Marilyn of Mendham NJ (5/6/04):
My sister and I flew to Ft. Myers on 5/26 & returned on 5/29. We requested wheel chairs. They were not available nor was anyone there to push them. We had to wait an agonizing ten minutes for help. And on the way back we waited again, I finally had a young man come running with a chair and he nearly toppled me out of it as he actually ran through the airport. People were watching him. I asked him to slow down, he ignored me. I resent this treatment. I will not be flying again, this was a dreadful experience for my sister and myself.

Your rudeness and lack of caring for elderly people is evident. I resent it. How would you feel if your mother were treated this way?

Anna of Palm City FL (4/21/04):
On April 20th, I flew on flight 708 from Tucson to Houston. When I arrived at the airport I was a little confused by the ticket counter. There were 5 agents working the counter. Behind them were signs for Continental, America West, and Northwest. I noticed the first line was for Elite travelers so I got into the next line. There were only about 3 people ahead of me. After about 10 minutes I was next in line. The agent said "America West" and I replied "no, Continental". She then informed me that I was in the wrong line and that I would need to go to the next line.

So I went to the end of the next line behind people who had arrive after me. There were only about 4 people in that line so I was fine with that since it was my mistake. However, after waiting about 20 more minutes the same agent who had sent me away began helping Continental customers. When she got to me, I asked her if she realized that I was the same person she was unable to help 20 minutes before. She informed me that since their flight left before mine that she had to help them first.

There were only 2 people behind me in line. I feel that she could have gone ahead and checked me in. At the very least I should have been told to wait there for the next available agent checking in Continental customers. I told her I didn't feel that it was very good customer service at which point she became very defensive and argumentative. At no time did she offer me any appologies or have any concern for me. While checking me in she walked to the end of the counter and was talking under her breath to another agent who then looked up at me.

I have been flying a long time. In fact I used to be a flight attendant for Delta. I have never been treated so badly.

Seymour of Toms River NJ (1/31/03):
On flight 1550 from Newark to West Palm Beach, the attendant came around at breakfast time and literally flung a muffin onto a bare fold-down table with no dish or napkin. Approx a half hour later an attendant served a drink. This was the crudest service I ever had in my life. It would be best if you stopped service altogether if this is what someone gets.

Moreover i had a severe headache and neck pain, and when i asked for something for relief, the answer was a simple "I have nothing" and then she left. It seems as though she wa fed up with her job.
