My experience with National Debt Relief has saved my financial situation with the creditors that I owe. Bills are being paid off at a timely rate. The phone calls to National Relief are outstanding and a comfort to me knowing soon will be debt free.

It is a great pleasure to be able to work with National Debt Relief. The People there are always a great help. They are prompt, kind and always willing to work with me through my finances and offer me advice on how to make payments and pay my cards off quicker.

I was so nervous I was in tears! I had been making payments on time but ran into a month in which I couldn't make exact date for my deposit. I talked to a very caring and understanding representative and she worked with me. I already suffer from anxiety and I couldn't handle any more stress! Thank goodness for NDR!!!

So far we're satisfied with the service. However, we just recently signed on so it's difficult to determine how effective the company is at achieving the primary goal of negotiating and paying off our debts. We'll just have to see how things go in the next few months.

When I signed the contract with NDR I was not adequately warned about the amount of money to pay as an NDR fee per creditor agreement. Thus I am now conscious of the amount of $700 and some dollars per settlement as an amount too high for my disbursement with each creditor case of debt cancellation. I have had to recently be warned by NDR to increase my monthly contribution to meet costs of debt cancellation. I was not expecting this.

I am working with NDR to resolve many of my delinquent accounts and they have been awesome so far! Very professional and with the kind of service they provide they have helped me tremendously in taking away the burden off my shoulders.

I've just signed up but it was really easy and the staff made sure that I understood everything that was presented to me. I also loved the fact that they allow you to choose your pay day so there's no conflict or mishaps.

I had to call customers service I was nervous, but after talking to Carla ** she put me at ease, very nice and helpful and over all patient. The gentleman who help me set up this program Randy ** he is such a wonderful and very, very patient gentleman, I was a ding dong, but man he helped me and never made me feel at any time of my 10 different calls like I was bothering him, he is a good team member!!!

I have had a great experience with National Debt Relief. I will be debt free in a year and a half and I could not be happier. Looking forward to rebuilding my credit and buying my first home. They have made it a very easy process for me. And affordable as well.

Everyone I talked there was friendly and understanding of my needs which has made this a good experience. I would recommend this service to anyone who needs it. Things were done quickly and most paperwork was handled through email with the exception of 1 item that had to be faxed.

I had my first debt consolidated last week and it was an excellent experience and it saved me a ton! I called customer care and they always gave me the information I needed and were helpful with every aspect of this process. I would recommend to a friend in need for sure!

So far my experience has been. I see that my credit score has went up a little bit. Have noticed that my credit score has moved up a little bit. And when one of my debts are being settle I received a email phone call to let me know.

They have made a fair and equitable settlement with 3 of my Creditors so far, and I am Happy with the experience. But we still have several to go and I only Hope we can do as well with the others and do them quickly.

I've been with National Debt Relief for six to eight months. They have been kind and willing to help. I've already paid off two of my debts and in process of three others. It also stopped all my phone calls from the debt people.

We were getting high in debt and we needed help. The National Debt Relief team explained how everything was going to go throughout our service. They estimated that it will take four years to settle our debts. Life's been better. We haven't been so strained trying to come up with how to pay it every month. Most of the people I talk to have been great. But some of them don't know how your program works. Tells me I have to contact my own creditor. If this is so why am I paying y'all. Every time I try to fax it will never go through. Want answers to take fax.

Man, when I reached out to National Debt Relief I was drowning in debt. I'm still in pretty deep but I can at least touch the bottom now. I was paying about 600$ a month in interest alone due to a terrible credit situation I got myself into during my early 20's. Through my program with NDR, I still pay about 600$ per month but now that money is actually making a dent in the amount I owe. They have been tremendously helpful so far, with about 1/3 of my debts now settled. NDR is always professional and easy to reach by phone and I have not had any long wait times to speak to a representative. I would highly recommend for those of you that, like me, borrowed a mountain of money you are struggling to pay back.

I was really happy and surprised to learn I had a settlement so soon. I had just called a week or so before to cancel your services and then this happened. It also happened to an account where I received a threatening letter telling me to make a payment or else! I am very satisfied.

I have only been a client of NDR for a little over 2 months and they have already resolved one of my creditors for around 50% of the balance I had owed. I had a lot of debt and I had been off of work for quite a few months due to a lot of medical issues. I needed help to get back on track financially. I've been working with National Debt Relief since October and the payments have been manageable. It's a little difficult because it is high end up, but I'm working around that. I've also sent them multiple emails and letters that I've received from credit card companies and they've responded back to me or contacted me by phone at least once a month to let me know of offers and that they're on it. They estimated it would take about 48 months to get everything settled.

Sought their help because I couldn’t keep up with the payments. NDR representatives were very nice and professional and have settled three of my accounts so far. They're very good but my payments are a little bit high. I’m hoping that maybe I could get them lower to make it more comfortable since they have settled some of the accounts. Other than that, National Debt Relief was great and I have no issues with them at all.

I wanted to get squared away on everything. After checking the reviews of National Debt Relief, I decide to go with them. Their people were nice, friendly and helpful. They took over the account, did what they do, and tried to resettle. It’s pretty easy to get ahold of them for questions. However, it takes a while for them to talk to people and get things situated but it's fine with me. They’ve taken care of one account so far. It has been settled completely making life a little better. I would recommend National Debt Relief. If somebody else needs their services, NDR can do something for them.

I'm very satisfied so far at this point in the process. I am looking forward to getting a fresh start. It has been difficult not paying creditors when you are used to keeping everyone paid and happy. Then there's the flood of calls for payment. Some have eased up. But a few of the collection agencies are steadily calling every day.

