Janice of St. George UT (04/14/09) I won a Sky Auction for a stay at RCI. When I checked up on the stay when it was time to go, it had been cancelled. I have emailed Sky Auction a number of times, they gave me a phone number to call, but no one answers or calls me back. She said that she emailed me to my work address, but due to the economy that office has closed and I no longer work there, so I didn't get the email. I am out my money because they didn't respond to my current email address or call me.
I am out the 220 dollars and no hotel stay.
Wayne of Edison, NJ April 10, 2009
Wayne of Edison NJ (04/10/09) First, I have used Sky Auction in the past and had no problems. This time it was different. Like Elaine I won an auction for 6 bottles of wine and on March 27 I recieved an email stating I would be notified when shipped. Two weeks later still no response and they do not return emails or answer any phones. I have now put in a dispute with the credit card company. They definitely have gone down hill.

John of Dallas, TX March 20, 2009
John of Dallas TX (03/20/09) A client called to check to see whether or not a gift card could be used on all services or just a few services. I asked them to tell me more about the card that they had and they said that they had been bidding on it on skyauction.com. We have no knowledge of skyauction.com and NEVER authorized anything of the sort.
Our name was used in a manner we do not approve of. Furthermore, the chance of us having to deal with an unhappy client was very high. We would not have been able to honor the gift card.
