I was very happy with the wonderful people who helped me. They explained everything so it was easy to understand. I would advise anyone who needs help with their finances to get in touch with your company. You guys are life savers.

I was apprehensive at first as this was a big step for me and I was unsure and scared as to what to do. But they were patient and gave me the time I needed to research the company and to mull things over. There were no follow up phone calls from them, they waited for my decision to proceed. After talking to a friend who had used their services, I feel I will be in good hands.

I thought we could handle our debt load. I thought it was something we could tackle over time with strong payments and modest living. Well, life, special circumstances and unforeseen emergencies started building up and pretty soon our debt load started looking insurmountable. We called National Debt Relief to see if there was a way to build a plan to get out from under this mountain of debt. After spending the morning with Ms Shelley ** on the phone who kindly and thoroughly went over the process, I realized working with this company was the best and quickest solution to our problem; we needed to work with NDR. Ms ** walked us through everything and made enrollment a breeze. We have taken the first steps toward becoming debt free and today - for the first time in years - I feel a little bit of the weight finally lifting.

Couldn't understand the process. Very confusing, as if reading off a cue card. Just received an email stating to sign some papers, no document attached. Very complicated. Try and make it more user friendly. I just don't understand what I'm supposed to do. Only thing easy was signing up for the portal.

I am new to the program. I like what I'm hearing and very relief that I'm finally going to have a peace of mind. I understand if I have questions or/and concerns, all I have to do is call. Thank you all.

Updated on 1/18/19: I had four credit cards and I basically pay them. National Debt Relief would take two monthly payments and they would do all the working so I could pay them off. So far, two are paid off and I've got two more to go which I feel like these last two are taking a lot longer than the others. I thought I'd be done by the fall of 2018, but then in the fall, they told me the spring of 2019 and I don’t see that happening. I would like more information on why these last two cards -- ‘cause I felt like I paid a lot of money -- are taking so long. I don’t know where it's at and that's confusing me. However, they helped me understand things if something comes up and where I was at. They're kind and helpful. If I have a question or a concern, they would reach out within a day if it was an email. NDR is a good company and they're helping me get it together, and I just want it sooner than later.

Initially, I believe customer service was fantastic. My sensitive financial circumstance was handled with care. However, the details of the intended delinquency and potential effects were not clearly explained until after consent had been given. That sort of information should be explicitly state at the onset of the process. It would also be helpful to have a more comprehensive summary of totals (e.g., Total Balance, Total Fees, Total Paid, Remaining Due, Remaining Payments, Payment Period).

This company helped me consolidate my overwhelming bills. I was able to pay off everything in 2 years. After my husband passed away, this was very helpful since my income was cut. I recommend National Debt Relief 100%. They were helpful and very kind to me.

I had a financial debt payment program to which I was enrolled in for the past two years. My monthly cost was $900. I tried to get than amount reduced but my request was denied. I contacted National Debt Relief and they were able to reduce my monthly payment to $375, an amount that I could afford without effecting my monthly budget expenses. The concern for my predicament by everyone I was in contact with was exceptional and compassionate.

When I went through the process with DR I had no idea what it would be like. I was pleasantly surprised. The man that helped me was non judgmental, very knowledgeable and professional. NDR works for you! Not for the companies trying to get money. They help take the stress off you and handle the calls and negotiations for you with the intent on saving you more money if possible! They don't make you feel ashamed for your situation. Everyone you talk to is truly there to help you. So far with my experience, I have not had a single correspondence (verbal or written) that gave me the impression that the employees of NDR are dissatisfied with their jobs which is great! It gives you confidence in their ability to do their best for you.

I enrolled in this program 4 months ago. I've been putting $388 a month into this account. I received a letter in the mail a couple weeks ago and I sent it to NDR. It was a letter threatening to garnish 10% of my paycheck. I called this company 5 times and nobody could give me answers. Finally a spoke to someone last week and she told me that they reviewed the document that I had sent them and that it wasn't a legal document. She told me that it's nothing to be worried about and that they're using that letter as a "scare tactic". Well... I was lied to.

I am so pleased I was recommended to contact this company. Everyone I have spoken with and worked with are caring and very kind. Especially Tasia, she has the greatest personality and demeanor. I have felt very comfortable and at ease knowing I am in good hands.

Personal and friendly customer service. Answered most questions before asked. I didn't feel any judgment for the situation I was in, only hopeful that they would do what was in their power to help me rectify it. I would definitely recommend NDR based on the initial help and information I received.

I went into debt relief when I was unable to keep up with payments and it was just too much for me. National Debt Relief reps were good because of the way they explained everything to me. They have made my life a little bit better and I'm able to keep up with my payments.

I wanted to consolidate my bills into one payment. National Debt Relief has been pulling money from my account every two weeks but I don’t know where I am when it comes to my account status. I got in the program January and the last I heard of them was in February. They told me it would take time because I owe a certain amount and I needed to build up my account before they can start distributing out money. In working with the debt specialist we went through many different iterations of how to address my debt. Each time we talked and I asked questions he would work with me to get the answers, however most he knew. We work many rounds with the underwriters to get a settlement that was fair for my creditors and one I could live with. I would recommend a friend.

Using National Debt Relief was just something we had to do. We took over the care of our grandchildren, which meant added expenses, and we were struggling. I looked them up on the Better Business Bureau and they were the number one company. So far, it's been really good with them. They’ve helped relieve the stress of paying bills and they’ve got one of our high cards down under half. I took one star away because I had to pay $300 more than estimated. Money is very tight for me so that was disappointing. I'm glad that I was able to pay that extra $300 monthly and not all at once. That helped but was still inconvenient. All in all everyone was good to me, I canceled my debt program with another company because one of the employees gave me an attitude problem.

NDR was a Godsend. I was finding it impossible to keep up even with the minimum payments after making several large purchases to get a new (to me) house in living condition. Other offers for help were definitely NOT to my advantage. I have recommended to friends and relatives!

The decision to do this was very hard and a bit scary. I was treated with respect and patience. All my questions were answered thoroughly and completely. I was not made to feel like I was a failure. The representative and I were a team with one mission... to clear up my debt.

This process went well until the very end. In December 2016, we asked for our final payoff. It was given and the draft was submitted while I was on the phone with them. A few weeks later they called and said we owed MORE money. They still call every few weeks saying that it wasn't paid in full. I have a witness to the phone call, and it was made plain several time that we wanted to complete the payoff. Their refusal to provide final program "graduation papers" has left an extremely bitter taste in my mouth. They got all of my creditors paid off, and I am happy about that, but then they don't want to acknowledge completion.

The worry of my inability to pay off my debts have been lifted with this program. I am so grateful. Some of my accounts have already been paid off; with others being worked on.
