed to "No estimated delivery at this time." Package is still in Memphis and these BOZOs have no idea when it will be sent out? Why not? Airlines tell you which plane you are re-booked on when they screw up. Will never use this service again.

Anyone could have taken the item we paid over $200 for since we live in a building that was converted into 4 apts on a crappy part of town. Even worse, the battery was damaged and leaking. We had to clean up battery acid from the inside of the box and off the body of the quad. It also took over a month to travel from Dover, NJ to Allentown, PA. It's not far for crying out loud! Why would you ship the box to 3 different cities when the destination is only a few hours away? Never again will I ever use or recommend FedEx. I won't even work for them ever again either. The first time I used them to return a package to Sprint, Sprint never received the package. I have ordered many things from online stores that never made it to me or the intended recipients. During the Christmas season I ordered a tablet on Walmart for my son. It never made it. I contacted FedEx and informed them that I never received my package even though it shows as being delivered online. The representative told me to contact the store I ordered it from and report it missing and they will send me another one. Huh??? That's it! This made me think that they have been taking packages but still marking them as delivered because they know which companies will replace your order.

Recently I had some official documents sent to me from a government agency. Those too never made it. The tracking information shows my package as being delivered but I don't believe they ever were. I have been waiting almost two years for my documents and all FedEx have to say was sorry. I am so sick of this company and their total disregard for people's property. I'm DONE!!!

Everybody out there needs to know that they STEAL MONEY from companies by charging them out of nowhere, and then when you ask what the charge was for, no one can answer. Our company sent thousands of dollars worth of products to Mexico, and not only did Fedex charge the customer in Mexico, but they charged us too! They can't give us a straight answer as to why they charged us both, and when we try to send them proof for a refund (receipts, screen shots etc.), they circle us back and forth between employees, no one knows what they're doing, and everyone is RUDE and INCOMPETENT.

Don't you guys talk to each other in house? Don't you take notes while talking to customers? How many times do I have to waste time explaining the issue to a new person??! Someone even had the audacity to tell me that Fedex is a separate company in the US to Fedex in Mexico. Wow Fedex. One of their many intelligible golden statements that I was told. Not to mention I found out this is not the first time Fedex has done this! I no longer care to deal with your company; you can fight with my credit card company now. While I have seen FedEx work with incredible speed and deftness, my latest experience has been beyond incompetence, lip service, and I suspect even out and out lying. I am a small business owner and had an expensive air freight shipment sent with an estimated delivery date 8 days later - pretty normal. They delivery date was pushed back three times. After about 3 days I could see the shipment was sitting in an airport in France; I called customer service and had a trace agent assigned to make sure it moved again. Today it is 12 days after the shipment was picked up by FedEx and it is still sitting in France. They have removed the estimated date of delivery and there is no date now. Starting on day 3 I have called FedEx daily and been told daily it had a trace agent assigned and it would go out on a plane to the US "tonight". It is still sitting in France.

On the delivery, which was 10 days from pick up in the UK, it did not arrive and my second shipment picked up a week after the first one was assigned a trace agent. That trace agent is the only person among at least a dozen people I spoke with that seemed to have any idea how to make anything happen. The second shipment is in the US and is now in my state... 6 days after pick up. On Friday, I requested a Saturday delivery of this shipment to make up for the one stuck in France. The tracking screen showed it had arrived in the US and was in Nashville, TN. I was later called back and said that was in error, that the shipment was really still in the UK and because it had precleared customs was showing as in the US. So this was the lie. It was in the US, because it made it to Oakland CA the next morning. All FedEx shipments from Europe land in TN first to clear customs. I have done this many times.

Perhaps FedEx took a major downward slide. I currently have no idea when I will get my first shipment. In France it sits!!! I have had people tell me how well they do their job, that it always delivers on time, and heard "it will get on a plane tonight" so many times. No one but the second shipment's trace agent showed any ownership or sense of personal responsibility. The others hid behind. They were on the "leadership team", they were in the "CAP department", but no matter what no one really cared!!! I will be expecting a full refund and have sent FedEx bills for orders I filled from my competitors at full retail plus shipping. I will be requesting a reimbursement of the 10% discount I will give my customers for the day late shipment to them. Because I believe in customer service. Never to trust FedEx again. We have an eBay-associated business and have noticed two things. Even though gas has gone down, their costs have increased significantly to the point that we are now using the post office on 4 out of 5 orders. We had thought that FedEx's quarterly adjustments in prices were supposed to include the cost of fuel, in which case the costs should have come down. It's interesting to see that there are far fewer packages waiting to be picked up at their drop off locations. So it looks like others are using FedEx less frequently as well. Secondly, the breakage rate when using FedEx has increased significantly in recent months, when nothing about the type of items being delivered has changed. More customers are complaining and we are having to give refunds to customers more frequently (and filing with FedEx more often for reimbursement). We were wondering if this might be due to their turning their employees into independent contractors?

I called FedEx to make sure everything was going smoothly and was informed that it was stuck in customs and the FedEx agent asked me what was in the package. She told me that she would call me with more information. I called again to get an update and was notified that the Fedex plane from Dubai left late and caused the delay (nothing to do with customs). Between my email notifications (saying that the package would arrive on time) and the two different FedEx agents I spoke to- I am confused and worried. The worst part of all of this was that no one from FedEx thought to notify me of all of this and I had to call myself.

