From pretty much the start my experience has been excellent. The program was thoroughly explained and the steps to get enrolled and thru the program were clearing outlined. The customer service is top notch. Every time I call I always feel valued and my questions answered thoroughly. I already have two resolved creditors since enrolling a year ago. I am 100% thrilled with NDR.

National Debt Relief has been very easy to work with and seem to legitimately care about me. They have worked hard to get settlements from my vendors. Enrolling with National Debt Relief was very easy to do and didn't take that long. Just follow their simple instructions and you're on your way to becoming debt free.

I enrolled with National Debt Relief in March 2015 after undergoing major surgery that rendered me temporarily disabled and financially strained. I found National Debt Relief was a beneficial option as opposed to going through bankruptcy. Their staff negotiated reasonable settlements with my creditors along with affordable monthly payments for myself. They even contacted me about a medical bill that I was not aware of and allowed me to factor that bill into my payment plan. I can happily say that now, a little over two years later, my bills have been paid off and I am one more step closer to being debt free. I would recommend National Debt Relief to anyone seeking to become debt free.

I have entrusted certain financial affairs to you folks. So far so good. I'm often out of contact as I work in other countries and in very remote regions within those countries. Therefore, I have limited contact and data to work with. That said, the aggressive phone calls have ceased. Portions of my "account" have been dealt with, and it appears the others are currently being dealt with. You are clearly working it out at this point without much input from me. So far so good. I've been enrolled in the program for less than a yr and they have already settled 2 credit cards. My credit score did tank, but it's already going back up. By the end of this year I will.have 4 more accts paid off out of the 10 I enrolled. So far so good. The automated system will call you quite a bit, but most of the time it is just to see if you want to speak to a customer service rep. Other than that, I'm notified through email about my acct.

So far it seems ok. I'm worried about interest rates accruing and clients still calling even though I've asked them not to. I guess I was expecting more feedback and communication from NDR... I'm thinking NDR is bargaining for me and re the first settlement but I believe I need to take a more active role in bargaining.

I use to hear about my account however now I assume all is well because I don't hear anything unless I contact you all. I would like to hear more about my account information or get a quarterly statement or something to inform me a little more. Thank you.

Also, beside the Bill collector on the statement, it would be nice to know what Bill it was in reference to. That would make it more convenient to keep track of which bills were being settled. As far as the satisfaction with the co. Itself... I have no complaints.

I had a very wonderful experience with National Debt Relief. They were very helpful and very friendly. They always took the time to explain things to me. I was very happy in the end to be able to get a loan to pay off the credit card debt. I have not yet checked my credit score, but am going to check soon to see if my score has raised. Have made about 3 payments now on the loan.

I found NDR very easy to work with. I appreciate the help they provided me in getting out of debt. With their help I am now working on mostly a cash basis on everything I do. Not having to deal with the creditors was helpful in reducing my stress. My questions and issues were handled quickly and to completion. I would recommend you to friends or family in situations like mine.

I have only been in the program for a couple of months, nothing settled yet, but I'm not getting the harassing phone calls anymore, so I'm good so far. Whenever I did call the person on the phone was always nice and explained everything fully. I would recommend this service.

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! This is suppose to help you get out of debt not add more on you. When I signed up they explained that all fees would be in with my monthly payment, well I found out today that the 25% they charge for settling an account they take ALL at one time! So my one account they had settled got $1 and they made sure they had their $700 for simply making a phone call to get a settlement and haven't even worked on any of my other accounts. Needless to say I made a HUGE MISTAKE trying to get out of debt, it was just costing me more. I DO NOT AND WILL NOT RECOMMEND NDR TO ANYONE! LESSON LEARNED THE HARD WAY.

National Debt Relief has been doing great. They have settled multiple credit card accounts and have kept us well informed on their progress. Customer service has been very helpful and friendly no matter who I talk to when I call in.

So far the experience has been good. The program only pays off one debtor at a time, and I am still getting warnings for a couple of creditors that have not been satisfied. Would entertain paying an extra point to have debts all settled in one deal. Otherwise, lucky to have National Debt Relief.

All customer service representatives are truly wonderful. Each giving me "been there, done that" advice, which has been a godsend. I just received news that my credit score has gone up. This news takes a great weight off my mind.

