I did a lot of shopping around when the warranty on my car expired. Endurance Auto has an excellently priced payment plan and it wasn't difficult at all to make the payments. I’m happy with Endurance Auto and I’ll recommend them to anybody.

I had bad luck with a car I bought last year and I had to sell it. I didn't have a warranty on that so I said that for my next car, I was getting a warranty for it. The place I got the car had a warranty but it was too expensive and nothing like that of Endurance so I just dropped it and chose Endurance. Their rep was 100% knowledgeable and I didn't know all about warranties but he told me about them. I called them one time though because I never received my paperwork. They said they were in California and a couple of days after that, I got my paperwork. Overall they have great customer service and others should call and get it.

I get a warranty for everything, including my home and car. And when I did my research online, it proved Endurance to be better than the others. I also had a very pleasant interaction with their rep. Their knowledge and willingness to work with me impressed me.

I put my truck in the shop and the Ford dealership verified all the things that were wrong with it. Communications started off pretty bad with Endurance and I spent way too much time on the phone. It always took 15 minutes to reach anybody there. It was pretty painful and it was like it was intended to be that way so that they won’t have to deal with people because people would get frustrated and they'd give up. Endurance then sent out somebody that said my truck was working sometimes and it was not broken all the time so they were not going to pay for it. The truck was in the shop for three weeks and it was a real bummer. And although a rep gave me a gas card for $100, my vehicle is not functioning the way I want it to so I’m not really happy. It’s still not working. Overall I’d probably go with somebody else and do it again.

I just got off the phone with a representative, Kimberly. I had a few questions so I called in. Within 30 seconds, I was speaking to Kimberly and she was extremely courteous and beyond helpful. My eyes literally widened and I am absolutely amazed at the high level of customer service I received. She provided me with her direct line if I ever had any questions and I am still in shock that a company cares so much about its customers that they provide such exceptional customer service. Based on that experience alone, I will gladly say that I am a Endurance Auto Warranty customer for life. Never will I want to do business with any other company because I already have the best! I would highly recommend this company to anyone and everyone!

I had a car that originally had a five-year warranty and I took the advice of a friend of mine who thought it was a good idea to renew the warranty. I asked who he'd recommend and he mentioned Endurance as one option. Three weeks ago, I talked to somebody. They were very helpful with suggestions of what I needed and didn't need. The person that I consulted first guided me on what to look for and their representative went through the exact same things that were recommended. I felt like I was getting good advice from both Endurance and from my friend. I was pleased with the information I was given and I think I made a good decision. I hope that time proves me right.

I have Endurance Auto Warranty on my Mercedes. They told me that they covered all the stuff I wanted to cover and the price seemed to be okay. The guy I spoke with seemed very knowledgeable. I am on an 18 months payment plan and it is $280 a month, which is reasonable. I got a 2013 Mercedes S550 and the oil change costs $400, so any insurance was not going to be cheap.

Endurance had the least the number of complaints and my purchase with them went fine. The payment was simple but I am going to close the account I have with them and I have to figure out how to switch my accounts. Other than that, everything has been going well.

Of the top five rated warranty companies, Endurance came in second. And numbers wise taking out of policy, it was a good amount less in Endurance than it was with the other rated insurance service. I was coming off of a good program from my vehicle that I had extended with. Coverage-wise, they were hands down better but Endurance was nicer dealing with on the phone. And I figured I'd get the same type of coverage with them. But I was surprised that they were quicker to find a reason not to pay than to go above and beyond to do what I thought they were said to do in getting coverage and getting things addressed. I'd have other people check other places before they went with Endurance.

I have a car that has over a hundred thousand miles on it and I owed too much money on it so I wanted to protect it to make sure that if it broke down, I wouldn't be stranded. I put in the make and model of my car and Endurance came up. They were not the cheapest but it provided the best coverage for what I wanted to do. I really liked the service that I got on the phone. I called and it took me a week and a half. The Endurance rep answered all my questions and didn't bother me compared to another guy that called me every two or three days. There's the annoyance where you tell somebody something and they touch base with you again like they forgot that you talked about two days before.
I had work done on the car twice and on both times, I gave the information to the dealership to see if whatever was getting done was covered under warranty. Unfortunately, they weren't as they were both wear and tear items. It was no big deal though. I figured Endurance just covered electrical and anything mechanical as far as the dry train and the transmission. These are stuff I haven't had issues with. Other than that, I've had a great experience with Endurance and I'd give other people their number for them to call.

