Lori from Total Defense was patience precise and answered all my questions. I could not have ask for a better Customer Service Representative. I call other companies and sometimes I get rude or impatient rep. Lori was neither and I always get great service when I call with a problem.

I received a return email from Lori ** and she was very helpful in directing me how to solve the problem. She returned my email very quickly which was nice to see because I was not sure if my security was working, especially over the weekend. I was very happy with the quick response and the help. I was very confused about the process because of a crossover between your previous access and the new method of renewing my subscription. I think if this had been properly explained in the first place I would have had less need for support. However, I have received great support and information from Lori in your office here in Australia and have worked through the issues to renew my subscription properly.

The service provider supplied useful information to help me get through the installation process. She was very friendly and while my question may have been silly, I wasn't treated with any disrespect. Very good experience. I received notification from our credit card that they declined your charge. Then I received an email from your company regarding the bill. I Called in to make sure that Total Defense resubmitted our credit card as our bank declined the charge because they didn't recognize the charge. Lori took excellent care of all my needs. Thank you!

I received an automated call from VISA this morning with possible fraudulent activity from a Digital Store. I called VISA and while on the phone I used the email option to contact Total Defense for confirmation on the price. After finding out it was Total Defense from VISA there was already a response with the amount from Lori. I let VISA know this was an authorized charge and they said they flagged it so the next attempt would go through. Just as any fyi Total Defense tried twice. Exceptional service by Lori **. Imagine at this day and age I got a response most expeditiously, accurate information and all while still on the phone with VISA. Hoping the charge was able to be processed. It is frustrating that the subscription does not just roll over, especially considering that payment had been completed, and receipted, prior. If my memory serves me correct, this is not the first instance. It would seem that unless auto-renewal is enabled the renewal experience is very clunky. I choose not to enable auto-renew to allow review of current offers etc at expiry. It is disappointing to observe that better offers are available in comparison to my current subscription yet TD does not advise accordingly. TD, there is room for improvement in your customer experience here. On a brighter note however, I'm very satisfied that my issue received prompt attention and resolution - thank you Lori! Lori was efficient! She was quick, helpful, and to the point. My credit card number had changed and so the automatic renewal did not work. I had been avoiding giving the new number thinking it would take too long, plus I wanted to find out how to get some of my other devices covered. If I knew it was this easy to renew and get my new devices covered, I would have called a long time ago. Thanks!

Total Defense technical support informed me Windows 10 is in S mode by default, on a recently purchased HP laptop. Once it was switched out to run in full Windows 10 mode, the installer worked and Ultimate ran fine. Despite Microsoft's "warning" it cannot be undone? I would have never known the laptop was set as such by default? Nor had I ever heard of this mode, if it were not for your online support!, Thank you.

System was rejecting the addition of a fourth device (subscription allows for five). One simple to email to Support was turned around quickly by Lori ** with positive outcome, i.e. registration of 4th device completed. Fantastic, timely service. Big tick!

She told me to look for now on in spam as it might have gone there and perhaps I did not see it. I contacted Total defense after several months of not receiving my $75 rebate. Honestly at first when I called In. I felt the rep was giving me a hard time. Giving me the run around because I was giving him the name I strongly believed it was under and wasn't finding it. I kept giving him additional info but wasn't able to find it... so I was getting very frustrated because I was giving him Almost everything He was requesting but wasn't able to find it. After about an hour of trying to deal with him, he had his manager called me LORI and she went above and beyond... and she was able to locate my info as it was MY MISTAKE, it was under my nephew's brother's name which I Didn't know that. And I felt bad, but she went above and beyond. Thanks very much LORI for helping out and going the extra mile!!!!

Daniel was great in helping an 88 year old former IBMer who once taught how to program in machine code. I'm new to Total Defense and had to change my credit card info. My new laptop came with TD and I had trouble signing on. He helped me with both problems. His personality and patience with me were strong points.

I was notified that my subscription was getting ready to expire so I got online and viewed my account. Before I renewed I checked on other products and saw the pricing for my suite was 109.99. When I went to renew exactly what I had previously for the last 2 years and checked out the price was 20.00 higher. I phoned the 800 number and immediately was connected with a CSR. She was extremely helpful and resolved my issue in less than a minute.