So far I am pleased with the settlements that have been negotiated. The only thing I am not really happy with is the amount of time it is taking to settle with the credit card companies. I was told it would take 3-6 months and it has been 14 months. As of today I still have one more creditor that hasn't been settled with. In the meantime, there are interest charges, etc., that keep racking up, as well as my credit score continue to drop, i.e., this last settlement racked up almost $1000 in interest and late fees before it was settled. I would guess the same situation is with this last creditor as well. Not that I am going to try to borrow money etc., anytime soon, but up until about a year ago, when I signed up with this service my credit score, in 40 years' time, had never went below 678, now it is 458. Very disheartening since I have worked all my life to have a good score and now when I actually might need it - it is crap.

I can't wait to get out of this program!!! They take way too much profit from my debt and realized it has not been worth it. This program only saved me a few bucks. Very disappointed. They take way too much money from people and were not clear from the beginning about their profit from the program.

So far, I would rate NDR 5 stars. They've been really easy to deal with and they seem to really care every time I call and talk with a representative. Their website is also very easy to navigate and access.

They are very helpful and are great with answering questions. I was unsure of what I wanted to do, but they helped me make up my mind. Just wish debt could be settled soon to begin payments. Hopefully it will help my future.

I have been extremely pleased with the results of this program. The counselors have been extremely helpful in negotiating my debt down and have been very pleasant to deal with. I would recommend this service to anyone looking to get out of debt.

Pardon the pun, but it is truly a relief to see progress on all my debts happen so quickly, right from the start, and throughout the time I've been using NDR. I watched my credit score dip at first, as expected, but I just got an alert the other day that my credit score has now rebounded by a 41 point increase in just 30 days now that I've been in the program for not even 2 years yet.

On the whole, it has been a good experience. There are a couple of issues, however. Agents. I understand that they have been trained to take their time with the customers and engage in friendly conversation. This can be nice, but it's a pain if you are in a hurry and just want something quickly such as information, and especially so if you have to wait on hold for an available agent. Perhaps the agents could speed up the calls if others are waiting, and be more discerning on whether or not the customer wishes to chat.

I have yet to establish any communication with my creditor and make any headway with my creditors so I cannot give my opinions on how this company works for myself and credit score. I continue to make my monthly payments to them but yet still no communications.

I love how I'm getting out of debt just disappointed in all these fees I have to pay on top of my messages monthly payment. I feel like it keeps me behind from paying my debt off faster. Other than that I love the program and can't wait to be debt-free.

Everything is going well and I'm HAPPY that I am getting my bills paid and all the people who talked to me are very nice and informed me with what I should know about my case and I'm doing the best I can do to give money to get my account paid in full so I can get my credit scores up.

At this time money is being put into the account only. I don't know if you have been contacted or not. I'm not hearing from anyone so I guess that is good. There is enough money in the account now to settle with the BofA credit card. I haven't been contacted by the other credit card companies.

I have been enrolled with National Debt for a while now and I do believe I have two years left. My husband and I enrolled together and in our time there half of our accounts have been settled. Communication with them is awesome. Any question we had we either emailed or called and got answers right away. We also learned to handle money and we will never get ourselves in a financial mess again. Sure we had to cut down on spending to stay within budget, but after a while you don't miss things. We are grateful to National Debt and yes I referred friends and they since have enrolled.

I have to be honest, I was worried about working with this company. I'm a single mom with over $11,000 in credit card debt. This company's plan to help seemed too good to be true. I actually didn't really understand the process, partly thinking it was loan that would only be able to go to paying off my credit cards. When I found out how it really works, I was a little disappointed (instant gratification) but 6 months later I could not be more grateful. The first person I worked with, Miguel, was amazing. I felt comfortable working with NDR after speaking with him. NDR has negotiated my debt to a little less than half of what it was and they did all the work. I didn't have any harassing phone calls or letters. My credit score dropped but I was already aware that would happen. I could not recommend them enough to anyone who is in debt. You have nothing to lose, you're not taking out a loan with a crazy APR. They saved my debt situation and I cannot thank them enough.

I signed up for National Debt Relief over a year ago. A tremendous burden was lifted off of me when I enlisted NDR to help me resolve my debt. The phone calls were directed to them and I was no longer alone in trying to figure a way out of debt. Sometimes I have had trouble making my payments to them but their customer service agents are usually very helpful on the phone. Only one time did I experience a bad situation with one of their reps and I call often. NDR reps also make sure that I login regularly to the account where my money goes so that I can review what is occurring.

