The first time I used Transport Masters, everything went fine so I gave the rep a call a second time, after I shopped around to make sure the price was fine. She gave me a very competitive quote and everything went smooth. But the communication could have been just a little bit better with the driver. He tried to call us ahead of time to notify us when he would be by, but his window was more vague than I would have liked.

I've dispatched at least five cars and dealt with the same rep, Mark. If he's busy or not in the office yet, he always returns my calls expeditiously. Also, the transporters are always there when they said they were gonna be there, and no problems.

I had a good experience with Transport Masters. They were very responsive and polite. I like their price. The quote is very fair. It was 750 bucks and that was very fair for just across the state. They also used an enclosed trailer. They were also right on time. There were some cellphone issues with the driver. But he did what he had to do. It was not like it messed up the delivery. Auto Trader was where I got the car and they also provide transportation services. But they were double the price and they did not use an enclosed trailer.

The Transport Masters rep I worked with was very kind. I kept asking to change the date of when I had to pick up my car, and he was very flexible with that. He gave me immediate updates on when the driver would come in and drop it off. It was an accurate estimate. When he would say, "It's gonna come on Monday," it came on a Monday. The car was in good condition when it got dropped off too. Great all-around service. The cost was fair as well and they got the job done.

I like the advertising and the pricing of Transport Masters. They did a great job. They communicated well and they were able to help me with whatever I needed. They were knowledgeable in everything they were talking about. The quote they provided was fair compared to other places out there. The pick-up was late at night. They loaded it on the truck and gave me an app or some way to track it. I was able to track it along the whole way and it got delivered and I met them here. They unloaded everything for me and the car was not damaged in any way. Overall, it was a good experience.

Transport Masters is a vet-operated company and I'm a vet. I appreciate the discount that they gave me. I had a contact person which was nice but the only thing is that uncertainty and waiting until the last minute when I was gonna need a flight. You don't know until just before you're leaving when they're gonna pick the vehicle up. Transport Masters had to get a driver. But they made it work and I was pleased with the company. They picked up at the house and dropped off at my daughter's. These guys gave me a quote and stuck to it. I would use them again.

I established a good connection with the guy I dealt with at Transport Masters USA. So, I went with his company. The price seemed within reason based on my past experience. However, there were some issues. At first, Transport Masters had a hard time finding a driver who would take the delivery for the rate that they offered. So, the company bumped up the rate to the driver. They didn't increase the charge to me, but they cut into their profit to fulfill their responsibilities. That was stand-up on their part.
My brother lives in a gated community and there are a couple of entrances. We tried to be specific about which entrance the driver needed to come in. That got dorked up and there was some frustration, delays and miscommunication on the pick-up side as far as getting the truck into the house where the car was. But once it was there, my brother was impressed with the driver. He said the driver was a first-rate guy, competent, knowledgeable, and personable. So, once that little hiccup was overcome, it was fine. We coordinated for a particular place near me that I thought would be easily accessible for the driver because it was near some car dealerships and it was an easy walking distance for me. So, they were where they were supposed to be and when they said they would. It was perfect. You will most likely be satisfied with them.

