Credit Consolidation Account Setup - All staff were understanding and friendly, and willing to explain any detail of the transaction. The process was understandable and helped to alleviate any apprehensions we had about debt settlement. We are looking forward to settling our hardship debt and will follow the instructions provided.

I got into more debt than planned at 22 years old and there was no way out. I had bills I couldn't afford so resorted to credit cards and I couldn't pay them off. National Debt Relief took a huge weight off my chest and helped me get out of my debt and I can now work on rebuilding my credit and starting over all while making better financial decisions. They helped me out so much, I highly recommend if you are in a rut and minimum payments aren't working out for you.

I was drowning in credit card debt. Just barely making the monthly minimums only to see the balance getting bigger. This program was explained to me in its entirety - the good, the bad and whatever questions I had. I have easy access to all the info I need to see the progression of resolving my debt. I'm 11 months into the program with 2 resolves so far. Thanks to this program, I'm getting on track without having to choose between food on the table or paying a credit card. Even though my other debts are in negotiation, my credit score is rising about 10-15 points a month. I wish I had found this program sooner!

Kate ** was very helpful and clear when she explained everything to me. I have hope things will work out for me soon. Not only did she reassure me that it was a legitimate site, she showed me the proof to back up what she was saying. I wanted everything in one lump sum where it's easier to pay off with lower interest.

I was told a thing and maybe 2 that is not happening and the biggest problem I had with my debt, I was told what to do at a certain time after signing and that was to talk with customer service in March and they would help me... What a joke... I am very disappointed, I am talking about 6000.00, but maybe soon there'll be a settlement on all my debt! "Except the 6 grand." Also I tried to get in touch with Frank ** by email, as that was the only way he gave me to contact him, but my email was returned??

I'm not out of the woods yet, but National Debt Relief has helped me out quite a bit with my debt situation. I am only giving 4 stars because I was told this was only going to take a couple of years and it looks like it will be another 1 and a half to two years on top of the two years I have been in the program. But over all I'm in much better shape than I was when all this started.

All the customers representatives are extremely nice! So well spoken, and speak clearly so that there's no doubt on what is going on on my account. I appreciate everyone's help on my account, keep up the great work everyone.

I am extremely satisfied with the service provided by National Debt Relief. I am beginning to see the light at the end of my debt. My only concern was when I spoke with an associate to discuss an agreement with one of my creditors I was asked to consolidate the rest of my debt in a loan at 26% interest. This did not make any sense to me. Credit cards at 26% interest were what got me into this situation in the first place. I declined the offer... It just did not make sense.

My experience with National Debt Relief has been outstanding. I've been working with their representatives for just over 2 years and they have delivered as advertised. I had to call in several times to provide information needed by them to work with my creditors and have always been received promptly and attended to my complete satisfaction.

I signed up for this service and they explained that I would pay them a fixed amount each month. This changed after I signed up. After signing up, the customer service reps are no longer friendly, very uninformed, don't explain questions that I have, and pressure you to pay more and bring in different, problematic third parties that have terrible reviews/scams. I wish this company would have been honest about how they do business. This doesn't simplify matters, it makes things more complicated. And, it doesn't allow for a consistent dollar amount to pay as they promised - they pressure you for more and berate you when you try to explain that this isn't what I was told when I signed up and not what I agreed to or expected with the budget that I have. Very misleading company. :(

Very helpful program. Probably saved my credit & made dealing with creditors so much easier. I rarely received any collection calls and debts were settled for a fraction of the total cost. I have to say that my experience with NDR has been the best. I didn't have to take out a loan. I got to control the money that I was giving. The people who always assisted me were kind and caring and these 2 years went by so fast. I have dealt with 4 or 5 different people at National. The only 2 names I have are Glenda and Priscilla, all of the people were very helpful and I think I will make through the term of my agreement without too much worry. Everything is working the way they said it would. The amount agreed on is coming out of my checking account once a month and after 4 months I am already seeing results, bills paid off. I couldn't have achieved this progress without their help.

Very happy one of my credits cards are paid off. Everybody is very polite and helpful. I would recommend this program to a friend. I just wish I did not get out of control with my credit cards. Now my credit is shot for at least 5yrs.

