I discovered them through a Google search and chose them primarily because their pricing was lower than other alternatives. Setting up the transport was smooth; the representative picked up my car and placed it on the trailer seamlessly.

Their pricing was the most competitive I found through a broker, which made them my choice. However, I did encounter some confusion with their customer service. On one occasion, one representative raised the price unexpectedly, but another representative was able to lower it for me without issue. This was the only complication I faced.

They were charging $200 over what the going rate from Houston to Austin was. It's three hours away and I know that lane. I know it goes for 400 bucks. They can't just charge 600 bucks without some kind of justification and they didn't even wanna talk about it. Their customer service is pretty good though and I would have kept using them if they had worked with me for a little bit.

Though the transport itself was seamless, with the car delivered as promised, the difficulties in understanding and being understood greatly diminished my overall satisfaction.

I decided to use their shipping service to transport my Grand Cherokee Jeep from Springfield, Missouri, back down to Louisiana. The price remained consistent from the initial quote, which was reassuring.

The driver was professional and friendly, managing to deliver my car earlier than expected, which was a pleasant surprise that highlighted their efficient service. Everything was handled perfectly. Overall, I'm very happy and satisfied with the service that he provided.

SAKAEM Logistics couldn’t get a truck at the price they quoted me and instead of 900, it was 1,200. But the service was good.
