I have always been happy with my rep, Heather. She has always been easy to work with and has made easy connections with the website design department, changes or updates that need to be made. The only reason I didn't rate a five is when the design team chose a photo that wasn't in their "stock library" and the photographer was trying to press charges. The HIBU team did not want to take any responsibility for this mistake and it was partially our fault. It got resolved but it is something I'm not satisfied with it.

Our biggest issue with Hibu throughout our contract but especially at first were the ads. Their staff that writes the posts clearly does not understand the jewelry industry, and the ads were not well written and sometimes inappropriate. Fortunately, our representative, Patrick **, was able to quickly make corrections to both the pictures and written material. We asked him to use our regular Facebook posts and then boost them appropriately. I had to contact Patrick at least once a month to make corrections. We are very grateful to him, because without him, our investment would have been wasted. We were also disappointed that more people did not provide the reviews as we had hoped. We handed out the little cards, and we even stamped every customer receipt with the link information. Few people responded.

The commitment by your company and mostly my account manager Michelle has been the best service I have ever seen. Michelle has taken my account that was a disaster made by another company and turned it around in record time. My listings are up in the top ranks when I thought there was no hope. I was contacted by Sarah ** to discuss the renewal of my company's HIBU ads. She did an extraordinary job of suggesting and explaining the value of marketing our website. I decided to try the HIBU service to facilitate customer reviews of our business through Google, Facebook, YELP, etc. I am anxious to implement this service and measure the results. Kudos to Sarah.

We are begging and pleading for HIBU to honor their word and releases us from this useless contract we have with them. But somehow the investigations team at Hibu claims this was never promised to us. When we know it was the only reason we signed the contract. The reviews maintenance the mobile boost and relevance on the internet that we signed up for?? Lies. All lies. If it weren't for me I would have no internet relevance. They lied they took our money and continue taking it. This is a scam and I hope we can do a class action suit some day. They know they are wrong so they offered me 2 free months. Even with 12 free months I would still want out. I am dumbfounded by all these amazing reviews they get.

I have had a heck of a time getting Hibu to let go of us... They are demanding a copy of a lengthy contract of sale... Why they can't accept page one showing the sale is beyond me. What makes them think I work for them? I was told I should redact items I don't want them to see from my contact of sale. Hibu can't be serious. They are very nice when selling you ad space... Not so when you are trying to get away from them. They have done things they are "not supposed to do" according to a collections department employee (where you need to go to cancel) and how is that my fault or my problem??? WTH... Think long and hard about being involved with Hibu. This is based on my personal experience only, but it has been about as stressful as anything I have had to deal with lately. Shame on Hibu!!!

Mr. ** initiated contact with our office at just the right time - our website had gone down and we were in need of help. He was present, available, and helpful with all of our needs. When we had some technical difficulty with Hibu getting our online payment option set up, Rod stepped in and made sure the job was done correctly. First I want to say when I originally chose Hibu to head my advertising campaign I was very happy. The salesperson Libi was great. I was always able to call her with any problems or questions and always resolved them and had answers for all my questions. Libi went on maternity leave and things quickly went downhill. I've left multiple messages with no response. Her workload was given to someone else and my patience has run out. Here's the problem. When someone searches a company with any of my AdWords campaign key words my ad comes up first. Great you would think but not when half my calls are wrong numbers which I have to pay for and also burns up my advertising budget which stops the ads from coming up. This has been ongoing for months.
Libi said all we have to do is add negative keywords to my campaign, so anytime I got a wrong number I would text her with the name of the company. Well this never worked. To this day I search any company with landscaping in it there my ad is. Furthermore I've never received any refund for all those wrong number clicks. I'm a small landscaping business spending 2000$ a month. I've recently had to lay 2 employees off and in the last 2 weeks have gotten 2 legit calls and 4 wrong numbers. I will be canceling my advertising campaign reluctantly. The "investigation" has not produced any results or refunds of the money I work very hard to earn. The click to call numbers on my monthly statements look great, unfortunately they're not correct.

I have full faith in my HIBU Advertising Rep. Kathy is local and stops in several times throughout the year, always returns phone calls promptly. She knows what I am looking for and always has suggestions for the next level. If I ask for some changes, she is there to fix them. The first half of this year, I don't believe I have ever been as busy... Made the change from the BIG Y to HIBU and that change, I believe has worked out! Mine was the unusual situation of less marketing as I retire but need for some web presence. My problem started day one - I had a program website and I was told I have to register with Google, Yelp, Bing, etc. I thought this sounded logical and I proceeded to fill out all the paperwork, pay a monthly fee. My sales rep said, you can do this for about 6 months to really get site started to be recognized. So after 6 months I called billing to cancel and I was told I had signed up for a year - I never received one single contract or actual piece of paper. My poor business decision. Ok it's one year contract no problem. It should be helpful to have listing posted or whatever they are supposed to be doing. And then I got a notice from Google that my listing was suspended. So I called and was told - you have to submit proof of business. I explained this isn't a business it's a program, I thought I was registering the website not the actual business. So there has not been a clear resolution in 3 months.
Meanwhile, I'm continuing to pay a fee. Ok my bad - at least my listing should show up Yelp, Yahoo, Bing - and if it does it's the wrong address. (I asked for address not to be listed since this is a virtual program.) My sales rep never returns my call. When I ask for a supervisor, I'm told they will call back, and they never do. I call about once per month when the bill comes in. I would NEVER use this service again and NEVER recommend it. It's a lot to get your service listed in all the right places, haven't found a service to help yet. The sales pitch & concept was great - the implementation unprofessional and poor quality.

