Great company - easy to deal with. Phone came quickly. Arrived in 2 days. I would recommend to anyone. Package was tracked and I was kept up to date with shipping info from when it left to when it arrived at my house. Easy process as well to receive my new phone.

I hate dealing with warranties in general. I am always replacing phones. Asurion makes it so easy. I find the hardest part is getting phone set back up. Instructions don't tell how to get phone activated on the network though. Thanks for making it so easy.

My son dropped his phone while away at school, and cracked the screen (not good). Someone answered my call, almost immediately. Filing the claim was the easiest I've ever encountered. His replacement arrived in a few days! Thank you for the fantastic customer service.

Only issue was I have paid this insurance for years on my line. The day I needed it it was extremely expensive considering how dated that phone is. Seems you pay more monthly and then more when you actually need it. In my opinion this is unacceptable.

I dropped the phone & cracked the screen. You got the phone to me quickly, then you canceled my insurance. That's a joke, to cancel it. I'm very disappointed, you've always been a good company and quick to respond.

My iPad was stolen and recovered but the screen was completely smashed and unusable. I had my replacement the next day by noon. I was beyond excited that it was replaced so fast considering I use it for work and I needed it that next day.

Got the phone in a day or so and they had an easy package to send it back in. They charged a lot for the replacement phone but at least I didn't have to pay full price. They're very easy to work with, with very kind representatives who actually act like they care what happened and have empathy.

I was very happy (5-star happy) with the process, right up until my coverage was terminated. The reason given was that it was my second claim within a short period of time. That is absolutely incorrect, as it was my first one!

The screen on my Samsung Galaxy 4 had gone black. Broken screen and needed to be replaced. Had absolutely no problem using automated help on Asurion phone line to get new phone in 24 hours. Glad I had the insurance. Recommend them to everyone.

Asurion was excellent! Process was simple, fast and stress-free. They maintained constant contact with me every step of the way. HOWEVER they need to switch to another shipping company as there was a major issue with UPS causing a significant delay in receiving my replacement device.

Don't waste your money - I've received 4 replacements devices from Asurion for my Samsung Galaxy S5 and all of them were faulty. (Poor mic, broken camera lenses, overheating, etc.) I asked for my 4th replacement to be an brand new device or an upgrade to an Samsung Galaxy S6 or something but they said they are not able to fulfill this request. To be paying Bell Mobility $7 premium / month for over 36 months and to receive refurbished/broken devices that they have collected as replacements seems fraudulent. When I confronted their customer solutions about this, the representative acknowledged the replacements may not be perfect but are within 90 days warranty. I wish I never spent the extra money when it all could've gone to an brand new phone as a replacement including the $150 deductible. Crap service, crap replacement devices - you've been warned.

I had a Galaxy S6+ Edge and the power connection broke and would no longer accept a cable to charge. I got the phone replaced phone promptly. This is the 2nd phone (S6+) that has exhibited this problem. I know of 2 others with the same problem. Thank you.

Terrible customer service, terrible way of doing business. The entire process was a hassle, from the mystery of how my email address got changed after I received my claim number email so I never received the form to print and fill out, to having to go out and buy a printer/scanner so I could print sign and scan the affidavit to my phone being out of stock and having to wait. They offered me a different phone, but then I would have had to go out and buy a new case.

Quick and easy with easy to contact and very kind employees. However, your products are inconsistent. First replacement, screen sensor didn't work so any phone call I had was ended, put on speaker, or muted; as well as microphone and speaker not sounding right. Got a second phone, volume buttons felt like they were barely attached and that they would stop working if I pushed them too hard or something. Phone sounded broken inside when I shook it.
Third phone, another refurbished after requesting brand new every time. Lock button very hard to push and volume buttons again feel like they were poorly installed. Two coworkers got replacement through y'all and received brand new phones... Then everybody else should as well. Insurance is convenient, but I pay it expecting a brand new phone. I bought my broken phone brand new... not refurbished. Need better quality control. And don't give some brand new and some refurbished. Not fair when some get new and some get repaired.