When I explained to one of the FedEx agents that the package contained my wedding dress, she responded, "Well, you are not getting married this weekend, are you"? It does not matter when my wedding is, what matters is that I receive my package on time and that FedEx notifies me of the issue instead of giving me the run around and excuses. To top it off, FedEx never corrected the zip code, which will make the delay even longer. I am very disappointed in FedEx- they have made this very stressful for me. All I want is the truth as to why there is a delay in my wedding dress arriving and a solution. As of now, they cannot tell me when my package is arriving.

Unfortunately, this company is mired in myths and falsehoods supporting this goal. We were promised delivery in the evening - false. We were told we couldn't re-direct the shipment address - untrue. We were told that they couldn't leave it at a FEDEX location until after all three delivery attempts were made - untrue. We were told we could sign the ticket and the delivery would be allowed - untrue. We were told the delivery hub would call us and let us know when the delivery would occur - untrue. We were also told delivery would be at 8 am - also untrue (although the tracking data indicated that the package was on the truck at 7:34 am)..

After an exhaustive discussion and wait with their Customer Service rep - I was informed that everything we were told was a myth, and that they could not promise any kind of delivery range, or redirect the package or help us receive the package in a timely manner. Basically, we were held hostage. The best they could offer was that the delivery might occur by mid day - now I'm giving up half of my work day to get this package - and if it didn't arrive all I could do was call their 1-800 number again and they would direct me to the local hub manager. For a company that succeeds in business by claiming to be in the customer's corner and then completely ignores the concept - I can only say I am no longer surprised. Frustrated? You bet. Appalled by their sincere lack of customer service and caring - completely. Will I ever use or recommend FedEx again? No, never!

But when the following day came for them to deliver, they had signed consent to leave it on the door. This time someone was at home all day waiting for them to deliver yet no one ever did. The status of our package said it was delivered that morning, but when it was checked, there was no package. When we called to ask questions and see what was needed to be done, all they constantly repeated was "based on your status your package was delivered". As many times as I said there was no package delivered, they decided to tell us to go ask neighbors if they got our delivery by accident. Yet it has our address on the box, why was it so hard to deliver to the right house?

Even one of the ladies that was talked to on the phone suggested that it might have been stolen by the delivery man, seeing he might've known what it was. This morning I received a package from a financial institution in the morning around 10am. I requested for it to be delivered to my home instead of my office because I was sick and would be home this week! The driver rang the door bell and my senior citizen mother was home with me and could receive the package. She had to get herself together to get to the door and the driver started to bang on the door like as if she was a police officer or something which startled my mother. She answered the door and the FedEx driver interrogated my mother on why it took her so long to answer the door? If the door bell is working and if it isn't working and why a sign is not up to say it is not working? Which my mother never said that the door bell was not in working order? Etc.

So my mother responded and advised that it is early in the morning and she had to get herself together before answering the door. She proceeded to argue with my mother for about 10 mins and then shoved the package in her hand and demanded for her to sign and just walked off. I contacted customer service to log a complaint to have the customer service rep try to advise that perhaps the recipient was having a bad day or the driver was having a bad day? My mother is a very friendly lady and I personally don't care if the driver is having a bad day! You deal with FedEx clients with respect not yell at them like they are beneath you or they are your child. I was thoroughly upset about that too.

I advised to speak with a manager since it seemed that I will not get anywhere with him and advised that if it was him, he would not log a complaint on that? Really? So he piped down and advised if I want to log a complaint and get a follow up call from the manager? Yes, isn't that what I requested prior? Really FedEx? Customer service rep's "matter of fact" attitude annoyed me as well! That is not how you calm clients down with ridiculous questions and expressing what he would do in my situation. The point is, it is simply my situation not yours! All I want you to do is take my concern, send it to the appropriate place and have a manager contact me for further discussion! SIMPLE! I also contacted my colleague at the financial institution that sent the package and advised them of FedEx actions and they will be getting a call from them because they use them for service and also paid them as well.

I was appalled at the treatment my mother got from the driver and thoroughly upset at the way the customer service rep dealt with my concern! I never experienced this type of service with UPS or any other carrier! I would have rather the driver hand my mother the notice and walk off then to accuse her of maliciously not getting to the door on time or asking her ten thousand questions that are of no concern to her (yes the driver was a female)! Absolutely ridiculous behaviour! Customer service is essential for businesses so you deal with clients properly. I am not an advocate of firing people because in this day and time, employment is important! If she does not like her job place her into another place within FedEx that does not deal with people personally because she has no customer service etiquette! I hope someone from management deals with this and follows up with me on this as well. ~Disgruntled customer!

I placed an order through FedEx on Saturday March 21, 2015. I selected "overnight shipping," and paid the extra fees necessary. I assumed the delivery wouldn't be made on Sunday, but was optimistic for it arriving on Tuesday, at least. I live in Ohio, and the product was being shipped from Indiana which is 3 and a half hour away from me. It is now Wednesday, and I've been alerted that my 0.2 lb package will be delivered on Thursday. How does it take FedEx 4 Business days to deliver a package 3 and a half hour away? And this is supposed to be their fastest method of delivery.
