I wanted to have coverage for my car and Endurance had some of the best ratings over other auto warranty providers. Their specialist helped me out and had a good knowledge about their product. Paying for the warranty wasn't difficult as well. Overall, it's a good company.

I have a Jaguar and the parts are quite expensive. I had an extended warranty when I originally bought the car back in 2016, but it expired so I decided to get another extended warranty to cover the cost of the parts. I did a little research and Endurance got a lot of good reviews. They have an A+ rating with the Better Business Bureau and their price is right too. The reps were also very helpful and they gave me only the correct information on the limited warranty and the cost which was quite understandable. Everything was spot on so I decided right then and there I was gonna take it.

My auto warranty ran out, so I was looking for another one. I researched some best stuff on warranties, and a couple of them came up with Endurance. Their rep was very knowledgeable.

I had just purchased a warranty with something called Black Diamond. They called me and my other warranty was about to run out so I did it. But when I took the time to check them out online, it didn't look good. Then, I checked out Endurance and they were a member of the Better Business Bureau and they had a lot of very good report. Also, the overall price was cheaper so for me, it was a no-brainer and I chose Endurance.

I was very pleased when I purchased an extended auto warranty from Endurance. My car is getting up the age and so getting an extended auto warranty is a smart thing to do. The rep was very helpful and he gave information that I asked about. Setting up the payments was easy as well.

My car was getting up in miles and I was planning to keep it for a while. I did an online research for an auto warranty and Endurance came close to the top of the list. Also, they called me back in 30 seconds. Their reps did a great job and explained things to me. They were prompt and friendly.

My car had over 140 miles. I had to go to an outside company because Credit Union would not warranty a car with that many miles on it. I went with Endurance as they were number one in Consumer Reports. However, their rep was like any other sales man. He was forceful in trying to get it across that his company was better than others. I was already planning on purchasing a warranty from Endurance at the time but then he was still pushy. Also, I sent him an email trying to see if there was a referral fee for having my friend who had a vehicle with high mileage go with Endurance and he never responded to my voice mail.

The warranty that came with the used car I purchased recently expired. I sought a new auto warranty and chose Endurance as they had a high rating with the BBB. The rep whom I spoke with was very informative. The thing that I didn't like was that when I spoke with him, he said that the warranty wouldn't become effective until 60 days from the date of purchase. When I got the contract in the mail, it said 60 days and 1,000 miles. I already explained to him when I was initially inquiring that I don't do a lot of driving so there was no way I was going to get 1,000 miles on my vehicle in 60 days.

I just purchased a used car and got an auto warranty from Endurance. They were top-rated. Their rep was good and answered all my questions. Making my payments was easy as well.

Purchasing an Endurance warranty for my 2018 Charger was smooth and easy. I googled and saw that Endurance was top-rated. Their reps were very knowledgeable, too. I’d recommend Endurance. They are awesome.

We have an older car. It's a 2009 and the warranty we had ran out. I asked Consumer Protection if they could recommend anybody and they gave me four names of companies. Endurance had the best ratings and I've had them for a little over a month now. It's very good to have the coverage.

We bought this warranty when our manufacturer warranty ran out. We had our rear end replaced (which they did cover after A LOT of back and forth and hoops to jump thru). Our transmission went about 1/2 months later. Our truck has now been at our mechanic since July 8, 2018, it’s now Sept 28, 2018 and our claim is denied. They have given excuse after excuse and lie after lie. The latest lie; so after numerous hoops they requested a tear down of the transmission, an adjuster comes out to take pictures (not inspect just pictures). He then gives the pictures to Endurance who tell our shop that washers aren’t covered. WELL the funny thing is there weren’t ANY washers in the picture. I have spoke to probably 7 different men ALL of them were disrespectful, treated me like I didn’t know what I was talking and verbally abusive because I’m a woman.

I got an extended warranty from Endurance when the warranty of my 2014 Chevy Cruise expired. Purchasing a warranty with them wasn’t difficult at all. Their rep explained all the different policies that they have and told me what’s best suitable for my car. I was told what was covered and what wasn’t, how my plan will go and how much will it costs. The only thing that I didn’t like was the 30-day wait and the 1,000 mile we have to drive. Other than that, everything was okay. It covered what needed to be covered. Having a warranty is very valuable. When my coil went out, I took my car to the dealership and they diagnosed what was going on with it. They called Endurance and Endurance said that it was not covered because they took out my spark plugs with it, which is understandable because spark plugs is general maintenance. But they paid for the coil and I paid for the spark plugs. It has all been a positive experience for me.

