Great experience. Graham walked me through the entire thing. I never felt worried about the transaction at any point. The driver was great. Answered my calls, returned calls and was overall very professional. Thanks again for a great moving experience.

To be honest, AmeriFreight was pretty good with me. It took them a week at first to find me a trucker because I was in a low budget and the guy from Amerifreight tried hard to find a trucker within my budget. But it was impossible. Nevertheless he never lied to me about the price when they had to make the price a little higher. Once they found me a trucker, the car was delivered from Pennsylvania to Miami in three days. I bought the car from Pennsylvania and I've just moved to Miami, and I needed the car shipped as soon as possible for school. Amerifreight delivered earlier than what they told me so that was good.

When I needed a vehicle shipped from Fort Worth, Texas to Newport News, Virginia, the broker that I went to directed me to AmeriFreight. They then picked up the vehicle and delivered it to me on time at a real good rate. They got the job done, and everything worked well. It was great.

I used AmeriFreight to bid on auto shipping for a 62 power wagon I purchased in Arizona. Graham gave me a price quote and then thoroughly explained how the bidding process would work. Within 3 days, he had a company willing to pick up that night at the minimum bid! 6 days later (one day faster than advertised), my truck arrived in great shape! Fantastic experience, highly recommended!

First time moving car from California to Michigan. Did my research and then some and found this company. Spoke to Graham a few times before confirming the move. He was professional and accessible which made me feel confident. Car was a day late for pick up which wasn't a problem and arrived on time without a hitch. Very professional and I will use AmeriFreight in the future. Car is a convertible and had was fine at pick up.

AmeriFreight was lower priced compared to others. We felt that we did get the best price. The rep was very helpful and he got back to me quickly, which is good. Since we weren't on a super tight time schedule, we had the flexibility to wait until we got the best driver so it worked out for us. The crew during delivery day were also great. They were nice and it worked out really well. We're happy and satisfied.

AmeriFreight perfectly shipped my car. The entire process took 1 week, and it was a smooth transfer and went great. They avoided getting scratches on the BMW. During the shipping, I was out of the country so I asked my friend to do that. I’d wait for the person’s email and I can see what was going on or the exact steps like how to load my car. It was a good experience for shipping my precious vehicle. It was my first time and I’m totally satisfied so I’ll recommend it to anybody who wants to use the shipping vehicle service.

We needed to ship a car from Connecticut to Idaho. We received three quotes and AmeriFreight was the least expensive. AmeriFreight's Lecia was very professional and responsive to our questions. She worked hard to find a trucking firm which could ship our car from New England to the northwest in February. Eventually we accepted a higher quote, but not higher than the other two quotes, in order to ship the car. The shipper, Motion Auto of Seattle (not Motion Express a different company) transported the car in a week and it arrived in Idaho with no damage. The pickup and delivery drivers were professional and courteous.

I took another job and moved across the country, and I moved two vehicles with Amerifreight as they were the one recommended by a friend. The way that they handled things when they gave the quote was really nice. I paid a little bit upfront and then the rest was payable on delivery which made it really nice for being in between jobs. I'm a pre-planner so we scheduled it a couple of months ahead of time. George handled both moves and he was fantastic, prompt, and very much on top of everything. Their carrier drivers were also very polite and very much willing to work with whatever situation in the pick up and especially in delivery because we were trying to figure out where things were gonna get dropped off. They were very flexible in working around things and enabling things to happen. I would recommend Amerifreight. They were good all the way around.

The lady that I talked to from AmeriFreight was a really good communicator. She followed up, gave a good price, and everything happened as she said it would. The whole process took about two months and overall, we were very pleased.

Everything worked out well with AmeriFreight and everybody there was great. I'm in the military and I move often so I needed to transfer my car. AmeriFreight delivered my vehicle to my house on time and the whole process took less than a week. It was excellent, and good customer service and results. They have done everything they stated they were going to do.

In a bidding situation, it isn't so much as maximum luxury or close-versus-open containers or things like that. It's about the budget and what we have. And Amerifreight has always consistently been the lowest bidder. I'm also comfortable dealing with them. I just call Lecia from Amerifreight by cellphone and tell her what I need, where it's going, and the budget. She's knowledgeable, friendly, gets the job done, and helps when she can.

Had my truck shipped from Oregon to North Carolina. It took a little longer and cost a little more than the estimate. It seems to be a lot of guesswork being a broker. I won't hold it against AmeriFreight. Once my truck was pick up, I received it on time based on the driver's eta.

