What is Enterprise Rent-A-Car?

Enterprise Rent-A-Car is a global vehicle rental service company that offers a wide selection of vehicles to travelers or those who need a short-term vehicle.

Drivers can find an Enterprise rental location in most major airports and other locations throughout the country. If you use rental cars regularly, you can subscribe to Enterprise and take advantage of benefits such as access to a range of vehicles and insurance, maintenance and roadside assistance for just one monthly payment. Subscribing with Enterprise also lets you swap out vehicles up to four times in a month.

From compact sedans to minivans, trucks and luxury cars, Enterprise makes it easy to reserve, rent and return rental cars across the country.

How does Enterprise work?

The first step in renting a car through Enterprise is the reservation process. As you browse its online inventory of rental cars, you’re asked to input information such as:

  • The type of car you want
  • Pickup location
  • Drop off location
  • Pickup/drop off dates
  • Additional coverage options
  • Added features (car seats, GPS, snow chains)

Once you’ve input this information, Enterprise will produce a list of vehicles that meet your needs.

Picking up the car
Once you’ve made your reservation, pick up your rental car on the predetermined date at an Enterprise location. An agent helps you locate the car on the property and do a walkthrough to take note of any damages or issues with the car before you take it. After signing some paperwork, you’re free to take the car for your agreed-upon rental.
Additional options
During the reservation process, you will sign a damage waiver that covers minor damage to the rental car such as scratches or dents. This is an optional protection plan, but any minor damages to the rental car will come out of pocket if you choose not to sign a damage waiver.

Drivers can also add personal accident insurance or personal effects coverage at the time of their rental for an additional daily charge. These insurances are optional, and the cost varies based on the location where you are renting the car.

If you are worried about losing your keys, running out of gas, or getting locked out of your car, you can add roadside assistance protection to your reservation so that you aren't charged out of pocket for these roadside incidents.

Returning the car
When it is time to return the car, drive it to the predetermined drop off location. During drop off, an Enterprise agent will perform a walk-through inspection again to ensure the car has not been damaged.

The agent will also check that the car has been refueled. If you choose not to fill up the gas tank, you will be charged the company’s gas rate, which is usually more expensive than the local pump price. If you are picking up a rental car at the airport, you can prepay for fuel, which lets you return the car without worrying about filling it up.

If you need your rental car for a few days longer, you can call the Enterprise location and ask if the car is available for an extension. There are no penalties for returning your car early, but you can only return your car to a non-airport location during business hours. Enterprise locations within the airport usually allow returns after hours.

How to rent a car with Enterprise

To secure a rental car, you must have a valid driver’s license and an acceptable form of payment and meet the rental location’s minimum age requirements. Most rental locations set their minimum driver age at 25 but may allow drivers between 21 and 24 to rent a car with a “youthful driver surcharge” of $20 a day. You will also be required to put down a deposit that varies by location.

Enterprise car rental price

The cost of your rental car depends on a variety of factors, including how long you have the car, what type of car you choose, your rental location and any insurance or additional products you select. Below are a few examples of the most common types of rental car selections and the cost for a week.

VehicleCost
Pickup truck (Ford F-150 or similar)$269 a week
Economy car (Mitsubishi Mirage or similar)$186 a week
Compact car (Nissan Versa or similar)$186 a week
Standard car (Volkswagen Jetta or similar)$196 a week
Compact SUV (Ford EcoSport or similar)$230 a week
Standard SUV (Ford Edge or similar)$256 a week
Luxury car (Cadillac XTS or similar)$282 a week
Premium SUV (Chevy Suburban or similar)$464 a week
Luxury elite SUV (Land Rover Discovery or similar)$468 a week

Other costs to consider when renting a car include local taxes, damage waivers, accident insurance, roadside protection and additional equipment, such as car seats or a GPS.

Enterprise FAQ

What does Enterprise car rental insurance cover?

