    Insperity is a knowledgeable source for all of your HR needs. They handle our benefits, insurance and payroll.     We needed to have a service that would provide us with payroll and benefit services, and Insperity is top-notch in that regard. Our primary work with them is the payroll function. And as a PEO, we are making use of the benefits that they provide to us such as medical, dental, and vision plans, and their 401(k). From our perspective, getting everything in one stop is ideal. It's a small company, we're all salaried professionals, so payroll is very easy. And having one provider who not only calculates and takes care of all the tax filings for us, but also withholds from our employees pay for the employee portion of insurance and contributions to 401(k) is really a great time-saver for us. We don't have to set up journal entries and extra disbursements to third parties. It's all taken care of in one process. So, that's really ideal for us.

    I have not had any issues with Insperity's customer support. They are very timely and responsive when we have questions that come up about any of the services. I understand why, but it's a little problematic sometimes. In the past, I have called about things and then was told that they're not authorized to speak to me since I'm not one of the named officers of the company, but I am the point of contact for payroll and a lot of other things that come in. So, that can be a little frustrating, not knowing whether or not after waiting on hold for 15 minutes, I'm gonna be able to get my question answered or I'm gonna have to have somebody else ask it for me. So, that could be better. Otherwise, they're always good. The payroll reps I've had have all been really helpful, really responsive, and very willing to help and go the extra distance. I'm philosophically opposed to giving people perfect scores, but they're a 5.

    When we got quotes back from two PEOs, Insperity had the better proposal for us. Also, we'd like to stick with Oxford or UnitedHealthcare and Insperity was one of the not many PEOs that has UnitedHealthcare as an insurance carrier. It was working out very well and we didn't have that many complaints overall. But we ended up leaving because their renewal came up too high for us. We had asked them why the increase was so high and they tried to work with us to try to reduce the cost. Unfortunately, it was still too out of our price range.

    But compared to the two other companies that I've dealt with, they've been the best with customer service. They're really good with their response time and getting back to me and resolving things very quickly. Plus, I had a dedicated person for each department, so I had someone that I could go to directly in contact. With other companies, I've had a switch of a dedicated person pretty frequently and that was annoying. But Insperity kept me with the person for a long time and that was nice.

    We were hoping to keep our administrative staff as small as possible and Insperity took care of everything. They handle our medical, dental, 401(k), life, and short-term and long-term disability. They take care of everything. I, being the only administrative person, didn't have to touch HR or payroll at all. And it was a little bit more robust than ADP. It even included employee handbook assistance and extra perks in their marketplace. It was the most comprehensive product we found. Also, they've always been excellent. We've never had an issue. The only negative thing is, it's expensive. We could get cheaper service elsewhere. But we've felt that because of how much we're getting out of it, it's been worth it so far.

    I was very unimpressed. Insperity lacked customer service a little bit. Some of it's nonexistent. Also a lot of things in the website are convoluted to get to. I'm not in love with that aspect. There are things buried within windows upon windows. It's not super intuitive for the user in all cases.

    Insperity is a good company and we are happy with the packages they offer in general. The payroll is very professional as well. There are things that can be improved though. With the phone calls, they're responsive and highly informative but when sending an email, sometimes it takes too long. Right now, I have an issue with their dental services that are ridiculous, approving things. But they will investigate it and I hope they will solve it.

    Our firm has been with Insperity since 2016, and they serve our purpose. The HR solutions are on an as needed basis. Right now, it's payroll. It’s mostly the one that we use, but they're also the outside record keeper for our 401(k) retirement plans. Our group health plan is through them as well. We're a small professional services law firm, so having a PEO is a great benefit. We have it all in one place as opposed to dealing with a couple different third party providers. There are times that I feel like Insperity is not geared for professional services, but the service that we receive from them is really good. I really like it. I really appreciate their system and the people that I work with.

    We looked at three other companies and Insperity had better personal service. We called them up, then they connected us with a sales manager that was assigned to our case. He did a video teleconference where he walked through all of the benefits, answered all of our questions, gave us quotes, and gave us a week to think about it, then he followed up a week later. We renegotiated the price. We use the payroll and onboarding services, and we recently used the termination as well. The processes are easy, and the customer support is good. I haven't had any problems. Insperity gives a small corporation the capabilities of a large corporation.

    We process our payroll and our benefits are all through Insperity. We did have a handbook created for us. Unfortunately, it wasn't adequate for the type of industry we're in so we weren't able to use that. We also do our work comp through Insperity. We have our direct person, whether it's something with payroll or HR, that we go to and usually, we get a response back within a day or two. Their website is very user-friendly. Insperity has been beneficial as far as the full-time employees. Unfortunately, we're not able to do our per diem or our expenses through there. The other thing is we have a lot of 1099 contractors come through us, and we're not able to process that as well. So, that's a big drawback for us.

    We're a very small agency. In 2010, we started searching PEOs and interviewed several and then went with Insperity. The liaison that I have who deals with our agency is very helpful and always available. I leave a message occasionally. She's quick to get back. Our payroll representative over the years has been great. The main number that we call for benefits is not always as helpful as they could be. They need more people. Usually there's a long hold time.

    We get sound advice from Insperity on how to handle HR issues that gives us the ability to learn from it and make better decisions. They also have some trainings that we use. They've helped us with our strategic plan. They do anonymous surveys for us every year. The payroll and benefit are parts of it. We're pleased with Insperity and very pleased with the benefits that we get as well. We've done three checks and see if we're still in the ballpark of where we need to be, and we end up resigning with them every time.

