The process was straightforward, though I was initially hesitant about sending a deposit via an electronic payment. However, this concern was soon resolved as everything went smoothly thereafter. I utilized open transport, and while they didn’t mention an option for covered transport, the service met my needs perfectly. The representatives at SAKAEM were cordial and efficient.

Regarding pickup and delivery, the experience was hassle-free. The driver loaded the car onto the trailer efficiently, and needless to say, it arrived in Ohio within two days, just as promised. Overall, my rating for SAKAEM's services would certainly be high across the board, from the quality of service to the value for money they provided.

My experience with their customer service was great overall; they were always helpful and accommodating. I did face a minor issue while transferring from Baltimore to California. My bank information didn't update correctly since my setup wasn't complete, which delayed their payment until the next day. Although the situation was a bit stressful, they were understanding despite needing to move on to their next job.

The drivers were efficient, picking up the car swiftly and delivering it faster than expected—within three days instead of four. Their speed impressed us, as they arrived before we even got on the plane.

If I need such services again, I would choose SAKAEM Logistics without hesitation. My experience was positive, and I would rate them five stars.

The transport quality was good as well. The driver who transported my vehicle communicated effectively, though there was a small hiccup in confirming the delivery date as I spoke with a different person who wasn't aware of my transport. Eventually, they sorted it out, and the driver updated us on his arrival time, which went smoothly. Thankfully, my vehicle arrived in excellent condition.

One area for improvement would be better communication during the transport. A week-long transport period left us a bit anxious, and it would have been helpful to receive updates on the vehicle’s location. A simple text update would significantly ease the waiting process and provide peace of mind.

All in all, I'm satisfied with SAKAEM Logistics but feel they could slightly enhance their communication to make the customer experience even better.

Then, I believe that somehow, they drove the vehicle somewhere between location A and location B, because I had irregularities with the vehicle after. I had problems with the cruise control that had stopped working. I got the car serviced because it was supposed to make the trip before I decided to transport it. Then I started to have fuel issues shortly after I got the vehicle, which I didn't have those problems before. Other than that, the quote was okay but I was a little concerned about the different ways to pay off the actual courier. In the end, I did a Zelle and driver seemed like a good guy.

Updated on 09/02/2025: This was the best logistics team I’ve worked with. The supervisor reached out directly after the first carrier failed to contact me. She offered me a discount for my inconvenience (on top of the discount they emailed me on the front end), personally made calls to figure out a last-minute replacement, and followed up after. The second carrier was very communicative and got my car 800+ miles in one day. I cannot recommend this company enough.

Original: How can a logistics company be so disorganized? They sat on the order for weeks and kept reassuring me their orders are filled 1-2 days before shipping. Two days out, they kept saying this. One day out, they kept saying this. Magically, they claimed suddenly that they found a shipper for $100 more and processed the payment. They said I would be contacted the night before. Nothing. Then they said I would be contacted the morning of (so, the same morning of the shipping). Nothing. My flight, the move, everything has been booked for weeks. This has completely ruined my plans.

I was pleased with the pricing—it was much cheaper than what a tow truck would have cost me. The quote was accurate and gave me a good deal, considering it was my first time using such a service. When my vehicle arrived, it was in perfect condition, just as I had left it.

Overall, I'd recommend Sakaem Logistics to others.