I used Transport Masters twice. I purchased the vehicle and had it sent from Texas to Indiana for modifications. It was converted for a wheelchair access and everything was pretty smooth. When the modifications were done, I had the car sent to me, from Indiana to Texas, and it was a mess. First of all, I gave them the parameters for when it could be picked up because the conversion company closed at 4:00 on Fridays. Then, we were going to pick it up on a Friday and they called at 3:45 on the Friday saying that it was an SUV, so the driver was going to try to charge me $900 more because it took up more space on the truck. But they already had all the information. So that was red flag and I said no. The driver left and the dispatch guy found a local driver who could take the load.
They ended up finding somebody the Wednesday the next week. The second driver seemed to be okay but the car was supposed to be delivered on a weekend and I rearranged my weekend but he never showed up. I called and emailed. The dispatcher said it was delivered but I told him that I was standing in front of my house and there was no truck there. The dispatcher sent me a picture and it was a picture of the wrong truck in the wrong location, but it had my paperwork. So the driver messed up. I finally tracked that and they gave me the driver's phone number. I live in Orange County, California and the truck he dropped off with my paperwork was in the Palm Springs area.
At that point, he was in San Diego. So, this was two days after it was supposed to be delivered. He said that my car was on his truck but I told him that in the paperwork, he left it in Palm Springs. He didn't say anything, then said that he was on his way. About three hours later, he dropped off my vehicle. So it was about a week and a half later than the original promise and the paperwork was all screwed up. I should have turned the tracker on on the vehicle so I knew where it was. But a little more contact with the driver would have helped. They didn't have any weekend contact anyway, so I was stuck. I should have had been given direct contact with the driver from the beginning, but I didn't. Other than that. the car was a little dirty when it arrived but it was outside of a truck.

I had Transport Masters pick up a vehicle in Iowa and deliver it to Spokane, Washington. Most of the communication with the driver was via text till he was ready to deliver, then it was the phone and it was great. Once he had the vehicle in possession, it arrived in less than two days, and the cost stayed at what I was quoted. I'd use Transport Masters again.

Transport Masters transported a tractor with an attachment for me, and their rep was very thorough, let me know what was going on and time frames. They brought the tractor directly to me and I helped guide the guy when he was backing up. It was easy, and they were competitively priced and even gave me a veteran discount. I don't have a lot of friends that will transport that particular equipment, but I would definitely recommend them if anything like that comes up.

I have issues with Transport Masters USA. They provided zero support or they promised things but they never followed through. They were shipping back the car from New Orleans. I tried to get ahold of the guy because I was about to get on a plane, and my vehicle sat in a hotel. He didn't call me back for another couple of hours. And come to find out the vehicle that was supposed to pick up my vehicle broke down.
Transport Masters knew about it and didn't contact anyone that was on that guy's route. And they sent a second vehicle the next day, but that vehicle said my vehicle was too big for their trailer. But it was the third time it has been shipped. And that was the same thing that I had shipped to New Orleans to a hotel I stayed at, and it was getting shipped back. They were early the first day, which made confusion, because we weren't there yet. Coming back, it was a day late. And it went to California. Out there was ok. Coming back, they were three days late and cost the company money because it was for a conference. So, it went on a showroom floor for an event.
The owner I talked to put on a good front like he cared, but he never did anything about it. We had to do a bond claim. They were supposed to refund me. My original person that was there would never call me back. Even while my vehicle was in shipment and it was late or it was delivered but no one was there, any issue, their agent was never around. And when I tried to get a hold of them and the owner of the company, he was never around either.
They didn't answer me. They didn't talk to me. They were always busy. Never got feedback from them. Unresponsiveness would be the last time I emailed this guy about getting my refund from my event in October was three weeks ago. And he said the claim has to be addressed 30 days after my bond agent. But I'm traveling, and he has been traveling for three weeks. And when that one guy that I was working with that was horrible, he said, “Nope. We're gonna send you to our best guy that we have that handles all of our corporate accounts because I do it for my company.”
After six months of this, because they shipped my vehicle three times, the one time I had a GPS tracker, the tracker was four days here from California to Virginia. It sat in California for three days. That's the one we have the bond claim against. I paid a bond January 3rd. It was the last time I heard from him. They're a horrible company. And once I get the refund from them, I will never ever use them again.

I've transported four vehicles with Transport Masters. One was a little difficult but the others were pretty good. We transported from California to Georgia and they made a mistake by transporting it to Michigan first then Georgia, which cost me an extra $200. The individual that took the order mistakenly put the address of a previous call that we had. They gave me a discount on the next transport to make up for that. They did a good job with making up for the issue.

