When an issue arose with the thermostat, I was required to visit a preferred repair shop, which began the complications. I was informed that Omega would cover my rental car expenses, but ended up paying out of pocket since they only offered a reimbursement of $30 per day, which is far from covering rental costs nowadays. The hassle didn't stop there. Omega also delayed shipping the required parts to the service provider; they promised expedited overnight delivery, but I received them six days later. Managing different companies made the entire process even more complicated—one for part supply, another for approving the repairs, and the selling agent. This was not the service I signed up for and definitely not what I was led to believe from the start. There was also no direct communication from Omega regarding any attempts to rectify the situation with extras or discounts. Overall, if I had to rate my experience, I’d give it around two out of five stars. If improvement is to be made, it's essential that transparency prevails in customer communication and that services sold are the ones delivered.

My experience with Omega so far has been mixed. I had to file a claim once for a vehicle repair, and thankfully, the dealership handled the process, making it quite easy to manage. Omega Auto Care covered part of the costs, though not entirely—more than the deductible was left for us to pay. I wasn't informed why the entire amount wasn't covered, which was a bit disappointing.

While the claim process itself was straightforward, my satisfaction lies in the middle. Omega Auto Care's customer service has been fairly solid, deserving a commendable score. I also happened to use their app and found it user-friendly and responsive. However, the overall value I perceive from connecting with Omega could be better, although they are relatively satisfactory.

I had my car's thermostat repaired under my warranty with Omega Auto Care and the process was incredibly smooth. I own a Cadillac XT5, and I simply brought it to my shop, without needing to contact Omega Auto Care directly at all. This was my first experience filing a claim with them, and I was extremely satisfied that they handled everything without any hassle on my part.

I would wholeheartedly recommend Omega Auto Care to friends or family looking for reliable warranty service. As a matter of fact, I just got another one from them.

My overall satisfaction would definitely earn them a five-star rating. Their service quality, aligned with a customer-friendly process, is commendable. Their pricing seems competitive compared to other warranty providers, which I fully appreciate.

I have an RV policy with Viking Warranties, and they also broker for automotive coverage with Omega. My F-150 is covered under this policy.

I experienced easy claim processing when the moon roof track needed repairs just after winter. Although there was a delay of about three to four days due to scheduling issues, the process itself was smooth. Omega's inspector promptly approved the claim, but the dealership prolonged the process by inflating costs and hesitating on part orders, dragging the repair period to almost three weeks.

I found the actual claim filing quite straightforward. I provided my plan booklet to the dealer, who managed the rest with Omega. Despite the prolonged wait caused by the dealership's inefficiencies, the experience with Omega was satisfactory enough that I would rate them highly based on this claim.

Omega Auto Care's service is good. Recently, I submitted a claim because my sway bar went out. I took my vehicle to a new place because the old place closed, and the rep was very kind and said he was surprised that Omega covered as much as they did. Alongside the sway bar issue, I also had a tire problem and needed a new bearing.

I gave the service a top rating, and there's nothing specific I'd want to change about my experience right now. Overall, it was a positive encounter.

Stay away from. Difficult for them to resolved issues, long period of waiting. And then to cancel the membership Is a hazard. I wrote the letter of cancellation to the P.O. Box provided by the protection policy given to me when I opened the membership. 30 days later charged again. When I call first they told me plain and simple, "You are going to have to wait," then they told me that they have a new P.O. Box. Never informed that they changed their address. When you asked them about the charges made in the cc they could not provided me with an answer and told me to call another number. When I called the other number provided; they were off. No one was working Wednesday May 21. Super shady. Now I sent the letter to this new P.O. Box hopefully they will cancelled the membership.

DO NOT TRUST THEM!!! I was with them since 2023 with two (2) other parts fixed with no problem and now in 2025 they messed up my vin number so the right transmission part wasn't order. They (Omega) order the wrong part by the person they sent out to see my car, and didn't trust the shop I had my car to with the right vin number for the part. Had to rent a vehicle over the contract time because of their mess up. Now they don't want to pay the full days for the other days of the rental because of their mess. Had to get a rental vehicle twice so I could go to work on the job that I have been to since 1988. If they had not messed up my vin number and the delay/wrong part on my car it would have been fixed within the contract rental of 11 days. SHAME, SHAME, SHAME ON THEM!!!!

