I called support for help and Gary was able to help me install my software. He was also able to help me claim my rebate. I will be recommending Total Defense to my friends and family based on the great service I received.

Service rep Gary was great! He was able to help me get the Premium product I got from Aaron's installed on my computer. Everything worked out well and he answered all of my questions. He also ran a quick scan and it finished very quickly. I will be a long time customer for sure!

Got a notification from "Microsoft" that my pc was totally locked and at risk of "virus" and could lose files if I did not call an "800" # provided. Immediately thought it was a scam, so I called Total Defense. Was so happy that I did. When Taylor answered, I told him I was not computer savvy and he said no problem. He walked me through a process and I was able to access all my files. He was so pleasant and patient. My issue was resolved in no time. I think I have my account approx. 2-3 years. I've never called for help because I am embarrassed that I' m not more knowledgeable. In the future, thanks to Taylor, I will not hesitate to call. I was very impressed with the service. I called in Total Defense because I was having difficulties with the installation. Mr. Carlos ** installed and assisted me with everything, I just sat there and watch while he was working with my computer, it was amazing. After that he told me everything about the software and how to scan my computer. The service was great, was very reassuring. 10 out of 10 service!

Carlos was very helpful and professional on both calls. First to explain why credit card was necessary when this was a gift. Secondly, when I still had problems; he remotely installed the program (TD Unlimited) for me. He stayed in contact by phone and handled this perfectly.

Our computer would not turn on. My son removed the hard drive and hooked it up to a old computer we had. We needed a computer quickly because of a family member death. The old computer didn't have any internet security so I tried to pull the Total Defense package from the hard drive from the broken computer to the old computer we are using now and didn't know how, called the total defense help number and was connected to Gary who saved the day for me. He got on line with our computer, explained what he was doing and installed the total defense system on our computer we are using now. I am very thankful to Gary, he was very polite, took the time to explain things as he worked. Now we can rest assured our computer is protected as my wife deals with the family death, again Gary thank you very much.

Taylor, the young man that helped me, was very patient and took care of the problem. I had no idea of how to reorder the premium defense system and install it into my computer. Residential user I just got hacked and told to call a number to talk to Microsoft. They claimed my ip and isp had been corrupted and that my computer would no longer work. I called Mediacom and was given phone number for Total Defense. The program was installed and we will see how well it does.

Installation was a big problem for me. I kept calling and emailing, but I guess I was not getting through to the right office. The tech support that just help me was very friendly and helpful in spite of me not knowing much about computers. He gave me time to find what he told me to look for.