Enterprise offers three different tiers of car rental insurance. There is the basic damage waiver that covers minor damages to the car, the personal accident insurance that covers the driver and the passengers in the car if there's an accident and the personal effects coverage that covers the driver, any passengers in the car and drivers of other vehicles if you’re liable.

What time does Enterprise open?

Most Enterprise locations open at 6 a.m., but this can vary between locations, so it's important to check before you rent a car.

What time does Enterprise close?

Some locations close at 5 p.m., while others are open much later. Operating hours depend on the location.

What kind of cars does enterprise rent?

Enterprise offers a wide variety of cars in different makes, models and sizes. Drivers can rent an economy car, pickup truck, sedan, SUV or luxury vehicle.

Does Enterprise own other rental car companies?

Yes. Enterprise is the parent company of National Car Rental, Alamo Rent a Car, and Enterprise CarShare.

Still have questions?

Is Enterprise a good car rental company?

Enterprise offers a wide selection of high-end vehicles in hundreds of locations across the country. It rents many newer model cars that get regular maintenance and cleaning. The company’s high number of locations makes it a convenient choice if you need to rent a car for short- or long-term use.

I had a wonderful experience at the Enterprise located at 1815 N. Scottsdale Dr., Scottsdale, Arizona. Shaelyn ** was very professional and accommodating. My first experience at this location was renting a vehicle to drive to Tucson, then drop off there. That all went very smoothly. Then, five days later, I rented a vehicle in Tucson to drive back and drop off in Scottsdale. The Enterprise in Tucson (1198 S Kolb) was not good (I will do a separate review for that one). I was not happy when I arrived at the Scottsdale location, and Shaelyn made it right by giving me an appropriate discount, as well as her business card. I highly recommend this location.

I lived in Bowie, Maryland, for 22 years, and during that time, the Bowie Enterprise location was where I routinely rented vehicles. Over the years, I had the opportunity to interact with many employees, but one person consistently stood out above the rest—Tajuana **. From my very first encounter with Tajuana, it was clear she possessed something special. Her customer service was exceptional, but what impressed me most was her temperament. She remained calm, respectful, and professional, even when dealing with difficult or unreasonable customers. She knew how to de-escalate situations while remaining firm when necessary. Her professionalism was never dependent on the circumstances—it was consistently outstanding.

Tajuana is polished, confident, and carries herself with the presence of an executive. She has a warm spirit, a genuine smile, and excellent emotional intelligence. She instinctively knows when to put customers at ease and when to focus on resolving an issue. Those qualities cannot be taught—they are the hallmarks of a natural leader.

After recently moving to Oxon Hill, I was pleasantly surprised to discover Tajuana had been promoted to Branch Manager. Seeing her in this leadership role came as no surprise to me because years ago, while she was still in Bowie, I told her I believed she was destined for bigger things. This promotion is long overdue and well deserved.

As Branch Manager, she sets the tone for the entire office. The atmosphere is welcoming, the team reflects her professionalism, and it’s easy to see that she leads by example. She doesn’t simply manage a branch—she creates an environment where both employees and customers feel valued and respected. Congratulations, Tajuana, on your well-earned promotion. Enterprise made an excellent decision. I have every confidence that your future is exceptionally bright, and I wouldn’t be surprised to see you one day overseeing multiple locations—or even owning an Enterprise franchise of your own. Thank you for your years of outstanding service. You are an excellent representative of the Enterprise brand, and I highly recommend the Oxon Hill location under your leadership.

I have occasionally had an unpleasant experience with my local Enterprise. HOWEVER, GENERALLY I'M QUITE SATISFIED. Recently, for example, I had a fabulous experience with my local Enterprise in Ensley Alabama (35208). The Agent who helped me, MIRACLE, went over and above and out of her way to locate and procure me a car so that I could travel out of state to my Dad's 86th Birthday celebration. She even upgraded my reservation, which was an extra blessing because my parents, unexpectedly, ended up traveling back home with men in the comfort of the upgraded car Miracle gave me.