As a repair facility we give Omega our lowest possible review. Being in the repair industry for 45+ years I think I have the experience to give a true review on this company's attitude towards the auto repair business. In my opinion the warranty you pay sometimes for over $3500 usually added to your car loan should be there to help you when your car or truck needs repair. Instead they through the fine print on your contract due not cover the repair or if the repair it’s covered by contract they want to source inferior parts and control labor costs to the point the repair facility does not meet their profit margins that are required to meet their overhead costs and make a fair profit.

This causes the repair facility to either increase their labor rates and parts mark up on other jobs to cover/make up their losses on aftermarket warranties to stay in business. Much like the effect medical insurance has had on health care costs. Adding more people getting paid in the process of repairing cars or medical procedures just increases the cost of the services resulting in more average out of pocket expense.

I would give this company 0 stars if I could! I received a call on my cell phone 3/25 @ 9:37 am to sell me a warranty for my 2013 vehicle that has less than 100k miles. When I tried to told the representative that I was not interested he continued to talk about the warranty coverage. I tried to tell him I was at work and to add me to the no call list, he still proceeded to speak about the warranty. I requested his name, he refused. I then asked to speak to his supervisor, he still refused. The representative was rude, condescending, and distasteful when he began to make smart remarks. Prior to him hanging up on me, he stated for me to "continue to drive my 2013 vehicle" and to "get out of here". I would NEVER do business with a company that employs representatives like this, if this is how they speak to potential customers.

My claim with Omega for my 2018 Honda Accord was challenging. I had the worst experience ever. My car was shutting off randomly while driving, which was a major safety concern, especially with children on board. I took it to the dealer in December and the diagnosis process was incredibly frustrating.

Initially, the dealer couldn't locate my car. Once they did, they identified a potential head gasket issue and communicated this to Omega, who required further tear downs and diagnostics. This extended the repair duration unnecessarily, with inspectors delayed by the holiday season. The car was with the dealer from December 6th until after New Year's without resolution.

Communication between Omega and the dealership was poor, with each blaming the other for approvals and delays. The dealer informed me that I needed new injectors, but Omega did not approve this initially. After weeks of stagnation, I had to move my car to another dealership and undergo the whole process again for the injectors to be approved.

I had to rent a car during this time, costing about $800, of which Omega only reimbursed for five days, money I still haven't received. Overall, it was a stressful, drawn-out process with little support from Omega, leaving me extremely dissatisfied.

I was referred to Omega Auto Care by my credit union, Randolph Brooks Federal Credit Union in San Antonio, Texas. Signing up with Omega was straightforward, with friendly representatives who asked detailed questions to ensure accuracy.

I had a claim for a transmission assembly. While the process was somewhat slow because of communication delays with the dealership, Omega was diligent in staying in touch. The delay was partly due to the transmission being back-ordered and dealing with GM's known issues for that model. Ultimately, Omega sourced a comparable transmission, and the vehicle ran perfectly after repairs. I no longer own the vehicle, but it performed well post-repair.

I would rate my satisfaction with Omega as average. They met their responsibilities despite some delays. I referred my daughter to Omega, but she had a difficult experience with her dealership, which was less cooperative than mine.

Overall, Omega Auto Care did what they were supposed to do for me. They were professional. As long as you provide them with the necessary information promptly, the process should be smoother.

I had a previous warranty company that was a disappointment, so I decided to try Omega Auto Care for extended coverage. My experience with their claim process was alright. I had a cooling water pump issue because my vehicle was overheating and leaking. Omega did cover some of the costs for this issue, but not the whole thing. They said it was due to not having enough miles.

Overall, I'm not too satisfied as they only covered half of the amount. I wouldn't rate them more than a 2 out of 5. I want to believe they will cover everything they promised in the future, and then I'd consider recommending them. I got the extended coverage because you never know what could happen with cars or trucks.

