When I did my research and looked at a recommendation from Consumer Report, Endurance was number one. I clicked on it to get information about the company and before I could complete the information, someone was already calling me on the phone. I doubt that the representative was monitoring her monitor for people that were just seeking for information.
I paid the initial fee via credit card, and Endurance had the payment set up to draft a monthly fee via credit card. I didn’t want that because when they draft the fee, I would have an interest charge from the credit card. If I pay them directly I wouldn't have that interest charge. So, I called Endurance and asked to change the payment, which they did. Also, the representative that I spoke with was cordial and timely. I’ve had a good experience so far.

I shopped around and found that Endurance Auto Warranty had a good rating. I like them. The representative was very knowledgeable and I didn’t feel pressured. Other extended insurance companies made me feel like it was a now-or-never kinda thing and I didn’t like that. I like the ease of being able to make up my mind without having somebody saying, “We gotta get you in right now.” Also, I love that with Endurance, the payments are subtracted right out of my account. I don’t have to remember to call and pay.

The factory warranty of my vehicle was getting expired so I looked into extending my warranty. I did some research on the internet and I found out that Endurance is the best. Their sales rep was very good. He went through all the details and gave me all the positives and negatives. The purchase process was fast and making the payments was very easy. Everything was done through phone with the rep. And, the first payment that I did was very good. I was automatically deducted for it.

Things can always happen in regards to your vehicle so having a warranty is very useful if you really can afford it. I wanted to be safe so I looked into getting one. But I found out my dealer already has Endurance and considering its affordability as well as the coverage, I went ahead and canceled the other one. I got Endurance's powertrain warranty which is something that covers the major parts. But I was a little bit disappointed that they didn't cover the exhaust system. It's a burden but a lot of the aftermarket warranties don't either so I understood. The representative was also very knowledgeable, as well as honest and good. He told me everything I need to know and answered every question I had.

I purchased a used vehicle and wanted to get an auto warranty. I called Endurance after I saw a commercial, and their guy gave me a decent rate. He was friendly, too. He explained the coverage and didn't explain anything about filing a claim, but I was rushing. I was already at the dealership, and I just wanted to be covered when I left the dealership.

I needed a warranty as I wasn't confident in the quality of the car I bought. Endurance had the highest ratings. They also had the lowest price compared to the next best company that my bank recommended. I went with them and had a really positive experience. As soon as I requested a quote and hit send on their website, the phone rang within a few seconds. It was pretty surprising. The rep whom I dealt with was really easy to work with and upfront. I had a couple of questions that he wasn't able to answer but he called me back the next working day and gave me the answers. I was really happy with the service on the front end.
When we finalized, the rep I originally dealt with passed me to his manager who took my payment information on subsequent calls. There was a 30-day waiting period thereafter and after that was up, I got a notice that I was now covered and the automatic initial payment has been automatically pulled. However, communication went silent for that month-long period and I wasn’t sure exactly what was gonna happen next. If I didn't hear from the manager at around the time I did, I was going to get ready to call him back. Nevertheless, other than that issue, working with Endurance was very smooth.

I looked into getting an auto warranty so it wouldn't cost me so much to get things fixed in case I needed that. I saw online that Endurance was rated number one among the auto warranty companies, so I went with them. I bought a 2010 used car which was in very good shape but I wanted it covered. I looked at some of the coverage and did a comparison online. The rep did a good job of explaining the benefits and how the program works. Endurance looked like it would cover more for the value and thus far, I would recommend them.

My truck does not have a warranty for the bumper-to-bumper stuff. I recently had to purchase a repair and I didn’t want to spend that much money again so I decided to get an auto warranty. Originally, I chose Endurance and I purchased that knowing that there was a 30-day money back guarantee. I went with them because they were rated number one on a lot of sites. But I also found another insurance warranty provider that had a zero deductible and was a lot cheaper and I purchased theirs as well. However, I ended up cancelling my Endurance policy because their customer service was very difficult to get a hold of. They kept running me around in circles as I was trying to talk to them. And if you need to cancel them, it’s very difficult to get through to their personnel that are in charge of canceling policies. For the most part, their reps were good but there was one gentleman that was very difficult to work with.

