The company notified me one hour before I was to pick up my rental car that it would not be available. I had reserved the car a week in advance and was given insufficient time to find another. The agent became personally abusive. This car, a Cadillac, was to be my limousine to take my daughter to her birthday celebration, a date which I could not change. I was left to use my truck. In this case Avis certainly DID NOT try harder. Report Your Experience