When I returned the ride, Miracle got me back to my destination. The driver who took me home was also pleasant. I am very pleased with the pleasant and professional staff and service that I got from everyone at the Ensley-Birmingham Branch, including the cold water on a very hot day!! I could not be more pleased with the Ensley Enterprise Branch and hope that they remain in the area for decades to come. THANKS MIRACLE AND CREW at the Birmingham-Ensley Branch!!

I can’t say enough about the kind staff- especially Imani ** who worked tirelessly to help us. We were traveling back to Texas from a camp and had a lot of luggage and miscellaneous. We had to bring it into the office where the staff allowed us to sit and wait with luggage in tow while they worked to get us a rental. Everyone checked on us frequently while Imani was processing returns and getting customers their reserved vehicles. I can’t say the other locations in OKC were as helpful but Midwest City is top notch!

I rented a car in Europe. I reserved it ahead of time and included insurance which is something I do when traveling abroad. When I got to the desk I was told was by the agent that the insurance was going to cost much more than the amount indicated when I reserved online. I was also given a list of damage already on the vehicle. I had an incident-free rental and returned the vehicle. A few days later my credit card was hit with an additional $640 from Enterprise. An email from them said the additional charge was for damage and showed a photo of damage to a rim. But their list of previous damage to the vehicle included damage to the rim.

I am furious with them but so far haven't even been able to talk to someone because when I press "0" as instructed, their automated phone system starts all over and never forwards me to a person. This feels like a scam. I took a video of the car when I rented it but didn't specifically video the rims/tires. When I returned it I was in a rush so I made no return video. Never trust this company! If you have to rent from them, video tape the entire car before and after. You will need that proof.

Been using Enterprise for a while and have been satisfied until I wasn't. 11:00 p.m. yesterday vehicle breaks down, 3:00 a.m. this morning I'm told they are unable to provide me a tow truck, an Uber, a Lyft, or a taxi after sitting on the side of the highway for 4 hours. 3:00 a.m. I wake up a neighbor and pay them $100 to get out of bed and drive an hour away to pick me up. 8:30 a.m. I am told the service was canceled because they couldn't find a provider and I needed to find a way back to the broken down vehicle to wait on a tow truck. 10:00 a.m. they agree to send in Uber to take me back to the broken down vehicle. 12:25 p.m. I'm still sitting in this broken down vehicle and missing a day's worth of work on top of paying for a vehicle that I cannot drive especially today.

The only thing Enterprise says is, "Sorry for the bad experience. I ensure you once the vehicle is recovered by the tow company we will be able to issue you a replacement vehicle." What about the $400 I lost for not being able to work today or the $100 I had to pay my neighbor to come and get me in the middle of the night last night or the money that I already paid for this rental vehicle to be able to drive it today. Who gets stuck with that $600+ bill? Me the customer? Absolutely!!

Extremely Disappointed with Enterprise Rental Car. I am beyond frustrated with my experience with Enterprise. My vehicle has been in the body shop for three days, and despite having an insurance claim that was opened on July 7 and a rental reservation made for a vehicle comparable to the one I drive, I still do not have a rental car. I drive a Toyota Highlander, yet the only vehicles Enterprise has repeatedly offered me are a Nissan Altima or Honda Sonata. Those are not comparable to my SUV and do not meet my transportation needs. What is even more disappointing is that I have spent hours calling branch after branch—at least 10 different Enterprise locations—and every single one tells me they are booked and have nothing available. How is it possible that every location has no comparable vehicles when my rental should have been planned well in advance?

Customer service has been just as disappointing. I’ve called to explain my situation, asked for help, and requested callbacks, but no one has followed through. After being without a car for three days, I expected better communication, more urgency, and at least some effort to find a solution. I understand that inventory can be limited, but leaving customers stranded while offering no meaningful assistance is unacceptable. A reservation should mean something, especially when it’s tied to an insurance claim. I hope Enterprise takes a closer look at how situations like this are handled because this experience has been incredibly stressful and has fallen far short of the level of service I expected.

