After agreeing on a fair price to transport my son's truck from Southern California to Northern New York, Ali communicated with and helped me through the entire processes. She followed on pickup and delivery once it arrived. Once picked up in So Cal, the truck was on my son's hands in New York.

My agent (and colleagues) were great. They responded personally to all of my inquiries and concerns, and found me a reasonably priced driver. My only complaint is from the actually driving company. When the car arrived, it was pretty dirty (as expected yes), but he was clearly in a rush to do the inspection. I didn't see immediate scratches, but it turns out it was because it was so dusty that I couldn't see some scuff marks on my back, and scratches on the top. It's unfortunate, but I don't blame Amerifreight for this. I will be buffing the scratches myself to avoid further complications.

One call on the 15th, driving my car on the 20th. Shipped all the way from GA to CA 2300 miles with not a scratch. Great company.

I had never shipped a car before and Amerifreight helped to explain the ins and outs of this process. It isn't as simple as calling a company to come pick it up and then drop it off. Graham at Amerifreight was helpful in explaining that. Amerifreight was always helpful in connecting me with the actual carrier if they couldn't answer themselves. My only negative comment is that you shouldn't get your hopes up with a specified delivery date. That window they give you pushed to the very end for me and I wouldn't have known that if I didn't contact the carrier daily towards the end of the process.

We needed to get our pickup truck from Santa Fe, New Mexico to Southern Florida. We called Amerifreight, they got us a prompt quote, our vehicle was picked up then delivered as promised. Easy!

The delivery service provided by the company is decent. The process of looking up for a carrier may cause some extra time, but when it scheduled, everything comes smoothly. The drivers are professional and deliver my car in really time period. Overall, I satisfied on the shipping service.

As I was shifting from New Jersey to Michigan I was looking to transport my car. Problem was that I was on a strict timeline as I was leaving the state in 5 days. After talking to multiple vendors, I understood that the companies hold no guarantee as to when the car will be picked up (between 1-15 days) and I was really worried about the shipment. What's great with Lecia from AmeriFreight was that she took on the responsibility of looking into the probability of a towing company who can help me during this time and came back to me within a prospective solution. My car got picked up in two days time and was delivered the next day. The condition of the car is exactly the same. Both Lecia and the person from the towing company were very courteous and had provided me with a great service. What I really felt best about Lecia was that she went out of her away to help me with this crunch timeline. Not only will I be going with Amerifreight next time round but will definitely recommend it to others for their vehicle transportation.

After quite a bit of online research, I went with AmeriFreight to arrange to ship my daughter's car from Northern New Jersey to Ft. Collins, Colorado. While we needed to increase slightly the original bid estimate to get a trucker within the window we wanted, the increase was small and the total cost was competitive with other online bid estimates I'd received. The key for me was the highly responsive service that I received from Ali **. She gave me a detailed run-down on what I should expect in the process and was always available when I had any questions and to give me updates on pick-up and delivery. She warned me that we might not get bids until we approached the availability date so I wouldn't get too concerned and sure enough, everything happened just as she indicated it would. Most important of all the trucker picked up the car on the day he said he would and arrived in Ft. Collins three days earlier than the estimate, to the delight of my daughter. Were I to ship a car again - I would not hesitate to use AmeriFreight again.

Buying my car in California and getting it to Nebraska was difficult & stressful and Jeff ** with AmeriFreight was invaluable in getting my car home. We worked through the issues of the dealership messing up the first load out, the holidays, and finally having to relocate the destination drop-off to a more populated area. I was so happy to finally get the car home & being inexperienced with automobile transportation that I initially missed damage under the car where it must have hung up. I am very upset & I'm hoping that TFI will step up & make this right on their own accord. I wouldn't blame Jeff & AmeriFreight at all as Corvette are low & long but I'm sure the TFI drivers were fully aware of what they did. If I can, I will update on how this turns out.

AmeriFreight representative easy to contact, very respectful and estimate was only $5 less than actual contract offered by trucking company. There was a delay of 2 days for estimated arrival due to truck breaking down, but AmeriFreight kept in constant communication with trucking company for updates and kept me informed.

I'm happy I used Ameri Freight to transport my car form Norristown, PA to Irvine, CA. It was delivered within the promised timelines and in good condition. Only thing is AmeriFreight said it was door to door service, but on the other hand the driver asked me to bring the car to some place near my home and also while delivery of the car at the destination, he asked me to come to some place near my place - so in the process I faced a little challenge there. That was the only issue - otherwise the service was good and reliable and the vehicle was delivered in good condition. I recommend Ameri Freight to others.

