Great customer service and they are very thorough with going over all the steps they take to help you. They return calls quickly and get back to with the answer needed. Also let me step up biweekly payments to meet with when I get paid at work to convince me better.

I Just started. I had one way out, this is to connect the cards to one account which I hate. I found the company National Debt Relief online on a Pinterest site. Looks like everything is good. Very easy and very nice customer service. Always answer clearly. Fast and easy to sign a contract, but process with every bank needs to couple months. I needs to see finish. :)

Service was great from the very beginning. We called on Saturday. We spoke to Mr. **. Nice man, very polite, he explain everything in detail from beginning to end how the process would go. I am satisfied with this service. I would recommend this service to family and friends.

So far everything seems to be okay but in describing everything the person seem to talk really fast or was in a hurry to get through everything. Need more information on what I'm to do and how I'm supposed to deal with my creditors but I'll figure it out and thanks for your help.

The experience I had with the agents representing this company were surprisingly very pleasant, as if I was speaking with a friend or family member. I was very comfortable opening up to my new friends, because they were treating me like family.

They helped me pick out the perfect plan and was very thorough on my credit history which led them to help me out with my monthly payments! They called me monthly to see if there was any changes in pay and said the would adjust accordingly! Very courteous when they called me! Excellent staff!

My experience so far has been good. Accounts seem to be getting resolved. The only matter I have any concern about, is that my account went with another lending company with much higher rates. This was something that was never discussed in the beginning.

It was ok talking to you folks. I felt a little overwhelmed. So maybe next time you take a call me a little patient and let the customer have time to think. Rather than that whoever was the second person helped me knew his job well and very attentive to his work. We need more people like that knowing what needs be done.

My wife had too many credit cards juggling on 0% interests and it got out of control so I took over the bills and figured relief help was the only way I can get out of it. I saw National Debt Relief had the highest rating in ConsumerAffairs so I picked them over the other ones and they were wonderful right from the get-go. They answered the phone every time I called and they were very helpful. Working with them relieved a lot of stress. I know it messed up my credit for the short run but in the long run it gets me out. They already settled a few of my accounts and after another two or three years I should be done. So far they were awesome. They are straightforward and to the point on the solution.

I was in a lot of debt. I tried to take a loan but my credit score was so bad no one would give me one. And so, I decided to call National Debt Relief for information and what the program was all about and took a chance with them. A lot of people told me not to do relief help because they feel like the fees that are to be paid in order for the debt to go down is too much. But it’s well worth whatever fee that I needed to pay in order to help my credit. The team at National Debt Relief has been helpful. Everyone's always keeping me updated either through email or phone calls and lets me know what’s going on step-by-step.

The first time I called, I worked with a lady who explained everything and walked me through the application process. Then I had to call three or four times and every single person I talked to was very professional and polite and they answered all my questions. Everybody’s been excellent. And getting help from National Debt Relief was a positive thing. There was absolutely no way for me to get out of my credit card debt but they provided me a workable plan so I won’t have to go into bankruptcy. I’ve already paid off some accounts and moving towards paying off another. I recommended them to a family member and a friend who is struggling with debt as well.

I was paying off the TJ Maxx card and throughout the entire year, I never used the card. I was at my limit. I missed a couple of payments because I thought I had it on automatic paying. And when I caught up with the payments, I was on negative. I put $64 into it and only $20 went to the actual card. The rest was interest. I was looking to resolve that one but National Debt Relief called me and it was an all or nothing deal so I took the odds. Once I started, they got the ball rolling pretty fast.

National Debt Relief settled my old debts. So far, so good. However, they should improve the way that they settle the accounts. There are hundreds or thousands of clients paying for the settlement contract that it’s going step by step. They should pay off the debts and make an arrangement with the client. I wish they settle all the accounts weekly than they do because in a year and a half, I’ve been working and paying every 15 days and the process is going like a turtle.

I was considering bankruptcy but I didn’t want to do that, and I had a lot of credit consumer debts. I was kind of embarrassed but I called National Debt Relief and they were very understanding and supportive. That was a good experience and it was helpful. I had eight or nine debts that I gave them and three have already been completely resolved while there's another one that they’re working on. Working with National Debt Relief made my life much better in terms of what I have to pay and to have a plan at the endpoint. That’s a big deal for sure. They’ve been very flexible and I'm amazed how positive everything has been in working with them.

After a decade or more of credit card debt, I enrolled in National Debt Relief's program - which lasted approximately 2.5 years for me. For the most part, the program worked as intended. One credit card company made it quite stressful in the first year of the program, but the guidance and communication from National Debt Relief eased my concerns. One minor critique is that during the latter half of my enrollment period, communication with me wasn't as good as the first half of my enrollment period. However, I never felt it was detrimental to my overall experience. I would certainly recommend National Debt Relief to others - I now have zero credit card debt, and that would probably not be possible without them.

Very good customer service and professionalism. National Debt Relief associate T. ** was polite and helpful when going through the application process. The only thing I can think of is there needs to be a hotline for customers to call 24/7 to get account information changes and things done that was recommend by the company.

Upon speaking with the first & only rep from Debt Relief, she showed professionalism, was exceptionally courteous & very friendly. When answering any question that I had, I felt totally assured. I believe this is a great program, however one I wish I didn't have to take.

So far, I get tons of phone calls several times a day with a recording saying, "If you would like to review your current information please call us." Never a person, not sure what they are calling for. The charges that they charge are ridiculous, I thought it was not for profit. None of these charges were explained in the interview when I signed up. When I have a bad month and can't make my payment I am made to feel horrible and the whole reason I signed up with them is because I need help not need to be belittled. I try the best I can and then I get calls from the NDR lawyer saying I should pay a large amount for a credit card settlement that there is no way I can even think of affording to pay. Unreal. Just not sure where to turn from here.

