We had used them before and needed to move up vehicles. It was set up through email. The transport was from Corona, California to Troy, New York and took about five days. They were right on time. I was present at the delivery at a commercial site. We didn't have a problem and the vehicle was fine.

SAKAEM’s price was lower than the other companies and setting the transport up was pretty smooth. I left the car when I met the driver. He picked up the car, put it on his trailer, and then we went our separate ways. The communication was good and the car came earlier than what he initially told me. It came two days earlier. Communication was on point. The driver let me know when he was gonna be there. Price quoted was around $1,900 and it didn't really change at all. The experience was good.

I'm in the military, so I have to move around pretty often. I went through a broker and SAKAEM ended up giving me the best price, but I called a couple of different times and was given different prices, from higher to lower, depending on the person I spoke to. That part was a little confusing, but the service was fine. I’ve never transferred my car, so I was a little stressed, but the pickup from my house was good. My mom was the one who was there and she said it went smoothly, and then they dropped the car off in Oklahoma. The experience was not that hard. I'll probably do it again if I want to transport my car but don't want to drive it.

The guy who was here was the owner and he and his wife run the business. But I could barely understand him when he called me about payment when the car got to its destination. He then sent me to his wife who was worse. The communications were just horrible. They speak very little English and it was very hard to communicate with them. It didn't affect the transport, but it affected the payment system. I don't know what their background is, but they're new to this country and their language is just not up to par. I finally understood enough to know what was going on, but they had to repeat and repeat and repeat, and they got disgusted with me and I got disgusted with them.

I shipped my Cybertruck from Dallas to Gig Harbor, Washington. The price was for only $1,200 so it was very reasonable. I learned that in the car shipping business, everybody's going to be the same. It's not like you can call around and get a better deal. It all depends on what time you book it, what's the date, the going rate and the demand. It's just who can get it done the quickest. I was leaving and SAKAEM could get it done quicker.

SAKAEM gave us a good quote for transporting a Grand Cherokee Jeep from Springfield, Missouri to Louisiana. Everything worked fine. They were really handy. The rep was very helpful. The driver who delivered the vehicle was very knowledgeable and helpful in getting the vehicle unloaded and into the proper place.

The overall experience with SAKEM was good. They served the purpose and everything went well. The driver was professional, very friendly, and he got the car delivered to me actually earlier than expected. I'm very happy and satisfied with the service that he provided.

I used them a couple of times for almost about a year because they were one of the first companies I came across and they took care of me. But I don't use them anymore because they were costing too much and they didn't wanna work with me after I gave them a lot of business. They were charging $200 over what the going rate from Houston to Austin was. It's three hours away and I know that lane. I know it goes for 400 bucks. They can't just charge 600 bucks without some kind of justification and they didn't even wanna talk about it. Their customer service is pretty good though and I would have kept using them if they had worked with me for a little bit.

SAKAEM was always communicative with us. Whenever we reached out, we were able to get them, so there were no problems there. It was our first time dealing with somebody, so we definitely didn't know how things went. We didn't have an expectation, but it was good enough for us to go back to SAKAEM the second time. I reached out to a rep, and he was straight up, gave us some solid numbers and information, and he was available.

Everything was good in my experience with SAKAEM. The quote was fair, too.

My girlfriend's car was in Pennsylvania and we had to haul that out. When the guy dropped my girlfriend's car off, it was way up there at the top and she was worried. The guy told her not to worry about it and that he would take good care of her car. He had done it a lot of times and it was okay like that. We watched him get the car down and it was neat. It put my girl at ease.

Dealing with customer service was fine. I used SAKAEM Logistics three times and I will most definitely recommend them.

I needed to transport my Genesis G90 and the problem was not so much the price but in choosing who and what was available. I just put in where the guy needed the car picked up and where I needed it brought to, and SAKAEM’s system automatically gave me a price. It was a decent quote but I wasn't too concerned about it. The crew picked up the vehicle from a dealer in Appleton, Wisconsin, and they delivered it to where I live here in Anderson, Indiana.

SAKAEM Logistics was great. The rep guided me between enclosed and not enclosed, and they worked with my schedule a week before. My guy was awesome too. He shipped two cars and a trailer for me from Florida to Pennsylvania, and he did it in less than two days. He crushed it. I can't say enough good things about the experience, and I wanna use SAKAEM Logistics again because I might need a Vespa, a little scooter, transported in the future.

SAKAEM was close to where I wanted the vehicle delivered, and they were reasonable. They did a great job, and I'd use them again. The quote was expensive, but all of them were.

SAKAEM Logistics transported a luxury vehicle for me. The quote was fair and they were careful, quick and efficient. The vehicle got there a bit earlier than what we expected and it was good.