I have 3 teenagers, so insurance on their cell phones is a must! Every time I have needed to replace a phone I have received excellent customer service and lightning fast shipping of the new phone. I'm okay with the $199 fee because it is cheaper than paying for a $900 smartphone.

I am happy with the result. Would rather have a Brand New Phone instead of a refurbished phone. The iPhone 6 I received from Asurion does not hold a charge nearly as long as the iPhone 5 that I had to replace.

My daughter cellphone fell in the toilet, she tried to dry it out in rice for 24 hrs but that didn't work. She could talk but the camera didn't work and 24 hrs later it wouldn't turn on so I went online to Asurion and 24 hrs later, she was talking again!

I wouldn't change a thing. Customer service is #1. Fast and so kind to me and my situation. Very sympathetic. My service rep I do not recall her name but she was fantastic. She explained the process of getting a new phone and the price was very reasonable.

Service was fine. It could have been faster but it's fine. Initially my wifi stopped working but then the phone was lost. Service was slow but alright. Next time the phone should arrive quicker than the 4 or 5 days it did.

Pretty good experience with the Asurion, I was informed correctly about everything regarding the process but I did not like the fact that the call dropped and no one called me back. I had to contact Verizon to reconnect me to you guys which I thought was a bit unprofessional.

Everything was great except the $200.00 I had to pay. The phone that broke was only 3 days old. I know that there was a deductible, but that was ridiculous. It would have been fairer to be in the neighborhood of $50.00. It certainly surprised me.

I, unfortunately, on a weekend, dropped my iPhone and the face shattered. I filled out a claim online and thought the phone could be repaired. However, the repair facility advised me they could not repair my phone. Asurion then advised me that they would indeed replace my phone and I had a new phone on that Monday.

Our LG v10 broke. They got us a new one within a couple days. Great service! We were very happy with the service they provided. Well worth the $100 deductible. We would use them again, but only on an expensive phone. Our phones were $650 so it was worth it.

This is the worst company (Asurion) as they were bagging money rather than service. I would not recommend any person to go with the Asurion (A money oriented business not Service). Not even the customer agent but also the entire supervisors and higher officials were irresponsible for the queries. Won't recommend and my sincere advice not to go with Asurion.

I recently had a Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge plus with 64GB of storage space that stopped working on me... I called Asurion and had a replacement phone sent to me. I sent the old phone back. I later found out (after logging in to my Samsung account) the phone Asurion sent me had 32GB of storage space!!!! So to recap... NOT ONLY DID ASURION SEND ME A PHONE WITH HALF THE DAM STORAGE SPACE... I HAD TO PAY ALMOST $70 TO GET SCREWED BY THEM!!!!

I received my brand new LG V10 in the mail the very next day! It was great to not have to go without a phone for very long. I have kiddos so having a phone in case of emergencies is a must!!

They sent me a phone that didn't work. Then it took them almost a week to send me a second phone and then when I sent in my original broken phone and sent in their phone that didn't work because the Find My iPhone app was turned on on it. They tried charging me $500 saying that it was my fault and problem. Incompetent people. Spoke to them 6 times about the matter for a week and got harassed by them for 10 days after about the iphone find my iPhone app on their phone that they sent me that would not work.

The screen on my phone was broken and it was replaced without incidence. From the beginning, the person I spoke with was very knowledgeable and friendly. I was promised next day delivery which I thought was impossible since I placed the order around 7pm the night before, but as promised it was delivered right on time.

I have had a minimum of three phones insured for years and have had multiple claims, unfortunately. Asurion has always provided great customer service even in the 'negative' situation of having to file a claim to begin with. We have never been without a phone too long thanks to their coverage.

It was very effective. I made a claim online the evening and next morning I had my replacement phone on my door. However, my deductible was very high. You still have to take great care of your device because replacement is not free.

