My experience with National Debt Relief was very pleasant. Everyone I talked to was very helpful and all the agents I dealt with conducted themselves in a professional manner. The agents were also very accessible. I never had any problems contacting anyone from NDR. NDR made a difficult and daunting experience easy to deal with. One issue I did have and I'm not really sure what NDR could have done to help in this situation involved one of the credit card companies we dealt with issuing a 1099.

Everyone has been very professional. Fairly simple so far, not something that I really wanted to do, but I hope the outcome is great. I feel this will be a long journey. Hopefully we will have great things to say when it is over.

Every conversation I had with your representatives has been professional, informative and very pleasant and easy. There has been quick response time and everything has been like clockwork. I would recommend National Debt Relief to a friend or family member.

My husband went under hospital care and our income dropped drastically for the month. I can't get a fulltime job when I have someone in the home under hospital care because they're not here 24 hours a day. So I reached out to National Debt Relief and started with them in February. They're helpful when I call and working with them got me out of the stress every month. I am relieved that we have already settled three credit cards.

I had a positive experience. Never felt too judged. I did get the runaround when sued for payment. Eventually worked out pretty well. Wish there had been more honesty about how badly it would affect credit and how hard recovery will be.

I cannot say I had a good experience at all. Clear communication from the very start of the program did not exist and left out a LOT of information about all of the fees. Falsely advertised! My debt WAS NOT settled at 50%, in fact it, after the fees, I am paying less than 4k less than my debt. YOU SUCK, every time I call you want more money and change the figures. A TRUE NIGHTMARE!!! You make me sick and have cause nothing but stress!

I didn’t want to be paying for more debts, so I looked into debt relief. I've been working with National Debt Relief since December and I have now almost completed the program. My interactions with the team at NDR were very good and, whenever I called, the Customer Service understood everything I explored.

I am disabled and had minimum income. I looked into getting debt relief because of my credit card debt. I stumbled upon National Debt Relief on the internet and it will be a year in December since I went with them. First, I had to call and talk to their rep, Teresa. She’s really good and she helped me out. She made it seem that it would work and I could afford the payment. Even though I’d just be doing the minimum balances, it was hard to completely let things go. But my credit score was bad. My credit score is worse now, although the reps from NDR kept telling me that it would get better.

I have a few credit cards and I couldn’t make the payments anymore. I was also having other financial issues and I needed some help. National Debt Relief came up as the best rated on the internet so I took them on. The NDR reps are very welcoming, friendly, professional, and they helped me on the spot. They laid down all the rules and their fees and everything. So, it was pretty good. And I liked what they were proposing.

At first, I contacted NDR for taxes but once I talked to them, I realized they can't do anything with that. Then we talked about the other debt. The first guy I talked to was the best. He explained exactly what the program does and what happens. It was really easy to understand how to call them or how to add if I had another debt. We pay them a certain amount of money twice a month. It's an 18-month program and 5 out of 10 or 11 have been paid off so far. A tremendous burden was lifted off our shoulders.

I wasn’t sure I could do it on my own so I looked into relief help. National Debt Relief made settlements that helped, but they are slow on some when I want to be aggressive and put this to an end. On the other hand, their team was always polite and answered my questions all the time.

I was in over my head in debt and I went with National Debt Relief based on the reviews that I had read. They have responded quickly with any questions I had. They kept me up-to-date on my account. I'm very pleased with the fees and how everything has worked. It's all been positive. I just enrolled with them in October of last year and they already have two of my accounts fully resolved. I had a great experience signing up, So far so good but still waiting to see results. I hope to see that my accounts get to be settled soon and I'm hoping this experience to continue to be helpful, I haven't had anyone contact me and I find that a little concerning. But I know if I have any questions I can always call the customer service number.

So far so good. We have followed Debt Relief's suggestions to the T, and we have not been harassed as of yet; just a few calls and emails. Dionne, who is our worker is great! She always answers all our questions, gets back to us promptly and, on top of it all, is amazingly kind, professional and empathetic. The only thing I would suggest is periodic updates, either by phone, text or email. So, we know how the process is progressing.

