I've had an excellent experience with National Debt Relief. They have been courteous and supportive. The approval process was very simple and very quick and everything was explained clearly and thoroughly. They've set me up with a payment plan I can manage and are a great alternative to bankruptcy.

The person I worked with was Ryan ** and he made everything smooth and easy, like that there aren't a lot of extra fees and none are hidden. There is a light at the end now. If you are struggling to make it every month and don't want to or can't do Bankruptcy then do not wait to contact National Debt Relief.

I am very pleased with the work that National Debt Relief has done for us. It has only been a few months & at this point we have 2 debts paid off, 1 paid off in October & another in November. Customer service has been great. Always asking if we have any questions for them & if they have answered all of questions. Also, congratulating us "on becoming one step further to being debt free." Your representative gave a thorough explanation of the offer. She further informed me about what funds I had in my account. I also was informed at on Sept. 26 I would need to add $16.50 to be applied along with my $124.50, as well as Sept. 27th 53.91. She answered my questions, she was polite and knowledgeable about my accounts.

There are others like you that work with a company that can help take care of other things such as getting a house, and taking care of getting up to date with other bills. Your company seems to be good, but it would be great if you had a little help.

This is our beginning with NDR. I do have to commend our agent, Deshuwn as he went above and beyond customer service. His patience and outstanding help with the process was incredible. Thank you for all the help you are giving us to help us get out of debt. We will comment more, down the road.

NDR was able to settle an account that I was having trouble with in a short amount of time and saved me about $700. I'm still waiting to settle more accounts, but this was one of the accounts that I was worried about most. I can't wait until the other debts are settled. It's a stress relief.

Pretty good customer support. Works within my budget to help me settle my accounts. The fees are a bit high, but they do all the negotiating and set up payment plans for me. It's worth the costs to save the time and frustration of attempting it myself.

I was having some problems with my bills since I got sick. National Debt Relief has always been polite in dealing with me. I was describing things or waiting for explanations about things and they were patient with my ignorance of the system. They have taken a lot of burden off of my shoulders. However, I was told one account was settled but I kept getting letters. I thought it was taken care of but I found out it was not. There's a mix-up and I don't know whats happening with that so I'm concerned. I talked to them yesterday and they're trying to resolve that issue and then work on another account.

We were wanting to buy a house sooner than later and our credit was not good, so we needed to try to get everything straightened out. We were getting overwhelmed and couldn't make headway or figure out how to do anything so we decided to look into relief help and see if it would help. National Debt Relief took care of everything and has been really nice and helpful. They call as soon as they get anywhere with the creditors or if they have any questions. Since working with NDR, I don't have creditors calling me a hundred times a day. They've been able to relieve the stress of trying to figure out how to manage everything. Initially, I was looking for debt consolidation but I found National Debt Relief. I talked it over with the wife, and we decided to go with NDR instead. I called the other month just checking on it. Customer care is excellent and they showed that they cared about my account. Anytime that they had something popped up in the account, they gave me a very quick response. They gave me more advice for building credit in the future as well. We are still working with them right now as we still have one debt which is in the process of being paid off and ends in October. There have been a couple of creditors that have asked for more funds but most of them have fallen into the original payment schedule so there is no problem keeping up with the payments I need to make.

National Debt Relief gave me peace of mind during a very difficult time. It was a little stressful when we missed 2 creditors when I thought I was all set but they got it done in the end. I did have a very bad experience on the phone getting hung up on and in one case dealing with a very rude & unprofessional women with the Underwriting team. Hold times were also bad. You should set an expectation & ask permission when placing a caller on hold. Extremely important to check on them rather than keep them wondering. In the end you guys came through for me and my overall experience was good. I recommend better training for those answering phones & always call someone back if they get disconnected.

I feel it is an excellent service, my only concern is why letters are not sent out to those creditors letting them that we are one of your clients and all negotiations will come through this services. Basically that is my only concern, most creditors states no one has send us anything stating you are in a program.

I think your rates are too high. Service is okay but not the best. I hate having to repeat myself and ask/answer questions more than once. Do I think the service is worth the money… not really sure at this point - almost wishing I had just filed bankruptcy. With every settlement, I’m asked if I can pay more – NO! Overextending myself and my situation is what got me in the predicament I’m in now – not doing that again. Negotiations have stopped due to low funds in reserves but major fees still get paid. I’m a little bitter but I was asked my opinion.

The response to my inquiry about debt relief was instantaneous. I received a phone call from Dairy within a minute of sending my request. Dairy was well informed and was able to answer all my questions and register me for the program. I found the Welcome Call a bit redundant. I do understand that it was necessary to ensure that I was well informed and in agreement with the program. I will certainly give feedback as the program proceeds. I am looking forward to being debt free.

I just enrolled in a debt relief program and I had a great experience with Eric who worked me through with all the informations, details and explanations that I needed in order to get into the program. I really am anxious to complete my program. It took a few phone calls to figure out and get NDR to know what Global Client had for my account. I am relieved now that I am on course and will finish faster, because they listened to me.

My parents experience with NDR has been great. I started with a set amount of debt and they helped me lay out a plan and explained why some of my initial approaches to managing debt were not as effective in the long-run. I would strongly recommend working with NDR because in addition to being understanding and helpful, NDR, on average, has managed to settle my debts for half the amount owed. While this is not a always a guarantee, they explain the process throughout the life of each debt. The experience has been very helpful to me.

I am still receiving calls and letters from American Express and Synchrony. They said they didn't know anything about my debt relief. I thought they were going to be notified. Synchrony threatened collection agency. I do appreciate all you've done but it seems like there's more to be done... am I right?

I found that anyone that I spoke with provided me with accurate information and were patient and willing to answer all of my questions. All but one debt was able to be resolved in the original time frame specified. By extending out the time by 4 months they expect that I will be able to resolve that debt as well. The only element that I could offer a suggestion to improve in, would be to stop the automated calls. I was getting 6-7 auto calls per day, that then connected with an customer service person who had no idea why I was called. It turns out that some of them were to see if I would accept an offer, but, they did not identify this to me and I could not sit on the phone while at work waiting for them to decide why I was being called.

I am very pleased with the communication, efficiency and results after barely 6 months of the program. I trust National Debt Relief to do what they said that they would do: get me out of debt within 3 years. I have settled 3 accounts for good numbers and have 3 to go.

Once I got to the last payment at the end of my settlement. All of a sudden I was short $1400. I knew what they explained I was going to be paying was too good to be true. I could have settled my debt for less. I know this because I settled my wife’s debt over the phone with her old creditors, for less than half of what she owed. I am canceling the program.

He was great customer service. It was very crystal clear about what is required on my part so there were very few subsequent calls, and they were also able to explain the things I didn’t understand. Then when I had something come up and I tell them what was going on with a creditor they are working with, they automatically take over and tell me not to worry about it.
