It costs so much money to get a vehicle repair so I got a warranty. I don’t want to pay the full price of repair. So with a $100 deductible, I know I’m paying $3,400. But without a warranty if the car breaks one time, it would put me at a bind. When I saw Endurance it was listed as the best. Their rep turned out to be awesome. She was very knowledgeable. I let her teach me what everything was about and I went from there. She’s very informative. To do the claim, I’ll be calling in. I’m gonna take the vehicle to the dealership and they’ll fix it. I have up to $20,000 or the value of the car in repair.

Even though I still have a five-year warranty on my powertrain, I didn’t want to go without one. My bumper-to-bumper will be running out, if it hasn't already. It has been my experience to either use it or not which is like making a prepayment for oil which I did this year. I looked up warranty providers and Endurance was one of the better ones. I had a bad experience with another extended warranty so, I wanted to make sure that I had somebody that was reputable. I didn't see any complaints with them. I got a call from GMC which was what I had and theirs was a few hundred bucks cheaper with no deductible but I went with Endurance.

But don’t let people tell you that you’re buying a General Motors product at the dealership, because it’s not. The F&I guy said that GM bought the company. But they didn't. He even let me talk to his boss and he said the the same thing. I told him that it’s not. He needs to quit doing that. People will trust them when they tell them they’re buying stuff. They’re like that because they want to sell something. But they're intentionally misleading somebody.

I compared the first three extended warranty companies that I saw online and the coverage with Endurance was far superior than the other two. Their price was much better than the other two as well. They covered the stuff that I wanted covered, and I was very pleased with the gentleman I spoke to. It was a very positive experience. I've recommended Endurance to three different people and two have gone with them.

Anytime I buy a used car, I also buy a warranty. I've always been a person who buys warranty no matter what I buy and I'd tell others to go for Endurance when they need a warranty. I went with them because they called me back and the guy that I was dealing with was real punctual in giving me info. I was surprised at how plenty the information was that he provided me. As far as getting an extended warranty, it is to each his own. However, I wanna be protected and things are expensive to get fixed since one never knows what may happen. My other extended warranty expired and I got Endurance after I saw that it was one of the best when I looked on the internet. The representatives told me what I needed to know as well as told me when my extended warranty would arrive at the house and how to use it. I'm happy with that. Then, I paid off the policy one time. All in all, I would recommend getting a warranty.

My uncle over in Georgia had also gotten coverage from Endurance for his new Camaro, so I thought it was a good choice to go with them. Their rep was very courteous. He was very informative, and when he had to call me back, he got back to me within a reasonable amount of time. Also, making payments for my warranty is very easy. I would recommend Endurance to anybody who's looking for a relatively inexpensive and decent auto coverage company.

I have been getting calls from other people regarding the warranty for my vehicle. I went online and read reviews and different things, and Endurance Auto Warranty did have the best review which was the biggest selling point. There were some that were less expensive but their reviews were not as pleasing. I just wanted to make sure I went with someone who could take care of me like they said they would. Also, Endurance reps were informative. They answered any questions that I had and explained to me what this warranty business was about because I hadn't even really given it any thought. They took their time and explained things so that I could understand it and then helped me pick which of the products was best for my needs.

I looked at a lot of other companies, but Endurance was pretty good from what I've seen. I just made a payment last month and I have to wait two months before I could file a claim. But so far, the reps have been pretty good. The initial quote they gave me was out of my price range and they ended up giving me a better quote. It was something more affordable, and I jumped on it. So, it was pretty cool. Endurance works with you, their prices are reasonable, and they have a lot to offer.

I bought an old car which made me nervous and at that time, Endurance seemed like a good plan. The rep was very nice and helpful but she and the person she transferred me to told me that this was for 19 months. It ended up being 24 months and I am not happy. Also, I wasn't thrilled with their cavalier attitude when I called. I was dissatisfied with that part of the experience and it gave me the impression that there was something shady about this company and so, I wouldn't recommend them.

I tried to explain my concerns and the guy said, "Stop, stop! Are you interested, yes or no, that's it!" I said no and that was that! Apparently one size fits all and there isn't any consideration for driver or car history, tickets, wrecks, moving violations, credit score and/or auto service history. One would think that a near perfect car would make a difference?

The warranty that I had on my car was expiring and I needed to get a new one. The car dealership that I bought my car through didn't offer another extended warranty even though it was through them that I got the extended warranty, and that caused me to go to a third party vendor. I went with Endurance based off the ratings that I saw on the internet. The only thing I didn't like was the fact that they told me I'd be getting my packet in the mail in 10 days and it took three weeks. I had to call about it. But they answered my questions and for the most part, things went fairly well. I wanted to get a warranty that covers the most, and they explained the ins and outs. If I were to sell my car, the warranty could be transferable, or if I didn't want to transfer the warranty, I could get reimbursed for the part of the warranty that was not used. Those were pluses.

Having an extended warranty is very valuable for the type of vehicle that I have, a 2012 Hyundai Equus. The manufacturer's warranty had run out on it and I wanted to make sure I had protection. I looked at Endurance's ratings and the A-rating with the Better Business Bureau caught my eye so I went with them. I had a good experience with my interaction with their rep. I had some issues with my car and I had the auto repair shop make the call to file the claim before my waiting period was over. For some reason, I missed that part of the conversation with the sales rep. I was three weeks far into the grace period then. Nonetheless, the grace period would be over in a couple of days. Overall, Endurance seems to be a good warranty company.

The guy from Endurance that I spoke with was informative and I liked what he was telling me. It sounded good. As far as major parts that need to be fixed, so anything that counts a lot, Endurance is good at it. And if there was anything the representative said that I didn’t understand, I asked and he broke it down so I could understand. Then they take payments directly from my account for the warranty. That's easy too.
