I've used Ship A Car Direct many times and they've never let me down! Excellent communication and customer service and my car has always arrived when promised (sometimes ahead of when promised) and always in the same condition as it departed. Highly recommended!

Very pleased with Ship a Car. Scott was always available and responded quickly in a pleasant way. Had a few bumps in planning that were calmly handled. The actual ship was great, the driver communicated instantly and was exactly on time.

I’ve used Ship A Car Direct many times to transport my kids cars back and forth to school and they have been excellent! It’s always easy to get in touch with Scott and he always answers all my questions. I love the app that allows you to take pictures of the car before it’s shipped. I will always use Ship A Car for future transports.

Shipped a 2019 Honda Civic from northern Indiana to Flagstaff, AZ. Note: our requirements for this move were very flexible. I didn't have any deadlines for pick up or drop off. I just need to move the car from A => B within a 3 month timeframe. I had a very good experience with Ship A Car Direct. Communication with Lottie was very good. I got all my questions answered. There were no surprises with $$. What I was quoted is what I paid. It's important to realize that these folks are brokers - and they have relationships with actual carriers. In other words - Ship A Car Direct is not going to be picking up your car. Rather a regional or perhaps local carrier is going to be actually showing up and doing the work of transporting the car.

In need of a reasonable/reliable way to transport our son’s Jeep I began researching online. The results pointed towards Ship a Car Direct and we were not disappointed. The process was very simple and stress free. Matt was very professional and guided us through the process. Information was forwarded through email, text and phone calls. We heard from customer service, dispatch and the driver. Utilizing a downloaded app pictures taken before and after ensures damage accountability, which there was none!

Great communication and service shipping our two Teslas from Los Angeles to Palm Beach in an enclosed truck. No damage and a great driver who was very flexible with delivery timing. I highly recommend them.

The experience was fairly good but the only thing was that pick up was 5 days later than proposed date as well as the arrival date. The whole process took 12 days for me to finally get my car. Agent was nice thought. Prompt response and responsible.

Could not be happier than the method of pick up and delivery. While the streets of Boston aren't conducive to the size of the transport vehicle, and you need to arrange for a ride at the rendezvous point; the delivery to the door was a great experience. No damages: A real nice and pleasant driver at both ends of the process; I would definitely use Ship a Car Direct again to arrange for the whole process.

I booked Ship A Car mainly because of Renee. When I talked with her she went into great detail explaining the process and never made a promise she knew was not attainable. My car was actually picked up earlier than expected and arrived on time.

Customer service was wonderful to work with. I was able to get questions answered quickly. Carrier was courteous and delivered car from Chicago to Naples, Florida in only 48 hours and on Christmas Eve!

Can’t say enough about Matt our service rep. And this company… Straight shooters that were on top of shipping our car from our house in RI to my daughter in CO. Frequent emails, calls or texts to keep us in the loop while waiting for a pick up date then every step of the way. I was very nervous about shipping my car from Idaho to California. I had a time constraint and concern about the condition of the car upon transport. At all levels, Ship a Car Direct exceeded all of my hopes. Quick, fast, delivery. The car was in great shape when it arrived. I started with another company and after they hiked the price up a couple times I switched to Ship a Car Direct. By now I’m a bit hesitant that is the norm but it was not. Not only was it a much better price, the entire experience was easy. My dispatcher Lottie was in contact with me every step of the way. I have used Ship a Car Direct for a number of years. There was a glitch to the carrier that was first assigned to me. They (the carrier) kept changing the pick-up date. Jennifer from Ship A Car Direct was able to immediately assign a new carrier while keeping me informed throughout the whole process. My flight was pre arranged and when I landed at my destination, there were emails and texts informing me that the pickup was complete. Jennifer gave me complete peace of mind.

Great job by Lottie and the driver on my Mini Cooper shipping. Lottie helped me getting started with the process and kept me updated regularly. The driver was either on time or ahead of schedule for both the pick up and delivery. I will definitely use your services again if/when the need arises.

Unless you book directly with a carrier, there can be some scheduling uncertainty in this process and I very much appreciate the communication, guidance, and clarity that Ship a Car Direct provided to me even at the outset. They explained the process, set my expectations, gave clear (and very affordable!) pricing, and were available at every step along the way. Even though there were a couple of ETA adjustments in my delivery, the clear communication from the outset and continual updates in the process were very professional and allowed me to adjust things on my end accordingly. I am very, very happy with my experience!

I read many reviews and so glad I picked Ship a Car Direct... Jennifer was my go to person and emailed or called me to let me know the process and what to expect. (BY THE WAY the videos on-line are the best!) The carrier also texted and called me to let me know when he was arriving and delivering the car. Ship a Car Direct is the best car transporter compared to 3 other companies we previously used. Excellent service and price. Professional, knowledgeable, efficient, helpful, courteous, patient, honest. Price quoted was price paid. Able to pay driver using Zelle. We will definitely use ship a car direct again in July 2024 when we return to MA.

Matt was my primary Ship Direct point of contact and he was absolutely fabulous! Matt answered all my questions thoroughly and quickly and was very, very patient with me! Georgie with George and Saba Carriers was also very patient with me, as well as kind and professional....He was wonderful! If I need auto moving again, I will definitely ask for Matt and then Georgie!

I broke down in Wisconsin and needed my car in Missouri. I called Ship-A-Car Direct and spoke to Renee. She was so nice and very helpful. She warned me that it could take time to get my car picked up because I was in a small town but she would do the best she could. She did! My car was picked up and delivered the next day. I could not be happier. Thanks to Renee I am back home, my car has been fixed and I was able to turn in my rental car a week early!

I was so thankful to the Lord for Lottie and her kind caring help! She was so efficient and always responded back to my emails, knowing this was all a new experience for me! My sister just bought her car and I wanted to make sure it arrived there safely! She almost drove but I insisted it was safer to have it transported so the Lord used Lottie to help greatly!

I found that Ship A Car Direct kept me up to date on the schedule of pickup and delivery. The carrier they hooked me up with was also good with communications. He even left my car on the driveway in my gated community and walked back to his truck. Pricing was good.