This is a complaint regarding the customer service I received from ** at your Enterprise location at 9000 Niagara Falls Blvd., Niagara Falls, NY. On August 5, I received a voicemail from ** at approximately 1:48 p.m. I returned the call and spoke with another employee, who advised me that they were simply calling to confirm my reservation for my rental scheduled for August 6–10 (Confirmation #**).

Later that evening, at approximately 5:18 p.m., ** called me again to inform me that the location would not have the vehicle I had reserved. I made this reservation on August 4, so receiving this notice less than 24 hours before my scheduled pickup was extremely frustrating. I asked ** if he could check whether another Enterprise location had a vehicle available or assist me in finding an alternative. His response was, “Sorry, I’m unable to help you with that. We don’t have the vehicle here.” Rather than attempting to assist me, he transferred me to customer service and canceled my reservation.

I have been a loyal Enterprise customer for years, and I have never been treated or spoken to in such an unprofessional and dismissive manner. ** was extremely rude, showed no willingness to help, and displayed a complete lack of customer service. Instead of helping resolve the problem, he left me to spend hours on the phone with customer service trying to locate another vehicle on my own. This situation was incredibly inconvenient, inconsiderate, and avoidable. I relied on this reservation and expected much better service from a company I have trusted for years.

My citation indicated that if the fine was paid by a certain date, there would be no additional charges. Five weeks later, I get a notice from Enterprise that the fine needs to be paid and that there is a $35 fee as well. I sent them the notification that the ticket was paid in time. They responded that they are still charging me the $35 as per their contract. I told them that does not make sense, as they had no cost for my ticket and should have been notified that the summons was paid. This sounds like they are just gouging clients. If anyone else uses a car rental, ask if they will charge for summonses if they are paid. It sounds criminal!

When we got there he actually had a Grand Wagoneer and a Nissan Frontier truck for us, I asked about a Ram that was sitting there and he said another employee already rented it out. Luckily we had only 10 people going so we took the 2 vehicles. Apond returning them had the nerve to charge us a gas refueling even though we filled both vehicles up, cleaned them out and even power washed them before returning them. Never will I use Enterprise again!!

I went to Enterprise in Cape Girardeau Missouri to pick up the car. When I got there and waited in line for about 45 minutes, the clerk, call me bup I told him what I needed, the clerk said he had no record of me and didn't have a certain car I was supposed to get. Very unfriendly, I will not do any business with enterprise. I will not recommend enterprise. Because I was bless to go to another business. I have a copy of the email sent to me to pick up the auto. Look at the reviews numbers. That says it all. My rental was vandalized one night and even though I had bought the insurance they wiggled their way out of it and charged me repairs. I denied paying for that and I received notice for lack of payment over and over and over for years. This is a corrupt company and I HIGHLY recommend not renting from them.

I recently rented a vehicle from Enterprise for what should have been a simple 200-mile trip to Baltimore to watch an Orioles game. Instead, it turned into one of the worst rental experiences I’ve ever had. On Saturday, we left in a 2026 Chevy Equinox. About an hour into the drive, the vehicle displayed an ESC failure warning along with multiple caution lights. We lost traction control, AWD, and the vehicle went into limp mode, making acceleration extremely slow and creating a potentially unsafe situation on the highway. I immediately called Enterprise for assistance. I was instructed to drive to the Fredericksburg location, which closes at 2:00 PM on Saturdays, and was specifically told they would have a replacement vehicle waiting for us. Our GPS estimated our arrival at approximately 1:20 PM, so we made it in time.