I called different companies when I needed the extended warranty for my Audi. Endurance was pretty straightforward and gave me all the numbers that I asked for. The whole process was pretty smooth and fast. The rep was able to give me a little discount, but the warranty was still pretty pricey. I spent $4,500 for it. I pay almost $1,000 ever 10,000 miles per se. And the rep was not pushing me because a German car always has got some problem here and there after the warranty. But the price is a little higher than the average. I know someone that got a premium policy and it pretty much covers everything and the things that Endurance got for me, but it costs way less.

Originally, when I purchased my car, I thought it was certified used and a friend told me she thought hers was too. Lo and behold, it wasn't. My car wasn't under any type of warranty at all and from prior experience many years ago, I've had used cars where the air conditioner went out and I paid out of pocket close to $1100 to have it repaired. I didn't want to do that again and I learned from that. This was the time to start looking for protection for the car.
A lot of the warranty companies wanted me to pay the whole lump sum and Endurance was one of the few that took monthly payments. I spoke to a rep and he explained everything to me. In the event that I needed them to take the car to an authorized dealer, a card will come in the mail and they would take it from there. The rep also said they'll provide a rental while my car is getting repaired. It felt like it's something fairly easy that I don't have to be stressed out about what to do and I hope that everything I was told will be exactly the way it was explained.

I was offered an auto warranty at the dealership, but the previous dealership that I was originally looking at purchasing a car had a better warranty than what the Ford dealership was offering. I decided to do some research on my own to see if there was anything else available and Endurance was the top on the list. When I talked to the lady on the phone, she was very informative and very helpful. There was no pressure and she gave me the information that I needed to make a decision. She told me about the differences in the coverage. Endurance's price was better than what the dealership was offering, but it had more coverage. I would refer my friends directly to the lady I talked to because she did a great job of following up and talking. She was very personable and wasn’t very sales-y.

I've been reaching out to a lot of people and just more so of the extension that was provided because I know Ford offered me something, but I felt that Endurance Auto Warranty would do better than Ford would offer. Ford offered me $180 down, $73 a month, 5 years, 100,000 miles. The Endurance rep said, "Well, if they offered you $180 down, we'll offer the same thing down but versus five years, we'll go seven years at a $100, 125,000." He was very helpful. Versus being a businessman, he didn’t force me to do anything out of my jurisdiction of comfort, but he also presented me with some things.
If you like Endurance or what I have is what may be beneficial for you then move forward with it, by all means. At the end of the day, I want somebody to come to a mind of his own. If they ask me what Endurance charged to get my warranty done, I'll say I was charged whether it's a $50, $100 for that. And if theirs is charging them $200, I'll tell them to drop them and come up where I'm at.