I bought a house and needed my car out here. One of my co-workers told me about AmeriFreight because they had shipped her nephew’s car to him when he was in the service. The transport organizer was very kind and helpful. My mom and daughter dropped the car off to the carrier driver in North Carolina and they said that he was so kind because it was raining outside and he would not leave them until somebody came to pick them up. I appreciated it so much. Overall, it was a very good experience all the way through. It was efficient and fast, and they were very helpful. I’d probably ship another car over here.

Shipped my car to Portland, OR from Punta Gorda, FL. Very timely shipping, took about 10 days. Car looked like it was buried in the desert when I got it though, lol, nothing a quick rinse couldn't fix.

Everything went well. The car was delivered a couple of days later than when projected but I was kept informed of what was going on.

Our broker was Graham and he was very helpful and informative on setting up and getting the process started to ship our son's new car across the US. We started on the low end and eventually pushed the price up. From the date that we had a carrier, it only took 6 days to get from SC to Washington State.

I was very impressed with the efficiency and speed of AmeriFreight's service. My shipment was from the south to north in the middle of winter, yet they had a carrier for me within 30 minutes of my call and delivered the car in a snow storm three days later. The thing that was most attractive is they came to me with a schedule and when they could pick up, whereas other carriers took down my information and said that they would call back when something became available. AmeriFreight had something available. They said "Hey, if you want it, this is when it is" and they just made it happen. Everything was fine also with the transport organizer which was via the phone and email. I was never at the pickup or drop-off location. I had friends help me out with that.

Pros - Fairly responsive rep, decent price. Cons - Felt high-balled (after balking at first 2 very high offers, was called back with a lower offer within 5 minutes). Process was not clear regarding when payment would be made. Car was delivered outside (past) estimated window.

I had purchased a vehicle out of state and needed it shipped to the state that I currently live in. AmeriFreight had really good reviews and I got a good quote from them that seemed comparable. I thought it was an appropriate quote. It seemed like they would really be there to help us, the customer, out. After receiving the quote, in thirty minutes, I called back and had it set up. It went really well with the guy I talked to. I talked to the same person the two times I called so it was easy. But the carrier driver was more of an issue. He tried to make me take a trailer and go pick it up. I didn't have a license or insurance for the vehicle at the time, and then he told me he couldn't deliver it in the residential area. I had to go meet him at a parking lot and he didn't get there until midnight. Other than that, there weren't any real issues. It was a really good experience.

The possibilities of things that could go wrong with transporting a vehicle cross country are many. Through some study, I found that just like anything else, you get what you pay for. This company is head and shoulders above anyone else out there. It was almost too easy. Allison handled all of my issues quickly and gracefully. I was more thank a little worried about the whole thing and she made things very easy for me. I would never consider another broker for any move of any kind.

The entire process took 3 to 4 weeks and it was a fine experience with AmeriFreight from the quote down to the transport organizer. But I had a hard time with the driver because he just changed the schedule on us without approving it by me and expected me to give him an extra $500 or $1000 for that.

I was very pleased with the exceptional service I received. I had specific requirements with respects to my pick-up and delivery and they were very responsive. After providing them with the relevant information they accommodated my request and were in constant communication so that I was aware of the status.

I was relocating and had to ship my vehicle, and I liked AmeriFreight's responsiveness over the other companies so I contacted them and they gave me a free quote over the phone first and then they emailed me the quote. There were some complications on some specific situations around what we needed from the carrier but they got the job done. Pick-up to delivery only took about four or five days and the whole process took around 10 days. The big thing for me is they actually see the timeline they estimated, and got it there more quickly than we had anticipated which was a great experience for me. It was more than I expected although it was on very short notice so I'm very satisfied.

Was trying to ship a car from California to upper state NY around Christmas and New Year. The timing made it difficult for everyone. Jeff was broker and he was helpful in general. There was poor communication, however, that I really have to push him to do that job. Phone call is the most efficient way. He never replies emails. Initial price was okay, but then we had to raise $200 to attract truckers, which I expected. Total price was $1275. ATA Transporters was a good trucking company. Friendly driver and fast delivery (1 day earlier than expected, which can be good or bad) and there was no damage to the car.

Ally was very reliable and professional. She kept me up to date during the entire transaction. I was very impressed with her honesty on the logistics of vehicle bidding and pricing. I had contacted other competitors prior, as well as afterwards, and each company quoted me similar prices. However, Ally educated me on how the process worked and what to expect before hand. This is why I chosed AmeriFreight. I will definitely use them again in the future.

Great company. Found a very fast reliable driver for a not so popular route from Virginia to Nebraska. I drove one car to Omaha and my driver almost beat me here even though I left the day before him! No ridiculously large windows. Car had no damage. Very satisfied.