When we arrived, the employees had no idea what we were talking about. They weren’t expecting us, had no replacement vehicle ready, and once a vehicle finally became available, the employee didn’t know how to complete the vehicle exchange. We then waited over an hour while he waited for a manager to text him instructions on how to process the swap. The replacement vehicle was a 2025 Nissan Sentra. It was dirty, had what appeared to be a large toenail in the passenger seat, and when we got back on the highway, the vehicle had a severe vibration that felt like a tire or suspension component was failing. It certainly did not inspire confidence for the remainder of our trip. We returned the replacement vehicle on Sunday exactly as instructed. Unfortunately, the problems didn’t end there.

I was incorrectly billed for an additional day because the Norfolk Airport Enterprise location had not yet received their original vehicle back. After disputing the charge, it was corrected. Then, on August 1, I received yet another invoice—this time charging me for four days. I had to dispute the charges all over again. To make matters worse, I’ve been told three separate “highest priority” customer service tickets have been submitted regarding this experience. Despite those assurances, no manager has contacted me.

The most frustrating part was receiving an email from the assistant manager suggesting the check engine light was simply due to the oil change reminder not being reset. That explanation completely ignores the actual issue. An oil change reminder does not cause an ESC failure, disable traction control and AWD, or force a vehicle into limp mode. Instead of acknowledging the seriousness of the breakdown, it felt like my concerns were being dismissed with an inaccurate explanation. This experience involved an unsafe vehicle, poor communication between locations, excessive delays, an unsanitary replacement vehicle, repeated billing errors, and a complete lack of follow-up from management.

I have rented from Enterprise many times over the years because I trusted the company. After this experience, that trust is gone. I expected accountability and customer service. Instead, I was left dealing with mechanical failures, wasted vacation time, billing disputes, and management that simply never followed through.

Enterprise needs to change its document verification policy for customers using debit cards. Not everyone has a utility bill in their name, and requiring one creates an unnecessary barrier for many responsible renters. People may live with family, have utilities included in their rent, or have other legitimate living arrangements where they simply don't have a utility bill. The policy should be consistent across all Enterprise locations and allow alternative forms of proof of address, such as bank statements, lease agreements, government mail, or other official documents. Customers shouldn't be turned away simply because they don't fit one narrow requirement. Enterprise serves a diverse customer base, and its policies should reflect today's reality. It's time to update this outdated requirement and provide fair, reasonable options for debit card users.

A car was rented to me through my insurance due to totaling my car via hitting a deer. Picked it up Friday, it sat until Monday when I was headed to work. Got in the car. Headed down the road, tires flat. No big deal, turned around and aired it up back at home, and was on my way. While on my drive, I called roadside assistance - fantastic support - they said, "No big deal, stop by an Enterprise location that’s on your way to work and they’ll switch it out for you, we already have a request in, they’ll have all the info they need." Fantastic! Arrived to Merriam location, they refused me, nothing available and no other solution to the problem. Great, so fill up my tire and I’ll figure it out myself. I left the Merriam location, called roadside assistance again on my way to work, roadside assistance called a tow truck to my location and advised me to keep the keys as this car was parked in a public hospital parking lot.

It was out about an hour, but would pick up and deliver my vehicle to the tire repair shop noting it wouldn’t have keys and it was unoccupied, and they would send me an Uber to another enterprise and turn in my keys to swap out my car after work. Fantastic! Yeah. No. The tire shop called me and said nothing could be done without the keys. Here we go again. Called Roadside back, again, was advised, I was correct, do not give the tow truck driver your keys. Was told to have the repair shop call them. Great. A few hours pass with no update, and no ride home from work. So I gave enterprise a call. It’s now my problem per the manager that keys weren’t given to the tow truck driver, and I would need to find a way myself to get the keys over to the repair shop. Was even told to walk. Mind you, I’m a nurse who’s currently working during all of this. The shop is an HOUR AND A HALF walk from my work.

