I talked to (Jerry **), and the senior Vice President (Erick Fettingis).. They both seemed very honest and was very informative about what kind of policy I was getting.. They thoroughly went through all the details... Jerry put me in good hands with good coverage.. I Was iffy at first but they made feel comfortable about what I was getting... I think Chaiz is very good so I'm going to keep my policy.. They have very affordable rates for your vehicle.. I was honestly just shopping around for extended warranties and getting quotes for my vehicle.. I have had bad experiences with previous warranty companies and alot of them did not have alot to offer I guess because the high mileage on my vehicle.. Some didn't even want to cover certain components on my vehicle.. Chaiz had everything I was pretty much looking for.. I'm quite satisfied

Called in to talk to a real person. Eric ** was willing to answer all my questions and suggested a few other options to think about when purchasing my coverage. CHAIZ website is very user-friendly something you can do on your own if you want to go that route. It’s month-to-month, you can cancel at any time as well. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for some extra coverage on your vehicle.

I just met Erick **, but it honestly felt like I’ve known him forever. From the very beginning, he made my experience amazing, super welcoming, easy to talk to, and we were laughing the whole time. Very easy to apply, very affordable. Having extra coverage on your vehicle is a plus. The deductible was also affordable. Definitely will help in the long run. I just happened to find them by searching.

If I could put zero stars I would. We bought a policy through Chaiz and when the car need repaired the first time no issues. Now that we need to get a repair we were told that they only cover the JP power amount of the car. So we paid almost 3 grand for a policy for it to only cover 1300? Make that make sense. The policy we got even covers gaskets and seals. Well that alone would be more to than the JP power value to get fixed. Such a waste. Now my car won't get fixed and I'm out of money. Don't pay a policy with them if you have an older car.

Very easy to set up and get comfortable with the app, they have many different options ranging from very affordable to not. They work very well with you. 10/10 recommend!! If you have been struggling to find a good insurance without breaking your bank this is it. Thank you Chaiz!

The platform's ease of use is effortless if you know where to find standard information about your vehicles. You populate the information regarding your vehicle, and the system will provide you with the options for which your car qualifies. I haven’t purchased an aftermarket warranty in 8 years. The price has gone up, and the $1500-$3000 extended warranties you would typically add to your financing option at the dealership no longer exist. The average warranty for a car with 50k-100k is $3000-$5000 depending on the year, make and model, and mileage. Chaiz offered several companies to compare, and the prices ranged from $2200 to $5000. The great thing is that you can set this up on autopay via credit card or banking info. The convenience alone is a huge plus.

My buying experience with Chaiz was very positive. They various plans and I found one right for me. Determining what is covered is also very easy. So I appreciated not having a lot of red tape to go through. I appreciated the ease of the experience.

Chaiz is a highly innovative and unique online extended warranty company that truly offers the customer a variety of flexible vehicle coverages at different price points, allowing the customer to really hone in on the specific coverages that they need for their vehicle (as well as for how long they need it for) while not overpaying for things that aren’t needed like many of their competitors. I also found their website to be very user friendly, quite easy to navigate, and most importantly, their pricing to be quite competitive relative to their competition.
