I shipped one vehicle from Wisconsin to Florida and one from Florida to Wisconsin with SAKAEM Logistics. Setting up the transport was relatively easy. The shipment from Wisconsin to Florida was fine. However, the shipment from Florida to Wisconsin was a semi-disaster. Their communication was not good and it took them over two weeks instead of a week. That was not a good experience. They said they had a vehicle failure, but they did not provide compensation.

As the delivery passed through toll stations, I got charged tolls in Kentucky and Florida for a vehicle being shipped. It wasn't being driven through a toll, but the toll picked up the license plate and I received a bill that I had to pay. In addition, my brother paid for the car when he received it in Wisconsin. At the same time, my credit card was also billed. I had to go back and chase down that duplicate billing to get my money back.

SAKAEM offered a flat bed for our needs and provided a reasonable price. The price is comparable with everybody else. They told me that the driver would contact me when they would pick it up, but they did not. They were supposed to drop it off between Monday and Friday. When they were dropping the car off, I got a phone call saying that they were 30 minutes away. But it was on a Sunday and we had nobody at the place to drop it off and collect the keys. I ended up having to go there and meet them.

We've used this company twice now. The first time was great, but unfortunately this last time was absolutely crap. First they kept trying to find a driver and pushing the date back. Then they finally found a driver, along with giving us an ETA for arrival. I live in AZ and work in MN for half of the year. So ironically I was home (AZ) for memorial day weekend. I had a rental car in MN for a little bit. I stressed the importance of the delivery date. If they could not meet the deadline that was fine, just let me know so I can change the date on my rental car.

Upon the delivery day in MN they pushed out the deadline another day until 10am. The next day at 10am they then said it would be 1pm, then 7pm, then 3pm, and finally the car showed up at 4:45PM. The problem was they made me miss out on a drug test and starting my first day back for work. I explained this 3 or 4 people related to the company and every time they all gave me some BS story on how this is okay. Along with the bad weather, along with putting the blame on a "supposed first time driver". I would like to point out all these excuses came after me constantly calling, after their set deadlines.

The most frustrating thing is they did not once call to update me on the delays or issues. I spent $1,250 for this horrendous service. The driver even showed me a picture of him driving at 2am as if I'm supposed to care or feel bad about his career choice. Mind you I'm a construction worker so I understand his angle, but I'm not crying about my job. He also lied and said he was in the next state over at 2am. I asked him, "Iowa"? He said, "yes". I didn't even feel like arguing with him that he should've been here earlier then (seeing as Iowa is not 8+ hours away).

I asked his boss who I guess is contracted from this horrible logistic company if I could get a slight refund, maybe just $100 for making me miss out on my drug test and going to work. They said to ask the driver after telling me they'd give me $50. Then when I finally asked the driver upon arrival. He also continued on with more excuses, as well as telling me that the company screwed him over for the freight. Tbh I didn't even want to ask him bc it wasnt all the way his fault. It was the company the quoted me the price and set the deadline.

Here's where it got sketchy, the driver finally said yes, and asks me for my Zelle information. Once he realized I was requesting $100, he comes up with more BS. Curious as to why he would ask for my zelle info if he wasnt going to pay.... ABSOLUTELY SHADY. Oh yeah this guy has the thickest Russian accent along with every other person there. (Not an issue, I'll try to communicate with anyone) I even busted out my Google translate, and at that point this dude just got more stupid, as if he was try to get out of it any way possible.

Stay away from this company. I use shipping companies every year for the last 4 years twice a year. Absolutely horrendous customer service. I found some other companies with better reviews just so someone can avoid what I went through: Carship guys, A1 transport, CRC transport, uShip, and Shipwise. Just pay the extra money for a more reliable shipping company. Oh and side note the driver showed me how much the car paid in front of my vehicle, and it was $200 less than I paid. They're unprofessional and shady to say the least.

I used SAKAEM back in September when I gifted a vehicle to my nephew. I did call them around and I liked the way they dealt with me. Their quote was very reasonable and they have the best price.

They’re the fastest transport. They came right to the driveway and loaded it up. The transport was from New Mexico to Washington State. I did the open transport because the closed was more pricey.

They were a little behind in communication but I know he was okay in contact. It wasn't like a constant, and I probably reached out more than he did. But he did contact my nephew and made the arrangements once he had that set up. So, that did work out.

I didn't really deal with them after, but before, they were fine. I didn't really have a complaint. I would say I'd recommend them.

I called a couple other companies, and SAKAEM Logistics had the best price. So I went with them. The customer service was fine. My dad passed away when I was down in Florida taking care of him, and I had two cars down there. I transported his car from Ellenton, Florida to Columbus, Ohio, and drove my car back.

The pickup and delivery were fine. He was there for 10-15 minutes. He pulled the car up on the trailer. Then he said it’d be a day or two for delivery, and the car was there within two days. Everything was fine, and I’ve had no issues.

My experience with SAKAEM Logistics turned out to be both good and bad. On the downside, there was a significant lack of communication before picking up my tires unless I was the one to initiate it. For instance, I had to reach out the day before and the same day to confirm if a driver was scheduled. This made me uneasy, especially given the significant nature of transporting such items.

When it came to moving my tires, the journey took longer than expected due to issues with the driver's vehicle, leading to a 2.5-day delay. The most unsettling part was the realization that SAKAEM is not directly handling the transport but acting as a broker. I was under the impression they managed their own fleet but later found out otherwise, reinforcing my decision to steer clear of brokers in the future.

Overall, the disconnect in communication and the service's brokerage nature were pivotal in my decision not to use SAKAEM Logistics again. While there were no major issues beyond delays and communication lapses, the experience wasn't up to my expectations.