Honestly, I am not sure of the Hibu value when it comes to advertising any longer. Yellow pages are not used by many people and most people I know do not go to many search engines to find what they want. Maybe Hibu gets us on a few social media type sites and I see the report but have never had anyone tell us they found us on Hibu or a Hibu link.

Decided to try the Hibu Facebook ad campaign. Huge waste of money. The ads are the same all the time and are generic and boring. I'm embarrassed to have them represent my business. No way to get out of the contract either.

I have found 2 instances, when a local business discontinued Business display advertising, no longer was the simple category listing with phone number in the following issues. I have also found that local businesses do not appear in Hibu book, even though they have been in ATT YP for decades. This is true for above mentioned ex-advertisers, that are still in business, and still listed in ATT YP, even without display advertising. I hope I have covered all issues, as I know Hibu will try to excuse this by trying to find some other lame reason for not including these listings. I believe this could be payback for ex-advertisers, for daring to cancel Hibu. Therefore, I am downsizing my ad, in preparation for other advertising. This in no way criticizes my Rep, Ivan **, who has been very helpful and patient.

Our goal using your tools to divert new customers to us has been more than awesome. This is probably the craziest statement you're going to hear and I tell your salesman Alan which we became friends over this. That I can't take any more new work. The website has blown up where our business almost doubled in 3 years. We've been a small family run business for over 50 years and it's been life changing what's happened with our connection to your company. I tell this story to my closest friends that 45 min after my website went live finally we had received a quote from a new account that was 40 miles away that ended up being a 18k job the very next day. I was all set and excited to try and get my business making money. Hibu came to me with all these promises and yet they have failed. Our web page looks amateurish, search ads have failed (I have asked multiple times to fix). We have all these unexplained charges when we told they were completely free. Even if they are Google partner they are very deceptive. Watch out this company. It is full of scammers.

I am pleased with the actual website itself. The setup process was stressful, but the end result turned out well. That being said, if it wasn't for Vito ** and his boss Tim **, we would have canceled our contract already. Your customer service is absolutely terrible. People don't get back to you, changes take forever and follow through is nonexistent. You are very lucky to have the two gentlemen mentioned above. They actually know what customer service is all about. It's not only about new business. It's keeping your current clients satisfied and happy with your product.

I find that whenever I have an issue regarding my ads, I can instantly call my rep and get whatever the issue is taken care of. My rep seems to really want to help and he "goes to bat" for me every time. I couldn't ask for better customer service!

While I did like the website that was created for me, it didn't meet my total expectations! One thing that I was expecting, and I'm not sure of the proper wording, so I'll just have to explain, when going to my website from any device, the website automatically resizes itself to fit the screen. I was told that this would happen and never did. I was expecting an increase in new clients, a few would have been nice. Zip, nada, nothing, not even one phone call!
I would never recommend this company to anyone unless they have money to throw away which is what I felt I have done. I wasted over 2K for nothing, seriously nothing. When It became a financial burden, after the loss of staff, I requested that I get a bit of a time reprieve, the answer I got was basically "NO, you have a contract and need to pay!"
Now that the year is up, I contacted my rep at the beginning of the final month, on the telephone, that I am canceling my contract. He said he would take care of it and another big fat nothing! I noticed that HIBU is still advertising on Facebook. I sent a text confirming my cancellation and he followed up with, "Send me an email stating that." Tired of scammers.

Simply not happy with results. I was feeling very pressured my website is completely turned upside down. Various spelling errors, doesn't go on order, always getting calls from the person working on my website just trying to pressure me into things that I'm not 100% confident that will work. A lot of down talk about my business and some of the pictures I have provided. Not sure I'll ever do business with you once my contract is up for renewal.