After I consolidated my loans with NDR my FICO score dropped from 640 to below 500. They only settle one account at a time, meanwhile the other accounts are ignored. With every payment you make some goes to the creditor. The rest goes to NDR high fees. I canceled this service after a few months and ended up paying mostly their fees. I DO NOT recommend this service for people with good/fair credit and with multiple debt accounts. It will ruin your credit and end up in court with your creditors. Deal with your creditors directly instead.

Do not keep in touch with customers. Called several times and get a runaround. Want you to settle on accounts and get no answers. Was told if not satisfied can take out the 2 bills you have not settled on. We are upset that nobody calls. You pay $200 to PNC and yet you take $1,341 out of our bank each month. Put that to our PNC payment.

Continued service & set up of accounts completed as stated in introduction process. Accounts resolved as monies available with no stress to me. I liked that when I called to ask questions, staff was very friendly and professional and no long wait time to speak to someone. The only thing I did not like was at the start of the program, you all could not prevent from creditors calling me for the 1st 3 months. I wish there had been a way for you all to have intervened. After the 3 months it was great experience overall.

NDR has exceeded my expectations. When I expressed my concern about how my account was handled, it was immediately addressed and my concerns were resolved in a professional, expedited manner. One of the best things about National Debt Relief is not having to wait a day and a half to actually speak with a human. I am still working through the process but National Debt Relief is helping me. I am 79 and have had a very hard time making ends meet the last few years and accrued a large amount of credit card debt. With National Debt Relief's help, I now can buy my medicine and some groceries as well as keep my home.

I called to see if they had received my opt out letter. They said yes. After talking a few minutes and my explaining that I had sent my opt out letter within three business days, he said he would opt me out of the program and explained the procedure to do so. I have not heard from them since that day. I took steps with my bank to make sure they could not take any money from my account. It is a little inconvenient at the moment but my account was protected.

I know we end up not paying our entire debt and NDR is there to mediate that, but when we need help it would be nice if we could somehow cut the debt in half and even less. We're already being penalized through our credit score, so I think our debt should be automatically cut in half or less to help us get back on track quicker.

Was able to take a stressful situation of trying to make all the monthly payments and turn it into a monthly payment that I can handle. Looking forward to being debt free. Some of the negotiated amounts have been better than expected. Hope to complete the program as soon as possible.

I called and they gave me the information I needed to know and it just went from there. Their rep told me that it's going to take about 2 years because I have a lot of debt. I'm on my ninth month. Working with National Debt Relief, I don't have to worry about calling and making my monthly payments or coming up with an excuse on why I can't make it, because now, I can afford to make whatever it is they need. I was paying $500 a month in minimum payments towards everything. Now I just have to pay $300. I really like how they don't call me all the time. They basically email me and they'll give me a number to call if I have any questions. They have called me maybe once and that was because I forgot to make a payment. Overall, the experience was fast, friendly, and effective.

National Debt Relief has good ratings. They are reputable and have been in business for a while. I took a shot with them and I’m very pleased. My interactions with their team have always been in my favor. They take charge and do what they say they’re going to do. They do the legwork on my behalf and with my welfare in mind. I just notify them and they take care of it. Plus, when there are emergency-type deals, they jump right on it which relieves me. I can sleep at night and they make my life better. They help me take care of my obligations, which is virtually impossible without them. With National Debt Relief, I know I’m in good hands and my only regret is that I didn’t hook up with them sooner.

I had really bad debt, I owed so much and I got tired of constantly getting the calls. I have to get my debts taken care of and it's something that has to be done. Both of the people I spoke with (Brandon **, plus the person on the Welcome Call) were helpful, but in both cases there were significant issues with the phone lines. I received multiple inexplicable calls from Brandon (call hung up after answering), and the Welcome Call was difficult to hear.

I have worked with other debt relief companies in the past and have never had the level of uncertainty that I have had with National Debt Relief. I wanted to feel "relief" once I got on the program (I had under 10k of debt) and instead I had two different credit card companies send people to my door to drop off court orders or whatever they are opening a lawsuit against me... which meant I had to drive to the given court house over 20 miles away and deal with all of the documentation and fees that go along with a lawsuit.
