Everything went according to plans. I have used Ship Direct multiple times without any problems. In fact I will be using them again in a few months. I use Scott who handles the whole process. 5 star rating.

I was pleasantly surprised by the prompt and professional service I received. I was kept informed of the carrier and the shipping progress throughout. My vehicle was shipped from Chicago, Illinois to Mesa, Arizona within four days.

Shipping a car is easy with Ship A Car Direct. Though they have a lot of FAQ content and are proactive about sharing information, they're also very responsive to questions. This was my second time shipping a car with Ship A Car. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

The rate was the best of many I checked and the car arrived in perfect shape. Just know it takes a few extra days because the driver is making a loop of drop-offs and pickups.

I've done a number of car transports over the years. This one was uneventful, which was a real treat. Communications with the broker representative (Matt) was pleasant. The broker was able to engage a responsible carrier that was also pleasant and communicated well. It was a difficult period for scheduling, but timing worked out well with both the broker and carrier being responsive to our needs.

We shipped a vehicle 3000 miles as we moved across country. We intended to ship before we left, but the pickup date slipped a few days and we moved prior to transport. The broker and driver were responsive and we were able to have the driver pickup keys from our neighbor. Car arrived quickly and in perfect condition.

Ship A Car Direct was really easy to work with and delivered our car from Denver to Chicago. It was affordable and really convenient. It took about four days and as long as you have a day or two of flexibility, this is the way to go. Saved us from flying out there and then driving for 14 hours to get it to Chicago. Ship A Car Direct seemed to have the best combination of great reviews and honest help on their website. I shipped a car from Texas to Washington state. Everything went great. Good communication from Ship A Car Direct (Lottie). The driver also took great care of the car and was good about communication for both the pickup and drop off.

Purchased car in Illinois, needed it shipped to Arizona. Did a lot of research and read some of the horror stories, i.e. charge higher when delivered. There was no change to the quoted price when car was delivered. The quote was less than several quotes, but not the lowest. Was very happy with the outcome. Delivery person even pointed out where the armrest inside the driver's door was soiled. Would definitely use again.

Have used these guys several times, most recently shipping my car from CT to Miami this August. They broker between the customer and the shipping company, vetting the latter. It has been a nightmare and I won’t use Ship A Car Direct and its carrier Amen Auto Transportation Inc. ever again. My experience is a big contrast from those positive reviews. In fact, my car is still not usable since the delivery took place three weeks ago. The issue of windshield damage still has not been resolved. I feel that my trust of Ship A Car Direct is being abused. I am surprised the support staff Maricel told me last week that Ship A Car Direct has done all they can do. They are not responsible for my windshield repair. She even suggested that I should go through my insurance to take care of this matter.

I asked for quotes to ship a car from the SF Bay Area Connecticut from several companies. Ship A Car Direct was not only cheaper, but phenomenally more helpful. Someone reached out by phone and answered my questions rather than pressuring me to commit. I was sent links to videos that explained the whole process, including their role compared to the carrier's role. The carrier who took the job was professional and made it easy to find a mutually acceptable location for loading (a huge truck couldn't get on my street).