I could not be more pleased with this entire transaction. We needed to ship a dually truck from California to Kansas. From the first phone call to the delivery of the truck was flawless. I appreciate the fact that each person involved was professional. The driver of the transport vehicle treated the vehicle as if it were his own. These guys were as good as their word. Picked up my car in NC exactly when promised and delivered it to Florida the next day, again, as promised. The driver kept in touch with me by cell and text throughout the delivery. Everyone was polite and made this an easy transaction. I worked with Ali at AmeriFreight to ship a car from LA to St. Louis. She was upfront that the pick-up time is not guaranteed, under the economy shipping method. I was quoted an estimate of 1-15 days for a carrier to be assigned, after contract signing. Having shipped cars several times before, pickup and deliveries, were a nightmare. My experience with AmeriFreight exceeded my expectations. First, I was assigned a carrier in less than 30 minutes after signing the contract. The carrier contacted me within 12 hours stating they could pickup the car.

I had a good experience with AmeriFreight. The vehicle was delivered with no damage on time. Dispatcher was very responsible for taking care of the order from start to end. The overall service was fairly satisfying. Due to the holiday season and limited vacation time, I got the quote for the 5 to 10 days rush delivery which was little more than I would've paid for the regular order. However, that doesn't mean 5-10 days' guaranteed so I don't recommend ordering 5 to 10 days rush delivery because you might end up paying extra few hundred if the truck driver wouldn't go to certain area to pick up your vehicle.

This was my first time shipping a vehicle. Due to unforeseen circumstances, I also only had one day notice to ship the car. I spoke with Lecia at AmeriFreight, and she was great from the beginning. Within a couple of hours, Lecia found a hauler to meet my requirements. Several hours later I received a call from Philly Express Group confirming the specifics, and I was given the name and telephone number of the driver. Shortly after, I spoke to the driver (Tengo), and all was set. The next day, the truck arrived at my office as planned. Tengo carefully loaded my car onto the truck and gave me an estimated date when the car would be delivered. On the third day, I called Tengo for a status report. He answered, gave me a status and told me when to expect the car. Two days later, the car arrived as promised and was delivered exactly where I asked. Tengo carefully unloaded the car in less than 10 minutes, and we were done. Lecia and AmeriFreight were great, and Philly Express and Tengo safely transported my car on my schedule. I would definitely use AmeriFreight again.

Overall is ok. Car reaches destination without any incident and fast from picking up and delivery. However, I have to pay an additional amount to what were estimated and it was before lacking of drivers in the area!

We were transferred from Vancouver, Washington to Williston, North Dakota and we needed to have the car with us. We had to be there before we could drive there. We were fine with them and the service was terrific. The customer service representative was good. However, we had a little issue - the car did not arrive on time. The transport people didn't quite know where they were going. But they did get here, and we did get the car, and it was fine. It was just a day late and there were some communication issues. I think their truck broke down. But overall, AmeriFreight kept us informed and we were very happy with their service.

Recently, I had two cars transported from East to West coasts. I had a number of solicitations responding to my internet inquiries but selected Amerifreight because of positive ratings and the personable service I received from their sales rep Lecia **.

We were quoted a price of $1,050 and lead to believe that we would have our car picked up by the 18th. We were leaving on vacation so the dates were important. On the 18th we still did not have a carrier, we up the price by $200 with still no luck. Finally on the 24th we were offered a contract for $1,500. The car was picked up on New Years eve at 7:30 PM with several additional days of delay and lots of heart burn on our side finding someone to organize the pick up for us as we had left on vacation. Once the car was picked up the rest went smooth, the car was delivered on the day, however it was delivered at 10:30 at night. The car was delivered without any damage or issues. Josh from AmeriFreight is not the easiest person to get in touch with, although he did return phone calls after a time, he would not respond to emails, I am not sure they were actually routed to him and not a company mailbox. The car made it intact. It was frustrating to be lead to believe one price was going to work and then have to increase it by 50% to get it shipped.

I've shipped vehicles cross-country before, and it has always been very stressful and inconvenient. Josh ** and Amerifreight have been by far the easiest to work with and most thorough organization I've worked with so far. I felt I knew the status of my two orders, pricing was upfront and honest, and always had an idea of where my vehicles were and their arrival dates. But a week later, my carrier backed out. I called Graham and he worked so hard to find another carrier the next day. My car had been shipped to San Antonio very smoothly. This is the 2nd time I used AmeriFreight to ship my car. I also recommended their service to a friend and he's happy with that too. I would definitely use their service again in the future.