When I bought the vehicle, it had over 120,000 miles on it and I’d rather put a little money towards the insurance-type thing and be a little bit more locked in, so in case something was to happen, I can get it fixed or repaired. I looked into a few auto warranty providers. I got USAP when I bought the vehicle and I had a problem with the differential and what happened was they denied the claim and my car was sitting on a rack for almost a month and it ended up costing me over $3,000 to fix it. They didn’t fix the problem at all, so I canceled them and I barely got half of my money back. So, I researched and found that some people had Endurance Auto before and they gave some good recommendations. I was really skeptical about using another provider, but I gave them a try.
Their customer service and the way they presented the product have been good and their representative was very helpful and I wasn’t very friendly because I was already skeptical about warranties but he went through everything with me. It was really no pressure to purchase. I called them three weeks later after I did my research and we went through everything and I purchased. They’re $130 a month for two years. I was going to pay for it all outright, but if it comes down to where something was to happen and they denied a claim, I’m not out of all the money if I were to cancel. I’m hoping that they backed their product up very well.

I just bought another car and because it was a used car, it didn't have any mortgage on it. It's a foreign car, and I thought I needed a warranty. This is the first time I ever had to buy a warranty, and it's for a new model car. When I was doing my research on warranty, I found good and bad things about Endurance. I wanted to compare and it said online that Endurance was one of the better ones so I contacted them.
At first, the rep was kind of a little rough because I just find out every time any information that could've been brought up from the beginning. But most of it was my misunderstanding because I've never had to deal with them before. If I didn't know something about the warranty and getting a warranty like that, I could've asked a lot of questions myself. They can't think of everything to tell me what I need to do before I get it. So I'm trying to be fair with them. I can't really make a call on them unless I have issues, when I do have to make a claim.
When I ask them about the kind of plan they laid on, they told me that I had to get an oil change 30 days after I bought the policy. But they didn't tell me about that. I didn't think it was really necessary, because I just bought the car and had the oil changed the second day before I bought the car, so why should it get an oil change. That car takes AMSOIL, which is one of the expensive ones. They said that if I brought the copy of the oil change from the dealership, that would suffice. And I was insisting, "So why didn't you tell me this before". But they apologized and we went on with that oil change. So there are certain things that could have been better, but it's all right.

I bought my Endurance warranty back in August and I put it on our jeep for our granddaughter to drive to college. It's just a security thing. I called at night and Endurance set a callback the next day. They set everything off then I had to talk to the financing department. They got everything set up, I paid online and it was fine. I would recommend Endurance. And if they honor what they say they're going to do, it's going to work.

I just bought a used truck and I didn't like the warranty that the dealer had to offer. I went online and looked if there were aftermarket warranties. Endurance came up along with two other warranties. One of them was pretty high while Endurance had good reviews so called them up. Their rep explained how the warranty worked and that I’d be responsible for the first $100 deductible. It was only that upfront and except for the wear and tear parts, everything else should be covered. And it's supposed to be on the contract but I'm still waiting for it. They gave me an email confirmation and they said they’d be emailing me a card with the contract and that would take 10-14 business days.
I also told the rep that I’d like to take my car back to the dealer and he said that would not be a problem. He told me that there are so many places all over the United States and Canada. And when I told them the mileage on the car, they told me that I had to wait for a thousand miles before I could file a claim because they wanted to make sure that I was not playing something which I understood. I felt that was fair enough. Overall, they have been pretty nice and easy to deal with. I'd recommend Endurance and tell others how they were and how easy it was to set up with them.

My daughter doesn't have a lot of money and I was looking for something that was going to be reasonable to cover her expenses if the vehicle had any problems. I researched online and I was looking at a lot of information and there was a lot of positive feedback for Endurance Auto Warranty. Setting up the warranty was fine, but the sales representative didn’t go into complete detail on the sales side of it. I had one item recently that I had to pay out of my own pocket to repair and one item I couldn’t afford to pay so it's not repaired yet and they said the job wouldn’t even cover it.
I was on the assumption that as long as I’ve had my oil changed at a certain timeframe and I provided that information for them, anything after my first 30 days will be covered. I followed up with them and it really didn’t get resolved. They told me that my vehicle has over 100,000. They should’ve brought it to my attention when I first got the warranty instead of me thinking that it was like a brand new warranty, so $100 to me was reasonable. But I’m paying out of my pocket, which I did not expect.

I have two vehicles: my work truck and then my personal vehicle, a Cadillac which I have insured. And the cost on the particular vehicle is ridiculous. I spend more than what it cost me for the warranty before I got the warranty. So I wish I would have done it initially because right off the bat, stupid crazy problems like electronic control goes that's $1400. I also had another transmission leak. I saw how much the repairs were, so I thought I'm just going to put a warranty on it. So I did some review online. I then signed up with Endurance after finding that more than once, they're in the top five and number two overall. And their price was good. When I called last week to update my credit card on file, the lady that I spoke with was very nice and helpful. If I do have to use it, hopefully everything is going to be covered.

