Matt has to be the best customer service representative I have ever had the pleasure to deal with. He was beyond helpful, answered all my questions and he made me feel good about my call, not to mention he made me laugh. I received a call after requesting a quote. The response time was about 30 seconds. The company customer service representative took about 15 minutes to explain the program and why I would want the most comprehensive plan that the vehicle would qualify for even though I asked for a quote on the minimum plan. He finally offered a quote and when I explained that my husband's warranty was about 1/2 the cost, he became very belligerent, raised his voice, talked over me, did not allow me to talk and hung up on me. Wow if that is a glimpse of how they would treat a prospect I cannot imagine how they would handle a customer. I would never do business with them, even if they had the best rates... and they do not by far! Does bullying really work in business? Not in my business.

Today I talked to Steve ** about removing my vehicle and closing out my account. This happened when I bought a new vehicle and sold mine. Mr. ** walked me through the procedure with all the skill and knowledge of a well trained and versed employee. While we were going through this procedure we conversed like we were long term friends. The demeanor of Steve would have kept this from being adversarial if I would have been upset. Considering I wasn't upset it's a moot point. I'm sure that if another employee had a mad customer, Steve would be able to negotiate and calm the situation. It's apparent that your company has good job training and Mr. ** is a shining example of a job well done.

On January 28, 2016 I purchased Xtra Supreme Warranty. On February 15, I called to cancel because I had purchased too early before my current extended warranty expired. I didn't want to be double covered. They told me not to cancel, that for me to pay the first payment and when the invoice came for 2nd payment, that they would cover it because it was a month of insurance that wouldn't be able to be used. They even sent me this link in an email to praise how great they are for doing it. They stayed with me on the phone as I told them exactly what I am saying here.
Today I went on my account and it shows that only one payment has been made. I called thinking I was in default but was not. They said they waived the payment to the end of my scheduled payments. When I said that was not the agreement, the supervisor (forgot his name) was rude and said that is what they did. They weren't going to pay for it. I said that is what I was told. Then I said that I would just rather cancel than be lied to and he got very rude and ignorant and said "Fine, okay you are cancelled."
I said I wanted proof that it was cancelled and he said, "I just did. You are cancelled. Goodbye." I called back to make sure. The customer service rep said yes, but I still had to submit a cancellation form with the miles for a refund. He didn't bother to mention that. I want my money back. I will never recommend you to anyone. You lie to people to get their business and make false promises and then treat them like garbage.

I had a glitch with my debit card and had to change pay sources. This glitch caused me to miss a payment. I wasn't told to make two payments which caused me to be behind on my payment. I would have made a payment today but my Mom is deathly ill and I am flying to her beside. The worker I spoke with was amazing and sympathetic and offered to put my missed payment at the end of my contract. I was crying as he shared his own story about a sick family member and he was crying as well. I am overwhelmed with the support for me from this company. Thank you so much for everything.

I would like to start this review of Endurance insurance by telling you I have never written a review for any company or person in my entire life. My negative experience with Endurance prompted me to take time out my day to create log in credentials and take extra steps just to help prevent others from ever having to deal with this company. I had seen a commercial for Endurance. I emailed them for a quote. Very quickly I was contacted and set up a policy. The sales rep was very well-informed however her answers regarding diagnostic coverage was wrong. When I found this out I cancelled my policy within hours of initiating it. It was very easy to cancel and I was assured I would see a credit on my account the very same day. My account showed two transactions; a credit and deduction from Endurance for the amount of the policy payment.
However at 3 am the next day, the credit disappeared showing only the deduction. This 3 am deduction of the policy or reversal of the refund caused my account to be overdrawn. So the next day I called Endurance, spoke with supervisor Steve **. Mr. **'s response to my inquiry was reading off an email he sent out to his staff telling them to not promise refunds earlier than 3-5 business days. This in no way answered my question or resolved my issue. Implementing a policy after I have been affected is hardly a solution to my problem.
When I persisted that this is of no help to me he decided to direct obscenities at me. I quote, "I'll be real with you. He ** up", was Mr. **'s response to me. He also attempted to defer Endurance's fault in the situation onto my banks. He instructed me to call my banking institution and just let them know what happened and it would be alright. I did that, and my bank almost laughed at me, a response I totally expected. My bank informed me that no refund had been initiated and still only a debit was being processed. Mr. **'s explanation is that the refund that I was promised is in "banking land".
I understand that sometimes refunds take longer to post. However what I don't understand is if Endurance employees are giving me wrong information why is their management team not correcting the problem. As this circle continued with Mr. **, I asked to speak to his supervisor. He told me there was no one else to direct my frustration to and the only employees at a higher position than him were the owners of the company.
He then transferred to another rep whom I was never connected with. Mr. ** reached out to me later in the day after the disconnection. He told me he would check with the refund department and call me back. I thought, "ok I won't have to write a review because he will call me back and take care of this." Never happened. This unprofessional called me back to tell me he would return my call right after speaking with the refund department and the call never came. Accidents and mistakes happen. It's understandable. But the reaction to these mistakes by their management team has hindered any future business from myself or any type of positive recommendation.