I filed a claim on a Monday and was supposed to receive phone next day. I called after receiving no confirmation. They said it was a problem with my card but they could not tell me what it was. I gave them the same card number Tuesday evening but the order did not ship out until Wednesday and I received it late Thursday. Because of the delays, my son traveled 4 hours away from home without his phone.

Very fast replacement; the phone was delivered the next day. The deductible, which was relatively high ($149), was in keeping with the insurance policy, but was not identified by our Verizon representative who sold us the policy. This was not Asurion's fault, but came as a surprise.

I asked someone to take a picture of us with my iPad, and the person dropped the device, cracking the screen. After I filed a claim, Asurion sent me a brand-new replacement and a prepaid, self-addressed padded envelope to return the damaged device. Instructions to deactivate the old device and activate the new one were clear and simple, and the whole thing took just a few minutes (Thanks also to iCloud backups. Don't forget to turn those on!) Very cool!

It was a quick turn around. Simply put my old device in the prepaid envelope and it was done. The wait for my device was a week but I assume there is high demand. They got a hold of me as soon as one was available. The experience was nice and easy. There's enough things to worry about. There's enough thing that can go wrong but it was actually a pleasant experience for the most part. Although you don't want your device to act up like that. I dropped my smartphone and the screen shattered. The replacement of the damaged phone was seamless and the time it took to receive a new phone was extremely rapid. The damage occurred from a phone that was dropped on a rocky area. LG Phone - Initially there was an issue with phone replacement, but was eventually taken care of. Customer service representative was professional and courteous. Received the replacement phone on the time predicted, and returned the damaged phone in the return envelope provided. Only complaint is that it wasn't explained that my son had 30 days to pay/file a claim for the damaged phone, which caused a denial of the first claim we filed.

So we received the replacement within 14 days. New phone came with more accessories than the original. Dropped the old phone in the post and all was done. My screen was cracked. I contacted Asurion and explained the problem. For a small fee I was offered a replacement. I set up the new phone with a new sim card. The new phone is not working at 100%... Can it be replaced? Sometimes when I am touching the screen nothing happens, like the phone is frozen. When I am responding to texts or trying to answer the phone, as if I still have the broken phone but a different color.

1st replacement for my stolen Galaxy S6 arrived overnight with a defective camera (all replacements are refurbished phones). Upon notification of issue, Asurion stated that no replacements were available for at least a week. Approximately 7 days later I was told that a phone was available and would be sent overnight express to my home. 5 (FIVE, cinco, V!) days later it arrived at my home with a scratched glass (refurbished, remember?!). Despite the slow shipping, Asurion started contacting me 3 days after shipping asking if I had sent my 1st phone back yet. No one contacted me to tell me why my phone was slow in delivery.
This is the service and quality I got after years of paying for insurance on three phones, paying a $130 deductible, and making my 1st claim ever! Could have bought one new with all that has been paid. You would probably be better off waiving the insurance and buying a well cared for used phone online from a big name site that offers free two day shipping and money back guarantees if you need a replacement phone. Shame on you Asurion.

Lost my iPhone 6. Called Asurion to replace it. Took me about 2 hrs of calling different numbers due to my call always being disconnected by them. Then once I finally ordered my phone and paying $175 SMH for a replacement realized it was a refurbished one that started giving me problems the very first day. The phone was extremely hot the first day, had issues with me logging on to my iCloud then it keep freezing on me. Not only that the phone continued to get extremely hot with no reception. I called to complain. They told me I'll be getting a new one sent out to me at my T-Mobile store.
Once I walked in my phone was extremely hot. I set it down on the table and the screen cracked. Even though it was in front of the customer service agent I was told by her that now Asurion won't be exchanging my phone due to the crack. I then replied "well it's cracked because they sent me a phone that wasn't even working in the first place." So now they want me to pay $175 again so I can get a phone replaced when I just paid for the same service 3 days prior and they sent out a refurbished phone with problems!!! WTF!!!! So frustrated.

