Easy and fast solution and quick to answer any questions. Also seems like a great team to have on your side to come up with a quick debt solution that is fair for all parties involved. Also a great explanation on how and when your debt will be resolved.

Enormous hidden fees upon fees. I called and got out of this program and they said I still owe them $800.00 and they will take it out of the credit cards I've already paid off which means they are holding an Escrow account and haven't paid off the three cards they told me they paid off. Good Riddance, Don't deal with them.

My experience to register for the program was very easy and Jose and My Welcome Caller were very clear in explaining the process. My hope is the communication with my creditors goes as quickly and smoothly. I like the online account to view status.

NDR is a very knowledgeable company. All the representatives I dealt with were fantastic. They were courteous, helpful, understanding, patient and knew what they were talking about. They got back to you immediately and graciously answered any questions you might have. They are with you through the whole process and don't just sign you up and leave you hanging. My initial signup was a good experience, but these guys talk way too fast. William ** was awesome, but the person I spoke to during the second phase was obviously reading a script. I felt like I was at an auction. They really need to slow down.

Very nice and helpful explaining how the program worked, what would work for me, what wouldn't work for me, what would affect and wouldn't affect my credit score. Did explain that my credit score would drop initially but once the creditors were paid off that my credit would go back up drastically. Extremely nice and helpful and very thorough. Made sure I could log into my portal and made sure that I understood everything.

They are very nice and understanding, very easy to work with when we had questions. When we asked questions they would give best of their knowledge answers as well as call us back when they found out the answers for us.

I started my journey with National Debt Relief on May 2017 and it has been a good one so far. I registered 10 credit cards and so far 5 months later I have 2 resolutions. My debt ranged from $12,000 to $500. One resolved from $6,734.18 to $2020.25 WOW!! Another from $9900 to $4900. NDR always email me for a review but I wanted to wait to see if they will stand up to their promise. I have to say I am smiling a lot more these days because NDR has made things easier for me. Can't wait to see what magic they will work on my other 8 credit cards. You have to try it. This is what it did for me???

I have been with NDR for 6 months and initially my credit score dropped, but now every month it is improving and my debt are being reduced. It is scary at first, not paying your bills, but they over-communicate with you every step of the way and even give you a script on what to say to collectors. Try it!

I am pleased with the experience and service. I would like to know how the negotiations are going with each account. I don't get an update on my accounts. Would you provide updates on each account? Or have a feature that allows me to review notes.

I suffered much anxiety when it came to not paying the bills that I enrolled in the program. I felt like a deadbeat. My debt was overwhelming as I was paying the minimum due each month and getting nowhere. I'm now at year two in the program and can see the light at the end of the tunnel. I'm almost free of that incredible debt. I will never get another credit card for the rest of my life. I've learned that if you cannot pay with cash, let it go! I'm truly indebted (no pun) to National Debt for restoring my sanity. I'm almost there and will be able to exhale.

When I enrolled into the program I was told it would be $9 fee for every account resolved and $1.50 for processing. I checked my account and in one month I've paid $314 in fees. I also have derogatory marks on accounts that have been settled when I was told National Debt Relief would make sure no bad marks would be added on credit reports after settled debt.

My experience is excellent. The process to get in the program was fast and easy. They are really nice and courteous. Explained everything. I had options on the fastest ways I can become debt free. It's monthly payments that eventually I will clear all my credit cards.

I was having issues. I was just paying the credit card bills and it wasn’t doing anything because of the interest rates and it was just killing me. As much as I put in, I couldn't get it down. I will always spend extra and it didn't seem like it would do anything. I received a few notifications online to help with my credit and ended being with National Debt Relief. We talked to them and the guy was super helpful until he got me connected to them. They were all very helpful and always answered questions. And if I ever needed anything, if I needed them to call me back, they'd call back.

Our experience was exceptional. Each person we spoke to explained everything in detail. The response time from when I signed up was immediate. My approval only took maybe 30 minutes. Everyone was efficient and very kind. We had an amazing experience with everyone we talked to.

So far the experience has been made detailed, clear, and as simple as possible. Customer service is friendly and helpful. It is a little scary to make that first step, but if you are able to save the amount suggested into your security account, it is worth it. I started with National Debt Relief 3 months ago and have already had one of my accounts resolved and paid off. It's a relief to have the stress of debt taken off your shoulders. The customer support services are there for you to refer all attempts to collect your debts (phone calls, letters, etc) to them, so that is another worry taken care of.

I have been considering contacting National Debt Relief for several months but was hesitant because I didn't want to withhold payment to my creditors. Once I finally called, the individual with whom I spoke was so nice and encouraging that I decided to go ahead and take the first step toward financial stability.

My experience with National Debt Relief has been good. My husband and I were getting to the point where we couldn’t keep our head above water. National Debt Relief was Better Bureau accredited and it had so many great reviews when I looked it up. The signing process was a little bit lengthy which was close to two hours, but my interactions with them have been wonderful. They are really good about getting a hold of me. Sometimes they have to reach out to me multiple times because I work a lot of hours so they have to kind of reach out to me and continuously call me. I deeply appreciate it.

I sought for debt relief due to a big lump sum of about a five or a six. When I first started with National Debt Relief, I spoke to them a little bit more often, but over the time, I have not. I would like to feel a little bit more connected with them. Maybe I opted for something at the beginning that when I go online, what I am able to see is very limited. They have a backup company that has contacted me once or twice.

Somehow I have peace of mind for the debts... But last week they called me asked me to give extra money for 2 months which I already agreed for the fix terms. Somehow they didn't force me to pay but asked me and not sure why they do that... That make me a little bit unhappy.

Updated on 05/24/2019: At this point, they have me at about 50% of the way through the process. I've had a couple of different reps and they keep me well informed of what’s going on. I’m having no problems. National Debt Relief has done excellent work. They called me one time and we talked over an issue that we were having. They settled it right there. Working with them took a load off and I don't have large payments to make.

This process has been a pleasant one. During this challenging period, the staff at National Debt made me feel comfortable. They explained step by step the process of becoming debt free. Encouraging questions after each step. And reassuring me that National Debt Relief will handle the creditors. I feel so relieved.

Customer service was great - always answers my questions. They called or emailed me as soon as they got a settle with the creditor. I am glad I chose National Debt Relief. I can access my account online to see the what is going on. I cannot wait to see all my debts are paid off.

The customer service person was polite and understanding about my not being financially able to meet the settlement agreement set forth by my creditor, but was able to work out that I can continue to pay my regular bi-monthly payments and that NDR/Global Solutions would continue to work something out with my creditor.

Working with National Debt Relief has been a great experience. I was looking for a way to consolidate my debt. NDR was among the debt consolidation and settlement companies that I saw online and they had high ratings in the reviews. Have just enrolled in this program today 9.26.2017 and the experience was amazingly quick. Within 3 hours' time all paperwork was completed and payment plan confirmed with date and payment amount. So essentially nothing has happened and have no real rating to give. I have been promised certain things regarding my credit and how it will be affected as well as resolution time frame with individual creditors. A year from now I will have a much better review to give.