I like my truck and I needed to extend my warranty. I'd been getting a lot of offers in the mail from different extended warranty companies. But I didn't particularly like whatever their ratings were. I looked up different warranty companies online and I read some of the reviews for Endurance and I liked them. One thing though is they should have more coverage. I was a little disappointed when I found out that my catalytic converter was not covered but that was the only problem I dealt with so far.

I bought a used automobile and as a precaution, I bought the extended warranty from Endurance to cover any unanticipated repair expense. They don’t pay for all of them but there are some they will pay for, some they will not. And when I talked to their rep, he gave me some information that was not as factual as it turned out to be. Upon receipt of the policy, I read it and there were a few discrepancies between what was reflected in the policy and what he told me. One difference was there was a one-month waiting period in the event I had a need for repair. And it turned out to be a two-month waiting period. But it didn’t make any difference because I haven’t had any problems.
I made an attempt to get in touch with the young man that I spoke with initially prior to buying a policy because of what I read in the policy versus what he told me. I was not successful in getting in touch with him. I had to communicate with one of his coworkers who claimed he would call me back. However, he never did. But eventually I was able to contact the first person from the company that I communicated with who sold me the policy because I had indicated that I was going to send some letters to senior management unless I heard from him. Instantaneously, lo and behold, after that he called me.
The industry, from all indications, has a lot to be desired overall. Endurance, based upon initial information I was able to ascertain, their reputation, if you will, appears to be a little better than some of their competitors because from all indications, there are some flakes in the industry and there are some companies out there who are very deceptive and from all indications, they have deceptive, unethical people working for them.

I had a particular vehicle that I liked and I felt it was getting into a mileage range where the cost can be a little spendy. I was doing quite a bit of searching through dealerships in town to see who they’ve been using. I also saw all of the reviews online and when I typed in "best auto warranty companies for 2017," Endurance was constantly up there and that was a big selling point.
I called initially and talked to a gentleman about the protection options that I had and this was back in May. But I needed to sell my other car first before I could put the money towards the warranty. I called the company back and I got the same guy again. He remembered me and it took right off there and it was good. My rep was very knowledgeable and was able to answer every single question that I had with confidence. I felt like even though I hadn’t used the company before or I hadn’t heard of someone close to me using the company before, I had enough information and enough confidence to say it was definitely an awesome company to go with. I've always put down the down payment, the initial $275 fee. But my plan is to pay it off completely instead of doing the payment plan. My warranty will come into effect on the 22nd of this month.

I was looking for an extended warranty because my General Motors protection plan went out on my vehicle. I was calling around getting pricing of a General Motors Protection Plan. And I found one but the lady who did the deal with Endurance with me really went the extra mile to help me out because I was trying to get a good mileage warranty at a good price. Endurance was a tad bit more than what the GM people asked but for the additional bit of mileage they were giving me for $200, I wasn’t going to complain. My car wasn’t over a hundred thousand and they could give me the top-of-the-line one that Endurance sells. The lady was also nice, very professional and answered my questions. She even asked her boss if there was a way they could give me a little discount which they were able to do.
Purchasing the warranty was pretty much effortless and the lady explained it to me. I wasn’t too comfortable at first because there are always people out here trying to sell you some warranties and get you stuff in the mail and that's really sketchy. But I had done my own research online and Endurance had 5 stars and a lot of good customer reviews. The mileage package I have is up to 136 thousand miles. When it gets to that point, Endurance can only offer me a basic and not any of the really good stuff anymore. But I’m driving the car more than I want to, using up a lot more of the warranty than I want to. So I may actually use it up a lot faster than what I had expected. If I'd known I was going to be driving my current car more, I would’ve paid for more. And I've been considering calling Endurance to see if they can add mileage to it and I just pay a difference.
Aside from that, I also I had an issue with Endurance. I called because I was trying to figure out how the auto rental worked with my policy. I was trying to see if I could get an auto rental even though the vehicle hadn't been diagnosed at the time. Endurance is on Central Standard Time so when I called the office wasn’t open but a lady took my message. I had taken my car to the shop later on that day after work. I called and left a message eight something in the morning at Eastern Standard Time. I had been at work all day but by 4:05 Eastern Standard Time, nobody called me from Endurance to give me more details about how the auto rental works.
When I got to the dealership, I called Endurance again and that's when I ran into another issue. There was a number listed on Endurance’s website and I called it. It put me to this customer service person and he tried to transfer me to Endurance. But when he transferred me over there, it kept saying the office was closed. But there was no way it was closed because this was a Monday through Friday. Since they were on Central Standard Time, they were behind me.
So I called the number on the website again and before I could explain to the customer service guy what the issue was, he transferred me through the same way again. And once again, it put me through that same thing then it said that nobody was available and it hung up on me. The guy was very unprofessional. And when I finally was able to get a number to get to Endurance’s customer service, I reported the issue to the girl I was speaking to. Somebody needed to go talk to whoever that guy was and deal with that issue.