We have not received any notifications on the status of our account. We check on our account and it appears that nothing has been done. We are getting calls from numbers we do not recognize and do not answer. We do not know if notices have been sent to these companies. We are having a difficult time with this and need some assurances.

I am disappointed in this entire process. I am paying more on fees than is being paid off of my debt. I am being served with papers and I cannot get a response from anyone at the company. I would have been better off taking care of this on my own. I will never recommend this to anyone, in fact I will warn anyone about this scam.

All of my questions were answered clearly and I received help and advisement in a respectful and patient manner. Although it is a lengthy process, the time it took to complete all the necessary documents went smoothly. NDR was rated very highly so I chose them. Their reps were very understanding, explicit and easy to reach, and I’m very happy with them. NDR has taken a burden off of me. Tried to get on the program months ago but never heard back from anyone so I tried again and I was told I needed a bank account with a routing number so I got that all taken care of and now I'm on the program. The people helped me out really well and hopefully there's no catch.

I was starting a new business and I took on a lot of personal debt and I got a little trouble with it. So far, everything has been good with National Debt Relief but there's not much communication on the updates. In terms of the plan to go, once you deal with that first adviser, there's not a lot of personalized interaction that sort of discusses where you're at in your plan. They would need sort of more of that rather than just putting you right into the day-to-day debt communications and debt payoffs. Those people don't seem to have a connection with my account. They just seem to be processing data. So once in a while, even if it's every couple of months, a personal update would be good. Other than that, NDR has given me some additional peace of mind. They took some of the contacts off our hands and they seem to be getting settlements done. It's relieving overall.

The people at National Debt Relief have all been good and courteous. I'm not making payments on time and they took care of the situation and resolved the issues. My credit score has gone way up and everything is starting to get paid off. We didn't have a whole lot of debts so it was a lot easier for us but I would imagine that anybody who had a great amount of debt, this program would just really help them out. It helps life go by smoother, keeps all our debt collection away, and helps you prioritize everything in getting paid off. It's a good program for anybody looking to straighten out.

When I first signed up with NDR back in May, they were absolutely wonderful. I spoke with Sharde for almost an hour & I was excited to get my debt under control, I even saw a settlement within the first month or so. During this time, they found another creditor for me to add, I saw a minimal payment increase but it was worth it. Fast forward to today & I'm still receiving harassing phone calls from some of the creditors that I originally enrolled in the program, in fact, one of them is now escalating their collection efforts. I thought after this amount of time, more of my accounts would have a settlement agreement.

So far nothing has been done. I've paid into the plan for 2 months now and literally nothing has been paid. I used a different debt relief program a number of years ago who were able to start settling things after a few weeks. I'm accruing late fees and interest. This is getting aggravating.

I needed relief and I’ve been with National Debt Relief for less than a year now. It's still costing me almost $500 a month, which is a lot and I'm on Social Security but I'm managing. It’s working out well so far and I hope it continues. Their team has been very nice. I’ve been in National Debt Relief's program for about a year and it has been positive so far. I talked to them a couple of times for some questions. I was figuring everything out and what they could potentially do. We just had a baby a couple of months ago and National Debt Relief helped lower our payment for a few months so we could catch up on everything which was something that other companies won't do for us. The only thing disappointing was when all of my accounts went to collection despite them mentioning they would prevent it from happening. But they’ve negotiated good deals with the companies once they went to collection. It’s a little bit of a bummer because I hit on my credit but at the same time National Debt Relief was helping me.

When I first called National Debt Relief, it was very pleasant and they seemed very helpful and informative about what they do and their programs. They have helped me take the initial burden of creditors. I tried to deal with the creditors myself and it was impossible. But NDR disappointed me. They called four months into the program after I've been paying and wanted more money per month. We agreed to a certain amount and they backed out on that deal. I agreed to it one time, but I'll never agree to it again 'cause it's turning into a burden ever further. It's something I cannot do and I'm already struggling and they know that. The experience was pleasant, but I'd tell people to make sure to stick to their ground and don't let NDR come back at the later date and try to turn things on you.

My wife died about two years ago and I have gotten discombobulated in all of my finances so it prompted me to get some help. They don't take the fact that I haven’t gotten a raise. The only bills I have paid off are the ones that NDR have paid off and they want me to update every line item again. It's a 20-minute process every time and every time they catch me, I am at work, I've got my kids. It's just that I don't have 20 minutes. I just wish there was a better way of getting it other than on the phone. If I could do it online, I've got all my stuff at my computer online to where I can look it up.

All of my questions were answered, no surprises and great staff! When I first started I was a bit worried about how the settlement were going to be taken care of but the fact that there is a legal attorney by my side I feel much better. I'm happy to know you guys mean exactly what you intend to do.

When I first enrolled with NDR I was given great advice and informed what to expect. I read some of the reviews prior to enrolling in the program and was reluctant to seek the help. However, I found that after speaking with the enrollment counselor and it was explained to me in detail what to expect; credit score will go down drastically, creditors will be relentless (give the creditor hotline number), the length of time to negotiation a settlement with creditors and the availability of a credit counselor changed my mind. I'm pleased with my choice to seek help from NDR. I'll be going downhill first but it'll be worth the climb uphill to be back on top.

So far so good with my debt consolidation. The people are very nice and give me the information when I call. They email me and update me when my debt is paid or they settled an agreement with the Credit Card Companies. I just had to pay the Court $65.00. I'm still waiting for to be deposited into my bank account as I had to pay for my answer to summons from Sears which I pay you guys each monthly $12.00 for the Lawyers. So I'm still waiting on this. It's not really personable so that leaves me a little uneasy with my trust in the system.