I looked into warranties because the warranty I had originally expired and then the one that I purchased last year was a little higher than Endurance. It was also a little more complicated than I wanna deal with. I had to call the company back, pay with my Visa and then I get reimbursed. But with Endurance, it looked less complicated to get the service done. I'm paying for two warranties now but as soon as I make the 1,000 for Endurance, I'll be shutting that other one off. I can also set up payments with Endurance or pay all at once and I chose the 24 months in payment of around $130.

I bought another car and when I looked into warranty providers, Endurance provided more timeline than the rest of the warranty people did. It was from four to five years, and the price and the coverage were about the same. I also called my mechanic and told him who the company was. Trina, Ryan, and Leon from Endurance Auto were very helpful. Ryan was the first person I talked to and when I had a question for him, he wasn't sure about the answer, so he got someone else who explained it better. Trina was the one who did most of the work and she was instrumental on how I ended up signing up with them. But I got a follow-up call from her and it had a number that showed up to be in Beaufort, South Carolina on my phone. We get a lot of phone calls from telemarketers from Beaufort and other places like that and a part of me wanted to believe that Trina wasn’t really working for Endurance. You read a lot of things about scams when you’re dealing with a lot of companies and I had some concerns about that at first. The whole process kind of felt like it wasn’t real. It was like I was talking to Endurance but not really talking to Endurance.

I bought an Infiniti, but the manufacturer warranty had expired. I was looking for an all around coverage for it and I saw that Endurance was a top-rated extended warranty place. They called me almost immediately after I sent in something. Their rep, Michael, was nice with me and he took care of me. He also called me about sending the down payment. Endurance's customer service is outstanding.

I wanna keep my wife’s car for a while and we don’t want a car payment so we decided to get an extended warranty. Her car is a Toyota Avalon and it's a really, really good car. My decision to go with Endurance had to do with what was covered and my enrollment experience was great other than it took me numerous attempts to try and relay my VIN number over to the individual. He even assured me he had it correctly but it turned out that he actually did not have it correctly. I ended up creating a policy for the wrong vehicle. It wasn’t until I received the paperwork on my policy that I realized that the VIN number was incorrect the whole time.

The reps at Endurance explained to me what my down payment was gonna be, what it covered, the type of vehicle service contract that it was before I went ahead and decided to get it. Making payments for the warranty was convenient, I just gave them my information and they went ahead and processed it. During the first month, I had to email them a receipt that I got an oil change from a mechanic so that it wouldn’t void my policy. They emailed me to acknowledge that they got the receipt and I got it off to them on time. Considering everything, I’m happy with my experience.

I bought a nice used car that only had a one year warranty on it. That warranty was up and with all the electronics in it, it was scary not to have a new warranty on it. Endurance has done a phenomenal job of getting their name out and so, after doing a lot of reading, I took a leap of faith with them. When I asked their reps questions, they went right along with what I had read previously. Furthermore, making payments for my warranty has been really easy as I am on auto-withdraw.

Endurance also got the package to me, which was something that I had problems with another company because they didn’t want to send me information. The package has the card, too, so in case I'll have problems on the road, I can call somebody to come and get me. And although I can change the oil a lot cheaper than Endurance can, they'll make it easier for me. I've changed the oil and did most of the maintenance on my car myself, but it's hard to do that.

I had to make a down payment, but I got a military discount. Doing business with Endurance was standard and it was very pleasant. It wasn’t difficult at all.

I enrolled my 2016 Cadillac with Endurance a week ago and the only thing I’m waiting for from them is a paper trail booklet that would tell me all that I need to know. I get email but I’m waiting for the book. But the representative provided me all the information I was interested in, in terms what’s covered and also the performance, in terms of the services that are offered under this contract. I didn’t find any lapses or loopholes. He also assured me and guaranteed that it was all legit and up-and-up. For five years or 185,000 miles, everything would be covered. As I go into the third and fourth or fifth year of this car, I wouldn't want to have to worry about anything as long as I’m making my monthly payments.

My other warranty expired and it's important to get a warranty because you never know when something's going to break down and some of the stuff in the car costs a lot of money. The Endurance guy I worked with while purchasing the warranty explained everything very nicely, went over what is covered. Overall, I’m happy and satisfied with Endurance.