I never would have resolved all of my debt without National Debt Relief. I had pretty much given up and contacted National Debt Relief as a last resort. National Debt Relief was able to resolve my debt in just a little over two years. Staff were always helpful and courteous when I would call in. I've been in the program about 10 months so far. More than half the debts have been settled at favorable rates and they have always been responsive to my inquiries. I started the program back in April and have paid every other week as planned. I have heard nothing on the status in my debt reconciliation. I am disappointed that I've had no communication. I've called once to see if I could change my plan and they denied me. I still have heard nothing about the status of my debt. It would be nice to hear monthly how far they have come with my situation.

We contacted NDR to assist us in consolidating our debt into one payment. In turn, they are to contact all creditors and work out payment arrangements. It has been several months that we have been making payment, but to date no contact has been made to our creditors.

I recently contacted your customer service to have one of my payments reschedule. The customer representative was pleasant and patient while addressing my concerns. The representative successfully resolve my issue and took it upon herself to send me a list of all future payments.

We were much in debt and we didn't see a way to get out of it any easier and faster so we needed to try National Debt Relief. I call their team when I have questions and they respond and give me a satisfactory answer. National Debt Relief made my life easier and I haven't been getting a lot of calls regarding debts. We've also been able to catch up on a few things and I wish I could put more money into our debts so it could move faster. National Debt Relief has been good and I would recommend them. It would be a wise decision for anybody in a financial difficulty to look into debt relief because it has relieved a lot of the stress in my life and my husband’s.

I needed help and National Debt Relief is accomplishing what they said they would. However, I’m kind of disappointed that I was offered a loan from Liberty and I'm not happy with the 23% interest. But other than that, I only have one more creditor to negotiate with and they should have that done in the next week or two. I had nine altogether and NDR got eight of them so far.

I was at a point where I didn't know what to do and so I did some research and found that NDR was the best choice in the Nation (so says the internet!). So I thought I would contact them although everyone had told me not to go this route. Once I called and found out how it worked I made the move and I was signed up and ready to begin in 2 days. Today I just had a chance to begin putting the process in motion and it is bittersweet because I look at the creditors who were there when I first began getting my credit together, I have always prided myself on paying my bills on time but there was also the sweet part of beginning negotiations on the VERY HIGH interest fees I was paying. I had credit cards I had not used in over a year and the interest fees were pushing my card over the limit, doubling the monthly payments and I had nowhere to turn. So far, NDR, has made a clear vision for myself.

I really appreciate this program to help me improve my credit, by paying my creditors and giving me the financial freedom! I love the option of adding new accounts, or having the accounts deleted, due to the payment plan by National Debt Relief program.

Everyone I spoke to was very helpful and professional. I felt a "sigh of relief" as soon as I got off phone with them. I didn't know how they worked until talking with them and am pleased at this point. I have illness in my family and am excited to start this program.

I needed help with my credit cards so I reached out to National Debt Relief. Their team has been very pleasant, courteous and concerned with my debt situation. They told me that my credit rating would go down for at least six months plus and they will do the best in evaluating my credit card and see how it can be paid off. So far, one of my cards has been paid off last March. I still have one to go and they said it will be paid in full in 2019. I sent them an extra $4000 and another $4648 and I got a gift in return. I don't know where my extra payment puts me since my monthly payment is $648. I would have to contact them and see where I am at this point.

Getting lots of emails from the credit card companies so it's a little unnerving. We settled on one card so far! Best thing we could've done was to let you help us get out of credit card debt. Your customer service is very friendly and helpful. Thanks.

I retired in November 2016. The Office of Personnel Management held my annuity for 6 months. I received a partial payment, but it wasn't enough to pay my bills. By the time I received my full annuity, I was behind. National Debt Relief is negotiating with my creditors and helping me to become debt free. I am grateful to God for this organization!

So far so good. Every time I've spoken to a representative they have been extremely and helpful. I still have a way to go before the process is complete. I appreciate that I am kept up on the status of the progression to completion. If I were to find out that any of my friends of colleges were in need of this type of help with their credit I would certainly recommend National Debt Relief.

This business is great in answering questions and customer service great. Would recommend this business to others. It takes a while to build in escrow but the final outcome will be good. The staff are easy to work with and very knowledgeable.

Rude and insensitive customer service. Felt like she was trying get a commission off me. Not the way you want to feel when dealing with a sensitive matter. I HATED the way I was spoken to. It’s a reputable company, which is why I’m hesitant to cancel but I’m pretty sure that's what will happen.

