Purchased Ionic Breeze Midi Silent Air Purifier and although it is sparkling clean when I turn it on the red light comes on and says it needs to be cleaned. No way to repair it - extended warranty does no good since company has closed. What now?

We purchased Ionic Breezes for each bedroom, the living room and dining room. They did not clean the air or relieve allergy/ashtma symptoms. We spent a lot of money and are now stuck with useless products.

Financial loss due to investing in the product. Health benefits were not achieved.

I've cleaned the unit carefully, but the red light stays on and the unit does not operate. Sharper Image isn't around in Honolulu anymore

Today, 10/31/08 I became aware of an Action Lawsuit against Sharper Image. On or about in the year 2004, I purchaed an Ionic Breeze Quadra Silent Air Purifier for use by my son in a basement apartment. I would like to know how and/or if I can take part in this Action Lawsuit for reimbursement of the purchase price of the unit that is now in my possession. The location where I made my purchase was located in the South Street Seaport, New York, NY.