Due to my job change, I had to relocate from Burlington MA to San Jose CA. Moving vehicle from MA to CA was a big challenge so did lots of searching on internet for car transportation companies. And then I came across AmeriFreight based on the excellent reviews that it had acquired. And now I say, it deserves 5-star ratings. I filled up my requirement on their website and got an excellent quote within 24 hrs. And from there on it was just smooth sailing. Vehicle got picked up from Burlington MA on 1/26/2015 afternoon within the 1-5 days of given window and was delivered to me in San Jose, CA on 2/4/2015 morning. I gave them the extra couple of days of delay due to the blizzard in MA starting 1/26 afternoon.

We shipped a 2013 Subaru Outback. Even though the shipment pickup was delayed, we were very happy with the service provided from the AmeriFrieght representative Ali. The driver was very courteous and respectful as well. Highly recommend and we are using them again to ship a second vehicle.

Great service and experience. Did the 7-day option due to my own timing constraints... They were very responsive via email and follow-up phone calls to get shipping arranged. Shipped from Hampton VA to Dublin, CA. They had arrangements made in a couple days, and the car arrived in great condition about a week after that. Was around $1100 (summer '12). Hassle free and I highly recommend.

AmeriFreight has competitive quote and are courteous and easy to work with. We needed to ship our vehicle from Seattle to Atlanta and we wanted to make sure that it was on a trailer. We called AmeriFreight and I thought the quote they gave me was very fair and competitive compared to a couple of other quotes. The transport organizer, Jordan, called a day ahead of time. The first call was to verify all the details and then he called again to order and arrange when the driver could possibly come and pick up the car. We interacted through phone only because I was at work.

Overall, a good transaction. Was quoted $925 at first, then it went up to $1250. First truck broke down and had to wait a few days for the next one... Car arrived the same way it was picked up, in good shape. Glad I have it back in Los Angeles now. Would probably use again.

At one point there was a slight lapse in communication, but it was quickly rectified and did not impact my overall positive experience.

I contacted several auto transport companies and finally I chose AmeriFreight Car Shipping. I am very glad that I did. One of the major reasons that I did not choose another leading auto transport company is that they will charge 3% processing fee for any card transactions for the deposit. It is not abnormal to charge processing fees, but it is only mentioned once in the long terms and conditions. If you don't read it through, you will be surprised by the charge since their staff wont tell you in advance. AmeriFreight Car Shipping is different. They do not charge processing fees and they are very honest.

I was extremely satisfied with AmeriFreight. I had moved out of state. I dealt with Graham and he was very good in general. He always answered my phone calls when I had a question and ended up getting the lowest rate that he quoted for me, so I was happy about that. And I've actually used them twice.

They delivered the car quicker than we want, so it was nice. The only thing was the windows of the car had a powder-like residue that we couldn't clean for a while. I don't know if that’s normal for a car that’s been transported outside or not.

It takes approximately 6 days to ship my car from North Carolina to California, which is quicker than what I thought. The driver is professional and responsible, if I wasn't charged for extra $100 overweight fee, I will give it a 100% satisfaction.

The quote that AmeriFreight gave was fine and competitive in the market. It was delivered on time and was a pretty good experience overall. The transport organizer followed up. If I call her, she was calling back immediately and then the driver also when he was in the area. He let me know and came and picked up the car. Another thing was that the truck they used was a covered one and we bought uncovered. I thought that was pretty good because it was extra for the same money we paid for.

My car was transported from NJ to TX in three days. The price was a bit over my budget but not by much. My contact person was very helpful, as well as the driver (easy to get into contact and flexible when necessary throughout the process). The only thing I am wondering is why my check engine light is on after the trip despite my car being driven two days before the pick up was scheduled. It is an older car. It's just strange timing. I had to ship my car from Cleveland to Phoenix with a short notice, Lecia helped me in getting my car shipped with an excellent truck company (A&R Transport LLC) within 3 days. The car was picked and delivered in 5 days and I was informed on the status right from order placing till the car delivery. The truck driver Roger ** is very kind and kept me updated on status from pickup till delivery and delivered the car right in front of my home. Excellent service with very nice people.

There was constant communication as well when the driver picked up and delivered the auto. The whole process took about three days. They were reliable and on time. Definitely a good experience.

When I thought nobody would deliver to Minnesota in the snow AmeriFreight found a great driver that managed to get it here in the time frame. Will be using them again when I move thousands of miles next. They really only use amazing drivers and it showed with this one.

I had my vehicle shipped by AmeriFreight because it broke down on me while I was traveling. It was the cheapest, as far as I could find. It's more than what I wanted to pay but where my car had broken down but everyone was giving me around the same price range anyways. The carrier driver was fine. They told me they were in town when they got in town. Everything went smoothly.