I calmly replied, "Can you get someone else on the phone who has a solution to this problem." No solution. I again called roadside assistance, they ordered me an uber to arrive after my shift ended to give the keys to Firestone and to have the tire fixed. They had already contacted the shop to inform them of the situation, and the shop advised they would be open till 7, no problem. Great, any help at that time is appreciated, I’m an hour away from home, I have zero other options than to just wait. Completed my uber to Firestone, Firestone no longer has the time to repair my rental. Again, without a vehicle, more than an hour from home at this point, I call my husband, who works nights to come get me because I wasn’t getting anywhere and at this point had been dealing with the issue for almost 12 hours with no solution from Enterprise.

I took it upon myself to call the original Enterprise I rented from because why not, I have nothing to lose. I would have saved 12 hours had I started there when they opened. He has personally taken it upon himself to take me to work tomorrow morning, drop the keys off at Firestone and arrange for me to come back to pick up the repaired car, or switch vehicles if I wish. Everything solved in less than 30 minutes. Imagine that. I will be calling my insurance in the morning to request rental from another company. DO NOT RECOMMEND ENTERPRISE TO ANYONE! Even if you’re not paying!

As a norm, we always get pretty good service from this Enterprise location: the rental agents are friendly, very thorough, and quick to get you on the road. The problem I've had these last couple times is the vehicle itself. Both times, the vehicle reeked of cigarette smoke (even though there are NO SMOKING stickers in every vehicle). As we were on a schedule, I didn't have time to wait for a different vehicle to come in, be cleaned, and complete the check-in process all over again. My wife (who has Asthma) and grandson both had issues with how bad the smell was and we had to keep opening the windows to alleviate the smell (summer in the Ozarks is hot!).

Additionally, I made the reservation weeks in advance but the class of vehicle I reserved was unavailable?!?! I had to settle for a smaller vehicle or wait until one POSSIBLY came in later that day. Isn't the whole idea of reserving the vehicle of your choice so that you HOLD the vehicle there? We started using this particular Enterprise location when the one on Scott AFB closed. I'm not sure who is managing this location but someone needs to provide some remedial training to the staff or at least apprise them of the minimum standards of your company. I have a scheduled rental in September (our 30th anniversary) and I'm seriously considering going with a different company for this and all future rentals.

Pray you don't have any issues with them should you use their services. I would never recommend Enterprise, and am looking to cancel my loyalty account. I neglected to take a close up picture of the roof of a recent van rental (it was a tall vehicle), but the attendant that took the vehicle from me upon return got up on the top and took a picture of the roof and claimed that there was a dent and scratch that they had no record of in their system. So I was hit with a $4800 damage hold ($4,000 Euros, and they didn't just place a hold on my card, they charged me outright).

Since this time, I have attempted to call and email local branches I have worked with, I have called the Enterprise support line and tried using their chat. No response from the local branch, and the customer support team doesn't do anything other than send an inquiry to the local branch. I have a picture that shows it was damaged before I picked it up, but didn't realize it at the time of return because I was so shocked. It seems I have no recourse because no one at Enterprise seems interested in actually helping out their customers because they already have our money. Of course, this all could have been avoided had I paid for their insurance, which apparently is set up to pay for the mistakes of the personnel driving the vehicles around in their own parking lots. It'd really be nice if anyone from their corporate office would take things seriously and actually try to help out a loyalty member.

After I notice I want going to get anywhere with Kedar ** the assistant branch rental manager and Mykayle ** the rental management trainee I decided to call customer service again to see if I can transfer to another pick up.

I did notice that Kedar and Mykayle’s regional manager or supervisor came in because he had on a suit but he did nothing to help me get a rental and leave. I ended up calling an uber and headed to the location customer service sent me to pick up a vehicle being that I’d already paid. Once I arrived at the new location I signed for a car and was ready to go, at 1:57 one of these managers decided to void my rental living me with no way home to my children. I waited for a resolution for at least 4 hours because after I learned of this I called customer service again and they said the ticket should be open still there was no new reservation made not knowing these managers voided out my rental.