The communication was initially good. I got feedback. But then since my shipment was scheduled a few days out, as time got closer, I had to contact them a few times and ask what was going on. But they would answer me back so it was fine. Also, the timeline was great. They picked up the car on time and they dropped it off really quickly. But it would have been nice if they had some way to track the vehicle. It was my first time ever dealing with having to ship a vehicle, so I didn't know what to expect and I was a little bit nervous about it. But overall, the experience was good.

I had to move locations pretty quickly so I was unable to drive my vehicle. I was trying to find a car carrier service that could bring it in a timely manner. I have a very rare car so I was trying to find a personal carrier that transported one or two cars at a time because I didn't wanna put the car on one of the big carriers. The gentleman from Transport Masters that I talked to on the phone was very respectful. He also told me he was prior military and I felt a pretty decent connection with him. I trusted him at that time. When I talked to him that morning, he said he could have somebody that afternoon to pick up the car and he wasn't lying. When I got off the phone with him and the payment went through, it wasn't even an hour later and a driver picked up my car. It was a pretty speedy service.
I let the driver know that the car sits kinda low to the ground and he made sure the ramps and everything were set up. He carefully brought the car in and he strapped it down. He made sure everything was good. He picked up the car on a Monday evening and that Wednesday afternoon, he showed up at the destination. The car showed up the same way that he picked it up. He took very good care of it. Also, it was a fair enough quote. They charged me way less than I thought they would.

I ship quite a bit and I deal with companies. They would always lie to me and tell me a certain price. When the car gets shipped, I keep having to raise my price. But with Transport Masters, it's cut-and-dry. The rep tells me what it's gonna take to move the car. That car gets picked up that day or the next day. Everybody I've worked with, from the owner down to Dave, the guy I do business with, is great. He does his best to make sure I get the best guys. If I'm not getting through to them, he takes a step and he starts calling them.

Setting up the transport with Transport Masters was easy. But when the vehicle got to its destination, it got a little bit difficult. The communication got difficult because both me and the transportation company were trying to get ahold of the broker but he was nowhere to be found. We ended up working between ourselves and resolved the issue. But Transport Masters offered to pay for the storage fee in the time that the vehicle was stored. The price was more than fair because of where the car traveled to and my background of being a truck driver.

I asked several questions about insurance and who would assume liability, and I was given verbal guarantees that certain things would happen, that I would receive documentation making me comfortable. I did not receive that documentation so I called the guy back. I was very explicit in saying, "You don't get the car until you can prove to me who's accepting liability in case anything should happen." He sent the documents and I paid them.
The pickup and delivery was good and bad. The driver was a very nice guy, but he didn't speak English. I couldn't communicate with him. I was trying Google translate. It was easier to ask my friend to talk to the guy. When the driver got the car to where it needed to be, there was a phone call to the number where the car needed to be. They didn't answer the phone but when they finally did, he couldn't speak to them. We didn't know what was going on.
We were told that the car would be there in a certain amount of days. The car got there much faster. That guy didn't sleep any. He left me right outside of Chicago, Illinois, and in about 18 hours, he was in Texas where he needed to be on the Gulf Coast. I have a brother who's a truck driver and when you're driving those kinds of vehicles, you have to rest. That was not safe for the driver. Also, that was what the whole problem became because everyone was anticipating their car arriving at a certain time to make sure all the things happened. The guy called me back to try to tell me that no one would take the car. I was able to get some translation stuff done and we worked it all out. Overall, I am happy. I just hope that Transport Masters isn't exploiting people.