Words cannot express how pleased and happy I am with NDR. When I was feeling overwhelmed with my debt, I contacted NDR. They took over from there and my debt was satisfied much sooner than I anticipated. If you are looking for a great company, do not hesitate to contact NDR.

They have settle credit card debt and helping on my auto repossession. Everything has went well. I would like to think that my auto debt will be taken care of as well. They have been forthright and offered to help when needed. They have also been able to answer any of my question. Time has never been a issue.

I am a recently new member. I started the end of March. The application was easy and the staff for very helpful in filling out the application. The approval was very quick. I have called back numerous times and have talked to several representatives so far and they have all been extremely helpful and friendly. Very pleased with National Debt Relief. I have called several times with concerns and questions. Each time they have been able to answer my question and address my concerns. I signed on with NDR a few months ago. I haven't gotten any notifications on where my case stands. Months later I am still receiving statements showing my accounts have not been settled and it has now affected the line of credit on my remaining cards. Not a happy camper!

For the most part I am very satisfied with the program. There was a point in time that due to financial arrangements with one creditor I was asked to provide additional funds. I was only able to contribute a small amount more towards my monthly payments to NDR. I hope this cuts my commitment down but not sure. I was set up for 3 years to get all debts taken care of and I think I have 16 months left to go.

They worked with me on what was going on. They took care of one account and were starting on another when I had to cancel. Due to other accounts I did not have the funds to continue. I had to make a decision on how I was going to keep my home. So I had to file a Chapter 13. I will recommend them to all my friends 'cause they do a very good job.

I haven't had much dealings with them yet as has only been about 3 months. So far all contact with them has been positive and helpful. I need to complete a survey after they have negotiated with my creditors. I anticipate full satisfaction with this company.

The progress is very slow. I expected all my creditors on my list to be contacted within a reasonable time, and to my knowledge none of them have been even now, 4 weeks into the process. When I inquired why no progress, I was informed I had not returned the POWER OF ATTORNEY letter which I still have not received.

My experience signing up was very quick and easy but I have not seen any results as of yet, they have enough money to settle at least 1 or 2 of my accounts but nothing yet. I have messaged them and asked the status but nothing.

I've been with the company now for a year. And I'm very embarrassed with the work they do. They already got rid of 4 of my credit cards. Still working on others. Sometimes I might have to split a payment and I haven't had no problems with them. Highly recommend.

I have completed my enrollment period and am happy it's over. Initially I was very satisfied with NDR. With the exception of one incident the staff was very knowledgeable & friendly. One incident mid way soured my feelings greatly. I was sent a notice from one of my credit cards and was told I had x amount of days to respond. I called NDR - they would look into the matter but not to worry I had ** days to respond. The settlement was not handled in a timely manner nor was the settlement lower than I was told it would be. Would I go thru NDR again, probably not. It sounded good at the time.

Have no problems with this service. Quickly got one account resolved. Still waiting on the others but everyone I have talked to have been so nice and courteous. Willing to work with me when I have a change or emergency arise. I would totally recommend.

Signing up was relatively easy, although there is a lot of paperwork. Everyone I talked to was very friendly and went over all the paperwork. While I can't say that the experience was smooth sailing, I can say that once Costa got involved things were better. He has been an amazing help and I am glad that I had him to lean on. I am updating my previous review because that did not include my experiences with Costa.

They've been ABSOLUTELY wonderful. I didn't know many programs like this. I based it on the fact that they were associated by the Better Business Bureau. VERY supportive, guiding me throughout my program with them. No questions were dumb. They answered them professionally. They informed you where you at in the program. I joined National Debt Relief in January 2016. I have always been able to talk with customer service where my questions have been answered. This is a company with many years of experience and who truly cares about helping. I am disappointed with the lack of communication. I haven't even heard if Chase has made an offer. Whether there is enough money in the accounts or not I want to know if they have made a settlement offer. I want to settle this soon as possible as it affects more than me in my life. Every time I ever hear from you guys it is so vague and not informative. It is almost 4 months already. Tell me something please!

Yes, I'm grateful for NDR taking care of my debt issue for me but they initially insisted I contribute $90 more a month than I was comfortable with and it turns out too much is taken out of my account monthly. I have been running out of money days before the following payday every two weeks. That $90 would have allowed me to remain comfortable throughout the process.