When I got my Endurance plan, I told them what my original warranty was and that I wanted something exactly like it. I knew I had more miles on my car now because my original warranty expired, but the rep said I'd be getting the same thing and that everything would be covered except for suspension. I've been with Endurance a year now but I'm not receiving what I thought I was I going to be receiving.
I feel like everything with insurance is a scam. I’m paying all insurance and I feel like I’m paying my money for nothing because when I had to use it, it didn't cover anything. I put in claims for multiple things and Endurance paid for one thing but not the other two. When I called originally, they were talking about a point system. But I wasn’t looking at it when I got the plan because that was not what I was told. They sent me that point system table but that was after the fact. Since I was told on the phone on what the coverage was supposed to be, that was what I expected and not them talking about a point a, b, c, and d. I didn't care about that.
In the end, the payment had to come out of pocket. And Endurance still wants me to pay them for the warranty. Although they lowered my payment, I’m not really happy with the warranty and what I'm getting at this moment. It's just that I have to have something because if the engine or the transmission goes out then I'd really be out of luck.

My Endurance purchasing experience went fine. I bought a travel trailer and I wanted to make sure that my truck would continue to be able to pull it for the length that I have with power trip. Price is the main issue when I looked for an auto warranty. The second issue would be whether or not the mechanic that I get to access, which they do, so that was another important part. I compared Endurance against prices with another company and they're further ahead as far as their prices were, the prices were better. And the coverage was adequate for what I want to do.
Setting up with Endurance was fine. Their rep was very helpful. Every time you spend that kind of money on something that you probably will never use, then you got a lot of questions. So, I had lots of questions. The questions he couldn’t answer, he had someone answering for him so I got it as well. I was very satisfied with Endurance. Although I hope I never use the warranty all the way through.

Endurance Auto Warranty was recommended and I signed up for it. Their rep and I had the regular old exchange of information and giving of contracts. And what's in their book is pretty thorough. The only thing I'm going to have problems with is the mileage because I don't put that much mileage on my car. It has to be over 1000 miles before I can do the claim on mileage, so it's going to be a while before I can do it. I'm very satisfied with Endurance Auto.

I just got my Endurance insurance about a month ago. The rep that I talked to was very good. First of all, I checked the ratings with ConsumerAffairs and they were rated number 1. When I thought it was too high, he told me about ways that I could do it differently. I think it was expensive but he said that I would just pay $150 for the first two years and then, the rest is free. I think they’re too high and if they can take-off two-three years, why can’t they do that in the beginning and cut the policy and bring the amount down.

The vehicle I bought about five months ago is in very good shape but it was over 100,000 miles. I wanted to get an auto warranty for it, so I researched and I found Endurance. They told me exactly what I needed to know. They told me what I was insured for, what was covered, what was not covered. Everything was fine. They're very accommodating, information-wise, they are right on track with what I looked up. But I had to cancel because I was stricken with throat cancer. I'm running into bills. My co-pays were huge. So $130 a month would have killed me.
Also, I'm going to have to sell my vehicle because of the overwhelming cost. I have a friend that will buy it from me. But Endurance had great people. I explained it to the gentleman and he was really nice about it. I said it was different circumstances. My wife sat down with me about a week ago and said, "We can't have this." And I said, "Well, I had 30 days." I didn't even know I was close to the 30 days. They're trying to keep me, of course. And then they also said, "You still have time if you want to do this in the future. You have a grace period".

I bought a vehicle that was from 2008. It was low mileage, but the factory warranty ran out. Since I needed a new one, I decided to get one through Endurance. Their sales rep was nice and helpful. She gave what she thought was a discount, but she probably gave it to everybody. But when I intended to file a claim, they didn’t cover it. So the only one time I needed it, it hadn’t really come in handy.
I filed the claim because the cruise control wasn’t working, and it had something to do with the brake sensors, but that wasn’t covered. And the rear wheels definitely have backing plate. Those needed to be replaced, but Endurance wouldn’t cover that either. And in the steering, it had a suspension part that needed to be replaced, and it didn’t cover that either. They should cover more stuff and their plans could be a little cheaper. It was a little pricey in my opinion. But the financing option they gave was pretty neat. You don’t have to pay any interest. You can pay a little bit per month till you pay for the plan. Not a lot of people do that, to my knowledge. So, that was pretty nice.