Lecia from AmeriFreight did an excellent job coordinating the Transport of 6 non-running classic cars. I sent people from Florida to North Carolina to purchase the cars and ensure they were loaded properly and on time. Both were accomplished without a hitch. The driver arrived and delivered on time and even parked under cover to protect the cars from rain.

I needed to ship a car from California to Illinois and I just Google-searched "car shipping" -- AmeriFreight was one of the top Google results. Their quote seemed to be the cheapest one. The interactions I had with my transport organizer was good. It was mostly done over email and phone call. After I submitted the quote, they got back to me and said, "If you want to proceed, just call this number or e-mail this person." I forgot who my contact there was but after talking back and forth a little bit, they said they would find somebody who was willing to take the car in the time frame that I wanted. I gave them a pick up location and they told me they'd be there in a certain time frame. After the car was shipped back to Illinois, they followed up so it was pretty good. The only interaction I had with the driver on the day of the delivery was signing the paperwork and paying the driver in cash. It was fast and good value.

I can't say enough about the experience I had with AmeriFreight. From the beginning phone call down to the delivery of my car they were wonderful. Ali was always available and honest from the start. I was having an awful time with other shippers and am so thankful I called AmeriFreight.

I purchased a vehicle that was cross-country so I needed to ship my vehicle. I had quite a few interactions with my transport organizer and she did a really good job in making sure I got a transport eventually. The quote they gave was higher than most. I had done a search on a lot of different companies...They were just having trouble getting the car picked up from the area where it was located. The carrier driver on the day of the delivery was fine...No issues. From beginning to end, the process took three weeks. I would recommend them just because the agent was so responsive.

Primarily, I don't generally leave reviews for ANYTHING, especially once my services with that particular company have transgressed. However, I wanted to especially make it a point to leave a review in GOOD NATURE as to how stellar & splendid Amerifreight treated me. Although they cost a few dollars more than the average competitor, not only did someone come ON TIME to collect my 2014 vehicle in the rain, they made me feel at ease about releasing my new car into their custody. Additionally, there was someone of whom I could text throughout the entire ordeal in order to maintain correspondence with my driver, & once I took off from my origin to my destination via airplane, Amerifreight actually delivered my vehicle just hours prior to my arrival, per our agreement, intact, &, everything that I packed inside of my vehicle was additionally intact. The ONLY demerit was that the car was extremely dirty, but a $10 car wash took care of that.

The service was very good. Usually most phone calls were returned back and they did find an excellent carrier. Only thing that prevented me from giving higher rating is the timeliness of service. Vehicle was actually picked up more than one month after the pick-up window started (window was 5 days long). Make sure that you are not in hurry.

I’m in the military. I needed to ship my vehicle from New York to Texas. The two other car companies that I’ve dealt with before didn’t like to keep in touch, but the lady rep from AmeriFreight was really good about that. She was always very polite and she kept in touch 2 - 3x a week letting me know the status of the order. And then the one time that I didn’t talk to her, the guy whom I talked to was really awesome too. He was telling me how my order was going and all that. The only bad thing I had was with the guy that picked it up. I had a little difficulty loading up my car on the actual trip. It wasn’t running at the time. He asked an extra hundred dollars on top of the price, which wasn’t too bad, and I don’t blame AmeriFreight for that. They were awesome and very reliable. The car got there safely and the price was good.

I learned about AmeriFreight online. The reviews I read were good. I was moving from Arizona to Indiana and needed the transport service. I spoke to them on the phone and they gave me a quote. It was good and on par with the other providers. The transport organizer was professional and kept us informed about the car, and when and where to pick up. The only issue I can remember was that they gave me time but there was a delay, but other than that it was okay. Overall, the experience was good.

Ali, was my agent and I'm definitely satisfied. From my experience with this company they are pretty thorough. The communication from them is great. They will get you the lowest offer possible and will be realistic with you about the price. Although, the driver requested a price that was higher than quoted, it was reasonable considering the situation at hand. The driver was great and got my car to the destination without damage. Not to mention, across the country in just about 3 days.

Ali was able to find an enclosed shipper within 1 hour, in a price range that was reasonable. I had the cellphone number of the driver and was able to call for updates on the shipment. The truck and driver were clean and professional-appearing. Overall a very good experience after reading a lot of online nightmares with other companies. One positive is that AmeriFreight charges you nothing until you confirm the shipment and carrier, and have the carrier's phone number. Ali called once during the shipment to make sure there were no problems. I'd use this company again for sure.

