Low ball prices that No driver will transport your car for. They lie and lead you on. Horrible experience!!! They did finally give my deposit back after having to threaten them. Would not recommend to my worst enemy.

Agreed to $1313 contract. Truck driver picked up wrong vehicle. Got pulled over for theft.🤣 When I asked for a refund he said, Yes sir, and refunded me the truckers portion but kept the brokers fee. Avoid like the plague.

They are the ABSOLUTE WORST. I’m sharing it to help others avoid the mess I encountered when using Transport Motors with my vehicle shipment. I received a signed and emailed quote from Transport Motors for $1,125 to transport my car from Portland to Houston. That quote was documented, signed and agreed upon in writing from Riley **. But the day before pickup, they raised the cost to $1,300, with no valid explanation and ghosted me when I tried to reach out about the scheduling. Reluctantly, I had to proceed to avoid delays. Then came the final blow: upon delivery in Houston, I was told—without prior warning or formal documentation—that I owed an additional $150 on site, bringing the total to $1,450, nearly **30% higher** than the original agreed cost.

My car pickup was delayed by a day. When Sohaib ** picked up my vehicle on Saturday evening (6/28), it had no scratches or damage — I had only owned the car for one month. However, the car was delivered with scratches down to the metal, along with several minor surface scratches. I reached out to a man named Dave, whom I had been in contact with throughout the process, but he declined my calls.

Initial contact was good, but as day of shipment got close there was no response at all. Took 3 days to get a hold of someone Only to be told I they needed more money. Cancelled contract, charged later for $245.

Charged me..they won't refund and they were unable to secure transport in timeframe promised. Joseph is person I dealt with. As far as I am concerned. They stole money and won't return monies. I had other persons deliver vehicle. Do not use Transport Masters. Terrible service and rude. Then ghosting and won't refund.

Do not do any business with this company. Very bad and I will do whatever I can do so they never get any business. Roped me of and damaged my car and didn’t take any responsibility to fix it. Remember what goes around comes around.

In March of 2025, I needed to ship a motorcycle to CA from WI. Ater getting a few different quotes from various shippers, I decided that Transport Masters best fit my needs. They (someone Transport Masters hired) picked up the motorcycle and asked for a credit card to pay for the shipping, which is the way I wanted to pay. Without getting a receipt (shame on me), I assumed the whole quoted price of $600 was charged. When the motorcycle arrived in CA, the truck driver and his woman told the recipient that he owed $600, payable only VIA Zell. My friend, the recipient, couldn't immediately get ahold of me by phone, so he paid the fee because the driver wouldn't give him the key unless he paid.

Mike ripped me off by not giving me credit for my deposit upon arrival of my slingshot. I had to pay the driver the entire balance in order for him to release it. I have tried to contact the owner without success.

Beware of Transport Masters LLC. Negotiated price over phone, but they changed it after dispatching to carrier and telling you the pickup date. Felt forced to accept new price to avoid delays. What they won't explicitly tell you is that it's on top of the $150 deposit fee they've already taken on your credit card. Deceptive practices, 1 star. PJ ** was the salesperson responsible for this.

I do not know how anyone truthfully has given this company more than zero stars. Sure, they might get you a quote immediately and that is because they want to hook you in. Please, please do not do business with this company. They will take your money and not make payment to who they contract to do your job! If you like having 3rd party collection attorneys calling you because Transport Masters USA can not pay their obligations....go ahead and hire them for your job. I will continue to leave bad reviews. File reports with the FTC, Attorney General, Better Business Bureau! Transport Masters USA should be shut down!

Worst shipping company around. They will charge you more than they quote you - so be aware. Then they didn't show up to pick up the vehicle. Then they (the carrier) wanted to move the pick up for 4 days later than the original date. Also, once they assign a driver, and even if they fail to pick up - you will not get your deposit back. My service rep also did not answer emails or phone calls after the sale was made. Highly recommend finding a different company.

This is a bait and switch company. They will give you a good price and once you sign up and give them your payment info and then they will switch and change the price significantly higher without you agreeing or signing a new contract. Once you try to cancel it they will charge you a fee and refuse to give it back. They will not respond to calls/voicemails or texts. They will tell you in the contract it states they can increase the price without a new contract. They are scam artists and are not to be trusted. They do this often because they know the credit companies will not honor your dispute because you signed contract. STAY AWAY FROM TRANSPORT MASTERS!!!

WARNING!! Transport Masters USA carriers do NOT carry insurance! The carrier went off-road (see picture from driver)- to avoid a closed road- and badly scratched our car. Their insurance, Progressive Commercial, said neither their driver nor their truck were on their policy, and would not cover a penny of the $8,000 in damage. Transport Masters USA lies that they have "gap" insurance, which they do not. Learn from our mistake and avoid this company.