As a customer of National Debt Relief, in the beginning I was very skeptical. I was nervous about my financial situation, had very little trust in anyone, and wasn't sure what I was going to do about my debt problems. After getting laid off, and having to start my own pressure washing business just for some sort of income, everything seemed to pile up on all at once. I have never experienced anything like it in my life. No matter what I did, no matter how hard I tried, the whole kept getting deeper and deeper.

I was hesitant about asking National Debt Relief for their services but I am happy I decided to move forward with them. They worked with my tight budget so that I could make the monthly payments. So far maybe about 4 months in they were able to resolve 3 debt problems with the creditors.

I am satisfied with National Debt, there are creditors that are still calling and state they have not been contacted. I would like to see a settlement agreement with all debtors soon. I'm sure National Debt will do their best to reach settlements.

It's too soon to give an opinion. I feel everyone we have worked with to start the process had been truthful & supportive. We get lots of calls from our collectors we were told we would. Again, it's too soon to say how the program is benefiting our family. We are glad to have the support.

When I called 2 years ago, their promise seemed too good to be true. I am thankful I called them! Not only did they have the debt reduced, but they managed to settle the debt in a way I could afford to pay. They answered questions without hesitation and did all they promised. If you feel you are drowning don't hesitate to call them!

The employees are friendly and very helpful allowing me to understand how my money is being used. Their advices or suggestions are helpful and anything I need when I call the employees are ready to answer and it seems they are exceptionally knowledgeable which I like the best. When calling in, the young woman I spoke with was very friendly, kind and helpful. Took care of my problem with the first call! And I wasn't on hold for long... the phone call was answered quickly and sufficiently!

I signed with National Debt Relief about 9 months ago and was told that it may take a while to get some offers. It's been 9 months and of the 4 items I am working on, only 1 has been negotiated with no communication on the others. I have emailed my account person numerous times and typically get a one word or two word response of "nothing yet" or a simple "no" when I ask for updates. No communication = no customer service.

I was able to consolidate my debt into one monthly payment because of loss of income. This took a lot of stress off of me and I am able to get out of debt quicker and if I receive additional money from odd jobs or substitute teaching I am able to pay off my debt quicker.

Having NDR taking over my debts thru the last several years, I have been able to find quite a bit of relief in staying within a manageable budget. I have found them to be very friendly each time I have talked to them and helpful. They also have tracked my account to where I could always check to see where I was at in completing my debt's relief.

Before we came to NDR, my fiancé and I were deep in credit card debt that stemmed from years of underemployment and costly medical bills. These bills soon overpowers our monthly income and we are out of options. When I discovered NDR completely out of coincidence, our lives changed. NDR is clear with the program expectation and also what we need to do every step of the way. There is no guesswork.

I had been take advantage of by a contractor who had run-up over $10,000.00 in credit card debt in materials and tools. Then absconded without finishing the construction of my house. Being a disabled vet on limited income, I found myself using my monthly benefit check to pay the above debt. With nowhere to turn, I had to decide whether to pay the bills or buy groceries and pay my mortgage payment and utilities. Paying what I could I soon became severely past due on my credit card accounts. Paying some cards on one month and paying the others on the following month. Even though I contacted the credit card companies and explaining my situation, they did not do anything to assist me. Instead, they raised the interest, and the minimum monthly payment amount due. Then they began charging late fees on top of the higher interest.

We have been working with National Debt Relief for about one year now. My wife and I exposed ourselves to considerable debt with credit cards through some unexpected large expenditures and bad habits. It came to a point where we couldn't keep up with the payments on multiple credit cards and we were under considerable stress.

NDR has been very easy to work with. The communication both via email and phone has been excellent. The only thing I wish I had known, and maybe at some point in the very long process it got lost or overlooked, is that creditors can sue you before NDR settles the account. This costs out of pocket filing fees at the courthouse, not to mention time that needs to be taken out of work to appear. Overall, we are glad that we chose this option to reduce our debt.

Very slow on settlements and lied to me on how they make settlements! Thought they would aggressively go after settling on credit cards they the accounts have been closed for years. I've already been offered settlements on most accounts and could probably save money doing it on my own.