I was so frustrated before calling Endurance due to the fact that I had a bad experience with one of the auto shops but Shawntel ** helped me with the issue. The auto shop had my part of back order and they had my car for over a month. I did not understand what was going on and Shawntel was able to expedite my issue and get me taken care of so that I would not have such a burden being that I need my car since I have a job that requires traveling. I will definitely be recommending Endurance to my friends and family in other states as well because Endurance gives me nationwide coverage. Agents like Shawntel keep me coming back. Before you purchase any extended warranty product from Endurance, please read this review and do your homework online. I purchased the top of the line extended warranty from Endurance, and wrote a check to them for just under $3500. My truck blew an engine four months later, and two mechanics who were approved by Endurance agreed that the cause was abnormal wear and tear of cylinders 2 and 8. Their inspector was called to look and approve the repair. This inspector also verbally agreed, while with the mechanics, that the wear and tear was abnormal.
The next day, I am notified by Endurance's agent that the claim was denied under "mileage" and "normal wear and tear". This failure of the engine occurred at just 5,000 miles after they sold me on their product. I was obviously surprised and upset. To try and satisfy me, Endurance offered me a full refund of premium. Are you kidding me?? I didn't buy this product so I would receive a refund of premium, I wanted to know my investment was protected in case of failure. I subsequently paid over $11,000, out of my pocket, for a used engine to get my truck going. I was obviously surprised and disappointed by Endurance and their response. In addition, since My truck was down for over two months throughout this process by the required procedure of Endurance claims, I rented a car for two weeks, then purchased an older vehicle to drive in the interim... and I was awarded only a total of 4 days of rental car reimbursement.
I then began to research reviews online, only to find out that my experience was very typical of this company. They offer refund of premium when clients are angry because of denied claims, they defer the blame to the "underwriter", or the "administrator of the service contract", or the "insurer". Whomever I called, I was told it was another's responsibility. I have seen enough of the same nightmare I had to endure with Endurance, with the online complaints. I believe this company should be subject to a class action lawsuit, and do believe the system they employ is a structured scam.

I have to admit. The very first time I called was not in good experience. The rep was abrupt and basically told me to look at my exclusions if I needed any additional information. 2nd time, I got introduced to Martin **. I have nothing but good things to say about this company. Nicole is an absolute blessing. I have 2 policies with them. I had problems with making my payments but each month she went out of her way to assist me. She always told me not to worry and made sure everything was affordable!!! Thank you Nicole!!!

Miss ** maybe the reason I'm still with Endurance. She is always a great help. Appreciates the time she takes, giving me clarity to my situations. When I have a question all I have to do is shoot her an email and she promptly responds. Nicole ** gives exceptional customer service and I ALWAYS prefer deal with her!

This was the best customer service I have ever received in my life (no exaggeration). This guy was extremely great. Everything was taken care of and then on top of that, we sat on the phone for even longer building a conversation that made my day. I had a problem with my policy and I called the Endurance Rep (Jevon) and explained everything to him. He was very professional and fast to assist me with my problem. He transferred me to Ashley (Endurance customer Service Rep). She was extremely helpful, fast, and knowledgeable which made me feel comfortable with my choosing of Endurance to provide extended warranty coverage for my vehicles.

I had the pleasure of getting on the phone the best agent you have working for you. Her name is Ms. Ashley **. She went blew me away with her knowledge and was very informative, always have a smile in her voice. She ask me investigating questions. Not sure why this company is so highly rated, but I fell for it. Now I realize it's a gimmick to take your money and do nothing for it. After having such a good experience with MaxCare from CarMax, I decided to get an extended warranty for a used BMW X3 that I had just purchased. After researching warranty companies online I went with Endurance based on their website and 5 star reviews. Now I realize it was smoke and mirrors and I will tell you why. I took the X3 into the BMW dealership confident that any repairs would be covered, based on my MaxCare experience. I was wrong. In fact, nothing was covered. Not one thing. Wow! Really? Ok. Now I know.
I'm writing this review in hopes that the same will not happen to you. Don't be fooled! Don't give these people your hard earned money thinking that they will cover the cost of repairs when the time comes. That's what I did and I was wrong. I learned the hard way that they are just like many other warranty companies out there who love to take your money, but then refuse to actually cover any repairs. Save your money. Save your breath. Save your sanity!

I contacted them for a quote and got one. Did not buy. Got an unsolicited call later that day from them in follow up with a much better quote. Talked to the rep for a long time. Wrote down all of the numbers. When I called back to actually purchase, the price had gone up by 10% and terms had changed. So watch out... I did not buy. If they can't honor the quote then how can you trust them to honor the warranty.