I couldn’t possible give a more poor review of a company. They charged me a huge hidden increased fee upon delivery of my truck, Joseph gave horrible customer service. It took an extra week to ship my vehicle longer than originally promised. I had to follow up constantly in order to get them to do anything with my shipment. I was not able to track my vehicle as advertised. I was not able to pay for the shipment of my vehicle with a Credit/Debit card. I had to pay some ** person via Venmo. I received lower quotes from other dealers, but Chose transport master because they appeared more reputable. Everything about they business model is a flat out lie.

This company did everything they promised by finding me a driver who was respectful and professional, Stefano helped me ship a 2019 GT3 from OH to FL with a beautiful trailer ran by a driver name Vladi. The driver was a super nice and loaded my car with care onto his trailer, boy, what a show it was! Never seen such a truck lifting a car up.... Will use the service again 100%.

Stefano help me transport my new to me 2022 Ferrari 488 spider in a beautiful lift gate trailer with a TRUSTED driver. I never leave reviews but Stefano and his dispatcher Paul from the drivers end was amazing and took very good care of the car. The driver Vlad went as far as wore little cute boots and had the car covered with a plastic over the car while it was inside the trailer... Extremely impressed. The dealership told me he was good, but I was blown away!

I had the pleasure in working with Stefano. Gave me a price for his service and the cost for the driver, was very transparent and everything worked out great. Care was dropped off in the same condition I gave the driver. Thanks again!

We needed to transport a car from Florida to Chicago. The rep I worked with was great. He communicated with the party on my side and my daughter's side who was the recipient of the car. Everything went as smooth as possible.

When I transported a vehicle to California through Transport Masters, the process was smooth, fast, and easy. The communication was good and I was getting updated during the transport. The cost was fair as well.

This company uses a bait and switch tactic. They give you a good price and reassurance that they will transport your vehicle quickly. But this is just so you sign a contract and give them your payment info. Right before picking up the vehicle they will change the location and hike the price up significantly without a new contract signed. Once you don’t agree they will charge you a fee and refuse to give it back even though you never agreed to the new changes. Then they will not answer your phone calls reply to texts or voicemails. They did nothing but take my money and tell me that in the contract they can increase your price without you agreeing to it. This company is untrustworthy and fraudulent. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They will steal from you.

They do not use secure or encrypted information and my info was easily hacked! A flash driver with all my information stole the vehicle from the dealership. Transport Masters took zero blame and refused to even refund my deposit! This is a terrible business that has no right to label themselves as honorable veterans. They are completely dishonorable and untrustworthy.

PJ at transport Masters goes above and beyond he is a phenomenal person. He posted our car and on the same day I had a driver. In the same week the car was picked up on Saturday and it was delivered on Monday. Would definitely use them again.

The first time I used Transport Masters was several years ago and I liked them so much, they've been the only company I've been with since. When I move cars, I call their rep, Dave, directly. He does it right every time and I really like him. When I first tried to move a car, I got ahold of him and another company. We were talking back and forth and initially, I was gonna go with the other company but they started doing some shady stuff. I called Dave and he talked to me about why the other company did what they did. He found out that the other company was trying to bamboozle me and gave me a price $1,000 cheaper. He didn't have to but he took his time to sit down with me for a good 15 minutes and explained how everything worked. I felt like he was honest and I appreciated that he took the time to talk to me. I've moved 15 different cars through him.

The communication with Transport Masters was a little sloppy, but the transport part was fine. I spoke to the man who originally answered the phone, then he called back a bit later to send me an email to give me an estimate on the price. Eventually, they found somebody to transport my vehicle, and that's when the communication fell down, because they forgot to tell me they were coming. I looked out the window, and there they were with my vehicle. The problem is, I'm on a farm and they were about half a mile away, so I was lucky I spotted them.

Transport Masters could have my car picked up within a day and not many people can do that, and I like the very quick response. I used them twice. The cost of service was very fair and competitive. The dispatch adviser was very helpful. He told me when the car will be picked up and gave me a time period. It was picked up at that time. He was above and beyond what most car carriers do. They said delivery would take up to three days. It took two days. The driver was very helpful when he picked the car up and he was very courteous. The car was the same when it was picked up and when it was delivered.

Their price was competitive and Transport Masters was the only one that could give me a very specific window of when they could collect the car. It was my daughter's car. She was in Florida and needed her car when she came home. She had a two-day window and Transport Masters was the only one who would guarantee that they would be there within the window. They were very helpful. There had been flooding in our area and a bunch of roads were washed out and they waited until we could get to where they were to pick up the car. So they didn't have to try to drive through a flood zone. Transport Masters stayed in touch to where to drop off her car and it went very smoothly, which we very much appreciated. It was a really positive experience. My daughter was also quite pleased with the overall transaction.