I asked a bunch of questions, including if there was a cancellation fee if some time during my policy, I wanted to cease it. I was told that there wouldn’t be any fines or charges at all. But then later on, I came to find out that I would be charged if that was to happen. I don’t plan on canceling. I just like to know things ahead of time and I like honesty. I'm old and I know I won't be allowed to drive my car much longer. I wanted to not have to get another one so a warranty was a good way of assuring that I would be able to continue driving the car I have until I die. Endurance was the highest ranked warranty provider with Forbes so I went with them. Everything was fine when I was talking to their reps except that nobody bothered to mention the fact that I had to have an oil change within 30 days when I had just had an oil change 35 days earlier. That caused me to have to spend another $100.
I wasn’t due for another oil change for so many thousand miles or at least three months. Still, the reps said that I had to have one anyway so I did. If they had told me in advance, it might not have changed my mind, but I thought it was pretty pathetic that they have additional requirements. I don’t like having to deal with this kind of crap. Nor do I like having to read all the fine print they send me. They know that I can’t see very well and they still print everything in tiny little print. Still, I read over it all because I know there’s always something that they’re trying to catch me with. I was pretty miffed about this oil change. However, what I was being told by their rep didn't coincide with my contract.
I was within my 30-day waiting period and when I received my contract, I read it thoroughly. I had questions, so I called and when I talked to the customer service representative, what they were telling me was not in writing when it comes to Endurance's coverage limit and she was trying to assure me that what she was saying was correct. I was trying to explain to her that my contract said something different but she couldn't give me anything in writing about what she was saying . and so I chose to cancel my warranty. I almost purchased an extended warranty from another company but I went a little more detailed and saw that Endurance had a really good rating. I called Endurance and they were about 35% less expensive. The guy that I talked to was really nice. He told me that he would be my personal car specialist and that I could call him if I had any questions in the future. I took his number and called him three different times and left my name and number, but he never returned my calls. He didn't give me the professional courtesy to call me back, and I almost cancelled the contract because of that. I then called in the regular number and talked to somebody else. I got my question answered but I was really miffed.
The warranty said that I need to follow regular maintenance. I called Endurance and asked the rep how would I know what has been done to the car before to where I need to follow the maintenance since there's no maintenance schedule of what has been done in the past when you buy a car. He said that all I had to do was to keep the oil changed. I told him that there has to be something other than that because there's the transmission and air conditioning. He insisted that I didn’t need to do anything other than keep the oil changed. But you want to keep the water changed in the radiator because if you didn’t do that, the car would overheat and the engine would blow up. It’s not just the oil. But the rep didn’t tell me that. He said that if I saw any little spills, I just have to get them fixed because that was all normal maintenance. And that didn't ring right.
However, the warranty was set up professionally and I got the booklet within the timeframe that they said they would send it out. The booklet was done nicely by the company representing Endurance. They did a real nice job outlining the cost. I bought my 2008 Mercedes for $12,000 and the warranty costs me $4,000 for over 24 months. It was a good investment to get a nice, well-made car. Having the warranty is part of the cost and I’m real pleased to feel that I’m protected with Endurance.

The warranty of my wife's car ended a few days before we started looking. Cars nowadays have more electronics in them than the old school ones and it costs thousands of dollars to fix versus an '86 Chevy where you can just get under there and replace a few parts. So, I went online and I got to see the top providers. I started reading the reviews because one thing I was worried about was signing up for somebody and then locking me in, and me choosing it, and I don’t like it anymore. With Endurance, they will prorate and pay you back whatever money if you decide you don't like it.
I asked their rep a ton of stuff and she was very knowledgeable, but I reached outside the realm. She had to reach out to her manager a few times because everything in my wife's car is electrical. There are too many wires and lights, and we just recently found out that for an older car, there's a piece in the door for child safety lock that you flip. In my wife's car, there's a button and the button's on the dash, and it's hard to find that thing especially if nobody told you about it. We even went online to find it. Still, it's electrical and there's no manual switch in there to make sure that my child doesn't fall out of the car if my wife pulls the handle. If the button fails, what am I gonna do?
If anything's gonna go wrong in that car, it's gonna be electrical. So, we ended up pushing the rep to find coverage that covered a good portion of the electrical system. The only thing that turned me off was when you sign up, you have no coverage on your first month. So, as my warranty had just finished or was finishing, I had 30 days of nail biting and I'm paying for it. Nevertheless, the rep did a really remarkable job.

How can I request a refund in the first 30 days if I haven't been able to use their services? I was then told that I would get a pro-rated refund. The amount would be based on when it was received after mailing me the form, mailing it back, and processing. Basically, I would be charged the entire amount I already paid because they found a way to delay the cancellation. The amount they were trying to charge me for a year would have been more than any average repair on my car. Don't fall for the same scam I did.