My son lives in San Diego and he's in the military. His Cobra SVT was up here in Northern California and I was trying to help him out in shipping his car to where he lives. I called Transport Masters USA and talked to someone named Carlton. He was very helpful, even though it took three weeks to get a driver. We had to take Friday off to wait for the driver to come, then there was no driver. On Saturday, I was told we'd do it for next week. Finally, after three weeks, they found a driver that was supposed to come around 1 o'clock, then it was 3 o'clock. And by the time the guy got there it was 8 o'clock. But it was fine. The person that I talked to that was managing was very attentive and would call me back as soon as he got my call. He would let me know what was going on.
We were not in a rush, so it didn't really matter if we had to have a need for the car to be there on a certain day. The only thing I required was that the car would get there on a Saturday because my son works Monday through Friday. In the week that the car was finally picked up, he had that Friday off. So they were able to pick up the car Thursday night and they delivered it on Friday. It was transported uncovered and he had to meet the driver because his house is up a little bit on the hill and that carrier couldn't go up there.
I was very happy with the company and with the service. The quote they provided me was average to the other quotes that I've gotten and they stuck to their price. But when my son received the car, the engine light was on, and it was not when we gave him the car. The guy that picked up the car had five cars on his trailer that he was pulling with a pickup and it it seemed to be too many cars for that kind of a trailer. And when my son checked it the next morning, there were some wires hanging on the front. When he delivered the car, he only had two cars on the trailer. So, he had to drive his car up from the trailer, up and down a few times. My son sent me pictures and I called the company again. Carlton tried to be very helpful and said he would talk to the manager. He said the manager would call me but he never did.
Then Carlton called me and said that the guy wanted proof. I did not take pictures under the car or the dashboard. But I know that when the driver picked up the car, if he would have seen a light, he would have said something. He never did. Also, my husband sat in the car the day before and there was no engine light. I also know there were no wires hanging because we just had new tires put on and the car was on a lift. So Carlton said he would talk to the guy and he would call me back. But nobody called me back and it's been two weeks.
This morning, I called Carlton back and he was very attentive. He answered our call right away. He said he was sorry and that he'd talk to his boss. He talked to his boss and the boss said that because my son didn't fill anything on the manifesto when they dropped off the car, they would take no responsibility. So I was not happy with that. The owner should have talked to me and there should be some sort of resolution. I'm going to call my credit card to find out if there's anything I can do.

Transport Masters was awesome. They brought my car from San Antonio to Hattiesburg, Mississippi. They were smart enough not to come down my street. They parked on a wider road, a block and a half away, and drove my car over to me off the transport truck. I gave the driver a ride back to the truck. They were very mannerly. I had checked with four other companies that transport cars and it's a wide range of fees to get a transport. Transport Masters was the cheapest. The other ones were competitive and liked to badmouth other folks to get you to go with them. Some of them asked more than 900. Transport Masters wanted 450 total. I had to give 100 for them to get the driver to accept the transport. I gave him 350 in cash when they delivered the car.

The driver picked up the car on the day he was supposed to but my biggest issue with it was that he took my car for a spin. I told the Transport Masters seller that I dealt with that I have proof and he was asking me how I have proof. I have a dash cam on the vehicle and I have a GPS tracker on the vehicle. The only person who helped me when I called on a Saturday because I was infuriated, was Carlton. My broker was PJ but he said there was nothing he could do. He didn't say anything and I was on my own.
I contacted the company of the driver and I never heard from them again. I texted the driver that I had proof that he drove the vehicle late at night. I sent everything to PJ through email. I sent him three emails but apparently, he doesn't work on Saturday. And on Monday, he never got a chance to give me a call. So, I had to call him five times. When he picked up the phone, his attitude was completely different when he wanted to get the money for the deposit. He told me he would call the driver and I asked him for what. The driver is gonna tell him he didn't drive it. He’s gonna tell me the driver told him that he didn’t drive it. And I'm gonna tell PJ that I have proof and I emailed him the proof that the driver drove the vehicle.
I explained to PJ that the dash cam had video footage of the driver pulling the car out of the trailer and putting it back. You can literally disconnect the dash cam from the lighter switch in the car and you don't have any record. But he didn't know there was a GPS tracker on the car. He drove nine miles one way and nine miles another way. The moment you activate the engine, the GPS tracker starts working as it's driving. When he put the car on the trailer and drove it from Jersey all the way here to Houston, I had notifications of hard braking and hard acceleration. When he drove the car, I got two of both. And I told PJ I'm hoping that when I move to Texas and have to renew my license plate, I have no traffic violations in New York City.
I told PJ I didn't book it with the company that he gave me. I booked it with him so if I have an issue, I'm not gonna talk to the driver company. I wanna talk to him because he’s the broker. He’s the one who should be on top of the situation and go after the manager. When the guy came, I paid him the 1,000 and the only thing I told him when he got here was to drop down a little bit and look underneath the steering wheel. I told him that what he was seeing was a GPS tracker. I gave him the money and checked if everything was fine. And he went on his way.