There are a great many concerns I had when attempting to have my vehicle transported over thousand miles. First, based on investigative reporters, it is a industry wrought with con artist, and bait and switch schemes. Could any of these companies be trusted? I found AmeriFreight online and read some great reviews on independent websites. Not sure if I could believe the reviews, I decided to give them a try. Spoiler alert, the experience was awesome!! From the very first telephone call with Ali, the experience was smooth. The best thing she did was assure me that everything was professional and aboveboard. The entire process was explained to me, which was simple: she gives me a quote, when a driver takes the order, she calls me to confirm pickup, vehicle was picked up, vehicle was delivered. They also provided me with my drivers cell number, and he and I communicated as well. Great experience, and any vehicle transports I have in the future, AmeriFreight is the ONLY company I will use.

After searching multiple sites, I finally came across AmeriFreight. Most of the other companies would charge a lot when it came to shipping my car with a low feedback score (Texas to Virginia). With Lecia, I told her the price I wanted and within days had the price I was looking for. In fact, Lecia found a driver that had 100% rating. I chose AmeriFreight for a couple of things. When you put your name in, you get your stuff in, you give money and people try to contact you. I had spoken to somebody previously but they had contacted me and the person that I spoke to originally was very, very helpful and then I went online-- when I first put in for the bid, I wasn't ready to ship. I was just trying to gather information because I never did it before. When I was ready to actually set up a date and a time, I had kept them in mind and when I went online to see other people's reviews and all and they had recommended a lot of their broker person. I used one that a lot of people had a good experience with and he was wonderful and answered all my questions, talked me through it, reassured me that he would be able to follow the car or get in touch with the driver at any time.

I originally booked with a separate company that took my order and never followed up with me a full 24 hours after. After feeling thoroughly sketched out and reading numerous awful reviews, I contacted Allie who was nothing but helpful and found a shipper the same day. She communicated with me throughout and the shipping company, Unified, also was very helpful and communicated well during the process (the guy who helped me was Manny and was helpful every time I called). It was a couple days later when I received the car then originally planned, but there was inclement weather in the Midwest when shipping and it was the holiday season (Christmas and New Year's) so no hard feelings at all. I would absolutely go with them again in the future.

My experience with Amerifreight was fine; I didn't have any complaints. Dealing with the local carrier was a little bit more difficult - they were hard to get in touch with, they never gave me a final delivery date, and they ended up calling me on a holiday telling me they would be delivering the car in an hour (expecting someone to be there with cash on hand). Aside from that I didn't have any problems.

This was great because I had 3 days worth of driving, and I made it home for Christmas. The car arrived within 2 days in great condition. Quicker than I could drive my other vehicle.

I called AmeriFrieght, got a quote (which was the lowest of all I had checked) and since the reviews I had read were good, I decided to go ahead with it. Everything was pretty simple. After placing an order, I was sent a checklist to select my options and I was set. My car was picked up a few days later and I received it in 5 days or so. My only complaint would be that communication through phone was a little bit of a hassle - I was told that my call would be returned but it wasn't, and that happened twice. Apart from that, I'm happy I chose AmeriFreight and I recommend that others look it up too.

I bought an older car in California and needed to have it shipped to Virginia. AmeriFreight was recommended to me by the selling unit. The free quote given was fair. There was very minimal interaction with the transport organizer and the carrier driver. We had one issue that needed to be addressed but that was alright.

Transported 2 vehicles from California to Texas. Called multiple services, but AmeriFreight was able to meet our needs easily, and with little hassle. Very straightforward transaction. Vehicle pick-up and arrival went smoothly. Would recommend.

Used AmeriFreight to ship from CA to a rural location in WA. The initial contract and bid placement was very smooth. The estimate was under priced and no bids were received for about 10 days at the quoted $695 (including commission). During that period, communication with AmeriFreight was infrequent but satisfactory. A counter bid came in for $975 in which I accepted since I needed to get the car moved. Overall, experience was ok, but could have been better if AmeriFreight estimated the final cost more accurately. Excluding commission, shipping cost was off by 50%.

The quote given to me was lower than some of the other carriers that I had shopped to. The transport organizer was very nice and was always available when I called him.

