I find installing the Total Home Defense very challenging, and Dan was very professional and patient while helping me resolve my problems with the product. I would recommend this product because it has kept my system safe during the previous year that I have used it.

The technician was very helpful. From 1 to 10 he is a 10. Very excellent and that being the best he knows what he doing on a computer that 100% sure. Thank you very much. I explain what it was doing he went right into my computer. I watch him do it. I had no idea on what he was doing but I do know he was great tech on how to fixed my computer. Very knowledgeable.

My Total Defense was giving me messages that it was out of date and needed to be fixed. Every time I pressed the "fix" button, the program would run a fix and say it was complete, then the same fix button would appear. Gary was very helpful, patient and clear. Fixed my problem very quickly and followed up. I'm very satisfied with service and would recommend this to a friend.

Gary ** provided excellent customer service! He was very patient, courteous, and helpful! He turned a frustrating experience into a successful endeavor. He answered all questions fully, with a very pleasant demeanor. It is employees like Gary that make me feel happy about using Total Defense!

Was shocked to get a message indicating that my subscription had expired when I knew I had another year left. I call HELP. Their hold time was minimal (quite shocking in today's world). Carlos looked up my info and after I described what was happening, the fix was easy and immediate. Tech was very helpful, very easy to renew and quick. I had a scam on my computer that said I had a virus that would deactivate my computer and allow someone access to all my information unless I called a number for someone to "fix" it. I will admit I wasn't originally a Total Defense customer. I was one of the other name brand customers. A funny thing happened, The place where I worked was running a rebate on the basic which made it free. I only had 3 months left on the other guys so I figured why not try TD. I was shocked to find my computer had been running with tracking software and a Trojan on it. The other guys just missed it. I have now been a customer of TD for 5 years. Just awesome product!

I was able to finally install my Total Defense software. I was having difficulties with my installation and Carlos was able to help right away with the first call today and he was very efficient with the installation. Carlos was very knowledgeable on the phone and helped me with my issue.

Very helpful, my computer had a scam notice, I called the # on the notice and they asked me for my SSN so I hung up. It would not let me close the page. I unplugged the computer and it still wouldn't go away. I called Total Defense, spoke with a tech, got rid of the problem and cleaned the computer. He even installed Google Chrome for me :).

It was a pleasure working with Gary to get my Total Defense activation code for my Mediacom account. Unfortunately, during the install it came back with unable to load Parental Control code 9050. So now what?

Received excellent instructions to download Total Defense onto another computer in my house. Customer service rep was very nice and did not take more than 1 minute to get the download going. It is nice to be able to get a problem resolved in less than 1 minute, that doesn't happen very often.

Nick ** was a very calm and kind support technician. Being that I know only enough about computers to be dangerous Nick made me feel I was in good hands. Lori was most helpful and efficient in updating my account auto renewal for Total Defense-Premium Internet Security due June 11, 1018. My credit card number needed to be updated for the transaction. The card number on file was compromised Oct. 2017 and is no longer active.

Contacted tech support and spoke with Lori, concerning the warning of no e-mail protection after current Microsoft update, on two of my three computers. Very easy to contact from Australia even if the window is very unsocial [past midnight]. Connected remotely and technician quickly located and removed the offending virus. Minor problem was that I lost historical inwards emails but we had a backup on another machine. Very knowledgable and courtious young man. I wish to commend Ms. ** for her patience and her dedication to customer service. I had been given a rebate form by the salesman, who sold me the computer, which he claimed was for the anti-virus product he sold me. I activated the product but was unable to obtain the rebate. When I spoke to Ms **. She was extremely patient as she told me to use my smartphone to email the receipt and the rebate application given to me by the salesman. It took me two tries to do it successfully and she continued to help. She processed the rebate request and left me a very satisfied customer. Thank you.

Simple installation via download. I changed computers recently and the customer service department was on top of my questions about transferring my subscription to the new computer and responded the very next day. Since running the Total Defense software on my laptops for the past 6 years I have not had any compromises to my equipment and in reviewing the scan logs it is clear there have been many attempts. I would recommend Total Defense to anyone who has concerns about the security of their computer equipment without hesitation.

I find Total Defense to be one of the best anti virus programs. I have used other programs, but they weren't as good. I will definitely be renewing my subscription once it expires. I would love to recommend this program to others who are looking for an effective anti virus program for their computer. We have used Total Defense for several years now, seems to keep us very well protected, we don't the issues we had with previous companies. In the past I had to take my computer in for service and "clean up" 3-4 times a year, with Total Defense we don't have to. Great product, easy to renew each year and we have no complaints!

I have had the service for two years. Excellent! I have never had a problem. The service automatically scans my computer and laptop and cleans up any possible problems. I get a detailed report of any threats or malware. They also warn me of any possible phishing emails! I highly recommend the service!

Help from Dan your agent at help center - I had some problems with my PC Pitstop download and within a very short time he was able to completely fix my problem. My account was to renew on May 16. I thought I downloaded the updates, and then I wanted to remove the renewal on my account. Instead I denoted my account and was not aware the download was not made.