Since May 2016, I opened a claimed because my all in one stopped working and 'till today the issue hasn't been resolved. I have sent it back four times and they have sent it back to me and done nothing to it. Oh yes they broke the front door to it. This is wrong. I keep telling them why do they think people pay for warranties. This is so stressful and wrong for a company to do this. I just want it resolved finally. I have other warranties for other product and is scary because of this experience. I had filed for DVD and was solved. I don't know if because it was something small. They just sent a e-card to buy another but this time I am getting the runaround.
I called today because I need them to solve it and fix it or do something and they told me I will get a callback within 24 hours. Didn't left another message. Finally someone got back to me and now they're telling me that my warranty has expired and I told "yes I know this." But they never fixed the issue and they're telling "well our warranty only covers certain things. Not so if it has to do with applications. It's not on us." And I'm like "look the computer isn't working. It has been sent out five times and know you want to make new excuses to not fix or replace it which is what the warranty is for after so many months is wrong. I am just getting the runaround."
And she said "oh we are simply being nice by receiving it when your warranty has expired." And I am like "yes but you never fixed it in the first place so that's why I paid for it." I am very upset by this. Yes they are sending me a new label to send it back but I am sure the same thing will happen which is nothing. They won't fix it and send it back. Also she told me "oh we are going to do a complete inspection of it to see if it's something that the warranty should of covered or not." Really you have done this already and now making excuses to not do anything after so many months. Worst experience ever.

This is the second time I've needed to replace one of my phones under warranty, and the process couldn't be any simpler. Less than five minutes of filling out information online and my request for replacement was submitted. New phone was in my hands in 24hrs. Very user friendly, and very expedient.

The only problem was you had to send three cell Phone because the first two did not work and Verizon could not get them to work. Customer service was very good and Verizon was helpfully doing the whole process. Thanks for your help.

For $200 we got a new phone overnight. Well worth the $12 monthly fee. Just sent the old phone back in the provided envelope and that was that. Had to make sure that the find my phone feature was disabled before returning the old phone or could face up to $500 charge.

My son Note 3 was damage beyond usable so he needed another phone which was handle pretty good. The phone was received very quickly and I was impressed because it was also a 3 way conversation. The transfer between different operator was also good because you usually get dropped.

The service was great. I was told this phone wasn't available. It would take about of week to get one to me. Well the timeline was on the money. About week went by I receive my phone. This happened on a Friday. From past experience I was aware that it would be a few days before I got a phone back. I could not be without my phone for that long AGAIN! So I decided to upgrade through Apple and use the Apple insurance. You really need to offer overnight replacement even on weekends and 2) streamline the claim process.

All went well. Second phone was very good. Wish first phone was better - it did cause some small problems having to go thru getting second replacement. The requirements for such a detailed description in this survey is excessive. There are times when few words tell experience. It can cause survey to not get filled out.

I was very impressed with the speed with which I received my replacement tablet. I even lost the return envelope and had to call to request another. However when the second return envelope came it was obviously for a phone, as my tablet would not fit inside. Not to worry though, I was able to wrap it around my tablet and secure it with tape. It still shipped beautifully. Thank you for a very positive experience.

The replacement of a phone that was damaged was very simple and user friendly, the phone arrived as promised. The activation and returning the damaged phone was a very simple and easy process. The phone that was sent as a replacement was in new condition and the same model that was damaged.

I had a problem with my phone and it didn't work. I called in, made my payment and got a new phone. I received the new phone within a week. The new phone was taken into the Apple Store and my phone was working within a few minutes.

I started the claim late in the afternoon to replace my phone thinking it would be a couple days to receive my new one. I even dug out an old flip phone to make sure I didn't miss any calls. I was surprised that the operator said I would get the phone the next day, and still had my doubts. Sure enough, the phone was at my residence by mid day the next day. A very pleasant surprise.

Easy to use. There is a deductible, so be super careful with your device when it's new. It beats buying a whole new one though. I dropped mine when getting used to the new size, which shattered my screen.