Transport Masters got back to me and gave a quote right away. It was reasonable and very accurate. It wasn’t off by much at all. They brought us from Massachusetts to Florida and were very good with communication all the way down. It was wonderful and they wrapped everything well. They were very good when they picked up the vehicle and we did the loading on a parking lot in Lowell. I was very pleased. The drop-off was very good too. We were down here before they got here and it worked out nicely. I appreciated the communication because when we were down here, we didn't have a vehicle and we had to rent. They showed up in a timely fashion and when they promised, which was great.

I used Transport Masters six months ago when I had a vehicle that had to be relocated. It was a very new experience. It was my first time and I went to a website and posted my need. The transport was done timely and the car was not damaged. I had no surprises with the final price so it must have been accurate. The pickup of the car was done between a third party and Transport Masters. And the recipient was there to pick it up during the delivery. Both of these were from two different states and I was not present for either one. The communication wasn't constant because it didn't need to be. It was a multi-day delivery so they set the expectation of what day it would be delivered on, and the specific hour was yet to be resolved until closer to the delivery time and that was communicated well.

I've faced my share of disappointments with various auto shippers over the years, with the crux of the issue often boiling down to something as simple as communication. That all changed when I found Transport Masters USA. Shipping my Ferrari from New York to Miami isn't just a transaction; it's entrusting a piece of my passion into someone else's hands, and Transport Masters USA has proven to be worthy of that trust year after year.

The quote from Transport Masters was good and competitive. Their service was great, too.

I checked other companies, but Transport Masters said the guy would do it good. The first time, taking my personal vehicle down to Texas, was good, but the last time I got them to bring my vehicle back, they were really bad. I was supposed to get my truck out of there and I was told, “We'll pick it up in two days,” but they didn't. I called them, and they said, “We’re sorry. We can't.” They said, “We'll pick it up tomorrow,” but they didn’t pick it up until a week later. I had to rent a car to move around, and that is not good.

We looked at a total of three companies before choosing. The pricing was comparable. But I actually got to talk to someone in Transport Masters versus sending a million text messages or emails. The original quote was a couple hundred dollars off because of the size of the truck when they actually got there. But the transport was quicker than they said it would take. They're reliable and easy to work with.

Transport Masters does contracts with carriers. We were transporting from New York to California. They contracted with a carrier called Lido Transportation and that was a terrible, terrible company. They delivered our car late. They actually damaged our car in transport. We have no car right now. With our insurance company and the carrier’s insurance company and Transport Masters, nobody is taking responsibility. Right now, we are riding in a rental car and it's been two months now. It has been and continues to be a scary nightmare for us.

I liked the time frame that Transport Masters could get the service done. I've used them before, so I just called and their rep was easy to deal with. He kept in contact until it was all finished. It was good customer service. The quote that was reasonable and the final cost was a bit less. They picked up the car and it was an easy process. They're gonna deliver the other one tomorrow. The driver was in contact.

Transport Masters was really good. Their guy called me an hour before he came to deliver the car. I called him to ask what time it would be, and he told me it would be in an hour. I gave him the address, and he dropped the car off. The final cost of the service was good and better than a lot of people. I'll try to contact them again in four months if they wanna take the car for my son.

Transport Masters hauled my Ford Transit van from Marriott, Illinois to Georgia. One of the largest issues was the language barrier with the driver. It was hard for us to communicate both when I helped him load the van on as well as when he delivered it to my best friend's wife. The language barrier was terrible. Another thing that made it hard was I had the van towed to a Holiday Inn Express and for whatever reason, he made it so hard to pull into the parking lot to get it. I explained to him that the car does not drive and he swore up and down that his truck was too big to get into this parking lot. But there were three other tractor trailers parked in there. There was ample space for him.

I’ve only used Transport Masters once to move a car from Minneapolis to Miami and they farmed it out to a third-party transport company. They're a broker. The third-party transport company that collected my car was the best of the best. The driver had to load the car and was courteous. He said he would be here in five minutes. he phoned me and said he was two minutes away. I was waiting for him and he arrived as he told me. He called before the car was delivered in Miami. He said he couldn’t drop the car at my apartment because the road wouldn’t allow him to turn in there and asked if we could meet at another place. He gave me the address and he was there.

The rep I worked with was really informative and worked with me how to get from point A to point B as quick as possible. Also, the quote was well below market value and it was pretty accurate. The pickup was straightforward. The driver parked right next to my house and drove the car into the truck. It was dropped off to my house in Florida and it got there in perfect condition. Transport Masters has really good integrity.

We needed to transport a car from Florida to Mississippi. The rep I worked with was great. He communicated with the party on my side and my daughter's side who was the recipient of the car. Everything went as smooth as possible. Also, the driver was on time and was very professional. We met him at a facility that was large enough for his truck to park. We walked around the car to make sure that dings and scratches were documented. The car was transported in a timely manner and it got there safely. He met my daughter in Mississippi at a large parking lot and the car was as it left.