I was in Los Angeles and it was time for me to move. I was looking up ways I could get my car towed across the country. I called a couple of people but I went with SAKAEM in the end. Their price is cool and made sense to me. They are the most responsive people and the process was quick.

We got my Honda Civic picked up from Los Angeles. I was in downtown Los Angeles on my cousin’s spot and then I had to shift to my parents’ spot in Maculoway St. Their business is solid and the experience was straightforward. It’s what I needed at the time, I got it and it was smooth. We were in and out.

My policy says that if it is wear and tear, AHS is liable to change that for me. It's covered. I guess American Home Shield has been trying to dodge that, so I called AHS back and gave them a piece of my mind, that I'm not happy with American Home Shield. I’d tell people not to go near American Home Shield. Find another home warranty, not American Home Shield. I am trying to leave American Home Shield myself.

We’ve had great service from SAKAEM. We’ve used them to bring vehicles outside of our company headquarters, back here in California. They were reasonably priced, and faster in getting the logistics ready for us. There were times we needed to get the cars within the same week, and they would be to the point that they could get them to us that same evening, which doesn't work for us ‘cause our working hours are from 8:00 to 5:00. We don’t carry cash and they were flexible with one-time credit card payments, which other companies don’t allow, and the quotes were either on the tee or below it, so they were pretty accurate. The couple of guys that I've spoken to have been good about reaching back, providing me with the proper documentation I needed, and just following through to the end.

The pickup was perfect and easy. I met the guy who picked it up at big parking lot like Lowe’s. He took pictures and videos of the whole car, loaded it up and let me know when it arrived. My daughters met him in another big parking lot and they picked up the car. I would recommend them.

I used them two times here in LA and twice in Texas. The first time in LA, it was far so I had to get an Uber going back home. But the second time, it was just a minute walk so it was easy. The drivers are friendly and the price is not as expensive as others so it’s good.

We called SAKAEM and they got back to us within a couple of hours with a quote. It was within whatever everything else is charging or was a little bit less. The actual transport was pretty good. The driver communicated with us. I called a couple of times trying to get the date of the delivery. There was a little wrinkle because I was talking to a different person who wasn't assigned to this. But in the end, they called me back, and they confirmed the date. The driver also texted us that he was arriving within a couple of hours, and we met with him. So, that was fine. I think a little bit of communication, something like a quick text update, would have been better for peace of mind. Because the transport was for like a week or so, so you're sitting in limbo.

We bought a sports car from a different state, and just with our family situation, it would have been very hard to get two drivers out to where the car was. The dealership is in Huntsville and we're in Atlanta, so it was 200 miles distance.

Setting up with SAKAEM was fine. I filled out an online quote, and someone called me, and then they were really accessible, available by text. It was a good experience. They’re were less expensive than other companies. We selected closed transport.

The only thing that was different than expected was that we were missing the instruction manual and one of the keys, but I don't think that's the fault of the transport company because the dealership still had them. The dealership just never gave them to the drivers. They shipped them to us instead.

SAKAEM Logistics was great. I recommend it. They go above and beyond to make sure that you get what you’re paying for.

I got in touch with them because I was moving to California and needed to ship my car straight from Virginia Beach to Vallejo. They called me and we came up with an agreement to meet at a neighborhood Walmart that was only a three-minute walk from my crib. I drove up there, walked back home and flew to Cali. When I got to California about seven to 10 days later, my car showed up.

Everything was very professional and handled with care. I even had an unforeseen. It was some type of damage to the top of my car, and he went out of his way to get it fixed.

The quote was pretty accurate. I talked to them to learn more about the process of how things are quoted, and they didn’t give me a low-ball price and then tried to add on a bunch of fees after the fact. I had a good understanding of the price I was to pay when my car was delivered, and that’s the price that I paid.

Setting up the transport was reasonable, and the courier they used seemed like a good guy. SAKAEM seem pretty professional, but they didn't have any solutions for me that match their profile. For example, I needed the vehicle ahead of time before I knew exactly where it would be. That was a problem. I ended up leaving the vehicle longer at location A, then sending for it once I had established myself at location B.

I also believe they drove the vehicle somewhere between location A and location B, because I had irregularities with the vehicle after. I had problems with the cruise control, which stopped working. I had gotten the car serviced because it was supposed to make the trip before I decided to transport it. Then I started to have fuel issues shortly after I got the vehicle. I was also a little concerned about how to pay and the different ways to pay off the actual courier, but I paid them using Zelle.

I was very dissatisfied with SAKAEM Logistics. I was moving, and I had to get out of there because all my stuff had left. They'd say they'd pick it up at noon and arrive in Ohio at noon. So, for me to get from point A to point B, I had to drive straight through. I'm 80 years old, and I don't feel like driving straight through. I got there on time. But they didn't show up, no phone calls.

I waited and waited. Then, I finally called the number that they gave me and said he broke down and spent the night somewhere with no phone call to tell me that. But I know he had a cellphone because he called me. So, that was a pleasant surprise. And so then I thought, "When are they going to be here tomorrow?" Again, he said noon. But he didn't get there until 2 hours after that.

Now, I will say that the way he took the vehicles off the trailer was very professional. He had everything secured and did everything right. It was just the fact that there was no communication. I had to drive straight through, for no reason at all, and I'm talking from Oklahoma to Ohio, not from Illinois to Ohio.

I thought they should make sure their drivers are proficient in English. He was not. When I met him, he was fine, and he was very gentlemanly. But still, the communication is lacking, and I really think it's because of English as his second language. I wouldn't recommend them.
