    WeShipCars' fee was better than other companies. Their customer service was great. I had no problems. Pickup came when it was supposed to. There was no damage. Everything was great.

    Great shippers! I've used them at least 50 times with ZERO ISSUES, quick-dependable- on time pickups and ON TIME deliveries..and best part is the COMMUNICATIONS. :) And always 25-30% UNDER all the other carriers out there.. I've recommended them to countess others that have had bad experiences shipping cars and motorcycles with others.

    I've been using WeShipCars for over 10 years and it seems less of a bidding process with them unlike with others where it seems a lot of the bids are being just generated. With WeShipCards, it wasn't as much of an auction process. I used them again recently when I was relocating a vehicle, and my experience has been very positive. When the vehicle arrived, it was in excellent condition other than road dirt on it, which is to be expected.

    I had a gifted sedan car and at around 3,000 miles, the distance was quite enough, so instead of driving, I thought I would have it shipped. I looked at around five companies and WeShipCars offered me the best quote. The customer service was good too. They were cooperative. They picked up the phone when I called them and I kept getting updates about my shipment. Initially, I was told the car would be picked up a particular day, but then it wasn't on the same day. The next day, the driver showed up and he picked up the car. It arrived in the same condition when it was shipped, so I was satisfied. I would definitely recommend WeShipCars.

    I chose WeShipCars because they provided the lowest bid out of a bid that I solicited through uShip. The individual that set things up was very helpful. I had everything I needed to know. Follow-up communication when the car was picked up and delivered was almost nonexistent. I didn't get the calls and information that I should have received. So, I was a little up in the air. But overall, it turned out fine.

    My son goes to school in New York. He doesn't live in Pennsylvania. We weren't there. I wasn't given a heads-up when the car would be delivered. So, I was not there when the car was dropped off either. The movers were supposed to call me and let me know. They didn't call me until after they dropped it off in the driveway of my home, but I wasn't home. I was given a time window.

    The folks at WeShipCars called me to give me an idea of the pickup and drop-off times and what would happen. They provided thorough information and asked me questions about the car. After that, I didn't hear anything from anybody until the car was dropped off in my driveway. WeShipCars did what they said they would except for communicating. But they picked up the car and dropped it off, which was reasonable. There are no issues with the car, no dent, scratches, or dings. I've had cars shipped before and had issues with stuff like that. They did a good job for a good price.

    I had a good experience with WeShipCars. I liked the option that there were multiple prices offered to me and I could choose. The carrier-driver parked in front of my house, inspected the car, and took many photos. He pointed out some scratches on the car, and loaded it. It was no problem. The next thing I saw, the thing was delivered. I would highly recommend WeShipCars.

    WeShipCars had good ratings and the lowest price. Their representative was great and the communication was top-notch. During delivery, I was at the drop-off address and my son and I were able to go drive the quarter mile to pick up our vehicle. But they never told me that, potentially, it wasn't going to come to my door. Other than that, the vehicle's condition on delivery was just like when they picked it up and the price I paid was exactly what was quoted. The driver did his job and didn't make an impression either good or bad. All in all, if their price is good, I wouldn't hesitate on hiring them.

    My son was moving from Tacoma to Henderson. We needed to transport a Subaru Forester. We checked WeShipCars out and they were very inexpensive. They were in our budget. We booked their service online, but we did have lots of help in person. Somebody would always call me from WeShipCars. It was also a very good experience with the shipper. The person who shipped it did an excellent job of recording it, even saying where the nicks were beforehand and also registering those same nicks afterwards. I would use both of them again. They provided excellent service and good communication.

    I used uShip, and WeShip gave me the best offer. Pickup and delivery were a 10 out of 10, and the customer service reps were always friendly as well. I was happy because I wanted to know where the truck was and when it would be delivered, and I always got good information from them. I can't think of anything that could have gone better. It would have been better if I had gotten the shipment sooner, but that's physically impossible. All in all, I'd recommend WeShip to anyone.

    There were a couple of websites that I looked at, but then I keep on getting messages and they turned out to be a scam. WeShipCars has a reliable service and I have used it multiple times. Everything is done online. They reach out to get started with everything, let me know that they picked the car up, and also let me know when it's going to be delivered. The price is higher at times, but you can wait or negotiate. You select the best rate for the transport. Also, if the car is a full-sized SUV, they will charge for two vehicles. That part sucked, but the car gets delivered to my doorstep.