    We've been using Insperity for about three years now, and we enjoy the HR management aspects of it. The website itself is very easy to navigate and find answers. And any time I've had to call Insperity, everybody's always been super helpful. Insperity runs our payroll and benefits like insurance benefits and retirement account. It's freed up a lot of time. It's made it easier for us to find insurance, and it is a lot easier to provide a retirement account. We're a very small business. So, that wouldn't be possible otherwise. The safety features of Insperity have been very helpful. We work in construction. So, having up to date safety information has been good. It's just sometimes we have some difficulties with getting Insperity to talk to our accounting system in QuickBooks.

    We were leaving our current PEO and we were looking for one that specialized in small startup businesses. The sales process with Insperity was positive, informative, and very friendly. They tuned their sales pitch to what we needed and they didn't waste my time. We're a very small company and what we can't do, we go to them. They have helped us with our handbook and they advise us when we're taking on a new employee as far as what we need to stay in compliance. They also help in navigating employment laws. We recently had an employee move and we wanted to make sure that we knew what we needed to know about this state. We will be hiring in a few months and they've offered to help us with job descriptions and things like that. Also, they monitor PTO. They have a PTO accrual portal that helps us from both tracking employees, time off, as well as for us to track how it impacts our books.

    They're very on top of things, even for things that are not necessarily on our radar. We have an employee in Arkansas and we told them to add that to our handbook. We wanted to make sure we're in compliance and they went through it and they also noticed that we don't have anything about AI and suggested that we added that. We're dependent on them to navigate what we need to know as employers -- what we need to do to protect our employees, protect our company, and make sure we're in compliance with our insurance as well. There were times that they have not been able to meet our expectations and they have been honest about it and I have respect for that.

    I recently got added on, from being a basic employee to being able to manage the company side of it, and I dealt with Insperity. Through that process, their reps were very helpful and the process went very smoothly. But a lot of my employees have trouble getting through and speaking to some of the people that they need to. There's a long wait time, then they put the call back in and they get a call back when they're busy.

    The last time that Insperity called and asked for me to do a survey, I expressed this concern to them. They sent me a list with all the different contacts for the different departments and I shared that list several times with employees. That that might have helped as it hasn't been mentioned as much as it was previously. There's also a price issue which our superior is always complaining about, especially when employees don't work but we still got to pay on them. Other than that, I would tell my friends that Insperity would be a good option and to do their homework.

    We were looking for a PEO in general because we thought it would save us some money and give us more services and our broker led us to Insperity. They went through everything and answered any questions. We do our payroll and health insurance through them. The support is good. Any questions I've had, they were very responsive. I usually get an answer back within a day. Insperity makes things a little easier. So it frees me or my staff up to do other things. Health insurance is relatively inexpensive compared to doing it on your own and you save money overall on everything else combined in one package.

    We've been with Insperity for about 15 years. They're on top of everything. They're so good. We hopped on because of the medical platform. We were a small firm, and it would put us in a bigger group and we'd get a better rate. We're a brokerage firm. So, they help keep us up to date on any changes. We use payroll with them. We've hired a few people through them. They've helped us look for new employees. The medical platform is the biggest part of what we do through them.

    Customer support is fantastic. I have a liaison. The girl who's running the region was my original liaison. Then the girl under her was my next liaison, and under her was my next liaison. I've had excellent people that have climbed the ranks through Insperity over the years. They keep our costs regulated and they're always watching our back. So if we miss something, they've got it. They're helpful with the payroll. And when employees have questions, if we can't find answers through the portal, my liaison will talk to them directly.

    The billing gets a little kooky, but the pricing is still halfway decent. The portal is excellent. It's easy to negotiate. They've added so many different aspects to it that even if you don't know what you wanna do for medical, they walk you through it. They ask you specific questions to help you formulate what might be best for you. All of those additions have been excellent. Insperity gives you the people that you need for what you mainly focus on, which is a big deal for us, and they're outstanding. They've never left me dangling in the wind. They've pulled me out of tight places.

    I started with my previous company with Insperity back in 2013. Then when I moved to the new company, we chose to go that route because it had been successful at the other company. We use it for payroll and the benefit coordination. We don't do a ton of things with Insperity and probably underutilized it. The only people that the owner of the company deals with every two-week basis when we do our payroll deal are the team that handles our payroll. So, we don't use it as much as other consumers do but it's a safeguard for us. At least we know that our taxes and payroll and benefits are coordinated.

    Insperity's site is fairly easy to use. It's just there are a lot of tools on there that we could use. But for what I need such as to pull a W-2 down or a paycheck stub or add an employee or remove somebody that leaves, it's fairly user-friendly. The only thing is it's expensive. As payrolls go up, it becomes expensive for us to manage. Other than that, it allows us to do what we do best. We're a title company. We're not equipped to be experts in human resources and in payroll and the benefit coordination. So, it allows us to concentrate on the things that we're good at, and we know that the things that we're not good at are handled by an organization that knows that.

    We have a good relationship with our account managers at Insperity. We do HR services and payroll services with them. They've all been very knowledgeable and helpful. They usually respond within 24 hours. If I have any questions or need advice, I'm able to reach out to the people on our account. It's expensive but we get a good value for what we pay for.