Great Tech Support Tech. Carlos **. Carlos was able to delete McAfee programs which allowed him to enter your program. For some reason I was unable to delete McAfee. Nothing would happen. Carlos was able to remove it from my computer.

I was very happy that Daniel assisted me with my issue of not being able to use the backup feature in Total Defense computer. He worked extremely hard trying all possible solutions and was very professional about everything he was doing. I received a new credit card and elected to change auto-renewal payment to PayPal. When I tried to delete former payment method, I kept getting an error and credit card was not removed. Carlos was professional, knowledgeable and addressed my issue promptly. He explained that sometimes, depending on the browser, this error would occur. When I checked later, the former credit card had been removed and showed PayPal only.

Issue was that I had prepaid the subscription amount one month earlier than due time when I received your initial coming due email. Your system emailed me again saying our recent credit card charge on auto payment time had not worked. Our credit card had been hacked and bank was sending new card and numbers to us when charge was put against old card. Real issue is that you would have charged me twice if card wasn't on hold. As such I am happy to auto pay but feel your system should check in case a customer prepays as I had done so as to not double charge for same next year's subscription. Lori in customer service confirmed all is ok now. :)

Downloaded the Total Defense software but, had issues registering the product. Called support to find out it should automatically register so I deleted the setup and went through the download and installation process again. Everything appears to be fine now and isn't asking me to register the product.

I had McAfee on my laptop which was preventing Total Defense from installing. After nearly 4 hours and dealing with 4 different customer care specialists, Daniel persevered and was finally able to remove McAfee and installed Total Defense. Now I am Totally Happy!

When trying to scan, fail to communicate with control center would pop up. Lori sent an email, I needed to speak to someone for a second time and luckily it was Lori who answered again and talked me through the uninstall and the reboot. Total Defense Software has the best support coverage I have had to deal with. And believe me I am 70 and have dealt with many customer service people. You could tell by the voice of the representative I was dealing with that her only concern at that moment was me and my issue. You can tell when someone doesn't want to help you in their voice. They were fast in dealing with my problem and resolved the issue immediately. You can reassure Total Defense software is as good as their support coverage. I have had total defense for years and have never had any hacks on my computers. I have four units in my house and they all have Total Defense. So protect your computers with Total Defense software and know your personal information and computers are protected. Know that is you have any problems.

Your rep was speedy and courteous; he was careful in the details, my records, etc. Total Defense appears to be relatively non-intrusive - - with occasional scanning my files done quickly. Also, unlike some other cyber security software, like Norton, you do not seem to draw problems.

I am new to Total Defense and was using a trial version. Today, after receiving a email notice the trial was ending soon, I went on to the website and purchased the Ultimate. After looking at the website further, I wanted to change my subscription to a better plan. After looking around "my account" I couldn't find any way to perform this function, so I sent an email to support. A few minutes later I had a response from Laurie **. She advised me she would reimburse the first order so I could purchase the new order. Again, a few minutes later I had confirmation she took care of things. I was completely impressed how efficient and quickly this all happened. I am hoping moving forward that my experience is always as good as it was today.

I inadvertently purchased Total Defense essential Antivirus Protection instead of Total Defense PC Tuneup. Carlos, the rep that I spoke to, informed me of this and provided the link to download the correct product. He handled the refund for the Anti-virus product. It was wonderful to speak to an actual person who was knowledgeable about the products and was more than willing to instruct me about the different Total defense products.

I contacted your customer support at 877 906 8816 today. Spoke to Lori **. She very helpful with my problem. I had renew my subscription in August 21/ 2021. Charged to Visa. I did not do the download right so it did not update at that time. I call today to see what I did wrong. Lori she walked me thru the process. Needed a new password. They was able to log in to update. 8–20 3–21 I received auto renewal notification. 8–20 4–21 I turned off auto renewal in my account. 9–20 3–21 I saw the auto payment pending in my account. 9–20 4–21, I spoke with LORI and she heard my needs and took care of my concern. She was able to save me as a customer.
