The Montway rep I worked with was knowledgeable and clear in their communication. I opted for open transport for my vehicle, and the quote I received was competitive with other transporters.
The transport was from California to New Hampshire. The delivery went smoothly. The vehicle had a dead battery upon arrival, but the driver accommodated my request to reschedule the drop-off point, which made the process easier. Despite a minor hitch with the vehicle's battery, the overall delivery was satisfactory.
One area for improvement is their online tracking system, which was not up-to-date, making it difficult to follow the vehicle's status. However, phone support was responsive and provided timely updates.
I would recommend Montway Auto Transport for their reasonable pricing and reliable service.

Most deceptive company I've ever dealt with! Lies, price increases, (2), delays, kept my deposit though they never did anything other than string me along. I am surprised their deceptive business practices haven't shut them down. Bait and switch is the worst I have ever seen! The whole company is a scam.

Driver was on time and kept us up to date during the trip transportation. The delivery was damage-free, no scratches or dings. Will use this service again and have used them for the last 5 years. Happy with the service. Website was easy to use while making the reservations. Price has become cheaper, too.

I went with Montway Auto Transport to move our vehicles because they promised the quickest service. The pickup and delivery process was indeed smooth and the driver did a commendable job. However, I found the pricing to be excessively high, as it cost over $4000 to transport two cars. A concerning experience was receiving a suspicious call asking for payment through Zelle just hours before delivery. This was alarming and felt like a major red flag. In the end, while the service was efficient, the cost and the unsettling phone call made the experience less than ideal. I would advise others to explore alternatives before making a decision.

Horrible, they promised my car delivered by 1/1/26, then my car, the driver and customer service disappeared. Fortunately I placed an AirTag in the car so I could see it was making its way to Florida two days late. I should have known when they picked up the car 4 hours late, almost midnight 25 degrees and the guys trailer lights were not working. I screwed with them for an hour before leaving with one light out. Can't recommend, find a neighborhood kid and throw him a few bucks that deal with these clowns. They will promise you everything, once they get your CC number all commitments disappear and you're at the mercy of the third party driver and Montway blames the driver and assumes no responsibility for delivery. "We are just a broker" is the line you'll get.

Montway was one of the very few shipping companies that provided a price quote that was the same as the actual finish price. Certainly, many in the business will almost offer to pay you for the shipping, but on the day of pick up, it's a different story and a completely different price. Most feel caught, and pay the much higher price. Nice to have a company that stands by their quote, rare in this industry.

My car arrived around 8 AM the day it was supposed to be here. The driver has been doing it for 19 years. Was a very professional and had a great personality! It came on a one car open carrier from Houston to Santa Fe. I would definitely recommend this company but we all know it’s about who they use to send the car.