I've only been in the program for a few months but National Debt Relief saved me from the rising prices of everyday living. Am happy with my experience with National Debt Relief. Mainly because I don't have to deal with the debt collectors and if I have any questions they have very knowledgeable response and very quick results. In less than a year they have helped me settle half of my debt.

I am so pleased with my experiences with National Debt Relief. They truly seem to have my best interest at heart. They even understood when I dropped out of their set up program and reopened it for me when my plan to go with a local bank to refinance my credit cards fell through because of a credit rejection from the underwriters. I could have claimed bankruptcy but this is a much better way on your credit to show responsibility to your creditors and does not take 10yrs to fall off your credit report. Overall, I think the experience is a satisfactory one in that I had three cards to pay off, and you have already succeeded in paying off one of them. I hope that the other two go just as well. I like how you keep in touch with me, and don't let me wallowing in the dark.

I am happy so far, I have a year to go then will be debt free. I do wish that they would contact me more often to let me know how things are going with my last credit card company. One thing no one told me was that at some point I would have to come up with lump sums of money in addition to the monthly payment they take out of my checking account.

I have been with NDR over 2 years. Had a lot of credit card debt, had encountered some health issues and had been out of work with hospital bills adding up and had difficulty paying bills. Found NDR on online search. Did some research and worked with them on a plan to pay off debt. Been a long road but almost there. I would recommend.

I don't understand why your company doesn't immediately contact all my debtors to let them know that you are handling the repayment of my debt so that I don't keep getting mail correspondence and phone calls which is very upsetting.

Very little explanation, sure helps with some of the calls. Two things annoyed me, minor in my case but important to me. One: First call and got not so much laugh at but got laughed at for before starting service for asking questions "like is this a scam?" and more critical my question on "how does this work, how do you get your money, cause you're not doing it for free."

National Debt Relief has been a blessing even though I'm still working on getting all the debts paid. Fortunately, no one has taken me to court and that I appreciate. Yes, I have collections on my credit report; however, the good side to that is the collections will disappear once I have the creditor paid-in-full. I still have a couple of years with National and hope to be able to contribute more monies than I currently am; however, I have no complaints regarding National's help. I would definitely recommend National to a friend ~ it has kept me from having to file Bankruptcy that would have been caused by a family emergency that was not in my control. The support I have received is outstanding. The counselor go over the info so I can understand it. They answer my question. Love the support and would recommend to my friends from the beginning. I knew this program would work for me.

So far my experience is ok. I just started in February and out of the 7 accounts enrolled, I only have that is 1 that is resolved. I was hoping for a little more confirmation that all accounts were at least contacted and the negotiations are or did take place. I still have creditors calling so I assume not all were contacted yet. I really like the fact that everything is online and you can check progress anytime. They also call to let you know that a negotiation happened so you are always in the loop. Mahalo!

I was nervous when I decided to consolidate my debt, I didn't know what company to pick until I started to take a look at customer reviews and complaints. By doing my research is how I came across NDR, and I am glad I did. They settled my first debt three months after I enrolled and now, I'm a month away from being debt free. I signed up for a three year term and all of my debt was settled in 2 years. Yes your credit will be impacted but hopefully after settling your debt you will be able to save money to hire credit experts to fix it, at least that is what I am doing.

It was a pretty fluid process, with my agent doing all the leg work and me just plugging in digits. Everyone was nice, welcoming and understanding. I was approved quickly, and to know that there would be lawyers on my side to help when companies get pushy is a great value!

I have to say the company and employees I spoke with were friendly and accommodating. I would tell anyone to use this company. Though my debt is not a pleasant lesson National Debt made it a much more pleasant experience.

I tried to resolve my situation using the online customer form but got computer generated replies which didn't help. I then called in and felt I was being treated rudely so I asked for a supervisor and then still felt I did not have respect. So i was transferred to quality control where I was going to cancel all future transactions. As I am still not happy that fees are taken so fast from extra money I made deposits with instead of trying to settle some of my small accounts but Brian was persistent in explaining why this was done. I wish that NDR would spread out the fees along with payments so it was an equal amount and not drain the customer's account by taking all the fees upfront. But Brian made it a better experience and will determine in the next month or so if I stay with the program or choose to settle my accounts on my own. Depends if I get any communication as what is happening with my accounts.

I had 12 credit cards. When I started this program 3 are already paid off. Now we are on card # 4. National Debt Relief has live up to their name. Their negotiations skills are on point, I trust them to have me debt free in 3 years. I would recommend National Debt Relief to a friend.