My car has reached the 100,000-mile mark, and so my warranty with Chevrolet was about to end. I did a research and Endurance was number one on the list of the top five. Their rep was wonderful. She spoke everything back to me and it wasn’t complex, and it was easy enough for me to understand. It was convincing enough to let me know that I wanted to do this. She also told me what my payments would be and also that I could make the payment how I want to do it monthly.
Endurance is doing a good job. The way they explained the warranty and everything that comes with the package is wonderful. It keeps you from having to go out of your pocket for major expenses. So I’m very impressed with it. If my friends were to ask me, I would tell them that they can’t beat Endurance. I looked and researched other companies and Endurance seems to have a lot more.

I just can't afford it and I don't really know how it goes either. Especially being a young man and not really knowing all these things, you've got to reeducate yourself or figure out the hard way. Having the Endurance warranty for mechanical uses makes me feel more confident. The guy said the extended warranty is almost like insurance, bumper-to-bumper, but it stays mechanical. It feels good to have it and know that Endurance has my back. I feel like I had not gotten taken advantage of and that I actually get cut a good deal. That was all I was looking for or something that would help me out in the position I was in. I'm happy.

I'm paying for that Endurance Auto Warranty coverage plus two other extra and they're all the same. I didn’t know I had all the different warranties. We looked into it. My husband who has Parkinson's is 70 and I'm 69. I've got my hands full. I can't handle all the things that I'm having to deal with right now, for the last years had been hell. And every time I've talked to these people, I was inundated with phone calls about, "Your warranty's gonna expire." People were driving me insane, so I went ahead and I thought, "Oh, this is gonna be helpful to me." And I found out that my husband thought he was doing tune-ups on the car but he wasn’t. He just kept going and getting oil changes done. Right now, I'm having work done on my car and all these warranties don’t cover a penny. All that money that I have paid out for the last six months or more for three different warranties are worthless.
A lot of work is needed for the car and none of it is covered by the warranty. I don't know cars. I know where to put the gas and oil, but I don’t do that. I take it to get oil changes. I thought my husband knew enough when I kept saying, "There's a light coming on. What does that mean?" And he'd say, "Oh, that's nothing. That just means the car has is giving a warning about the air pressure on the tire or whatever." So, everything that I was concerned about, he said, "Don’t worry about it. It's no big deal." When I finally took it to a garage myself, there were a lot of big deals. But it blows my mind that the only thing those warranties are for, if your engine is shot, they'll cover a new engine but not much else. The repair people contacted all three and they all covered the same things. I know they won't cover ball bearings and things like that but I'm looking at $2,300 right now that I'm having to pay out of pocket. So, I'd be calling Endurance to cancel.

I also take a lot of road trips to go see family and I wanted to make sure I was covered if anything were to go awry. I got bumper to bumper coverage from Endurance and the rep whom I spoke had an attitude that was spot on. Anytime I had a question, she was very informative in relaying information and letting me know that I was covered.
If anything goes wrong with my vehicle, it's paid for and I only pay a deductible. I asked the rep questions like where I should take my vehicle if the transmission goes out and she said I could take it to the shop of my choice. Once the factory warranty of a vehicle goes out, the owner is on his own. The costs of the transmission, the engine, ball joints and repairs like that could break a person. Having this warranty is very valuable.

Also, the price was reasonable considering what I would pay out of pocket if I had to go to a mechanic.

I just lost a car in 2013, so I don’t want to take a chance and got an extended warranty. The limited warranty of my car was about to expire then I had to shop around and found Endurance. Their corporate office is in Skokie, and it was a hometown thing that I got them plus their review was also pretty good. I had a tough negotiation with their rep the first half an hour, but we came to terms.
The car doesn’t have that many mileage. I bought it 2013. I barely have 36 something now on it so I was looking for bumper-to-bumper and that's what I got. And as far as you agree on what payments you're gonna make, it was harmless. God forbid if something happens, it's very valuable for me personally. I'm just paying this in case if something happens at least I have assurance that Endurance is gonna be there.

Though my car just turned 36,000 miles and I haven't had issues with it, I wanted to make sure I have coverage for the next few years because of all the electrical stuff on it. Overall Endurance has been great. I'm very satisfied and I would recommend them to friends.