But when we had to take the car in for some issues that we were under the impression were covered, they told us it was not covered. We took the car into the Chrysler dealership, and the dealership tried to file. They do all the work. They file the claim, they contact the warranty people, they do everything. But the dealership called us back and said that the warranty people says that's not covered. And these were things that we specifically asked for when we bought the warranty. So, there was a clear miscommunication as to what we bought and what we actually got. They need to improve their communications on what actually is covered. Put it all in the book.

Originally, I was interested in trying to get some additional coverage because the dealer that I was looking to purchase the car from, they didn’t offer any type of warranty or anything for it. Working with the Endurance specialist was not the best experience. And I’ve actually spoken with them twice about this. Basically, long story short, the young lady sold me on the warranty and I hadn’t even secured the vehicle. I was just going out there to look at it and I didn’t even wind up getting that particular vehicle. But I had to wind up calling in a week later, after it had already posted through my account. So I didn’t really enjoy the experience.
The rep was pleasant, initially. She’d kind of up-sold me on getting two years for free, but the thing is I wasn’t able to secure financing for the particular vehicle. So it was a waste and I specifically remember that I spoke with her on Monday and she told me I can call her back Wednesday if things didn’t work out and that she would have it in a pending sort of deal to where it won’t hit my account. But Tuesday it had already gone through.
They need to be upfront to let people know that their option is available for the two-three years. If you’re going to put in a pending status, then do that for the people because they’re really looking to be able to investigate those vehicle thoroughly before actually locking in something and having the amount to their account. But they reversed the charge and I was happy about that. I am happy that they fixed it but I would have preferred not to have the experience to begin with. I wish she would’ve just lived up to her word that she was telling me that she was going to do.

I actually had another one through the dealership where I bought the keypad, but they pissed me off, so I took the alarm off and then I looked for different people to get a warranty from. I've had one on the last car I had. I don’t use them much, but a lot of things can happen in these newer cars. So I got the warranty more of as a precautionary measure in case I have to use them.
I know it's expensive. There's nothing wrong with the car and I don’t even drive them that much. I got another couple of trucks, but I don’t use them much either. I'm retired. All I do is fool around and go hunting and fishing and stuff while I can. I don’t need any trouble with the vehicle so I buy the warranty because I don’t want any trouble. And then, depending on where you are, if you’re away from home and your vehicle breaks down, and you have to stay while it’s being serviced, they'd compensate you. The rental would replace your vehicle while you’re waiting for it to be repaired. And it would be compensated as well. If you have a failure or an inconvenience that your vehicle has caused, they kind of soften the blow for it. And it was what I was really interested in. And so, chances are we're less likely to need it than most people. Endurance is the only one that offered seven years or 100000 miles. Everybody else cut it off at five years and so, those extra two years made a part in our decision.
The guy I talked to on the phone was very good and straightforward. He gave good information without a bunch of hype. I was well disposed towards him. Then I got an unsolicited call because I also made an email inquiry. When he saw that I was heading to somebody else, he said, "Well, we were offering you some great discounts. Unfortunately had to cancel the policy with Endurance, they did not cover any of the repairs recommended by a certified Cadillac dealer arguing the parts and services were not included in the policy. So I paid all this time for a coverage that I never had. Follow my advice. Avoid this company, I recommend to purchase the extended warranty offered by your dealer or by the manufacturer. Endurance makes money by taking it from you and not covering any repair at all.

Recently I took my car in for service to have broken engine mounts repaired. The repair shop called Endurance for authorization per the instructions in my warranty booklet. The shop described the problem and Endurance informed them that the broken engine mounts were not covered because "items which fail due to normal wear and tear are not covered". I wound up paying over $1100 out of pocket for the repair. I fail to see how broken engine mounts could possibly be considered "normal wear and tear".

When I purchased my car from a dealership last year, I got a lot of phone calls and a lot of letters from some companies for an extended warranty. I went online and looked at the best reviews and Endurance has gold medal reviews. They have reasonable prices and the guy I spoke with was very helpful. I live between Nashville, Tennessee and Daytona, Florida, and he said as long as my address is still in Nashville, he can put me on the Tennessee address which saves me some money. He was really patient with all my questions, too.
I'm not able to use my service yet, but from what they said, after two months, I can use it and I don’t have to call them. I can go to any certified mechanic and just show them the card. And the only thing I have to pay them out of pocket is $100 and everything else will be taken care of. They even said I can get a rental car during the repair. Making payments is not really hard. The only issue I had was when I put the down payment and we agreed about the payment, it was supposed to be $102 a month and then they charged me $139 last month. When I called them, they said they can split it for a longer period and they went ahead and did it, and it wasn't an issue at all. Everything was like they said. They’re very thankful, they listen to you and they try to find you the best solutions. I'm really happy with them.

