I wanted to make sure that my vehicle was good. Somebody from Omega called me and I signed up with them because of the stuff they told me. They said they were a huge company, and they made me think they were better than the rest. When I had a claim recently, they took care of it and there wasn't any issue. But the first one I had for the fuel pump was a headache. I had to go through a whole lot of loopholes to get it done. They wanted pictures, and they had to send the inspector. Then they had to send a second inspector out there.
The whole process took a little bit over three weeks and they got it done in the end, but during the process, it was almost like they didn't want to get it done. I started to let them go after that, but I decided to continue with them afterwards. Also, communicating with Omega was extremely difficult. When you call, there's a waiting period, then you got to go through three machines before you can get to talk to somebody. And then, when you talk to somebody, they send you somewhere else. So, you may have to wait about a hour just to get in contact with somebody.

Getting my car fixed is easier, quicker, and smoother than I thought it would be. Omega Auto Care’s claim process is fairly easy and the repair shop is always open when I go there. The driver’s side window would start rolling up and down by itself and they fixed it. It’s been wonderful.
Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We’re pleased to hear that Omega was able to address the issue with your driver’s side window promptly and efficiently. It’s great to know that the claim process was straightforward, the repair was completed smoothly, and our team provided attentive service throughout. It took about two weeks for everything to finalize and go through for my claim on the air compressor of my 2020 Chevy Silverado. But after that it was pretty easy. Right when it happened, I had to get it immediately repaired. And there were pretty much no rebuttals or denying me the help for the cost. The mechanic spoke with Omega. It's beneficial to have auto care coverage. Overall, it was a good experience. Pricing could be slightly better, but it's fair. It’s not breaking my pockets. I would recommend it.

We haven't had any problems with Omega every time we've had a problem with the truck. The claims process is easy. The dealership calls Omega, does all the back and forth, and we just pick up the truck. So everything Omega said they were gonna do, they do. The transmission went out and that was handled well. The axle was messed up, and the issue hasn’t been addressed, and we have to take the truck back. But that doesn't fall on Omega, that's on the dealership.
What’s so frustrating is we bought that truck brand new and the dealership told us it’s covered from front to back. Later on we were told that the stuff they said they’re covering had nothing to do with the repairs we've had. And we’re in awe of the problems we've had with this truck because it hasn’t even reached 100,000 miles and we’re having repairs at 50,000 miles. If we didn’t have Omega, we’d be in a lot of trouble ‘cause these repairs are very expensive at the dealership.
The only thing we don’t agree with Omega is they keep raising our premium even before our contract is up and they wouldn’t honor the current rate we’ve been paying for. And they say it’s because of the economy and unforeseen circumstances. If you set a contract, no matter what the economy is, you should stick to it. From this point, I feel Omega has failed us as a customer. Aside from that, we’re glad we have it ‘cause they’ve been good as far as covering expenses, and there hasn’t been any issues yet.
Thank you for your feedback. We’re pleased to hear that your claims experience with your 2019 Sierra, including the transmission repair, was smooth and that the coverage provided meaningful financial support.
Regarding your concerns about renewal pricing, as the administrator, Omega Auto Care does not sell contracts or set renewal terms. Each renewal is a new agreement established by the selling dealer or agent and may vary based on vehicle age, mileage, coverage, and other factors. We understand this can be frustrating and encourage reviewing renewal terms carefully with the seller.
We appreciate your balanced perspective and your recognition of the value our claims administration has provided.

They kept denying my claim for a 2018 Chevrolet Trax. My mechanic kept calling them and it took him a whole day, back and forth, sitting on the phone for hours. As far as calling the claims department, there was no way to get through to anybody. You're waiting on the line for like two hours, and then it hangs up. I thought it was a scam at first. I wanted my money back and I was about to dispute every one of the charges on my bank account. They were taking money out of my account every month and when I finally did a claim, I couldn't get it serviced. I was looking in the booklet and it was supposed to be totally covered so it shouldn't have been an issue.
I was getting nervous so I called Theo, the guy who sold me the extended warranty, to help me figure it out. He finally got the claim approved. I'm not that satisfied with the claim process but Theo told me that they were one of the number one places in the country and that it's very legit. He did all his job and convinced me to stay. But I hope that's the case 'cause I don't know what will happen if I have another claim that I need to file.
Thank you for your feedback. We regret the frustration and delays you experienced during the review of your thermostat claim and understand how disruptive the communication issues were.
From an administrative standpoint, claims are reviewed based on contract terms and the information provided by the repair facility, which can sometimes require additional clarification before approval. We appreciate your patience and confirm the repair was ultimately covered in accordance with the contract.

We got a bumper-to-bumper warranty from Omega for my wife’s car. The claim went fine but the dealership messed up and ordered the wrong transmission to start with. It took a long time to get it repaired–about four weeks. Now there's a new transmission on her car. Everything has been really easy to do and I highly recommend Omega.
Thank you for sharing your experience. We’re pleased to hear that your coverage selection has met your expectations and that the transmission claim was handled smoothly despite the dealership related delay.

Omega is a good extended warranty company to work with. I have no complaints. My car wouldn’t start so I had it towed to the dealership. I was told the starter had gone out, so I contacted Omega and they approved the work to be done. When I went to pick up my car, it still wouldn't start. They told me the battery needed to be replaced, but I opted that the car be jumpstarted.
I got home, turned the car off, went back 30 minutes later, and it wouldn't start again. And it was still making the very same noise when I brought it to the dealership, so I purchased a battery, replaced it, and the car started up. So, I don't believe there was ever anything wrong with the starter from the beginning. They just wanted me to purchase a starter from them, which cost a great deal more than the one Omega supplied. And when I looked at my invoice, all the information there was incorrect except for the VIN number. But the important thing is Omega came through. I have no complaints with Omega, and I would recommend them.

