For context, new Audis come with a solid four-year/50,000-mile bumper-to-bumper warranty from the factory and no separate powertrain warranty (the parts in your powertrain are included in your bumper-to-bumper coverage). How to make a claim with Audi’s CPO warranty
If you notice an issue with your CPO Audi, you can either take the vehicle to an authorized Audi dealership or have it towed using Audi Roadside Assistance. It’s important to take your Audi into a dealer as soon as you notice the defect. The Audi dealer should be able to check whether the repair will be covered under the CPO warranty when you arrive.