The services provided were satisfactory. The price was the big draw for me to choose AmeriFreight. In retrospect, I received frequent phone calls informing me that the order was being worked on. While it was good to know that my order wasn't forgotten, these phone calls would have served a purpose if we quickly reviewed the order. For example, I actually had a change in my availability dates, but didn't realize I hadn't communicated that to AmeriFreight. Rather than "we're working hard on your order," we could have double checked that there were no changes to the order. While AmeriFreight isn't responsible for the carrier, when I realized that I had to negotiate with them on the pickup date, I asked AmeriFreight how I should approach it. What I was looking for was help from someone who deals with carriers daily vs. me (who has never worked with them). Instead, it was clear to me that their work was done and I was told "they'll over promise and under deliver." While the exchange was professional and I had no issues working with the folks there, I could have used a little more help. Overall, I would consider using AmeriFreight again, but I'd be more upfront with my two critiques with my agent so that we were on the same page.

This is the first time we ever had vehicles shipped to anywhere. We had 2 vehicles shipped from New England to North Carolina. I found the experience with AmeriFreight to be an excellent one. Ali was assigned to our shipment, and we found her to be extremely conscientious, professional, and courteous. She also stayed in contact with us to follow through while the shipment was in transit. I was unhappy with the carrier that was assigned to me as the driver did not want to pick up or drop off at my specified locations, which made it especially difficult to coordinate as I could not be there for the pick up. Also, for the drop off, I was in a dark parking lot across town with $1K cash waiting for my car to arrive, only to be told he couldn't make it to that lot and could I meet him on the side of the road 1/2 mile away. I've never shipped a car across the country... In all honesty I had a great deal of anxiety surrounding my decision to ship the car instead of driving it. It’s a classic BMW and has great sentimental value, so naturally I was fretting about shipping it. I did some research online, read reviews and finally decided on using AmeriFreight. I emailed Ali (presumably Allison), she responded within the hour and even called due to the time line I put forth. Ali was amazing, she got me on the board right away, was honest, communicated everything in full, walked me through the process and was very, very professional. Once I was placed with a transporter, the driver called and set up pick up, he showed up on time and kept me updated on delivery ETA. The driver was a great guy, super professional, took very good care of my vehicle. Thus I'm apt to recommend them to anyone who has future plans to ship/transport a vehicle across the country.

The contact I spoke with on the phone was very helpful in arranging the move and it was scheduled rather quickly. My car arrived without damage and the retrieval was smooth. I didn't have concern that my car wasn't in good hands. My biggest criticism was difficulty with communication on arranging the receipt of my vehicle. This was complicated by a large snowstorm that the truck had to drive through; however better communication could have made it easier to plan our day.

We first went to the internet to solicit bids for the transport of our cars. In response, we received a large number of bids from both carriers and brokers. We received e-mail and telephone responses that provided us with a bewildering number of bids, promises regarding our pick-up and delivery criteria and warnings of disreputable practices and firms. We had a car shipped to our son in Seattle from Indiana and it arrived where it needed to be. We were satisfied with the result. If you want a perfect experience you have absolute control over, drive the car yourself. There are too many moving parts to this type of endeavor for things not to go wrong. Even though he was a few hours late and I no longer had someone to take me to the meeting point, he drove the car to my house and I drove him back to the truck so it worked out great. I was happy and relieved when I saw my motorcycle delivered to our new destination in California having left New York. Amerifreight's equipment for hauling was in good shape and their drivers were very conscious of securing and treating the equipment properly and carefully. I would use them again.

I spent quite a bit of time researching transport companies. I was getting worried after reading so many horror stories. I then googled "top auto transport companies" and there were a few websites listing their top 100's. I noticed that one company might be #1 on one list and #40 on another. AmeriFreight, however, was the only company consistently in the top 5. I decided to hire them and was assigned to Ali**. Ali obtained me as a client at a time when my work schedule was ridiculous and I could not be by my phone much. There were several issues that arose (all my fault) and she immediately contacted me and made me aware of the issues at hand.

Josh was always friendly and available. I know he worked hard for us. We shipped two vehicles. On the first vehicle there were no issues and everything went smoothly. Our contact Josh had trouble finding a shipper for the mini-van. I asked him on at least two occasions if we should raise the price, he assured me the price was fair. I know he worked hard trying to find a shipper to Phoenix, but it didn't work out. We had to rent a vehicle from Phoenix to CA. By the time he found a shipper for us to CA, the shipper wanted a pretty big increase in price and at that point we were desperate and agreed to the huge price increase. I wish we had gone with a slightly higher price from the get go, so we weren't in desperation mode at the end of it all.