Endurance Auto Warranty had great reviews and their price was compatible with what I needed as well. Their rep was very professional and he helped me get the best rate possible and what will fit my needs. And I didn't feel like I was with one of the other companies that try to give you the highest rates and then try to go down from there. The rep also asked me what I wanted to pay for it with initially and then he did the paperwork for the direct billing, so it'll come out of my account every month. It was simple and I was set up really fast, which was surprising.

Most of Endurance's representatives were able to answer my questions. I initially spoke with a representative who gave some rundown on the warranty. And then I had to speak to another one who gave me the most information about the policy as far as how much it was going to cost and what is covered and what isn't. It was kind of vague and I really need a list of what was covered and what's not.
Making the payments was pretty easy, and I got a printed form of the plan that I got. But I would also like to know what other coverage options they had available for my vehicle if there was more than what I was told about. They told me that I was only able to get a starter plan for the vehicle that I have, but after getting it, they told me that I would be able to get another plan. And then they ended up changing it to where it was a different plan. The first one that I was told was a really good plan and the second one was mediocre.

7 months ago I purchased a 2010 BMW 535i xDrive. About 2 weeks ago I noticed a vibration in the front end of the car, took a look and realize that the right front CV axle was going bad. I called Endurance and inquired of how to process a claim for the repair of my vehicle. I spoke with a claims rep who told me that all I needed to do was take the vehicle to a licensed repair facility and give that repair facility a copy of my warranty and tell them to find out what was wrong with the vehicle and call Endurance for coverage. I did this and dropped my car off at the repair facility along with a copy of my warranty and instructions to contact Endurance.
The repair facility called me several hours later and told me that the front CV axle was shot and needed replaced and the motor mounts were also dry-rotted and needed to be replaced. The shop supervisor stated that he contacted Endurance and Endurance said that there were issues with the mileage recorded for the vehicle and to have me call them.
I contacted a customer service rep at Endurance and the rep told me that there was a discrepancy of 200 miles from when I purchased the car to when I first had its oil changed. That since it was such a small discrepancy and I had the oil change done ahead of scheduled maintenance that they were going to let that little mistake slide. I asked him did that mean that they were going to honor the claim on the vehicle and the rep stated NO. I asked him why they would not cover the claim on the axle or the motor mounts and the rep stated that per my policy page 2, under definitions the very first definition given which defines the term "breakdown" states that any part that fails due to average wear and tear or end of life service would not be covered.
I asked him then what would be covered because I knew there was a clause in the contract that stated Endurance would not cover a part if it was found to have been misused or abused. The rep told me that according to my Endurance contract they would cover a part that had failed due to improper installation or poor craftsmanship. I don't see how that's possible. If a part fails due to poor craftsmanship then Endurance can say the part failed due to poor craftsmanship therefore it is the responsibility of the manufacturer of the failed part to replace the part. And if the part fails due to improper installation Endurance can very well say the person or service facility that installed the part is responsible for its failure since it was installed improperly.
So to recap my Endurance Warranty, the Select Premiere 60-1000, is good for nothing. They will not cover a failed part due to proper wear and tear. They will not cover a failed part due to abuse and misuse. They will cover a part due to poor craftsmanship. They will cover a part due to improper installation. They will not cover any seals or gaskets due to end-of-life failure. That is they will not cover any seals or gaskets that fail due to average use. They will cover gaskets and seals that have failed due to improper installation or poor manufacturing quality. Tell me where this makes any sense to anyone please? It does not. When I called and found this out I immediately cancelled my warranty. I had paid in on my warranty approximately $900. I was refunded $411. And they graciously waived their cancellation fee.
I never had a chance to use this warranty. After speaking with the representative from Endurance I went to the Better Businesses Bureau website where Endurance Warranties is a Better Business Bureau A+ accredited company. That is laughable at best. I attempted to run through their gambit of so-called process to leave negative feedback for Endurance Warranties. I do not know if I was successful. I've been contacted the service center to tell them that I had cancelled my warranty and inquired about the repair cost out of pocket. The cost of repairs were 900 plus dollars. Explain to the repair facility that I could not afford the repairs at this time and I'd like to come and pick up my car. The cost for me to pick up the vehicle was 600 and some odd dollars. I did have an oil change at the tune of $111 and some change. I did have the number six spark plug replaced at the tune of $56 and some change.
The rest of the bill owed was for diagnostics which Endurance demanded the shop perform. This company is owned and operated by SCAM ARTISTS. The companies that represent them as being an a plus business is no better than they are. I feel sorry for the folks that have left positive feedback for this company just based on their initial experience with the company. I feel sorry for these folks when they go to place a claim on their vehicle. Stay away from these SCAM ARTISTS. Do not do business with them. They are not trustworthy and they are not here to help you in any way with your vehicle and its repair. The only thing they are here to do is take your money. Please feel free to go on to their website and look at the Select Premiere 60/1000 warranty and look at page to the top of the page under definitions.
Breakdown refers to the breakdown of a defective part or faulty workmanship as supplied by the manufacturer or dealer, but does not include gradual reduction in operating performance due to wear or tear or damage resulting from BREAKDOWN of non-covered parts. What you just read in regards to breakdown definition is verbatim from their warranty. I did not make this up. Again buyer beware!