I get so many spam calls but I answered Omega, and they were convincing. It started at $140 and then kept coming down. I paid for it for close to two years and I had good results with it when the transmission started acting up. Mathews Nissan in Paris wanted to use used parts but Omega stood their ground and the new parts my transmission needed were put in. The dealership also gave me a brand-new Nissan Rogue to drive while my car was in the shop for close to three weeks.
When I finally got the car back and drove it, and the transmission wasn’t acting up anymore, it felt like a new car. That was 5,000 that Omega had to pay out, and it’s a good thing I had the extended warranty. I'm 72 and I don’t have anybody to take care of the car if something happens. I kept talking to somebody from Omega and she was helpful but later on, I couldn't even get to talk to her. The car hit a deer recently and I totaled the car. So, I called Omega. I asked if I could transfer the plan to my old pickup, but they said it was too old. I told them to cancel it.
Three weeks after I asked for cancellation, $143 came out of my account. Omega told me I’d need a whole new card. They asked for the serial number but the car was already in the wrecking yard. That whole day was awful, going back and forth trying to get my $143 back. Aside from them wanting the VIN, which I didn’t realize I had, my daughter had to tell me it was on my insurance card. I never even thought about that. I called the original Omega number I used when I first started the transmission claim, assuming it would connect me to a person. But it wasn’t even going to a live person at all, which was frustrating. People should look further before they stop at Omega and feel them out. don’t stop at the first one that calls, as I did.
Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We’re glad to hear that our team was able to assist with your transmission repairs and that the coverage was helpful during that time. We understand how frustrating the later billing concerns must have been, especially after your vehicle was declared a total loss.
To clarify an important point, Omega Auto Care serves as the administrator of the service contract and handles claims only. The seller of the contract retains full responsibility for cancellations and any associated billing adjustments. Because of this structure, our ability to process cancellations directly is limited, and delays can occur if the seller has not completed their part of the process.
That said, we never want a customer to feel unsupported. If you still need assistance ensuring the cancellation is properly reflected, or if you’d like us to help coordinate with the seller, we’re here to help.
We appreciate your feedback and the chance to address your concerns.

I've had Omega Auto Care for about three years and they're good. At first, I was fighting with them. I was having a problem because they didn't wanna cover the repair. I thought they would cover it. Something went out and I didn't take my car back to the dealership because it would seem like every time the dealership fixed it, I had to get a new motor or transmission. I had to tell Omega that either they cover it or give me my money back. Everything else went good. Our car is doing good now, but Omega said that I can't get any more insurance. I've had no problem with Omega taking the money out, but the rep thought I was committing fraud. That got me mad. I'm over 65 and I don't need to commit fraud. I don't do no one wrong because it comes back sooner or later. If I paid my money, I want my machine fixed.

Omega Auto Care took care of my transmission and paid for my oil changes, just like they said. The GMC certified dealer wanted to do it. Weeks went by, and I didn’t hear anything, so I called Omega. They said they haven't even sent an inspector yet and the guy was already demanding payment. I went to him and asked him, since that meant he was done with my truck, and he denied it. It took me over a month and a half to get my truck. That first week that I was without a vehicle, I got a rental. It was just for a week, but it cost me a lot of money. I signed up for service on 14 July 2025 and did not receive a policy until 7 Oct 2025. In between time I called them on the 7th of Aug after they had charged my credit card. I told them when I signed up that I needed a policy # and billing address so I could set up autopay through my account and not to charge my card any more. I still did not receive a policy so I called to cancel my policy on the 7th of Aug because it has not been a month and was due a full refund. Of my 2 payments.
Never received a payment and on the 5th of Sept they charged my card again, now I have talked to customer service 3 times and told them to cancel my policy. Still no refund. Then when I called on the 1st of Oct 2025 they told me that I had to do it in writing and I received the policy in the mail on the 6th of Oct and called again and Roger the manager told me no refund, so they just took my money from me. And if I had a claim I still did not have any proof of insurance from them. So they just took my money and no service of any type or proof of service!!
Thank you for sharing your experience. We understand how frustrating it can be when expectations around documentation, billing, and cancellation are not met, and we appreciate the opportunity to clarify the situation.
Omega Auto Care is the administrator of the service contract, which means our role is limited to handling claims once. The seller of the contract is solely responsible for all cancellations, refunds, billing adjustments, and delivery of contract documents. Because of this structure, we cannot process cancellations or issue refunds directly.
We are sorry to hear that you did not receive your contract materials in a timely manner and that you experienced multiple unexpected charges while attempting to cancel through the seller. While we cannot override the seller’s policies or actions, we are always willing to assist by providing guidance and helping coordinate communication when possible.
We appreciate your feedback and regret that your experience did not meet expectations.

I signed up with Omega when my factory warranty expired. I made my payments, and nothing is ever a problem until there is a problem. When the transmission went out on my car, the process to get it repaired was inconvenient. The dealership I went to had to contact Omega with the estimate for the repair and parts. My repair person later told me that Omega does not use factory parts, which is usually why dealerships do not take these warranty jobs. I had to wait for the parts to come from Omega, and I was not told where they came from or whether they were new or used, which I did not like.
I was without my car for several weeks while waiting for repairs, and Omega only paid for a rental car for two days. During that time, I had to find alternative ways to get to work while also handling funeral arrangements after my mom passed. Because of this experience, I might look for something else when my warranty is up. I pay on time, and when I find that I need to use the service, I need it to be there on the spot, the way I have been with my payment, and to not have to go through a whole lot of hassle in order to use the benefits that I paid for.