As a small business owner advertising is a must and word of mouth is the best although it is not the easiest way to hit a larger market. I had Nate build me a new website and hit the social media market full force a while ago. I chose to leave up my original web-page because I was told; (by them not Nate) if I choose to remove it I would lose my so-called position at the top of the Google search page. For months now Nate has been on me via text, phone and email stating I need to remove the original site because it is causing a conflict with Google and I am not getting the exposure I need. I admit I ignored his advice but still got fed up with not being seen. So of course the first thing I do is advise Nate I am not getting the traffic I need (accusing him) so he politely and sternly reminded me again that I need to remove the other site so he can do his work.
NOW today I removed the other web-site, Nate came to my office and did all the leg work with Google to get my new site he built on the market correctly and got rid of the conflict. I am extremely excited. Within minutes I saw my business getting hits on of the Google search page where before; (the other site) I wasn't even on the page at all, but with Nate's help and expertise I am at the top of the Google search page and starting to get the exposure he said I would. Hibu is a very well-rounded company! They have helped us to re-create, upgrade and manage our website over the last couple years now and we couldn't be happier! Our website is clean, easy to read, very attractive and easy to navigate - not to mention mobile friendly! Their customer service team members are always very knowledgeable and kind; making sure that I understand everything they're doing, answering every question I have, completing all of my requests (as per website editing) and any technical support or errors I may run into are ALWAYS fixed in a hurry! I never have to talk to a machine - WHICH IS GREAT! You don't find that much these days!
Hibu offers so many things for a much for feasible price and we are seeing the difference in our stats. We have since discontinued advertising with several other companies that really just seemed redundant (not to mention; a money pit!) Plus, out field representative is so forthright and kind! She REALLY wants to make sure that she and Hibu does what's best for OUR company, not what's best for them. Max is literally the only reason I do business with Hibu. Max has been very thorough and efficient every single time I've had a problem. Which I admit has been enough times that I would have demanded my account be canceled several times over if it weren't for Max. He is always polite and efficient in dealing with my complaints. Sometimes fixing my problem in literal seconds. Max has even been known to poke his head into my shop to make sure that I'm 100% good rather than send me a vague confusing e-mail in reply to my questions (Like most salesmen in your industry). I have declined multiple offers from companies who promised cheaper prices and a shorter contract because of Max's obvious integrity level and commitment to his job. I really can't say enough good things about the guy. If I were hiring an employee in my shop I'd be looking for the same sort of qualities Max displays regularly.

You should really look at bundling these services. Really appreciate your attention to detail on our new customized web site and the display ad campaign for Mike Kuchera’s South Dakota Guide Service Inc. The website looks fantastic and appreciate the professional writers involved and the website designers to make our business stand out on the web. Also, if there is a revision it is done quickly and correctly, I like the fact that I have support people and also a real live person I can visit with on a regional level. She was very kind, considerate and concerned about my issues and did an excellent job solving them. Her presentation on my renal was professional with a nice pleasant attitude. Our sales representative met with us and explained the details and options available to us. He was very polite and thorough and gave us several helpful hints. We appreciate the personal touch of having someone actually come to sit down with us rather than to just send an email or a letter.

We started doing SEM for Spring to gear up our roofing business. We have been tracking our calls and have estimated and completed several jobs. It has been such a good return on our investment. Hibu also does our website and listing management. Our rep, Marlena **, is very easy to talk to and makes herself available to help with our overall marketing goals. I was not going to renew my ad with Yellowbook. However, after talking with Brenda, she changed my mind. Brenda pointed out that by putting ads in different media locations, I would get more business. Brenda seemed very knowledgeable and polite. We could not be any happier with our experience with Hibu and our rep David **. We have received positive feedback from new and current customers. We have received an increase in unsolicited requests from potential customers with the website and google searches. Dave is a tremendous help for us. If we have any questions or concerns, he is easy to get a hold of and is prompt with the answers/solutions. If he does not know the answers right then, he is really good at finding out the answer as quickly as possible. He is a great asset in this regard and checks in with us to see how we are and if there is anything he can help with. I have thought about any ways we could ask for improvements but I can't. He explained my options and I feel he was well prepared with an issue I had with the billing department. Nick ** called me this morning and we updated our yellow pages listing. We moved our ad from one category to another and it was very easy. He allowed me to share his screen so I could see how it looked. It was very quick and easy. I did not feel any pressure to do this.

Three months ago I started using Hibu for my PPC campaign. It has turned out to be the best thing I could do for my company. I had been doing the PPC myself for the last two years and not seeing the good results. Hibu has turned my campaign into high PPC numbers and phone calls. Trevor ** is very responsive to our needs. If he was not persistent and courtesy, we would probably rate this less stars. However, the display ad was not what we expected. I never saw it on the side bars of the internet.

Of all of the yellow page sales reps in our area (and there are many!) Larry is the one who arrives every year punctual and prepared. I have to say that I gave up using online service providers in the past, as I never received what they said I would get for online placement. I had tried Hibu in the past & I couldn't get then... what I have today with them. All I know is that I have finally gotten 2 individuals from Hibu that work for this company & have worked with me to get the results that I'm getting today. Both Jordan & Colin contacted me a number of times to get the information to get me the placement finally. Since 1974 we have been in this area & it's so nice to get new customers pulling from the internet provided by Hibu.

I was unable to make changes to my website now that it's on the new platform. I asked for instructions on how to update the new website & got a response quite quickly. Unfortunately, I am unable to do updates through Mozilla Firefox, I have to use Google Chrome.

We switched over last year from another company and couldn't be happier. Easy to set up and no fuss to keep it going. The calls are coming in so they must be doing it right. Customer service has always been very polite and helpful and I am never on the phone for long with them until the few small matters that have come up were resolved. I love how I can go in and edit our website whenever needed without having to call for small basic things.

I did not receive many hits because my business is too high-end, but I thought it was worth try. I think it would be great for different types of companies than mine. The customer service was excellent. The local account rep checked in with me frequently to answer questions and review reports. He was friendly, knowledgeable and attentive, which I really appreciated.