Omega AutoCare contacted me while I was driving, pressing for immediate payment without providing written documentation upfront. I was informed that their system required them to call me, and I couldn't call them back, which added pressure to purchase on the spot. After two to three weeks, I received the booklet, which was not as promised. They assured me I could take my vehicle to certain dealerships, but when I did, the dealership didn't recognize Omega AutoCare's coverage.

Attempting to resolve the issue, Omega sent me to A&I, where my car was in the shop from early October until recently. The car was returned unrepaired, with persistent check engine lights. I paid $300 initially for the mechanic to inspect the engine before sending photos to Omega for approval. Once the car was fixed, I faced an unexpected $600 bill for additional work allegedly not covered by my plan. In total, I paid $1200 out-of-pocket, and Omega covered $1500 for labor, yet the car still misfires.

Furthermore, Omega's rental reimbursement offered only about $250, covering merely two days, which was inadequate during the prolonged repair period, prompting me to purchase another vehicle. Communication with Omega involved long wait times, and getting through their teleprompter system was cumbersome.

Upon reviewing the policy, it was limited to powertrain coverage, which contradicted the comprehensive coverage initially sold to me. I felt misled about what was covered. Overall, based on my experience, I would rate Omega AutoCare as a 1 or 2 out of 5. I advise others needing car coverage to thoroughly review and understand their plans before purchasing.

Though the process took some time due to their busy schedule, they communicated well and assured me that my claim was being processed.

When it comes to the customer service, they were excellent, earning a full 5 stars in my opinion. The pricing of the warranty felt fair enough for the coverage as well. As for their online platform, it felt a bit tricky to navigate, so I rated it a 3. Nevertheless, I'd recommend their service and believe they do their best to assist when claims arise.

I recently dealt with Omega Auto Care regarding my 2015 Impala LTZ, particularly for its HVAC system and compressor. Overall, the experience was decent, though there were a couple of surprises. I initially thought my deductible was $100, but I ended up paying more because Omega didn’t cover seals. Additionally, I had to wait a few days since they preferred using their parts, which had to be shipped.

When I had issues with the dealership's initial diagnosis, they kindly rechecked my car without charging again, which was a relief. However, I'm still hearing odd noises, but I can't afford to repeatedly diagnose the issue. Omega's customer service was commendable; they thoroughly explained what was and wasn't covered, which I appreciated.

Last year, I took my car to a dealership for a routine cleaning, which was covered under the warranty I had purchased. Unfortunately, after the service, my car wouldn't start and exhibited strange electrical issues. The dealership kept it for about 10 days, and while they initially speculated it might’ve been a battery issue, they also suspected water had seeped into the electrical components. Eventually, they replaced the battery, and the car was in working condition again.

However, a month later, I discovered my air conditioner wasn't functioning. It was too late for a return visit for repairs, but I hope to address it soon with my warranty. During the time the dealership had my car, I struggled to secure a loaner vehicle and had to push hard to get one, which was eventually covered at no extra cost to me.

Despite these challenges, Omega's support was satisfactory. Any difficulties were primarily with the dealership rather than Omega itself. Overall, I am pleased with Omega’s service, and I would rate my experience at 5 stars on a satisfaction scale.

While the initial repair was completed, I've been facing ongoing issues with my air conditioning and heater. Sometimes they work, sometimes they don't, which has been quite inconvenient. As a caregiver, I heavily rely on my car and can't afford the extra costs of a rental vehicle while sorting out these issues.

Omega Auto Care managed my claim and took care of the details, but there was some confusion surrounding the coverage for the rental vehicle during the repair process. They mentioned reimbursing me $30 a day for the rental, although I'm not entirely sure if that transpired as expected.

If I had to rate them, I'd give a 5-star for overall experience and customer service, and the same for the price. However, the coverage itself would be a different story due to the persisting issues with my car.

Despite these challenges, Omega Auto Care's responsiveness was a positive part of the experience. I hope they can resolve the ongoing issues with my vehicle soon.