In May, I rented a premium full-size pickup truck (2026 Dodge Ram) from the Plymouth Meeting branch for a month and had an excellent experience. Because of that, I chose Enterprise again when I needed another truck. I called ahead and was assured one was available, but when I arrived, no reservation had been made and there was no truck for me.

Instead, I sat at the Plymouth Meeting branch for hours while employees tried to locate another truck. After the lengthy wait, I was driven to the Jeffersonville, PA location, where I was given a Chevrolet Silverado in unacceptable condition. The truck was filthy, with food between the seats, mud on the seats, dirty windows and windshield, and it smelled of cigarette smoke and rotten food. Within five minutes of leaving the branch, both the “Change Oil” and “Check Engine” lights came on.

Roadside Assistance directed me to the PHL Airport location for a replacement. After driving there, I was told there was nothing they could do because the airport and branch locations were “separate entities.” I asked if they could at least clean the truck so it would be safe to drive. Instead, I was offered a compact car. I rented a full-size pickup because I need it for work. When I declined the compact car, I was simply told, “Have a nice day.”

From that point on, I spent nearly a week trying to resolve this issue. Multiple call center representatives repeatedly sent me to different branches, assuring me they had trucks available. Every time, I arrived only to find the location closed or unable to help. After my sixth or seventh call, I was promised a callback on Monday to arrange a replacement. That call never came.

By Thursday, I had to call again myself. Ben from the Plymouth Meeting branch assured me he would personally help get me into the proper vehicle, but he never followed through. This was not the failure of one employee. I was failed by multiple call center representatives, branch employees, and management. At every step, someone either gave inaccurate information, failed to follow through, or passed the problem to someone else. No one took ownership.

While driving between Enterprise locations on Saturday to exchange the truck, I was caught in a severe thunderstorm that brought down trees, power lines, and utility poles, causing flooding and making roads impassable. Between sitting for hours at the Plymouth Meeting branch, being driven to Jeffersonville, making repeated phone calls, and being sent to multiple locations that could not help, Enterprise wasted well over a full workday of my time trying to correct a problem that should never have occurred. I have rented vehicles for more than 20 years and have almost exclusively used Enterprise. This was, without question, the worst rental experience I have ever had.

I am a union member and an employee of a Fortune 50 company that uses Enterprise for corporate rentals. Because of this experience, I have already contacted our leadership and recommended that we evaluate moving our corporate rental business to another provider. My time is valuable, and being repeatedly misled, sent to closed branches, promised callbacks that never came, and treated with indifference is completely unacceptable. I hope Enterprise uses this review as a training opportunity. This experience exposed a complete breakdown in communication, accountability, and customer service across its call center, branches, and management. If I treated customers the way I was treated throughout this experience, I would no longer have a job.

Apparently a "reservation" at Enterprise is just a suggestion they're free to ignore. A 15-passenger van isn't something you rent on a whim — it's for a group trip that takes weeks of planning and coordination. What made it worse was the staff. No apology. No urgency. No attempt to locate a van at another branch or make it right. Just unprofessional indifference, as if stranding a customer who planned a month ahead is business as usual here. Based on this experience, maybe it is. If you actually need a vehicle on a specific date — especially a large one — do not trust this location with your reservation. "We'll pick you up" means nothing when they won't even honor what you booked.

I called at 3 pm and said I was on my way to the repair shop. I was told someone would meet me at the shop. 27 minutes later my ride showed up. The driver said he had just returned to the store when he was told to pick me up.

I told Victor I was not happy I had to wait so long after all my conversations. He rudely denied the time I called and then dismissed any further discussion on the issue. I think Victor was rude and immature on how he chose not to apologize or even discuss my concern. I did not have any issues with Paul who I spoke to a few times. If you don't mind waiting an unreasonable time (not uncommon according to the repair shop) and dealing with a snooty young adult, then this is the place for you. Otherwise, use any other company.