Transport Masters was originally a little bit high but after a couple of discounts offered, it went from the most expensive to where it was more palatable. One of the things was the gentleman, PJ, mentioned that they have their own insurance. They check the drivers out. He was responsive until after I engaged him. But once I paid to have the transport done, he was not as responsive. They found a driver and when the guy showed up there was no way I was putting my motorcycle on that guy's trailer. He also was telling me he couldn't guarantee me my motorcycle would be delivered first. He had two antique cars in front of it. It clearly was not a motorcycle transport and he was just trying to fit my motorcycle on his trailer.
I immediately called Transport Masters and told them that I was not squeezing my motorcycle in a space that might fit the motorcycle. At first, it was like I disturbed the rep, but he understood and found me another company to do it who was very good. The guy showed up when he was supposed to. When the guy showed up to pick up early in the morning, it was a torrential downpour going on outside. My driveway's a hill and the trailer couldn't get up. The driver said, "I'll go make another pick up and come back later this afternoon." He did and it was sunny and the weather had moved through. We safely loaded it on the guy's truck. He had a sprinter van and up to four motorcycles on it. The ultimate experience was great.

They came, looked at the car, talked to me and my uncle, and then put it on there. I wasn't here when they dropped it off. My dad was. But everything was good. They were very helpful. The quote was okay. But they gave my mom a different quote than the one they gave me. There was a $100 difference. I would have liked the original quote, but it was fine.

Transport Masters was fantastic. The driver was excellent. The gentleman that answered the phone was super nice. He offered me discounts. I asked if they had a student discount because my daughter is a student and I was transporting her car. He also asked if we had any veterans in the family. My father is a veteran. He offered us a veteran’s discount. It was still a bit higher than other companies, money-wise, but they have good reviews.
When I booked through the dispatcher, he told me I could pay by Venmo or another cash app like Zelle. But when the driver got to California, he said he didn't take Venmo. That was a problem that we had to work through. I didn't have Zelle or any of those other cash apps, so I was trying to quickly get it but my bank was taking forever to set it up. In the meantime, he got somebody and we used their Venmo account. We were able to work it out eventually, but it took half an hour. He had to wait to get paid because of this and it made me frantic, The dispatcher should have told me the driver didn't take Venmo, he only took Zelle. I would have prepared ahead of time.

When I originally talked to the person on the phone, she seemed very nice and brought up a lot of good things that I thought were great. She said they could have my car delivered in 10 to 15 days. I asked her, "You could have my car there in 10 to 15 days?" She said, "Yes. It wouldn't take that long." I checked on the other places and they all said they were about a month out to get the car. So, I called back Transport Masters and the rep said she would have me prepay. So I prepaid and I was trying to get the car over and there was always a hiccup. They said, "Well, they're not ready. The system's down. They can't take your car just yet." So, several days went out and, finally, the computers came up. The rep told me that I could take my car in.
I took my car in over to the harbor. They have it shipped in Long Beach. Then the guy that lined up my car gave me a sheet and he said it was gonna be a month and a half. I told him, "What do you mean a month and a half? I just talked to the agent and I paid more money to have this car delivered because they told me it would be there much sooner than everybody else." He said, "Well, they have no control over it. Once you drop the car off, it's all in our control." I said, "Okay." But I was a little discouraged and upset about it.
I contacted that agent and told her what she told me before. But she said, "Well, it depends on when they take the car." I told her, "Okay. How do you know when they're gonna take the car?" She said, "Well, you were a little bit late, a couple of days late." She said they pick it up every Tuesday. So I told her, "If they pick it up on a Tuesday and you said it's 10 to 15 days, it still wouldn't be anything close to when they said the car would be delivered." She said, "Well, it really depends on them. You were a little bit late on delivering the car. And what I was saying was it's 10 to 15 days once it gets on the ship." But I told her, "No, you didn't give me all these details. Had I known these details, I would have made a different decision because I would have known that you have no control over when the car is being delivered." So I was very upset about it. I've been here for two weeks and I don't have my car yet.