Was blatantly lied to by a salesperson about the waiting period. Both the salesperson and I had worked at the same company - he in the past and me currently. This company allows us to have a company car to take home from work. I bought the policy for my personal vehicle so I didn't have to worry about it for vacation or unexpected travels that I cannot use company car for. On average, I drive my personal vehicle about 100-500 miles per month. Something the salesperson was WELL AWARE OF. I wait through the grace period - the only part of it I was told about (30 days) - and hop in my car to visit my brother's house about 50 miles out. My car is much nicer than the company car and much faster, which is why I still own it. Come to feeling a vibration on the drive so I bring it to the shop the next day for what I was assuming to be just a balance and alignment.
Come to find my engine mounts are bad, need new rear sway bar end links, new strut mounts, and more. Get the bill which is about $2100. But hey, I bought the warranty, right? Wrong. After talking to customer service I come to find that the fine print is 30 days AND 1000 miles, something that would take me more than 30 days to achieve. Since I thought I had the confidence of the warranty behind me, I told them to start repairs on it even if it wasn't covered because it all should have been since I bought the supreme coverage - the highest level.
Well, the claim is denied completely due to the fact I didn't hit 1000 miles - something I was not aware of from the salesperson at all. Now I'm footing the bill which costs almost as much as the policy I bought because this salesperson told me false information. To be honest, I'm sure this is a rare occurrence, as the company is rated highly, but I need everyone to know that this stuff does happen and I will never bring my business, or suggest people bring their business to Endurance. I cancelled my policy and will make all Endurance customers I speak to aware of the issues I had with them, as I work at a major rental car company that services Endurance Warranties. This is just bad business overall and I will make sure that I make everyone aware as possible of their lack of checks and balances between their salespeople, policy/service contract writers, and management.

My rep seemed knowledgeable but there were times when I started having second thoughts because the answers weren’t as satisfying as I would’ve liked them. After talking to him for a while though, he calmed my questions. My payment is on automatic withdrawal and it was more than I wanted to spend but it was insurance on the car.

Purchasing a warranty from Endurance for my 2012 Cadillac went about an hour and a half and the rep explained to me very well. The company was rated number one and got good reviews. I got a good discount and my claim process will kick in after 1000 miles.

My daughter took my car to the Cadillac people where I bought it to have my air-conditioning checked and was told that my warranty expired in September. They couldn't recommend anybody for the warranty so my daughter looked up Endurance on the internet. When I called the company, everybody was nice and professional.
There was a man I talked to who I liked. After I talked with him, I gave him the information that he asked me about my mileage and all that stuff. He was a very professional and patient young man. He called me back a couple of times then he had me talk to a young lady. And when I actually checked the mileage of my car and found that I did not have a 100 miles on it, they backed off a few dollars. It went very smoothly and I gave them $159 upfront. I got my first package but I was told they'd be sending me another one with the amount being a few dollars less because I didn’t have much mileage as I thought.
Other than that, I was very pleased with the process. There was nothing crazy and only what seemed to be important. Right now, I have a three month wait period which is fine. I don’t foresee anything wrong with my car and I don’t do any long distance driving. I just want to hold on to it until I paid for it, keep it for a couple of years then I'm going to get a new one.

With Endurance's rating and reviews, I recently initiated my warranty with them just in case something happens. I was set up on a payment plan with an average cost. So far, everything has been fine.

I saw that Endurance had one of the highest rated reviews and it's been a month since I spoke with their rep. Payment-wise, it's been good so far.