We have had a great experience with each staff we have spoken to. They explain in great detail to our questions. When we had problems with debt collector the problem was handled promptly and efficiently. We are very satisfied with all the help given us.

The people at NDR, especially their management team, really care about customer satisfaction. I am happy with the experience that I have had with National Debt Relief. I do have a issue with how they contact you when there is a settlement to be negotiated. The last experience I had was not good. They did not give me the complete information on the fees that would be charged.

The problem with payment was quickly resolved. I was confused about what happened but then after talking to them it was all resolved... They understood my concern and after explaining everything got straightened out.

Explained the process simply even I could understand. They addressed my legal issues (summons), I really needed help with all the legalese. Brokered payments to my creditors, to the satisfaction of both parties. They keep me advised of my progress, and I have access to my records. I would highly recommend this agency.

I started the program a long time ago. I needed help because I have too much debt I need to fix and I didn’t have the money to pay. I went with National Debt Relief and after trying their service, I liked it. They were able to answer all my questions and when I changed my schedule for the payment plan, they were able to fix it. They were able to fix a few of my debts. I know they are still trying to fight or settle the debts with a bigger amount and that’s probably why they haven’t fixed the other ones. None of my creditors have sent me a letter taking the debt out, which is weird, but I have checked and they’re not in my credit report anymore. National Debt Relief has done a great job.

When someone decides it is time to take control of their financial affairs and get a new start, it can be very scary. I found relief and peace in my life taking the first steps and trusting the National Debt Relief team. I have yet to have anything resolved because I am new in the program. Only time will tell, but I feel confident that they will be of great help in my financial affairs and helping me become debt free.

When I finally made my first phone call, they gave me hope. I was over 25K in debt due to medical expenses due to ObamaCare. I am one of the many middle class people slammed with outrageous medical insurance premiums. I work for a top 10 pharma and my insurance premiums went from $60 per month for a family of 4 to $650 per month. Also went from no deductible to $3500 deductible. When one child had appendicitis and another was hospitalized twice in one year, my financial situation was turned upside down. National Debt was able to help me see the light and was an ally for me.

I couldn't keep up with debt payments so I looked into relief help. Every time I talk to somebody at National Debt Relief, they're always very pleasant and they help me understand and always explain everything very well. But, I get around five calls a day from them whenever they've resolved a new debt. I'm still going through the process, but I've resolved two of my debts through them. The cost is good, but some of them are wanting a huge chunk on the first two or three months and then the last few months, but I can't give more than what my payment is. Other than that, working with NDR helps with keeping the debt collectors off my back and I don't feel stressed.

National Debt is a wonderful place that helps you solve your debt for half the money that you owe to your creditors. I started with them all in March 2017 and they have settled already four of my accounts. I don't bother them or call them. I let them do their work. Take my advice people, don't hassle them. They can only do what they can do. I like them because they have already settle debt that I had in the amount of 9,000 dollars already. This a great company???

They were very courteous and understanding and absolutely helpful! As much as I did not want to go this route, I finally ran out of options and had no other way out. I will be debt-free within 3.5 years and less if I contribute funds faster. Otherwise, would've taken me minimum 15 years to get back to the black.

I enthusiastically give NDR 5 stars because the service they provide is exactly as advertised, and genuinely saved me from an endless cycle of debt and shame. I have a small suggestion for improvement, but nothing that would keep me from recommending to a friend. The process is incredibly easy and they are always available on the phone. I had a couple of months where my auto-pay failed because I didn't have enough money in my account, and they don't charge a fee when that happens. You just reschedule and it's all good. They work the way you would hope they would: not like a predatory company that could easily take advantage of people who are having debt problems.

I have to say this company works fast and is on top of everything. I would recommend it to friends and family. The company is courteous to all your needs and they always keep you posted. I came across National Debt Relief on Facebook and I contacted them for my debt. So far, my experience has been good and it's also less hassle.

I'm not really sure if it's going to be ok when I first got started. It sounded very helpful and Mr Devin ** was very polite and gave me a good understanding but I'm still feeling uncertain. I need more comfort on how this really works because I'm getting threatening calls.

I know it's a long process. I hope that NDR is reaching out to my creditors to let them know what's going on. Sometimes I just feel like I'm out The by myself and it's a bit scary to wonder if NDR is reaching out to them. I did receive one email from NDR saying that they would start payments when my account is built up.

NDR did a wonderful job of getting a settlement for a "difficult" credit card. They handled everything and got the debt settled. The law firm associated with NDR is amazing. They also got a settlement with another credit card company for about 1/3 of what my balance was. I was truly amazed when they told me the amount they settled for. I had to ask them several times to repeat the amount because it was so low. They are incredible!

One of my creditors took money from my bank account and it put me way over and I was charged over draft fees. When I called your company for help I was told they couldn't do any thing and I needed to deal with the bank. I tried to close the account and they said I have to pay back the money first. Your company didn't help me and now I don't know what to do. I don't have the money to pay back.

I am still getting bills from this company, saying that I still owe over $2,000.00. I faxed you a copy of the bill today that I received in the mail today. If this bill has been resolved, why am I still getting notices from them that I still owe them money?

When we first started this they said that the monthly payments would run around $350 and there have been times when they run almost $700. We are on a tight budget and they ask if we can put extra money in but no way. Plus they do multiple withdrawals from bank. Why not just one for the month??

I understand your company is just trying to help, but I believe an email and an excessive amount of phone calls if that email is not answered within 5 minutes is a little much. Some of us work at 11 in the morning.