    I looked at a handful of transport companies, and WeShipCars got good reviews. It was a decision between price and reviews. It wasn't the cheapest, but it wasn't the most expensive. What I liked about them was that when I called, somebody was always there to answer the phone. When we got closer to the shipment, it was a little bit confusing because I had to move prior to the car getting picked up and so, they wanted to pick the car up earlier. But the car wasn't available when they wanted so there was a little bit of discussion.

    I had my friend help load the car in Colorado, and then the driver of the truck had effectively unloaded the car. This is where the problem comes in. He started the car, proceeded to drive with the car off the van and idle and whatnot, with the choke on. So it completely flooded not only the engine, there was gas in the oil, and black soot all underneath the vehicle past where the exhaust comes out, and then the spark plugs were fouled.

    And I just found out recently after looking at it and going through the list of these issues as I have time, there's damage to the flywheel, where it looks like he might have hit the starter while the engine was going. I started up the Mustang and it was blowing smoke like it was like an old coal train. The engine had less than 25 miles on it at that point. So it was barely broken in, fresh rebuild. Never smoked like that ever. The choke also was on, which is also suspicious. Because usually, when you park your vehicle, the choke is already off at that point. There's no reason you'd pull the choke off and park it.

    So all the signs lead to the gentleman basically starting and running my car with the choke on and potentially causing catastrophic damage. Now, I have to pull the transmission out of the car to replace the cracked flywheel. I was super bummed out. These issues would never have happened if they had somebody who knew what the hell they were doing. You'd think somebody who picks up cars would know how to choke a carbureted vehicle.

    I've thought about reaching out to the company. I don't know what they're going to do for me, but this is going to cost me a lot of money to try to remediate this on top of what I've already had to spend in changing the oil out and replacing the spark plugs.

    We Ship Cars bid on our contract through UShip to transport our BMW from Lawrenceville, GA to Salt Lake City, UT. They advertised vehicle pickup within "1–3 days of availability" which is why we selected them. Our car was available on 12/18, yet it was not picked up until 12/23, a full six days later, well outside their advertised window. At pickup, We Ship Cars provided a delivery date of 12/26. Weather and road conditions looked good so we thought we would still be able to leave for our Alaskan vacation late evening of 12/28.

    From the moment our vehicle was picked up, communication effectively ceased. There was:
    * No GPS tracking
    * No website tracking
    * No telephone tracking

    * A driver phone number that was disconnected

    Repeated calls to We Ship Cars went unanswered, and promised callbacks “within 10 minutes” never occurred, forcing us to repeatedly initiate contact ourselves. After calling three times on the scheduled delivery date (12/26), we were finally informed late in the afternoon that our car was still in Texas and would not be delivered until 12/29 - a delivery date that was then again later extended. The vehicle ultimately arrived in Salt Lake on the morning of 12/31, representing a five-day delay and a missed vacation.

    The reason for the delay? An unrelated customer canceled their shipment, and We Ship Cars chose to delay our delivery so they wouldn’t have to drive with an empty spot on the trailer and lose $. Their representative explicitly admitted this. Let me be very clear: This delay had nothing to do with "weather, road conditions, or mechanical issues" (per contract). It was a business decision to protect their profit at our expense. Their business decisions caused us to miss our scheduled flight, lose $1200 in airline tickets, and ultimately miss our vacation entirely. Given our lack of trust in the safe delivery of our vehicle, we needed to be present upon its arrival (vs delegating that responsibility to someone else).

    Despite the delay being caused by an issue completely unrelated to us, We Ship Cars accepted no responsibility or compensation. During a phone call, a representative threatened to leave our car in a random parking lot in Texas or Oklahoma for us to retrieve if we did not accept their position. Given the seriousness of that threat, we chose not to continue engaging via email or phone and tried to mediate the situation via UShip (broker) to no avail (due to their lack of customer service availability which was a separate issue).

    From start to finish, We Ship Cars demonstrated a lack of professionalism:
    * Advertising pickup timelines they did not meet
    * Missing delivery dates
    * Providing no functional tracking system
    * Failing to communicate proactively or at all
    * Shifting responsibility onto unrelated customers

    * Making coercive and inappropriate threats regarding our vehicle

    We Ship Cars’ dispatching practices and customer service were deeply flawed, and they showed little concern for the financial and personal consequences their decisions imposed on us. We strongly recommend choosing another carrier.
