After the cashier rang up my groceries,I handed her my coupons to scan. I had already swiped my debit card to speed up my time at the register. Because the cashier was busy talking about nothing in peticular she hit the total button to finish the sale without taking my coupons. Occasionally, in the past this happens even when I point out the coupons as soon as I get to the cashier. The cashier always apoligizes saying they forgot and then asks me to rerun my card. Because I am a resonable individual and understand people forget or make mistakes I gladly swipe my card again and finish my shopping experience smoothly.

But tonight this cashier would not let me rerun the card. She gave me my receipt and told me if I wanted to get reimbursed for my coupons I had wait in the customer service line. Even though I felt it was unfair that it became my responsibility to fix her mistake I stood in line. I stood there twenty minutes debating whether this was necessary. I decided it was necessary if at least on priciple. I am making efforts to save money even while a company that prides itself in saving me money was very careless about my time and money. I even tried to voice my frustation to the customer service rep. at the customer service desk. My comment landed on deaf ears as he was trying to do several things at one time. He barely acknowledged my comment at all.

I refuse to go to walmart! The store is always a shambles, the counters are ripped apart, and the sales associates either ignore you, or deliberately avoid you. I do not understand how you can be standing less than 2' away from the cashiers and yet they can act as though you are not even there. A simple hello, or have a good day could make the atrosiously long lines more bearable

My 4 year old son was standing by my side looking at some treats on the end of an aisle when an employee can whipping around the corner on one of their pallet jacks, and knock him over. The man KEPT MOVING! He didn't even stop to pick my son up from the floor, another associate saw it and came over, but had the nerve to tell me that my son should watch where he stands, we're working here. Luckily he was fine, but because of that and the fact that you have to kick merchandise out of the way to simply walk down the aisles I will never go there again. I'm going to Kmart where they actually care about the customers.

80.00 was debited from my account that I did not personally ask for nor receive. It happened while I was paying for a 42.45 grocery bill at the checkout. A total of 122.45 was debited. It appears that the checker pocketed the money.

I have been instructed to return to the store with the receipt for consideration of my situation. This is a major hassle as I must arrange transportation.

I used to love going to Walmart but anymore it's a hassle. I love to sew, they got rid of all the material in all the stores close to where I live so now I have to go someplace else and pay twice as much for material. I sure do wish I knew the reason why they just have a little hobby section now and not the material. They can't say nobody was buying it. The women who worked in that department were ALWAYS busy

purchased two pieces of ethernet parts. one was shrink wrapped one was not. shrink wrapped unit worked in a computer, non shrink wrapped unit burned out my motherboard. computer is useless. manufacturer of the board will not compensate me for the computer replacement. I provide documents for the satisfaction of the ethernet board [linksys and cisco] they say I'm lying. I say they're full of bs.

I cannot used my computer because of someone's mistake.