My son had an emergency breakdown quite a distance from home. I did a Google search and Transport Masters popped up. I called the number and we were on our way. That was simple. I used them to ship the 3/4 ton Dodge van over 700 miles. I talked to quite a few people. There were three people before the dispatch guy and then there were three people after him. It went well but it just seemed like there was a lot of middlemen in it. I felt bad for the dispatcher because they took a cut on their pay because the actual driver team asked for more money. The driver had held them for ransom. But that's between them and the dispatcher.
The end price was economical. I'm a truck driver as well and I know the work that goes into the miles that they have to put into. I couldn't have done it any cheaper. It fit and it worked perfectly for my situation. The dispatch guy took my payment, which was good. They then passed me on to another dispatcher that dispatched the actual truck. That lady was way too energetic. She was alarming, she was on edge, and she was just frantic trying to get things lined out when she called me. I could not get a word in edgewise. I had to hang up on her to get the task completed.
While I was trying to complete the task, she continued to try and call me back three times while I was in the middle of trying to do the task that she had asked me to do. It was annoying but I know they're from a different country and we got the job done anyway. All in all, Transport Masters was great but the dispatcher of the truck to pick up the van and the delivery guy of the van couldn't speak a lick of English. That was fine too because they just showed up, they delivered the van, and they left. But communication-wise between the final two people was pointless.

I have a classic car and I wasn't sure it would make the trip so I wanted to truck it to our new location. It was about a nine-hour drive in a car. I looked up “10 best, most trusted transport,” and Transport Masters was number one in this area so I chose them. I wanted to go with the best because it's a very treasured car.
Transport Masters was great. Everyone was very courteous and professional. The gentleman was very polite. The price was relatively reasonable to transport the car. I asked for covered transport. The driver was very good to keep me updated and to keep the person receiving the car on the other end updated, which was good. Transport Masters delivered it to the address of the person receiving it. I would recommend them.

The pickup and delivery went fantastic. It was so smooth. It's a ‘64 Corvette and I wanted it to be in an enclosed single car carrier. The driver did a great job. He met the gentleman who is my mechanic in Colorado. My mechanic called me and he said, “I like this kid. He's a good kid.” Because he said, “If I don't like the person or if I don't like the transport that they've got, I'm not releasing the car.” It's a $100,000 car. I've had it since I was 16, and I'm 69 years old now. It was supposed to be a three-day delivery. The driver brought it and he was here the next day. I got a good price from Transport Masters. It was very reasonable.

Shipping with them was good. There were delays getting my car shipped but they kept me informed. The rep gave very good advice and the quote was better so I was happy with that. The only downside was that the vehicle got stuck in a port in Charleston because it needed a TWIC card in order to get in the port. That was a homeland security thing. It was stuck there for two weeks because I couldn't find a driver to pick it up. I originally thought that the driver was gonna charge $500 to get it from Charleston to Nashville. But then, I ended up spending $800 trying to get a guy, and then paying another guy $100 to get him into the port. Other than that, the car arrived as it should. I was happy with the service.

All went well. The rep gave me a quote and he was on top of my move. He scheduled everything well. A mover did an inspection of the car and took some pictures. I got my car sooner than I expected. The price was very fair for the quality of service.

The driver was very kind. The car was scheduled to be dropped off the day after I was flying in, but he said that they were gonna have it at a local shop in town before. I could just stop by at their location and pick it up when I got in from the airport, which was nice. The car was dusty from being outside for a week, but it was effectively the same state as when it was picked up. All in all, my experience with Transport Masters was good.