The Endurance rep I dealt with answered every question I had. He knew the answers right away. There was no shuffling or a need to go through a supervisor to get the correct answer. He was telling me the pros and the cons of having the warranty and the disadvantages of not having the type of insurance I was trying to purchase. He knew his job and he also told me what I had to do if I was to purchase a new vehicle, or if I wanted to, I can transfer the warranty to another vehicle.

My experience with enrolling my Toyota with Endurance Auto Warranty was great. They seemed to be the best based on my internet research. It also really struck me that they had taken an active role in improving their customer experience and also the experience that customers had with getting their claims paid for. I take reviews with a grain of salt but when they started working with the Better Business Bureau to actively improve their customer experience, it really goes a long way in saying that they’re committed. One time, I emailed their rep on a weekend and I wasn’t expecting anything back. Apparently, the system didn’t send out their number correctly and I never got it replaced, but I wanted the warranty on advance. I called them back the following Monday and they were very good. I really had a good experience with them all the way through.

We’re gonna be traveling on an RV, I own a diesel truck, and repairs are costly. I Googled the 10 best aftermarket warranty programs, and Endurance came up on top, so I only checked them and Ford. Endurance was a little cheaper, and they offered the same coverage for a year longer and 10,000 more miles. I also did some research and they seemed to have very few complaints, so I decided to stay with them. They started off a little higher on the price and I told them I didn’t want to spend that much money. They redid it, reduced the cost and I believe I have bumper-to-bumper coverage.

They have great customer service in the sales department the people are very nice and knowledgeable but when you need their help or you need to file a claim that is when they become rude and disrespectful. I had a warranty with the Porsche dealership and I thought the dealership was giving me a good deal. But they were $2,000 higher than anybody else so I cancelled it. I worked with a representative at Endurance and he was a very kind person. He was also very knowledgeable but I didn’t like the fact that if I didn’t choose it right then while we were speaking, I wouldn’t get the discount. As a matter of fact, we started to cancel it when it came in because we thought about it and we didn’t like what we saw. We kicked it around and now, I still may cancel it. We've got another four or five days left. I did the research before I made the purchase though, and although Endurance wasn't the best price they had more value. They had more to offer.

Endurance got a better service than the other providers out there. Their representative was very convincing. He sold me on the warranty. He walked me through it, and his service was excellent. Making the payments was very easy, too.

I went with them because I felt that if they fix a starter, the more likely they would do a transmission. Their specialists were very helpful and professional. They called me a couple of times and I was able to feel comfortable with Endurance. I also called them to make sure that they had the right knowledge and that we were on the same page 'cause I was getting ready to go to Detroit and put some miles on the car. I didn't want anybody telling me that I didn't get enough miles. With the first rep, I had questions about the transmission and parts and he explained to me that the only parts they don't fix is on the stick shift. Then, with the other one, I was able to get a reduction for what they've decided because I'm a retired person. And I've paid my bill on time. Overall, my purchasing experience with Endurance was good.

I have a Chevy Trailblazer ’07 and it’s better to have an auto insurance that’s going to give you some type of peace of mind. At least you know you’re covered if your car breaks down or anything happens to the car. You don’t have to come out of pocket and carry the whole cost of whatever breaks down on the vehicle. Endurance Auto Warranty was the number one on the top 10 list for auto warranties and my experience with them was awesome.

When I bought my automobile, I got a warranty from the people I bought it from, CarMax. But then I got mailings from Endurance, making it seem like I needed to get their car warranty. So I was under the impression that mine was expiring. But I found out later that it wasn’t. So why was I paying Endurance? They told me I wasn't paying them but I remembered giving them some money to start the policy. I sent them an email asking how to close out the policy and saying that I didn't need it and that I would get it later when my warranty expires.

Getting set up with Endurance was also easy. But they didn’t send out the bill that I wanted. They sent it out in both our names and I wanted it to be just in my wife's name because she likes to pay by check and I’d pay when they take it out of my account. Other than that, it was a good experience and they didn’t force anything on me.

They denied my claim would not give me any explanation and would not cover anything. It is a rip off. They have no problem taking your money but have a big problem when you file a claim to get your vehicle fixed. Anybody out there this is the worst place to get a warranty from hands down.