I knew about extended warranties and I knew pretty much what I was looking for. I was given a good presentation about Endurance and their reps were very thorough, pleasant, knowledgeable and they answered all my questions, which I didn’t have a lot of. I was very satisfied when I made the purchase. It was speedy and I got the policy information right away in the mail.

I just bought a car and I wanted the best extended warranty. When I researched auto warranties on the web, Endurance came up as number one. Their specialist, Solomon, was wonderful. He answered all my questions and was very knowledgeable. He made the payment as easy as possible and as low as he could since I’m disabled and a senior citizen. I would give Solomon lots of pats on the back.

I liked coverage Endurance had for a used vehicle, I was looking for the best outside warranty. Their rep was great too. I got the password and all the stuff from the letter that they sent me but I can't seem to get online to make a payment so I plan to call Endurance about it.

I decided to keep my car so I thought about getting an auto warranty. I read a lot of good things about Endurance. I was comparing that with other ones including CARCHEX and I read a lot more positive things about Endurance compared to CARCHEX. I then chose to go with Endurance primarily because they self-insure, whereas CARCHEX is a third party. The rep that I talked to was good. I had a whole bunch of questions but he took time in explaining and answering all of it. When we got disconnected, he had to call me back but he was patient. He went through the whole thing. And I was looking for a good offer because I had other quotes from other different ones. And he did me well. It was a positive experience. In fact, if a friend asks about it, I would certainly ask him to go to Endurance than to look at anything else.

Endurance offered their warranty at a great price than their competition. My rep helped me along the way and walked me through everything like what I had covered and what I was paying for. Their customer service was good too. Everyone was nice, patient, and very courteous of my time. If there was a little wait, they let me know and they apologized for it. I'm fairly patient so it wasn't too bad. I called in today to ask them about filing a claim, pretty much in depth about what they covered as far as certain things. I kind of got a better understanding today.
I haven't had an issue calling in and making payments too. Setting up the payment was really easy. They put it on file when I wanted it to come out of my bank account and it was taken out of my card the next day with no extra fees. So far, I would recommend Endurance to someone else and I hope the company keeps up the good work.

The price of auto repairs are ridiculous today and I had just paid off my truck and my warranty was out. I wanted to get an extended warranty because I wanted to be extra insured. I got a couple of quotes earlier during the year while I was doing a little research before my warranty gave out, and Endurance gave me a little more for my money. When I acquired the insurance, it was closer to the end of the month. They gave me a better chance of having my payments ready by the time it was due. I have to take care of my other bills and it was really convenient for me. I really enjoyed my conversation with Chris **. He was from the same area in which I live in now and he was very friendly and informative. He made me feel comfortable and he gave me a rundown of everything I was getting, how things would work, and my payment. It was really helpful, and I had a really good experience.

I didn't want to be faced with any costly repairs if I were to have any issues with my car. One of my friends told me about Endurance and when I went online to look for the best warranty, it was at the top of the list. It was an easy experience from the phone call and two days ago, I got my contract with them. Making payments is going to be easy too because it’s automated.

The vehicle we just bought had 99,000 miles and I knew buying it before I hit 100,000 would most likely do less. So I called up a couple of warranty companies and went with Endurance. They were in the top service and they probably bill a little less price. I told the salesperson that the first plan he threw at me, I didn’t want to spend that much on and he found me a different one. But he couldn't answer what was going to be covered and told me to call Endurance. I know a lot of the Nissan when you start the car up in the morning, it smokes. And I asked if that was covered, but the sales guy didn't know. But he was the one selling the warranty and he should have known.
Another thing was the sales guy said I could get my money refunded in about 30 days if I didn't like the warranty. I told him that the service he sold me was 60 days. I have to wait to bring it in on to 1,000 miles on the car I bought. What then was the point of the 30 days because I obviously couldn’t find anything out until after 60 days.
I wanted the service and that was one of the things that I did a lot. I pretty much knew everything in the dealership no matter if it was about service or finance. So when I had to ask some questions, I wanted to know the answer. I've been with Endurance for almost two months and I got some paperwork about the cost, but I didn’t get the brochure about what's covered.

I had experience with a warranty provider and had an issue with their cost which was really very high. My car was considered to be in such terrible shape and I needed to pay $1900 for their services. My car was getting close to a 100,000 in mileage and there was the age of it. But I was impressed with Endurance and the fact that they seemed much more down to earth and consumer friendly. I just signed up with them and their people were very good to work with. Their rep was very knowledgeable and patient with my questions. I felt confident that Endurance would be really good enough for me. I've only made one payment thus far but it was very easy.