I was moving to a new location and wanted to work with the rep that we worked with in Columbus, Ohio. We've got a lady who came to our house who was really nice and I felt that the free in-home estimate from AmeriFreight was fair. The transport organizer was very good and was very helpful. However on the day of the delivery I had a big problem. I did not like the subcontractors for the delivery. There were three gentlemen, two older ones... They actually got into an argument outside on the driveway, yelling at each other that "You're not working hard enough. I'm doing all the work."

We had a great experience with AmeriFreight. Our car shipped from CA to MA in about 2 weeks. Some snow storms helped delay a bit. They were up front about cost, how it would work and delivery. Only issue we had was our driver changed last minute the pickup spot. Caused a minor glitch in my wife's day.

I had to ship my car from my hometown in Kansas City up to my university in Seattle. Having never dealt with car shipping before, I had no idea where to turn. AmeriFreight gave me the lowest quote of all the sites I surveyed so I chose it, and I have no regrets. My agent was extremely patient, helpful, and easy to contact. She walked me through the whole process and kept in touch with me to give me updates. It took a few weeks for my car to get picked up from my parents' house in KC by a carrier (which was fine with me because I was in no hurry) and one week for it to be shipped to me at my apartment in Seattle. Then once my car was delivered, my agent made sure everything had gone well. I couldn't have asked for an easier way to ship a car, it's like I barely had to do anything at all. If I had known it would be this easy, I would have picked it regardless of the low quote.

This is the second time we have used Amerifreight. We got our car in one piece. The only reason we didn't give 5 stars is because we were quoted a price and 4 days later they found a driver and we had to pay almost 200 dollars more. I'm just a random guy that moved from NJ to NV with the Army and I have never shipped a vehicle before. I went online and requested some quotes. After receiving 200 emails and calls from different companies warning me of scams I chose a broker that seemed reliable. Without the long story, the first company I asked to ship my truck failed to get a carrier and never called me back or followed up until after AmeriFreight shipped the truck. I waited for over three weeks with promises that the first company would get the truck shipped, but that never happened. When I called to find out the status they acted annoyed.

Had to plan a cross-country move very last minute. AmeriFreight made shipping my car a breeze. Josh worked quickly to find a carrier and was in constant contact relaying relevant information. Would definitely use them again.

Placed my order 12/30 for my 2010 Honda Civic to be shipped from Orlando FL to Minot ND. I was emailed on 1/5 that a carrier had been chosen which later fell through. A different carrier was assigned on 1/7 for a pick-up on 1/8 which later changed to 1/9 due to mechanical issues with the truck. The day of the pick-up they informed me that they could not ship my car due to the same mechanical issues that would take a week to repair. I was now back at square one, then on 1/10 I got a call from Lecia at AmeriFreight that a new carrier was assigned and would pick my car up on 1/12 or 1/13 and deliver it 1/19 or 1/20.

I choose to have AmeriFreight to move my truck from Arkansas to Miami and was very pleased with them. Every time I called to ask a question a real person was there to help me and did not have to leave a message. It did take almost the full 15 day period and we had to increase the bid by 200.00. The driver was right on time with the pick up and delivery. I was really worried about doing this but could not be happier with my choice.

I had a good experience. Called on a Thursday and my car was picked up on Saturday I believe so very quick. The driver made it from Memphis to San diego in like 2 days! Ali is the person that worked with me and she was very nice. The car was a little dirty but no scratches or damage, and after a trip to the car wash she was good as new! Long story short I would recommend, cost was about 1000 bucks.

I am very happy with the service I received. I turned down the first 2 offers to ship from third party shippers because I didn't like the price and wanted to hold out for better and my guys at AmeriFreight didn't bat an eyelash or pressure me and found a shipment route and company that worked great for me. When I had trouble reaching the third party for picking up the car, Amerifreight got in touch with them. I got my car within the dates given to me and it was even cheaper just to ship straight to the address I needed. Total life saver, don't go to anyone else!

Lecia at AmeriFreight was informative and courteous each time I phoned in from beginning to end of the transport process. My car was picked up very quickly once listed as available and delivered a day early. Lecia was helpful throughout the process and the transporters were communicative as well.

It's been a few months so I don't remember all the details. The gist of it is that moving a car across country is very hectic and you need to be on call for a few days on each end of the transaction. If you work full time it can be very hectic. I was very grateful that the car made it with no damage and the items inside were ok too.

AmeriFreight did exactly what they said they would do. Graham explained the choices and he delivered. The Nissan was picked up in Dallas and delivered to Stuart Florida with clear communication every step of the way. Grandma has her car in Florida and she's happy, so everyone's happy.
