This business took $200 up front from me, but would never reliably schedule to pick up and transport a car for me. They neglected to communicate a pickup time and then attempted to subcontract the job to another driver with zero communication. Business stopped communicating or contacting me and I’ve opened a dispute with my credit card company because no services were rendered. I would NOT recommend this business to anyone interested in car transportation.

This is one of the best logistics companies for moving a vehicle that I have encountered. Very thorough, honest and their prices are very difficult to beat dollar for dollar and task for task. I highly recommend them.

This is an absolutely stand up company and are extremely honest. Even when my transport date kept changing, they were extremely understanding and sought to get me the best deal when my transport fell below the minimum distance they normally transport. I would highly recommend them above any other company and as a person who has custom vehicles transported enclosed, this is the best outfit by far.

This is by far one of the best groups to work with and as accommodating and honest as you shall find in the industry. Very helpful, unwilling to defraud a customer and explain everything in simple terms.

Updated on 09/02/2025: This was the best logistics team I’ve worked with. The supervisor reached out directly after the first carrier failed to contact me. She offered me a discount for my inconvenience (on top of the discount they emailed me on the front end), personally made calls to figure out a last-minute replacement, and followed up after. The second carrier was very communicative and got my car 800+ miles in one day. I cannot recommend this company enough.
Original: How can a logistics company be so disorganized? They sat on the order for weeks and kept reassuring me their orders are filled 1-2 days before shipping. Two days out, they kept saying this. One day out, they kept saying this. Magically, they claimed suddenly that they found a shipper for $100 more and processed the payment. They said I would be contacted the night before. Nothing. Then they said I would be contacted the morning of (so, the same morning of the shipping). Nothing. My flight, the move, everything has been booked for weeks. This has completely ruined my plans.

A mechanic said I blew my engine and so, I needed to get the truck home. I found SAKAEM on Google, and it was surely a lot cheaper than what a tow truck was gonna cost me. Setting up the transport was easy. I told them where my vehicle was, the driver picked it up and said he can deliver it to my house the next day. I didn’t even have to be there with them. He dropped it off just where I wanted to put it.
I don’t know what the limit is or if they do 100-mile trips, but I’ve told SAKAEM to somebody who could use them.

We were moving to another state. I saw SAKAEM online, and decided based on their reviews and price. From the coordinator to the driver, they were all good. The driver had a little bit of a language barrier, but we did okay. They got our car to where we needed it. We asked them to leave the key in a specific spot and he did and let us know.

SAKAEM Logistics did really well. We moved from Virginia to California and it was quick. The representative was good. They sound like they're very professional, and they know what they're doing. They gave me a time frame from the scheduled date of arrival, but it actually came the same day as we did. Our interaction with the driver was pretty good. He’s nice and was giving me updates on where he is. You can trust this company to send in vehicles for shipping. Their quote was very honest. I didn't get any additional other than what they quoted me for.