I was looking for a service contract and Endurance had more of what I was looking for in terms of coverage. I looked at six other companies and they wanted everything to be covered for more money and I didn't want that coverage. Alternatively, their warranties covered too little. Endurance's rep was enthusiastic and made it easy to make a decision. My plan with them covers all major vehicle issues like the tranny.
However, I didn't even realize that they had set me up with auto pay. When I checked my bank account, I wondered who the hell Mepco was, then I realized it was Endurance. If I didn't look into it more, I could have rated that as fraud. Nevertheless, with Endurance, the cost was not bad. It was a little above what I wanted to pay but with 24 months and paying a set fee every month, it's still reasonable.

I bought a car in 2007 and got the extended warranty through Chrysler Mopar. In February, as I was coming up on the end of that extended warranty which was 116,000 miles and running up in September, I talked with Chrysler Mopar and they said they had another six year extension and 75,000 miles. They told me to call them in July or whenever I start getting close to 116,000 miles. So I got to them by 115,000 with 10,000 miles and they just cancelled extending the warranty for that many miles of cars. The guy was very apologetic but at that point, I got on the internet and on the phone and then talked with a bunch of different people.
I preferred what I heard from Endurance about my coverage options, pricing and the extension that would run four years and 60,000 miles. I was interested in that and I found out that they’ve been around for a while. They were not some two-year organization that sells all the warranties and goes out of business because that happened to me years and years ago. The Endurance rep was very good and he did a great job. He got me all lined up and that went well. It was very smooth and he was very transparent. Endurance popped up as being the best auto warranty provider so I decided to go through them. I called them up and told them that I needed to get an extended warranty and they went ahead and took the information about the vehicle. They asked asked me how many miles there was on it and told me how much it was gonna cost for first payment and the payments after that. They have three different types of policies and they asked me if I wanted the premium one. I told them I wanted the policy that's gonna cover the major things.
However, I didn't have the money to start the insurance right away so they went ahead and said that they would start on the 2nd of July. I didn't get the booklet and all the information on it until it was around 12th-13th and I realized that there was a 1,000 mile or 30-day waiting period before the policy actually comes enforced. But then, during that 30-day period I was gonna have to get a oil change. I do my own oil changes and I told Endurance about that. They told me that I needed to have a paper trail. I responded saying that I have the receipts for my oil and filter from Walmart. The rep talked to his manager who said that what I had wasn't good enough for a paper trail.
I tried to change and the manager said that they had another policy where I could wait 30 or 60 days before doing an oil change. It was more expensive and I thought that I'd stick with the policy I have and put as many miles on my truck as I can then have the oil change before the 30 days are up. I've put over a 1,000 miles on it so I probably got the deductible satisfied. Though I'm a little upset that didn't get the information about the oil change earlier, I'd still definitely recommend Endurance to others.

I bought a used vehicle and it was coming out of warranty. I needed an extended warranty and when I did a Google search, Endurance was the first one to come up and they had decent reviews. But I was kind of on the fence if I was gonna get it or not. The price was still too high and they kept calling and calling. They did a sales pitch and pressuring and stuff. And then they ended up dropping the price significantly from what it was originally. They kept saying, "If you don't take advantage of this today, then this deal's gone and then it's not gonna get any better." But then they called back and gave me a better deal to try to sell me on it. I ended up buying it. They reduced it probably about $400 from what they originally started with it.
They were harassing people and were real aggressive, which people didn't like. And then I also started reading reviews about how they weren't paying out. All the reviews online were about how good their customer service was and their sales and how easy it was to work with them. But then when it came time for the claims, it might've just been all bad reviews online.
I was pressured in the sale and then I hard 30 days to cancel it. So I had a full 30 days to do reviews and check on the company, what they were about and everything else. When I finally got all their packet in the mail and I read through all of the fine print, there was a lot of loopholes. And then when I started reading the reviews, it seemed like they were using a lot of the loopholes to not pay out claims. If you modify the car, like if you put seat covers, then they weren't gonna pay out for like an engine or transmission. What I read didn't really appease to me so I ended up cancelling the policy.