Easy to get set up with, relief not having creditors call me all the time (except for one that I was told not to transfer my phone number and address with calls me 3-4 times daily, once I speak with them I get a week of no calls). Have not heard from anyone regarding the status of my account but then again it only been 2 months so not much money in my account for them to use yet.

Needed help with 4 credit cards. The first 3 were settled within a year. I was told the 4th credit card dispute was going to be the easiest to settle. It's been actually the longest to settle! By the time I pay my monthly fees and settlement fees I will be paying full amount! Usually when I call to get any information the person doesn't know much. I can't wait until my program is done! I could have settled on my own and with less timing if I would have known the process before I enrolled.

I am now getting the credit card companies starting to call me despite the cease and desists and my changing the contact information to you guy. The gentleman I spoke to (on your team) was very helpful. He took the number down and promised to have the matter handled without me getting involved.

Hard to say. I still got creditors calling me. They said they didn't hear from you guys so my experience is half a star. It been two months so far and I don't know if they will accept a pay out.

I keep getting calls from my debt collectors. They keep telling me that if NDR would just contact them and tell them that I am working with NDR, they would stop calling. Most of them say they haven't heard a word from NDR.

Took all my credit cards and put into one monthly payment. It was hard; phone calls and close accounts. Stressful to answer phone for the first couple of months. But it was all my fault and needed to do it. National Debt was easy to work with and did a wonderful job helping me get it paid off. I was told that all my debt would be satisfied within 28 months and a few creditors have not even been contacted several months into this process but they (NDR) are taking money from my account every month, sure hope they do more soon!

They were efficient, were always there to answer questions, communicated effectively and must be really skilled at negotiating. Never was hassled by creditors and even paid my debts off ahead of schedule. I have zero complaints and would recommend them to anyone.

I will say that being in financial debt was extremely stressful and caused me daily anxiety. Peace of mind when they took over and I only had to worry about the two payments coming out of my bank a month and knowing that they were settling my credit card debt made my life a lot better. My only criticism is I wished it could go faster even when I was able to give extra money to my account. It still seems like it's going to take a full three years and I am ready to be done but overall it was a good experience and I would recommend to anyone in credit card debt.

I absolutely thought it was too good to be true! Once you qualify, usually within 2 years all your debt, that you submitted will be paid off. Just passed my 1 year mark and 3 bills are paid off! Truly amazing process that you have to put trust into.

The reason I'm not totally satisfied is that when I check my account online I can't ever see what's been paid off, how much is remaining on a bill or how long I have left to keep paying. Other than the fact I don't really know what's going on, it's fine.

So far, so good. It has been a good experience but I think you need to call the client once in a while just to let them know what is the status and how are things going. I don't get phone calls, so I have to call myself just to find out how is things going for me.

Customer service was pleasantly helpful. Never had issues in completely understanding what was happening with my account. I highly recommend using them if you have trouble paying your bills. Have never had such a great experience with dealing with any company before. If all companies had such good customer service, what a wonderful world this would be. Everyone could speak excellent English which was an unusual experience. They paid my bills after reaching an agreement with every company which I always had to agree with the amount.

Well I didn't recently enroll. I enrolled about 2 years ago now and haven't heard from anyone in quite some time now. I'm hoping to have all debt eliminated soon within the next year. It would be nice to get updates on what's been paid and what hasn't. Would also be nice to know what's been paid so far and what's still owed.

Your company has been very helpful from day one. Being very patient and answering all my questions before I agreed to even start program. Now that I am in they are on top of any questions, and concerns. Very helpful and you get to be sent free in no time!

Initial contact was pleasant and very informative. The process was easy and they work out a plan to fit your budget relieving the related stress immediately. I finally see the light at the end of the tunnel. This helped me take back control of my life and teaches me what creditors don't want you to know, and how to stay on track eliminating unnecessary debt that is so easy to fall into.

I'm happy to be paying off my debt, but I really feel the fees charged by NDR are very high. Also, I've told them repeatedly that I cannot always answer the phone during certain hours, so do not call... and yet they put me on an automated dialer to be called during those hours with nothing important to tell me except to call if I want an update. It went on for a few weeks! Also, they always seem to want more money from me even though I have told them I do not have any more to give. I feel like my experience has been about average, but I'm still a little jaded about the system they use. I'm neither impressed nor disgusted by the company.
