Chris of Atlanta GA (03/03/09) I won 3 separate auctions for travel certificates and emailed skyauction customer support asking if they would mail 3 envelopes or just one with certificates. They replied by saying that I still had to pay 3 separate processing fees of 20 per auction so each one would be mailed separate. Well, lo and behold, I only received one envelope!!!! So I refused it and sent it back to formally complain about being charged three times for one envelope being mailed. I finally had to dispute with my credit card, which they could care less about my being charged an extra 40. So in the end, I was charged 60 for no services rendered. I kept each and every email and every correspondence and still will retain it as I feel this is fraudulent business practice. Now the BBB can review the matter.

Elaine of Cocoa Beach FL (02/03/09) January 12th I bouhgt 3 bottles of wine. The 22nd of January I emailed customer service to find out why I had not received. No response. Again emailed 2 days later and told they would contact supplier. emailed again 27th told I would receive wine by the 30th and they would send me a tracking number. Have phoned and emailed twice since then. No response. It is now Feb. 3rd and still no reponse, no tracking number and no wine.
I have used sky auction happily for travel but will never recommend them again to anyone since I now know how little they think of their clients.
